Abstract

The strategy of knowledge management becomes a primary vehicle for organizations achieve their goals, and to compete with good. The study aims to (1) find out the influence of the quality of learning on performance of employees of PT. Bank Sulselbar. (2) know the influence of the knowledge management process on performance of employees of PT. Bank Sulselbar. (3) find out the influence of the knowledge-sharing process on performance of employees of PT. Bank Sulselbar. (4) find out the influence of innovation against the performance of the employees of PT. Bank Sulselbar. (5) find out the influence of the quality of learning against competing superiority of PT. Bank Sulselbar. (6) know how the process of management of knowledge against the competitive advantage of PT. Bank Sulselbar. (7) find out the influence of the knowledge-sharing process against competing superiority of PT. Bank Sulselbar. (8) Knowing the influence of innovation against competing superiority of PT. Bank Sulselbar. (9) find out the influence of competitive advantage against the performance of the employees of PT. Bank Sulselbar. In this study researchers using experimental research using appropriate research methods and emphasis on the analysis of data in the form of the ordinal numbers are processed with statistical methods. Data collection methods used in this research is a Library Research, and Feel research. The technique of analysis used in this study is to test the validity, reliability testing, descriptive analysis, and path analysis. The results of this study suggest that (1) the quality of learning significant effect on performance of employees. (2) knowledge management processes significant effect on performance of employees. (3) the process of knowledge sharing effect significantly to the performance of the employee. (4) Innovation has no effect on performance of employees. (5) the quality of learning effect significantly to the competitive advantage of employees. (6) knowledge management processes significant competitive advantage against influential employees. (7) the process of knowledge sharing effect significantly to the competitive advantage of employees. (8) the innovation has no effect against the competitive advantage of employees. (9) the competitive advantage of significant effect on performance of employees

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the evaluation process of the implementation of SKPD capacity and performance improvement program strategy with SWOT analysis. This research uses quantitative methods because this research is presented with words or verbs from people and observable behaviors. The reason for choosing a qualitative approach is because it relates to the concept of title and problem formulation on the evaluation study of regional income revenues improvement strategy through capacity building and performance program at Regional Revenue Board of South Sulawesi Province. Based on the results of the evaluation process analysis of the implementation of the capacity and performance improvement program strategy, the strategy undertaken by the Regional Income Board of South Sulawesi Province in an effort to increase the revenue of the region through capacity and performance improvement program is intensification strategy which is done through the improvement of operational power capability in the field, take advantage of roles and cooperation with agencies in the management and supervision of revenue revenues and assess the shortcomings and maximize the local financial management system.

Abstract

This study aims to determine to determine the effect of service quality, customer satisfaction and corporate image of customer loyalty at PT. Bank Central Asia KCU Makassar. The type of data used in this study is quantitative data in the form of answers given by respondents to the statement in the questionnaire. Source of data used in this research is primary data, that is data of respondent's answer to question in questionnaire. The results showed that partially the quality of service, customer satisfaction, and corporate image have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty. As for the simultaneous quality of service, customer satisfaction and corporate image have a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty at PT. Bank Central Asia KCU Makassar.

Abstract

Every leader can exert influence towards his subordinates. This research aims to know the influence of leadership and compensation of employee motivation and performance against the Favor hotel Makassar. This research approach is quantitative, and this type of research is the causality. There are 2 types of data, namely data qualitative and quantitative data, whereas data source using primary data and secondary data. This research used 4 methods of data collection method, the method of observation questionnaire (question form), interviews, and method of study documentation. Qualitative analysis is a method that aims to transform a collection of raw data into a form that is easy to understand, in the form of a concise information, where research results and their analysis are outlined in a scientific writing which of the analysis It will be formed a conclusion. The results showed that (1) the variable compensation effect on leadership and employee motivation variables Hotel Makassar's Favor. (2) the compensation and leadership Variables have no effect against variable employee performance Hotel Makassar's Favor. (3) the motivational and leadership Variables take effect directly against variable employee performance through motivation variables Hotel Makassar's Favor. (4) Variable compensation effect indirectly against variable employee performance through motivation variables Hotel Makassar's Favor.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of perception / expectation and business performance, business strategy and core business development strategy for PT. Fishery Archipelago (Persero). Research done at PT. Perikanan Nusantara (Persero) by analyzing the business strategy that has been implemented perusahaan. Langkah first research to know the vision, mission, and the motto of the company. Early phases of researchers to analyze IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) and then continued by doing GAP analysis, the analysis is part of the IPA analysis. A positive GAP (+) will be obtained if the perception score is greater than the expectation score, whereas if the expectation score is greater than the perception score will be GAP (-) negative. The results of this study found that business strategies that can be implemented by PT Fishery Nusantara (Persero), among others, Improving the quality of human resources in the field of planning, production and marketing; increasing the quantity and quality of monitoring and evaluation on company performance and efforts to improve government policy support; improving product quality with promotional strategies and appropriate pricing to face competition; as well as improvement of internal management quality, improvement of managerial structure and reward and punishment mechanism to face bargaining power of buyer and supplier.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) to know the leadership style owned by CEO Bukalapak 2) to know the innovative business model implemented by CEO Bukalapak 3) to know whether leadership style owned by CEO Bukalapak according to business model applied. The method used is Qualitative research method. The types and sources of data used are primary and secondary data. Informants / sources are selected from the Internal and External PT.Bukalapak as many as 12 people informants. Data collection techniques conducted in this study are Observation, Interview and Documentation Technique. Data in the analysis by using qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that leadership style owned by CEO Bukalapak is Visionary leadership style and leadership style Partisipatif. The business model implemented in Bukalapak is Marketplace Customer to Customner (C2C) based on E-Commerce. Leadership style owned by CEO of Bukalapak according to business model applied.

