Abstract

Customer loyalty is a key measure of a company's success in providing the best products and services and meeting customer needs, ensuring that customers continue to use the products sold in a sustainable manner. This poses a challenge for PT Telkom Akses as a telecommunications service provider in the midst of a highly competitive global market. This study aims to analyze the impact of service quality and company image on customer loyalty at PT Telkom Akses. The research adopts a quantitative approach with an associative design. The study involves a sample of 100 customers taken from the PT Telkom Akses database in West Jakarta. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire developed with a Likert scale. The data analysis method employed is multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, meaning that improvements in service quality contribute to higher customer loyalty. Similarly, company image also has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty, suggesting that a favorable image of the company enhances customer loyalty. Furthermore, both service quality and company image together influence customer loyalty, meaning that these factors combined play a significant role in fostering customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the impact of product quality and promotion on purchasing decisions at The Boutique Bakery, Cengkareng branch, West Jakarta, both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative method with a probability sampling technique, specifically simple random sampling, involving 100 respondents, based on Slovin's formula. Data collection methods include observation and questionnaires, while the data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis, including multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination analysis. The findings indicate that, in partial tests, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, supported by the statistical results showing that the t-value exceeds the critical t-value and the p-value is less than 0.05. Similarly, promotion also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with similar statistical results. In the simultaneous test, both product quality and promotion together have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with the calculated F-value surpassing the critical F-value and the p-value also less than 0.05. The results of this study suggest that both product quality and promotion are important factors influencing purchasing decisions. The implication of this research is that businesses should focus on enhancing product quality and implementing effective promotional strategies to increase consumer purchasing behavior. By doing so, businesses can improve customer satisfaction, strengthen brand loyalty, and ultimately increase sales. This research provides valuable insights for marketers and business owners to develop strategies that align with consumer preferences and expectations, ultimately contributing to the growth and competitiveness of the business in the market.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the impact of work discipline, occupational safety, and health on employee productivity at PT Santoso Teknindo. The research method employed is a quantitative approach, using several tests including data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, t-test (partial test), and f-test (simultaneous test). The objective is to determine whether there is a relationship between work discipline, safety, health, and employee productivity at PT Santoso Teknindo. The results indicate that work discipline positively affects productivity, with a significant statistical value. Similarly, occupational safety also positively influences employee productivity. This suggests that both work discipline and occupational safety have a significant and positive effect on employee productivity when analyzed individually. Furthermore, when examined together, both work discipline and safety & health significantly influence productivity, confirming a strong simultaneous effect. The implications of these findings suggest that improving work discipline and enhancing occupational safety and health can significantly boost employee productivity. Organizations, particularly PT Santoso Teknindo, may consider prioritizing these areas to foster a productive work environment. Implementing policies that support these factors could lead to higher efficiency and performance, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the company.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) on stock prices. The research was conducted on PT Mayora Indah Tbk, a company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), covering the period from 2010 to 2020. This study employs a quantitative research approach, relying on financial data from annual reports. The object of the research is PT Mayora Indah Tbk, which is publicly traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the specified period. The data analysis methods used include descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression analysis, and multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the analysis results, Economic Value Added (EVA) does not have a significant influence on stock prices, leading to the rejection of H1. In contrast, Market Value Added (MVA) has a significant impact on stock prices, supporting the acceptance of H2. Furthermore, simultaneous testing (F-test) indicates that both EVA and MVA collectively influence stock prices. The coefficient of determination (R²) analysis shows that these variables account for a substantial portion of the variation in stock prices, while the remaining influence is attributed to other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance. The research method used is quantitative, with a total population and sample of 80 respondents. Data analysis includes validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, correlation analysis, determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate a strong correlation between work discipline and work motivation in influencing employee performance. The multiple linear regression equation shows that an increase in work discipline positively impacts employee performance, as does an increase in work motivation. The coefficient of determination suggests that work discipline and work motivation contribute significantly to improving employee performance, while the remaining portion is influenced by other factors. Furthermore, hypothesis testing confirms that work discipline and work motivation simultaneously have a significant impact on employee performance. These findings provide valuable insights for organizations in formulating policies and strategies aimed at enhancing employee performance. Improving work discipline and motivation can be an effective approach to achieving better organizational outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of product evaluation and price on customer satisfaction, as well as the impact of customer satisfaction on loyalty. The research adopts an associative approach with a quantitative methodology. The population consists of all customers of a minimarket at Koperasi Visiana Bakti TVRI Jakarta, with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data collection was conducted using questionnaires, and data analysis techniques included instrument testing, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, determination coefficient analysis, and hypothesis testing using t-tests and F-tests. The results indicate that product evaluation has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This suggests that an increase in product evaluation leads to an improvement in customer satisfaction. Additionally, price has a negative and significant effect on customer satisfaction, meaning that a price increase tends to reduce customer satisfaction. When considered simultaneously, both product evaluation and price significantly influence customer satisfaction, contributing substantially to variations in customer satisfaction. Furthermore, customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. This implies that an increase in customer satisfaction enhances customer loyalty. The findings highlight the importance of product evaluation and pricing strategies in shaping customer satisfaction, which in turn plays a crucial role in fostering customer loyalty.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT. Price Trandos Engineering, both partially and simultaneously. The research employs a quantitative method, with saturated sampling technique involving 58 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this study include validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, simple linear regression testing, multiple linear regression testing, coefficient of determination, t-test hypothesis testing, and f-test hypothesis testing. The results show that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. A strong correlation was found between the two variables, indicating that motivation plays a substantial role in influencing employee performance. The hypothesis testing confirmed that the effect of motivation on performance was significant, as the t-test result supported the rejection of the null hypothesis. Similarly, the work environment also has a significant effect on employee performance. A moderate correlation was observed between the work environment and performance, suggesting that improvements in the work environment can enhance employee performance. The hypothesis testing for the work environment variable also showed significant results, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis. Furthermore, both motivation and work environment have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance. The results indicated a strong relationship between the independent variables (motivation and work environment) and the dependent variable (employee performance). The hypothesis testing confirmed the simultaneous impact of these two factors on performance, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and motivation on employee performance at Indomaret Gading Serpong Branch. The research adopts an associative approach with a quantitative method. The sample consists of 80 respondents. Data analysis techniques include validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, autocorrelation tests, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test. The results indicate that transformational leadership style has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Organizational culture also contributes positively and significantly to employee performance. Furthermore, motivation is found to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Additionally, transformational leadership style, organizational culture, and motivation collectively have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The simultaneous contribution of these three variables to employee performance demonstrates the importance of leadership, organizational culture, and motivation in enhancing work outcomes. This research highlights the crucial role of leadership style in shaping employee performance, as well as the impact of a strong organizational culture and motivation in driving employees to achieve better results. The findings suggest that companies should focus on developing transformational leadership, fostering a supportive organizational culture, and enhancing motivation to improve overall employee performance.

