Abstract

This study shows the effect of tutors' perceptions, tutor's compensation, and their work motivation on the quality of face-to-face tutorial services (TTM) in the S1 PGSD Open University program. The approach used is quantitative using path analysis. The quality of tutorial services is the dependent variable while perception, compensation, and motivation are independent variables. The results of the study show that: (1) the higher the tutor's perception, the more influential it is on the quality of tutorial services (2) the higher the tutor's compensation, the more influential on the quality of tutorial services, (3) the higher work motivation, the higher the influence on tutorial quality services. These results confirm the importance of the perception of face-to-face tutors, tutor compensation affects work motivation mainly in terms of: (1) punctuality in carrying out assignments and (2) tutor's internal motivation getting better in carrying out their duties. UPBJJ- Makassar Open University must pay attention to the three elements related to the tutor's perception of the task, compensation as a reward received by the tutor after carrying out the task. UPBJJ in implementing face-to-face tutorials, tutors' perceptions of tutorial assignments in the PGSD program, compensation as financial rewards that are received on time will affect the motivation of the tutor's quality of work. PGSD Undergraduate Program students benefit from TTM services optimally if the tutor has a good perception of face-to-face tutorials, acceptable compensation and work motivation.

Abstract

Tujuan dari studi ini adalah: 1)  mendeskripsikan  bentuk kerja sama orang tua dan guru dalam   pembelajaran Blended Learning,   2) mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi kerja sama orang tua dan guru dalam  pembelajaran Blended Learning  3) mengetahui dampak kerjasama orang tua dan guru dalam peningkatan  proses pembelajaran Blended Learning. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, dengan subjek penelitian kepala sekolah, guru dan orang tua peserta didik SMP Negeri 1 Tomoni. Dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa: 1) Penyediaan fasilitas dan aplikasi pembelajaran, pendampingan dan monitoring dalam pembelajaran merupakan bentuk utama kerjasama antara pengajar dan orang tua dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. 2) Kesiapan pengajar, siswa, dan orang tua, serta komunikasi antara guru dan orang tua, merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi kerjasama orang tua dan guru dalam proses pembelajaran Blended Learning. 3) Karena orang tua mengawasi anak-anak mereka, kemitraan guru dan orang tua dalam pembelajaran campuran menghasilkan hasil belajar yang lebih baik. Orang tua bangga dengan anaknya karena bisa belajar sendiri dan disiplin dalam menyelesaikan tugas yang diberikan guru. Selain itu, orang tua memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap keyakinan agama anak-anak mereka.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of spirituality, and work discipline on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of teachers at SMPN 2 and SMPN 3 Cilaku which was mediated by work motivation. The distribution of questionnaires using primary data and using an explanatory research design to determine the relationship between several variables. Respondents in this study were all teachers who teach at SMPN 2 and SMPN 3 Cilaku with saturated samples, by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used is multiple linear regression with SPSS and SEM PLS applications. Data analysis shows that spirituality and work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of teachers at SMPN 2 and SMPN 3 Cilaku directly. Spirituality has a direct effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, while work discipline has no direct effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Likewise, work motivation does not significantly affect Organizational Citizenship Behavior directly. Indirectly, both spirituality and work discipline has no effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through work motivation for all teachers at SMPN 2 and SMPN 3 Cilaku.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the work motivation of education staff in supporting administrative services, leadership style, work performance, work environment, facilities and infrastructure at IAIN Palopo. Design/methodology/approach – In this study, a quantitative approach was used. The data collected were 100 employees at IAIN Palopo Palopo Campus using a structured questionnaire, and the theoretical model was tested using the least partial structured equation modeling (PLS-SEM). In addition, convergent validity and discriminant validity were assessed. Findings - The desired results indicate that all variables were found to have a positive and significant influence on the work motivation of educational staff supporting administrative services, leadership style, work performance, work environment, facilities and infrastructure at IAIN Palopo. Practical implications – This research adds to the literature on work motivation of education personnel, and it is also beneficial for the academic community because it shows the ways and effects of working, employee loyalty, and quality of work. Therefore, this will help the leadership of a university in analyzing the motivations of employees in working in the work environment of an agency.

Abstract

This article discusses the synergistic role of the committee and the head of the madrasa in the process of achieving the quality of education at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Palopo. This study aims: to determine the form of synergy between the committee and the head of the madrasa in the process of achieving the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Palopo and to determine the indicators of education quality in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Palopo. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The sources of research data are madrasa committees, madrasa heads, and teachers. Data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. Furthermore, the data for checking the validity of the research data were triangulated with sources.The results of this study indicate that the Madrasah Committee has synergized with the madrasah principal regarding its role as a consideration, supporter, controller, and mediator in the process of achieving quality education at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Palopo. However, in carrying out the duties of the madrasa committee as representatives of the community, it has not been maximized, such as the implementation of its role in accommodating complaints from the community and there are still tasks and functions that have not been carried out, namely giving consideration to madrasa cooperation with other parties. Regarding the indicators of the quality of education at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Palopo, it includes the management of its inputs (the process of accepting new students), the educational process (the learning process), and its output (which includes the quality of graduates achieved both academic and non-academic achievements).

