Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of school culture in improving teacher performance through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach to twenty relevant scientific articles from the past ten years. The results of the analysis indicate that a positive school culture, characterized by the values of religiosity, integrity, mutual cooperation, and strong transformational leadership, can create a conducive work environment and increase teacher motivation, commitment, and professionalism. Other factors such as effective communication and professional development through regular training have also been shown to contribute to improved teacher performance. However, the results also reveal a significant gap, namely the lack of comprehensive integration between school culture and institutional policies systematically to support sustainable teacher performance improvement. Furthermore, there is little research exploring the challenges of implementing school culture in the context of inclusive schools or areas with limited resources. Therefore, further empirical and contextual studies are needed to formulate operational strategies to strengthen school culture oriented towards improving teacher performance and the overall quality of education.

Abstract

The utilization of State-Owned Assets (BMN) at Bekasi Hajj Dormitory and the broader push for public service digitalization have led to the implementation of an online accommodation reservation system, SIASAH. This application stands as the sole digital system across all Hajj dormitories in Indonesia, developed to uphold Good Governance principles by considering effectiveness, efficiency, and transparency in service management, particularly in optimizing Non-Tax State Revenue (PNBP). This study employs a qualitative approach, using the PESTLE analysis model. Data were gathered through interviews with the application developers, reservation and accommodation staff, and service users, complemented by a review of documents such as accommodation usage reports and official website data from Bekasi Hajj Dormitory. The findings indicate that SIASAH has successfully enhanced financial accountability and transparency. However, the system continues to face significant challenges, including public resistance to technology adoption, limitations in human and physical resources, and a sub-optimal integration of environmentally friendly practices. To address these issues, the report recommends a broader marketing strategy via social media platforms, strengthening resource management, and developing digital archiving features. These measures are crucial for ensuring the system's sustainability, improving its efficiency, and elevating the quality of public services provided.

Abstract

The phenomenon of increasingly fierce business competition requires entrepreneurs to adapt quickly to survive and thrive in a constantly changing market. This competition does not only come from fellow local MSMEs, but also from industrial-scale products with larger production capacities and more competitive prices. This study aims to analyze the influence of dynamic capabilities, innovation, and information technology on the competitive advantage of clothing MSMEs in Sukabumi City. The main problems faced are low adaptation to market changes, lack of product innovation, and lack of optimal use of information technology. The methods used are quantitative with descriptive and associative approaches, as well as multiple linear regression analysis. Data was collected through a questionnaire to 104 MSME actors in clothing with saturated sampling techniques. The results of the study show that the three variables have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage, both simultaneously and partially. This emphasizes the importance of adaptation, innovation, and the use of technology in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the midst of dynamic market competition.

Abstract

Social communication plays a crucial role in increasing community engagement in education, especially in regions with strong cultural characteristics like Aceh. However, limited access to information and low digital literacy pose challenges in optimizing the role of social communication in education. This study aims to identify effective social communication strategies to enhance community involvement in education in Aceh. The research employs field research methods, using data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis of education policies. The findings indicate that community-based and local wisdom-driven social communication is more effective in fostering awareness and participation than modern communication media. Key factors influencing the effectiveness of social communication include the role of religious leaders, social organizations, and community-based discussion methods. Furthermore, the study reveals persistent challenges in utilizing digital communication technologies to support community participation in education. Therefore, adaptive policies that integrate community-based communication and digital technology are needed to expand access to educational information. The primary contribution of this research is to provide insights into how social communication can be optimized as a strategy to enhance community involvement in education while offering recommendations for education policies grounded in local wisdom.

Abstract

This article aims to explore the discourse narrative evolving from Salafi-Wahhabi scholars regarding Kalam (Islamic theology), including how this discourse is generated and disseminated. What was once a concern confined to a limited circle has now become a public issue accessible to anyone from diverse backgrounds. Thus, the discourse battle within Islamic thought has shifted its battleground, considering vastly different circumstances compared to its development in the past. This research falls under media studies utilizing content analysis. It delves deeply into the issues circulating on social media related to Salafi-Wahhabi preaching about Kalam (Islamic Theology). The findings of this article are twofold: Firstly, Salafi-Wahhabi groups often emphasize a discourse rejecting the use of theological speculation and philosophy in religious understanding. They argue that the Quran and Hadith as primary Islamic sources suffice as guidance in religious practices. They tend to reject rational and philosophical approaches in comprehending Islamic teachings, prioritizing a literal textual understanding. Salafi-Wahhabis stress literalism in religious interpretation and frequently view the understanding of Kalam (rational theology) as potentially confusing to creed and introducing concepts not found in sacred texts. Secondly, Salafi-Wahhabi groups have effectively utilized social media to disseminate their religious narrative. They possess significant financial support for producing high-quality religious content. Technological advancements have allowed them to reach broader and deeper audiences with their narrative. Social media has become a crucial tool in reinforcing their religious understanding and perspectives while also posing challenges in terms of social media literacy and religious tolerance.
