<![CDATA[Students must be able to adapt the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, so there is a need for efforts to align expertise. This research was conducted to see the role of entrepreneurship education in influencing the ability of students' technopreneurship towards innovative behavior of students with the skills of the Industrial Revolution era 4.0 as a mediating variable. The population in this study were Andalas University Padang students. Determination of the size of the sample based on percentages according to the Yount Table. Based on these considerations, the sample in this study amounted to 252 Andalas University students from 15 Faculties at Andalas University, Padang. 162 respondents have received Entrepreneurship Education (Group I) and 90 respondents have not received Entrepreneurship Education (Group II). Data collection was carried out using a closed questionnaire with a Rating scale measurement. Data obtained from the questionnaire was processed using the Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM PLS) method using the help of Smart PLS software. From this study it can be concluded that there is a role in Entrepreneurship Education in influencing the ability of student technopreneurship towards innovative behavior of students with the skills of the Industrial Revolution era 4.0 as a mediating variable.]]>

<![CDATA[This study determined the effect of Principal’s leadership and the Role of School Committee for the Success of School Based Management at Senior High School Negeri 1 Sirah Pulau Padang. This study used quantitative methods. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression partial correlation and multiple correlation.This study showed that; 1) there is significant influence between principal's leadership on school-based management at SMA Negeri 1 Sirah Pulau Padang; 2) there is significant influence between the role of the school committee on school-based management at SMA Negeri 1 Sirah Pulau Padang. 3) there is simultaneously influence among Principal’s leadership and the Role of School Committee for the Success of School Based Management at Senior High School Negeri 1 Sirah Pulau Padang. The implication of the research is that the Principal’s leadership and the Role of School Committee for the Success of School must be considered in improving school-based management so that the educational goals will be optimal.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research was to obtain information about the implementation of academic supervision done by the headmaster in order to develop teachers’ performance. This research used qualitative method. Data were collected through interview, observation and documentation. The subjects of this research were the headmaster and the teachers. The results showed that the implementation of the academic supervision was done on three steps were planning, implementation and evaluation. <![CDATA[The reading interest of Indonesian people still low compared from other countries. It needs to introduce the love of reading early, so the children will have long life reading interest. In this case the school’s library should be able to nurture students into a reading society. This research is qualitative with key informant is principal and supporting informant are librarian, teachers and students of State Primary School 31 of Balai Labuh Bawah. The data were collected by using observation, interview and documentation. The results showed that the principal play an active role to increase students' reading interest through the school’s library. The role of principals are (1) increasing the students reading interest through exemplary; (2) utilizing the school’s library as a learning resource; (3) giving reward to the students who frequently visit and borrow books in school’s library; (4) increasing the books collection in school’s library; (5) making the school’s library as a convenient place for reading activities; and (6) fostering librarians through upgrading and seminar activities.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze classroom management for children with special needs in SLB. The methodology used in this study is field research.Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observation and documentation. In this study the data is analyzed by reducing data, display data and verifying the data that has been obtained. The results of this study are classroom management for children with special needs seen from the scope of the facilities and student arrangements. The arrangement of facilities at the Banyuasin State SLB is quite good, namely learning by utilizing existing facilities, utilizing nature and the surrounding environment as well as providing tools for ABK students to maximize the teaching and learning process in SLB, while for student management in Banyuasin State SLB emphasizes formation student organization, grouping of students, assignment of students, coaching and assignments, as well as report cards and class increases.]]>