Abstract

Family planning extension officers (PKB) is an asset of human resources that will determine the success of the management of the programme at the level of field lines KB. This research aims to find out and analyze between individual characteristics, competencies, and an influential work environment more dominant performance against the extension officers KKBPK Mamuju Regency. The design of the research uses descriptive analistis approach (analytical descriptive approach) quantitatively. The population in this research is the extension officers KKBPK-KB Office of population and Control KB Mamuju Regency totaled 40 people extension officers of KKBPK. The samples will be used in this research is 40 power extension officers KB Mamuju Regency. The technique of data collection is done using interviews, observation, Questionnaire, and documentation. The results showed that individual Characteristics, competencies, and simultaneously working environment positive and significant effect on performance extension officers KB in Mamuju Regency. Competence is more dominant in affecting the performance of extension officers KB in Mamuju Regency with the value of the component's largest beta 0567. While the individual karasteristik and the respective working environment of 0.253 and 0.196.

Abstract

This study aims to determine, explain and analyze the stability of the implementation of the learning process at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Hasanuddin (FEB-UH). The sample of all 145 alumni graduating in an odd semester of 145 people and an even semester of 155 people by photocopying the archives in the academic administration section of the Faculty of Economics and Business, especially in the Undergraduate Program (S1). The results showed that the implementation of the learning process has a fairly good level of stability, although there are wide variations according to the regulations applied at Hasanuddin University. The variation on the duration of the study completion means that the time and money that must be incurred to complete the study also varied; the longer the duration of student study completion, the more the time and money must be spent by students and vice versa.

Abstract

The optimal performance of civil servants is the target of every state government organization. This aim aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, work motivation and competence both partially and simultaneously on employee performance at the Regional Revenue Service Office of West Sulawesi Province. The research method used is multiple regression analysis to see the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable with the help of SPSS software. The results of this study indicate that leadership has a significant positive effect on employee performance; motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance; Competence hasn’t a significant positive effect on performance. Simultaneously, leadership style, work motivation and competence have a significant positive effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Intense competition in the business world encourages each company to improve its performance so that the company's goals can be achieved. Companies that have gone public will always try to increase the value of the company, through capital structure, growth and profitability. This study aims to determine and analyze: the influence of capital structure and company growth on profitability. Effect of capital structure and company growth on firm value. The effect of profitability on firm value, the effect of capital structure on firm value is mediated by profitability, and to find out and analyze the effect of company growth on firm value mediated by profitability. This study uses a quantitative approach. While data collection techniques using observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, classic assumption test, path analysis. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that the capital structure (DER) has a negative and significant effect on profitability. Company growth has a positive and significant effect on profitability (ROA). Capital structure has a negative effect on firm value. Company growth has a significant influence in increasing the value of the company. High profitability (ROA) will have an influence in increasing the value of the company. Mediation test results show that profitability can mediate the effect of capital structure (DER) on firm value. It can be seen that the capital structure (DER) affects profitability (ROA) so that it has implications for the low value of the company (PER). Mediation test results show that profitability can have an effect on firm growth on firm value, which means that corporate growth affects the increase in profitability (ROA) which has implications for increasing company value (DER).
