Abstract

Making PJOK learning videos is needed in helping teachers for online learning to be delivered to students. The purpose of this activity is to help PJOK teachers make basic learning videos of big ball games using video editing applications. This activity was carried out directly with the method of lectures, demonstrations, discussions and structured guidance on September 15, 2020 in Kusan Ilir District, Tanah Bumbu Regency. Participants in this activity are PJOK teachers who are recorded on duty in the 3T area as many as 8 people. Teachers who have never made simple and short learning videos using video editing applications are very excited because the videos produced using these applications can be directly shared with students. This activity received a response on very good criteria for the four aspects assessed, namely material, resource persons, duration and delivery media and the teacher can make PJOK learning videos. . The goal is to express the real meaning of playing, even though students only follow the movement through virtual videos

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal the possibility of a causal relationship between variables without manipulating a variable. This type of research is quantitative using path analysis techniques (phat analysis). This research was conducted at Sijunjung 01 Public Elementary School. The population is 139 Prospective Tennis Athletes with a sample of 10-15% or 20-25% of the existing population. Data analysis techniques were carried out descriptively and interactively. Presentation of data using a frequency distribution list and histogram. The results obtained from the variables nutritional status of Prospective Tennis Athletes and Physical Fitness Prospective Tennis Athletes at SD Negeri 01 Sijunjung, there is a direct effect of nutritional status (X2) on Physical Fitness (Y) of ҏyx2 = 0.190. The variable parenting style and physical fitness has a direct effect on parenting style (X3) on physical fitness (Y) of ҏyx3 = 0.176. Calculation of path analysis, there is an indirect effect of motivation (X1) on physical fitness (Y) through parenting (X3) of 0.192. Calculation of path analysis, there is an indirect effect of nutritional status (X2) on physical fitness (Y) through parenting (X3) of 0.213. There is a simultaneous effect on motivation (X1), nutritional status (X2), parenting style (X3) and physical fitness (Y) obtained Rsquare = 0.338 or an effect of 33. Confirm to coach as a subject athletes needs a development and exercise effect nutritions.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a learning medium for short storybooks of basic motion material for catching. The research method used is to adopt the research and development (R & D) model of Borg and Gall up to the 3rd stage, namely 1) Research and Information Collection, 2) Planning, 3) Develop Preliminary of Product Data collection using observation, questionnaires, and interviews, Data analysis techniques using qualitative and quantitative data. The stages start from (1) Research and information collecting, the results of the needs analysis show that there is a need for updates to make learning media in the form of short storybooks that are more innovative and interesting so that students learn data anywhere at any time without being limited by space and time. (2) Planning, making a research plan by forming a team according to the expertise needed to help develop research products. (3) Develop Preliminary of Product to create a model / design of learning book products that are outlined in interesting images and short stories to improve student reading literacy and theoretical feasibility tests by involving expert judgments,  namely learning experts, material experts and media experts.   Hasil research shows that Learning Media in the form of short storybooks of basic motion material for throwing is declared suitable for use in elementary school students.

Therefore, the author is interested in measuring the physical fitness of lower leg muscle strength. This type of research is descriptive quantitative is to analyze the data by describing or describing the data collected. The population in this study were students of SMPN 1 Bangkalan. The sampling technique in this research is using Quota sampling. The number of samples that will be used in this research are 30 students of Bangkalan 1 State Junior High School. The results of the validity test showed that the wall squad test that was carried out was valid and could be tested on students of SMPN 01 Bangkalan. Obtained Person Correlation 0.848> 0.361 item 1 and 0.843> 0.361 for item 2. Reliability test obtained by Cronbach Alpha of 0.600> 0.361 it can be concluded that the data we test is reliable. used is normally distributed.

Each Student used improvised infrastructure from the school which makes students in physical education lessons limited abd tends to be monotounsin physical education subjects. Therefore the purpose of this research is to develop an RTB (Rescue The Ball) game model for learning physical education, soccer game desaigned to make students move actively and make learning physical education fun. This development involves 3 experts, namely physical education experts, game experts, and soccer experts. The method used Research Borg and Gall Research and Development (R&D) The results of the validation test by experts using the content validity index (CVI) and content Validity Ratio (CVR) test which show and average CVR value of 0,8 in other words of RTB (Rescue The Ball) Development model is appropriate or relevant, or good and also has high content validity in improving basic technical. RTB (Rescue The Ball) game model for physical education learning soccer games, this game is feasible to continue in elementary schools as a follow-up recommendation from this research. RTB is an alternative for elementary school physical education teachers when they want to teach soccer material. It is unique because it combines traditional games and soccer using a field that is not too wide.
