The teacher always gives conventional learning model. It is like only give instruction so it makes the students less enthusiastic in participating in learning. So, the students just reach the learning value of volleyball bottom passing which is still much below the KKM (70), which is 12 students while those above the KKM (75) or complete A total of 15 students. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the problem-based learning model on the learning outcomes of volleyball bottom passing game in grade IV students of SDN 2 Sendangharjo. The type of research used by the researcher in this research is quantitative using a one group pre-test - post-test design. The Population is a fourth grade student of SDN 2 Sendangharjo. with the method of taking saturated samples (all populations are made into samples), which is 23 students. The instrument used in this study is a volleyball bottom test pass. Data calculations are assisted by using Microsoft exel. The results of the study using problem-based learning model in learning to pass bottom the volleyball game increased by 30.43%. From the results of the study, it was explained that the learning method given to each group had an effect from the initial data of complete student data was only 34.78%,  65.22% of incomplete students and  the pre-test showed it increased to 60.87% for students who complete. The student who have not completed are 39.13. Meanwhile, in the post-test is 91.30 for students who are in the complete category, while those who have not completed it are 8.70%. The increase can be seen from the results of the pretest of 60.87% to the posttest of 91.30%. The conclusion of this study is that the problem-based learning model is effectively used to improve the learning of passing under the volleyball game in students. The presentation, the learning outcome increased by 30.43%. The suggestion from the researcher to the next researcher is to be able to develop a problem-based learning model to improve the learning of other PJOK materials.

Abstract

An athlete's performance in a match can be influenced by various factors, including physical condition and fatigue. Studies indicate that fatigue leads to decreased physical and technical performance in soccer players. This study aimed to compare the efficacy of using a massage gun versus a foam roller for fatigue recovery in football athletes. Employing an experimental pretest-posttest design, the study assessed the impact of massage guns (MG) and foam rollers (FR) on 8 football athletes. The research utilized a lactic acid level test with Accutrend Lactate. Results revealed a t value of 0.982 with a significance level (2-tailed) of 0.364, indicating no significant difference between the two recovery methods in reducing fatigue levels among football athletes. Furthermore, the paired sample test showed a significance level (2-tailed) of 0.004 for the foam roller group and 0.006 for the massage gun group, both below 0.05. Consequently, the study concludes that foam rollers are more effective than massage guns in alleviating fatigue in football athletes.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the athletic sports coaching program of DKI Jakarta Province in preparation for PON XXI Aceh-North Sumatra in 2024. The evaluation was carried out using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model developed by Stufflebeam. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The research informants include PASI DKI Jakarta administrators, coaches, athletes, and other related parties. The results of the context evaluation show that the DKI Jakarta athletic coaching program has clear goals and is in line with the province's vision and mission in the field of sports. The input evaluation revealed that there was adequate resource support, both in terms of infrastructure and funding. However, improvements are still needed in the aspect of recruiting talented athletes and developing coach competencies. In the evaluation of the process, it was found that the implementation of the coaching program had been carried out in accordance with the set plan. The training methods applied have followed the latest developments in coaching science. Product evaluation showed an increase in the achievements of DKI Jakarta athletes in various national championships as an indicator of the success of the program. Based on the findings of the research, it can be concluded that the athletics coaching program in DKI Jakarta Province has been running well and showing positive development. However, there are still several aspects that need to be improved to optimize preparations for PON XXI Aceh-North Sumatra 2024. The recommendations submitted include intensifying the talent search program, improving the quality and quantity of coach training, and optimizing the use of technology in the athlete coaching process.