<![CDATA[The implementation of Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) in accordance with the standard of the learning process is considered to be very relevant to the current conditions, where a crisis of identity and enthusiasm for loving the motherland is a national problem today. This study aims to determine the standard process in implementing PPKn learning in elementary schools. The location of the study was conducted at Gelumbang Elementary School 2 in Muara Enim Regency. This study uses a qualitative case study method (case studies). Data collection techniques in this study used interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis uses qualitative techniques which consist of three stages of data analysis namely data reduction, display or presentation of data as well as drawing conclusions and data verification. The results of this study state that the facts of the learning process that includes planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning outcomes cannot be carried out thoroughly in accordance with the process standards set by the government. However, with maximum effort the learning process of PPkn can run effectively in a number of notes, namely the teacher must be more optimally managing learning.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aimed at determining the influence of compensation on teachers’ performance in State Secondary School 3 Batusangkar. The method used was a quantitative. The population in this study were all teachers of civil servants in State Secondary School 3 Batusangkar which consist of 43 people. Analyzer used in this research was simple linear regression, coefficient of determinant, and t test. Data processing using SPSS statistics 20 for windows. Based on the results of the study, it was known that simultaneously the compensation has a significant and positive effect on teachers’ performance. The result from simple linear that constant score equal to 100,008 and coefficient score of compensation equal to 0,378 this indicate that there is significant and positive influence to teachers’ performance in State Secondary School 3 Batusangkar. The result of determinant coefficient can be seen that the involvement of compensation variable to teachers’ performance is 17,1%. Result of t-test where t-count > t-table (2,905> 2,701) or sig. <0,01 (0,000 <0,01) which means that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected.  Keywords: Compensation, Teachers’ Performance, State Secondary School 3 Batusangkar]]>

<![CDATA[This paper aimed at investigating the communicative character of learners that could be seen in the pleasure of talking, socializing and cooperating with others in the community class conducted by Homeschooling Primagama Palembang every Saturday morning. This paper was qualitative descriptive. The data were obtained in the form of observation, interview and documentation results compiled from the location of observation. The results showed that the existence of a community class held every once a week, made students of Primagama Homeschooling could work together and mingle neglecting the age and education, and can socialize with the surrounding environment.]]>

<![CDATA[Praktek Kerja Industri (PRAKERIN) is a skill program in the form of learning while working or working while studying in each odd semester of class XI each year. The method used in this study was quantitative. The results can be seen that with the holding of Industrial Work Practices can grow interest to open their own business (Entrepreneurship). Judging from the data analysis Question Frequency of Very High value that is 31,25%, High Frequency 53,125%, Frequency Medium 6,25%, Low Frequency 9.375%, and Very Low 0 from Frequency of Interest Questionnaire Analysis Entrepreneurship can be seen that the average interest in entrepreneurship High frequency. t arithmetic = 6.143 and t table on α 0.05 / 2 dk 32 - 2 = 2.04 then this proves that there is Influence of Achievement of Industrial Work Practices on Student Interest in Computer Engineering and Network 1 SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Palembang Lesson Year 2017 / 2018. It turned out that the influence of Industrial Work Practice achievement of 0.7202 = 0.5184 or 51.8% on the criteria is quite high (strong), the remaining 48.16% influenced by other factors. The results show students who have done or who have followed the Industrial Work Practice if the value of “Good†Manufacturing Practice then the higher interest also for Entrepreneurship after graduating from school.]]>

<![CDATA[Improving the quality of education is an orientation of the development of national civilization as an investment in the future development. Especially now entering the era of the industrial revolution, of course, the quality of schools needs to be improved. The principal's leadership is needed to deal with this era, because the principal is a leader who means the school and is a person who has authority in the school. The ideal leadership is leadership that follows the demands of the industrial revolution 4.0. Leaders who follow the development of technology leaders must have skills in influencing, encouraging, guiding, directing, and moving others who have something to do with the implementation and development of education and teaching in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The purpose of this study is to determine the leadership of school principals in the face of changing times, especially in era 4.0 and explain the study of leadership concepts in dealing with era 4.0. The method used is a qualitative method. The results of the discussion can be concluded that the principal's leadership must be able to master in the field of technology needed as currently in the era of the digital revolution 4.0 to improve and explore the potential that exists in itself and the need for the readiness of the principal in facing challenges in the era of the digital revolution 4.0.]]>
