Abstract

21st century learning is ideally designed with learning categorized as higher order thinking skills (HOTS). This study specifically aims to describe the implementation of online learning in the HOTS category in elementary schools. This research will be conducted on fifth grade students in elementary school in Surakarta. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Analysis of learning implementation is carried out at the stages of learning planning, learning implementation, and learning assessment. The results showed that at the planning stage, the teacher analyzed the syllabus and content as well as selecting materials, developing teaching materials. At the implementation stage, the teacher uses a whatsapp group and google meet. The technique used is a mixture of synchronous and asynchronous. Students document learning activities such as presentations or simple experiments and upload them via the google classroom link with the design referring to levels C4, C5, and C6. The teacher's analysis and responses are given after the students have collected their exam answers. The results of this study are expected to be a reference source for teachers to make adjustments to the implementation of online learning that allows for stimulating HOTS of students in elementary schools.21st century learning is ideally designed with learning categorized as higher order thinking skills (HOTS). Abstract

This study aims to determine the mapping of the development and direction of research on Critical Thing of Islamic Education in publications indexed by the Scopus database. This study used bibliometric analysis techniques to explore all publications indexed in the Scopus database on Critical Thinking of Islamic Education from 1994 to 2023. The data obtained were analyzed using Excel and R/R-Studio. VOSviewer is used to perform visual analysis of keyword occurrence and document citations in a stimulating manner. Researchers found 3,702 publications that fit the function, subject, and criteria set. The results of this study show an annual growth rate. The papers are analyzed in terms of publications by field of science, the number of studies published annually. The bibliometric analysis performed was limited to Scopus data. Other national and international databases were not taken into account in the study. The limitation of this study is only taking data sets or meta data in publications indexed by Scopus. This study presents a brief overview of the literature accessible to researchers working in the field of Critical Thinking of Islamic Education and provides recommendations for future research.

Abstract

This research is to describe the Implementation of Academic Supervision at State Junior High School 13 Tanjungbalai City which aims to reveal that the Planning for Academic Supervision at State Junior High School 13 Tanjungbalai City, Implementation of the Academic Supervision Program at State Junior High School 13 Tanjungbalai City, Evaluation of Academic Supervision at State Junior High School 13 Tanjungbalai City. This research uses a qualitative type of research with a phenomenological approach, using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of this research reveal three findings, namely that the Academic Supervision Planning at State Junior High School 13 Tanjungbalai City has been structured correctly in accordance with existing provisions. The implementation of the Academic Supervision Program at State Junior High School 13 Tanjungbalai City is not yet optimal due to inadequate facilities and infrastructure. Evaluation of Academic Supervision at State Junior High School 13 Tanjungbalai City has been carried out in accordance with existing procedures. From the explanation above, it can be concluded that the implementation of academic supervision must have a work program, carry out supervision in every program implementation up to evaluation, namely measuring and assessing the results of the performance that has been carried out.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penyesuaian diri dengan kecemasan berbicara di depan umum anak panti asuhan Al-Washliyah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah korelasional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 123 orang diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen penelitian angket tentang kecemasan berbicara dan angket penyesuaian diri. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus product moment correlation. Hasil penelitian yang ditemukan adalah: Ada hubungan negatif antara penyesuaian diri dengan kecemasan berbicara di depan umum pada anak panti asuhan Al-Washliyah dengan r= -0,345 pada signifikansi 0,000 atau sebesar 11,9%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin tinggi kemampuan anak melakukan penyesuaian diri maka semakin rendah kecemasan yang dialaminya ketika berbicara di depan umum.

Abstract

The uniqueness of Islamic education from the perspective of contemporary Islamic educational philosophy seeks to reconstruct Islamic education to be relevant to the challenges of the times. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature analysis approach. Data were collected from various sources, including books, journal articles, and official documents related to Islamic education and educational philosophy. The analysis was carried out by identifying the main themes that emerged in the literature, and linking them to the context of contemporary education. In this way, it is hoped that a deeper understanding of the uniqueness and excellence of Islamic education can be obtained. Islamic education has a uniqueness that distinguishes it from other education systems, especially in terms of approach and objectives. One of the main aspects of Islamic education is not only aimed at producing individuals who are intellectually intelligent, but also have character and noble morals. The excellence of Islamic education can be seen from various aspects, including curriculum, teaching methods, and social impacts. With the uniqueness and excellence of Islamic education from the perspective of contemporary Islamic educational philosophy, it offers a comprehensive and relevant perspective in understanding the uniqueness and excellence of Islamic education. Islamic education with a strong moral and spiritual foundation, and a focus on character development and relevance to the challenges of the times, has the potential to produce generations who are knowledgeable, have noble morals, and are able to make positive contributions to society

