If there is a delay in a step of a child's development, it will affect other developments.. One of the games that can stimulate children's development is montage. Objective: The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the development of preschool children (5–6 years old) in Pembina Jebres Public Kindergarten. Methods: This research method uses quantitative methods with pre-experimental methods using a one-group pre- and post-test design. Results: The results of this study show that montage play therapy is effective on the development of preschool children (5–6 years old) in Pembina Jebres Public Kindergarten, with proven statistical tests showing a p value <0.000.Conclusion: Parents can do montage therapy to stimulate child development. Educational institutions develop media to stimulate child development with montage techniques

Abstract

Background: Forward head posture (FHP) is a postural problem in the cervical area characterized by the position of the tragus in front of the plumb line in the sagittal plane with a craniovertebral angle (CVA) value <50°. This condition can be caused by work positions or activities that tend to look down for a long duration. Postural corrective exercise is one of the exercises that can improve posture. Objective: Knowing the effectiveness of postural corrective exercise on posture improvement in students with FHP.Methods: This study used a quasi-experimental pre & post-test design. Respondents were 68 students of Universitas 'Aisyiyah Yogyakarta with CVA <50° who were then randomly divided into 2 groups. namely Group A (postural corrective exercise) and Group B (self-postural corrective exercise). CVA measurement was performed using the On Protractor application. Results: There was a significant increase in CVA after postural corrective exercise and self-postural corrective exercise treatment (p = 0.00). Postural corrective exercise is more effective in improving FHP posture than self-postural corrective exercise (p = 0.00).Conclusion: Postural corrective exercise is more effective on posture improvement in students with FHP.

Peer mentoring is needed as a form of assistance, carried out by more experienced individuals (mentors) to help less experienced individuals (mentees). Objective: To find out how effective peer mentoring is for Unjaya Nursing students on school well-being.Methods: In quantitative form with a cross-sectional approach, the school well-being instrument was tested for validity and reliability first. The sample was 40 nursing students at Jenderal Achmad Yani University, Yogyakarta. Results: The average school well-being score before the intervention was 83.43 and after 83.85 peer mentoring was given, there was an increase in the score of 0.42. The school well-being score before and after the intervention was in the form of non-normally distributed data, and was tested using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test.with sig 0.638.Conclusion: The peer mentoring that is carried out is less effective in improving the school well-being of nursing students.

Abstract

Background: Hypertension is a chronic disease that needs to be treated properly and continuously. One of the critical successes of therapy is medication adherence by patients. Objective: Determine the correlation between medication adherence and therapeutic outcome in hypertension patients at the Mlati II health center. Methods: This is a non-experimental study with a cross sectional design analysis, by purposive sampling technique. Adherence was obtained in the form of adherence levels measured using the MMAS-8 questionnaire, therapeutic outcomes assessed by measuring a patient's blood pressure. Then the data were analyzed using the Chi-square test to determine the relationship between the level of adherence and therapeutic outcomes. Results: From 76 hypertension patients, the majority aged 46-55 years (44.7%), female gender (69.7%), senior high school (39.5%), employment status did not work (55.3%), long suffering from hypertension <5 years (76.3%), received single therapy (61.8%) with the type of antihypertension drug amlodipine (59.2%), low adherence category rate (39.5%), outcome of therapy with uncontrolled blood pressure (60,5%), and significancy level p = 0,997>0,05Conclusion: There is no relationship between the level of adherence to the use of antihypertension drugs and the outcome therapy of controlled blood pressure at the Mlati Il health center

Abstract

Background: Assessing pain in critically ill patients receiving mechanical ventilatory support remains a challenge in the intensive care unit. Due to mechanical ventilation and a reduced level of consciousness, the patient was unable to verbally report perceived pain. Highly sensitive pain assessment tools are critical for pain detection in critically ill patients in the intensive care unit. The Critical Care Pain Observation Tool (CPOT) and the Behavioral Pain Scale (BPS) are two pain assessment tools recommended for use in the critical care settingObjective: The purpose of this study was to compare the sensitivity and specificity of CPOT and BPS in the assessment of pain in patients receiving mechanical ventilation. Methods: This study was a systematic review conducted using the Scopus, PubMed, ProQuest, and ScienceDirect databases and followed established guidelines for conducting systematic reviews or scoping reviewsResults: CPOT was found to be more sensitive at 95% with a cut-off score >2, whereas BPS exhibited higher specificity at 91.5% with a cut-off score >6Conclusion: Both CPOT and BPS demonstrate sensitivity to painful situations and are capable of detecting pain in critically ill patients.

Abstract

Background: The risk of flooding in Jakarta is continuously increased and predicted to be drowned in 2050. Unfortunately, citizens seem to have no feeling of uneasiness although their place is haunted by the drowning threats. Objective: This study aims to investigate the impact of risk perception, self-efficacy, trust in government, and place attachment to disaster preparedness facing the threat of drowning. Methods: A cross sectional study with quantitative and non-experimental design was applied. 486 Jakarta’s citizens as the sample of the study by using quota sampling. Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) was executed to test the hypothesis. Results: Risk perception, self-efficacy, and trust in government were found significantly affected disaster preparedness with a total contribution of 24% (F=10.81, sig < 0.000) after being moderated by place attachment. Conclusion: This study demonstrated that place attachment was capable of modifying the role of risk perception, self-efficacy, and trust in government in predicting disaster preparedness. This finding implies the necessity of considering an individual's attachments toward their living place while intervening the disaster preparedness.