Abstract

Fraudulent behavior carried out by Civil Servants does not only focus on corruption, Training of employees has an important role in improving performance so it is very important to be applied in an agency, Performance allowances or remuneration can provide additional income to each employee, so that employees are more concentrated in working . The remuneration system for each employee is part of the bureaucratic reform implemented by the government. Risk management is initiated because of the awareness of management realizing that risk must exist within an agency. The implementation of good risk management must ensure that an organization is able to provide appropriate handling of risks that will exist and affect the system of an organization. Information on risk management is useful for stakeholders, this information is used to conduct risk analysis so that the expected objectives can be met.

Abstract

Indonesia is currently experiencing a literacy crisis both among the general public and among students. To overcome the literacy crisis, the government then promoted the School Literacy Movement from elementary to high school levels. Basically, the School Literacy Movement must also be implemented at the PAUD level, such as in kindergarten. This is because there are demands from parents that their children have early reading skills as a provision for entering the 1st grade of elementary school. This then made TK Pertiwi II Cikembulan formulate and implement policies for early literacy programs. This study aims to describe and analyze the implementation of early literacy program policies in TK Pertiwi II Cikembulan. This research is a qualitative research with the type of case study research. Data were collected by interview, observation and documentation and then analyzed using Miles and Huberman model data analysis techniques. The results showed that the policy of the early literacy program at TK Pertiwi II Cikembulan was motivated by the desire of parents to have their children have early literacy skills. Then the results showed that the policy of early literacy program at TK Pertiwi II Cikembulan was implemented through four activities. First, play activities contain early literacy. Second, read load activities. Third, early literacy habituation activities in schools. Fourth, early literacy habituation activities at home. These four can be implemented well because of the democratic leadership of the head of the Cikembulan TK Pertiwi II and the awareness of the teachers that they are learner society.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education level, years of service, and rank on the performance of Kodim 1403 Palopo soldiers mediated by Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The distribution of questionnaires using primary data and using an explanatory research design to determine the relationship between a number of variables. Respondents in this study were all 1403 Palopo Kodim Soldiers who were in Palopo City with saturated samples, by distributing questionnaires. The analysis used is multiple linear regression with SPSS and SEM PLS applications. Data analysis shows that the level of education, years of service, and rank have a direct but not significant effect on the performance of soldiers at Kodim 1403 Palopo. The level of education, years of service, and rank groups directly affect the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of the 1403 Palopo Kodim Soldiers. The level of education affects the performance of the Kodim 1403 Palopo Soldiers indirectly. Term of service does not significantly affect the performance of the 1403 Palopo Kodim Soldiers. Rank group has a negative effect on the performance of Kodim 1403 Palopo Soldiers through Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

The PGPAUD Study Program at the University of Muhammadiyah Palopo in supporting the implementation of independent learning requires Lecturers to be more skilled and innovative in utilizing the SKUTER (Integrated Lecture System) or LMS IQRA Universitas Muhamamdiyah Palopo to the fullest. However, its use has not been maximized because the VICON (Video Converence) system is not yet available at the IQRA LMS Scooter at the University of Muhamamdiyah Palopo, making it difficult to communicate face-to-face. This study aims to develop a Google Meet™ For Moodle Plugin Integration System with a SKUTER (Integrated Lecture System) in the PGPAUD S1 Study Program, University of Muhammadiyah Palopo. This research method is educational research and development (Educational Research & Development) by adopting the Borg and Gall model which consists of 4 main steps, namely (1) objective analysis, (2) product development, (3) testing, and (4) implementation. The population in this study were lecturers and students of PGPAUD Muhammadiyah University of Palopo. Data collection techniques by collecting validation instruments and questionnaires, documentation. Data Analysis Techniques are carried out by using expert instrument data analysis techniques and data analysis techniques using practice. The results showed that the Google MeetTM Plugin on the course class page was functioning properly. There is a Google MeetTM Plugin Usage guide that users can access.

Abstract

Employee performance is the works result or work performance of employees both individually and in groups within a certain time which is assessed based on the quality and quantity of work produced. This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, competence, and work motivation on the performance of service staff using information technology as an intervention variable at IAIN Palopo. This study uses quantitative methods, the research population is 52 people who are also respondents. Data analysis used Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the help of SMART PLS 3 software. The results showed that (1) organizational culture, competence, and work motivation variables had no significant effect on the performance of service workers, (2) work motivation variables had a significant effect on the use of Information Technology, (3) the variable of using Information technology has a significant effect on performance, (4) Indirectly, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of service workers through the use of information technology.