Abstract

This research aims to determine Quality Management in Increasing Teacher Professionalism at MTS Muhammadiyah 15 Medan. The research method used is a qualitative method. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation with emphasis on informant data sources: madrasah principals, deputy madrasah principals and teachers to confirm the validity of the data obtained. The results of this research reveal three findings, namely: (1) To find out Quality Management in Improving Teacher Professionalism at MTS Muhammadiyah 15 Medan, (2) To find out the steps taken by madrasah heads in Quality Management in Increasing Teacher Professionalism at MTS Muhammadiyah 15 Medan (3 ) To find out the obstacles of madrasa heads in Quality Management in Increasing Teacher Professionalism at MTS Muhammadiyah 15 Medan. From the explanation above, it can be concluded that quality management in improving teacher professionalism carried out by madrasah heads starts from planning such as the process of selecting teachers in recruitment then carrying out organizing such as empowering the competencies possessed by teachers, and also placing teachers according to their majors and competencies, after It coordinates Teacher Working Groups (KKG), holds education and training (diklat), Subject Teacher Conferences (MGMP), and involves teachers in Quality Management in Increasing Teacher Professionalism at MTS Muhammadiyah 15 Medan.

Abstract

This research aims to find ecoliteracy-based PAI teaching materials, which are feasible, practical and effective for use in learning. The research was conducted at SMP Negeri 3 Stabat. This research method is a development research method with the Plomp model. The research instruments used were validation sheets, observation sheets and learning outcomes tests. The research findings show: (1) ecoliteracy-based PAI teaching materials were developed starting from needs analysis, design, testing and revision. In this case, the PAI teaching materials developed contain the concept of ecoliteracy, (2) ecoliteracy-based PAI teaching materials have been tested, evaluated and revised, in this case their suitability has been validated by learning design experts, material experts and educational practitioners with an average score of 3. 30 eligible categories. Thus, the teaching material products developed are suitable for use in PAI learning, and (3) ecoliteracy-based PAI teaching materials have been implemented with a level of practicality with a score of 3.40 in the practical category and a level of effectiveness for improving student learning outcomes, with an N-Gain score 0.39 medium effectiveness category.

Abstract

The age of children when entering elementary school is something that needs to be considered in relation to the child's readiness for school. This study aims to describe the development of elementary school students based on the age of entering elementary school. The method used in this study is a descriptive research method with a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were second grade students in elementary school. The results of the study showed that the development of elementary school students based on age when entering school showed that the highest aspect of development was the cognitive aspect while the lowest was the social-emotional aspect. The results also showed that the older the child, the more the student's readiness to follow the education program.

Abstract

An ideal educational institution is an educational institution that can carry out teaching and learning activities, provide lectures well, provide adequate standard facilities and infrastructure, professional teaching staff, a curriculum that is able to answer the challenges of the times, the creation of reliable graduates, the absorption of alumni in the world of work, the role of as well as alumni in the midst of social life. Research on the distribution of higher education alumni is absolutely necessary, this is to measure the level of success of universities, faculties and departments in providing education and preparing alumni to be able to compete in the world of work. The problems studied used the survey method. This method uses questionnaires and interviews as research tools carried out on a large population spread across several regions. The data collection techniques used are: observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The total number of alumni or graduates from the 2015-2018 BKI Department at UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten is 319 people from four classes. Among them there are those who work, some who don't work, and some whose whereabouts are unknown. The total alumni of the Islamic Counseling Guidance Department (BKI) who have worked are 115 people out of 319 people or 79%. Alumni who don't work don't mean they can't be accepted by the job market, but rather because of strategic considerations and choices in their lives.

Abstract

In the essence of human meaning, God created man with a fitrah in his body and spirit. This research advances the philosophical view of the essence of the student's scientific development efforts to realize a perfect human being (Insan Kamil). In his literature, this study uses the concept of library research as a guideline in literary review. Thus, the results of this research relate to the students in the perspective of the philosophy of Islamic education by merging the concept of the essence of man as the actualization of the tasks, responsibilities and characteristics that must be possessed by the students.