Abstract

Electronic cigarettes (vapes) have transformed the consumption habits of millennials, shifting from traditional smokes to a contemporary alternative. University students, who are the primary consumers of conventional cigarettes and vapes, evaluate multiple factors while choosing a vape product. Factors impacting students' use of vapes include product knowledge, peer influence, and cost.  This research utilises a descriptive quantitative methodology by administering questionnaires to 100 university students in Mataram City. The gathered data is subsequently analysed utilising SPSS version 21. The findings demonstrate that Product Knowledge and Group Reference exert a positive and significant impact on students' decisions to utilise vapes. Simultaneously, price exerts a negligible and inconsequential influence on students' choices to utilise vapes.

Abstract

Gender equality means justice between women and men in the opportunity to achieve a better life. In the world of agriculture, women's involvement is already quite large, but there is still a problem of gender inequality. In rural areas, agriculture is the main economic activity of the community. Sri Tanjung Village, Central Semende Darat Subdistrict, Muara Enim Regency, has highlands and fertile land so that the people of Sri Tanjung Village generally work as farmers. Therefore, this socialization activity was held to find out the involvement of women's roles as family farmers, especially in the Sri Tanjung Village environment. This socialization activity includes educating the community about gender and gender inequality in agricultural activities, in order to create justice in family farming activities. In the activity there was a presentation of material by MSIB students and a discussion session that discussed about The implementation methods of socialization activities are: preparation, implementation, presentation, and evaluation. This socialization activity was supported by village officials, Village Forest Management Institution (LPHD) officials, Forest Farmers Group (KTH), and Sri Tanjung Village community. After this socialization activity, it is hoped that the community will gain insight related to the meaning of gender equality, especially in farming activities and give women the opportunity to make decisions.
