Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of perceived of usefulness, perceived ease of use, and attitude towards using to the acceptance of management information with Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. To achieve these objectives then used data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires and documentation. While the data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test and hypothesis testing techniques, through SmartPLS 2.0 M3 application. The result of this research shows that the perceived usefulness gave negative affect to attitude toward using, perceived ease of use have a positive effect to the attitude toward using, the perceive usefulness does not give any influence to the acceptance of the management information system, the perceived ease of use and attitude toward using has a positive effect on the acceptance of management information system, PT. Wutama Tri Makmur

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Customer Relationship Management consisting of human, process, to Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty. This research uses quantitative research approach. Quantitative research methods, used to examine the population or a particular sample, sampling techniques are generally done randomly, data collection using research instruments, quantitative / statistical data analysis with the aim to test the predefined hypothesis assisted with Smart PLS 2.0 program. The results showed that variable Customer Relationship Management consisting of human, process, and technology have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction. Customer Relationship Management consisting of human, process, and technology have positive and significant influence to customer loyalty, while satisfaction gives positive influence but not significant to customer loyalty. The indirect influence shows that satisfaction can mediate the influence of Customer Relationship Management consisting of human, process, and technology to customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of attitudes, promotions, and quality of service to the decision of credit card users PT. Bank Mega Tbk In Makassar. The approach used in this research is quantitative approach with the aim of studying the research naturally about the influence of attitude, promotion, and consumer service with the decision of credit card usage of PT. Bank Mega Makassar. In this study, researchers are not directly involved in the situation and setting of phenomena to be studied, this is because in this study the phenomenon that occurs in the subject of this study will be poured in the form of questionnaires. The result of the research shows that partially attitude and quality of card service have positive effect to credit card user decision. While promotion of credit card user decisions is negative and not significant.

Abstract

This study using quantitative descriptive research that is to know the Quality of Service In Improving Customer Satisfaction. While the survey was conducted on the customers at BMT Barokatul Ummah in Merauke District. The results of this study indicate that all aspects of Assurance, Reliability, Tangible, and Responsiveness dimensions have been well executed, and have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction on BMT Barokatul Ummah. This means that the increased dimensions Assurance, Reliability, Tangible, and Responsiveness the higher the customer satisfaction. While Compliance dimenis has a negative and significant impact on customer satisfaction. This means that if the dimensions of Compliance actually implemented according to Islamic Shari'a on BMT Barokatul Ummah, then the level of customer satisfaction will decrease. And for Empathy dimension has negative and insignificant effect to customer satisfaction. This means that the Empathy dimension does not affect customer satisfaction in BMT Barokatul Ummah in Merauke Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to know and analyze the Banking Quality Service (BSQ) to customer satisfaction and loyalty PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) TBK Branch Sungguminasa. The population of this study as many as 12,356 customers in 2017. While the sample research of 100 people using the technique of Accidental sampling. Hypothesis testing was performed using partial least square data analysis (PLS) processed using Smart PLS 2.0. Dependent variable, namely banking service quality (BSQ) with effectiveness and assurance indicators, access, price embodiment, service portfolio, and reliability. While the independent variable consists of customer satisfaction (with indicator of form, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy) and customer loyalty (with indicators of transaction habits, repeat transactions, recommendations, commitments).The results of the analysis of the banking service quality, satisfaction, and loyalty of customers obtained the findings empirically that satisfaction can mediate the influence of banking service quality on customer loyalty in a positive and significant. Where better banking service quality PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Sungguminasa Branch will increase customer satisfaction so that it can also increase loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of personal selling and digital marketing to purchase decision of insurance policy in PT. QBE General Insurance Indonesia, Makassar Branch. The data of this research from questionnaire result to 87 customer of PT. QBE, Makassar Branch. Regarding the purchase decision of the insurance policy by using multiple regression analysis system, the research show that personal selling and digital marketing have partial effect to purchase decision with the result show that ttest of personal selling 4,206>ttabel 3,101 and ttest of digital marketing variable 4,076 > ttabel 3,101. Result from this research also show that personal selling and digital marketing have simultaneous positive effect for purchase decision of policy insurance 87.7% and 12.2% explained form other variable outside this research.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of institutional ownership, capital adequacy ratio (CAR), loan deposit ratio (LDR) to profitability at several banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research uses descriptive analysis with quantitative approach and using multiple linear regression analysis technique assisted with SPSS program version 24. Quantitative approach is used to find accurate information and data and identify problems or to get justification of circumstances and activities that are being walk. The results showed that institutional ownership had a positive and significant impact on profitability, capital adequacy ratio (CAR) has a positive and significant impact on profitability, and loan deposit ratio (LDR) has a positive and significant impact on profitability.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the external and internal environment that affects the business and management strategies and development of the middle-class housing business is right for PT. Baruga Asrinusa Development in order to continue to survive and develop. This research was conducted at PT. Baruga Asrinusa Development- Bukit Baruga Estate, located in Antang village, Manggala sub-district, Makassar city. Selection of this location is done intentionally (purposive) with the consideration that PT. Baruga Asrinusa Development is one of the longest established developers since 1992 and is also a local developer located in Makassar which currently has many major competitors from local developers and outside developers. The results of this study find that to deal with external threats immediately implement an aggressive strategy strategy that seeks to improve internal conditions of weakness and external threats by utilizing a number of internal strengths possessed and existing external opportunities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of empowerment and motivation to discipline and employee performance at the Department of Education and Culture of Merauke Regency. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive research that is the type of research that emphasizes the testing of theories through the measurement of research variables with numbers and requires data analysis with statistical procedures. The measurement tool of this research is a questionnaire, the data obtained in the form of answers from employees to the questions posed. The results of this study found that empowerment has a positive (0.672) and significant (0,000) effect on work discipline, positive (0.345) and significant (0,000) motivation to work discipline, empowerment has positive (1,139) and significant (0,000) impact on performance, (0,015) and not significant (0,756) to performance, discipline has negative effect (-0,224) and significant to performance 0,004.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Cash Holding, Debt to Equity Ratio, Dividend Payout Ratio Net Profit Margin, to Income Smoothing. This research design using logistic regression method using data based on financial statements of manufacturing companies listed on the BEI in the period 2013-2016 published by BEI on the internet. Data selected by using purposive sampling method. Data analysis techniques use the SPPS ver 25 program. The eckel index is used to calcify companies that do and do not practice income smoothing. Based on the results of research only cash holding has a positive and significant influence and in accordance with the theory of income smoothing practices conducted by the company, it attracts to variable debt to equity ratio has a negative and significant effect on the practice of income smoothing conducted by the company, while dividend payout ratio (DPR ) and net profit margin (NPM) does not have an influence on the practice of income smoothing by the company.
