JUANG: JURNAL WAHANA KONSELING JUANG merupakan jurnal konseling yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Bimbingan dan Konseling Universitas PGRI Palembang. Tujuan dari jurnal ini adalah mempublikasikan artikel atau karya ilmiah berupa penulisan teoritis dan praktis, serta hasil penelitian baik Mahasiswa, Guru, Dosen maupun Praktisi Bimbingan dan Konseling. Fokus artikel dalam jurnal ini adalah Konseling dan Pendidikan, diantaranya isu Pendidikan serta masalah pelayanan konseling baik di institusi Pendidikan maupun di luar institusi Pendidikan. Abstract

Finding out how accepting domestic abuse victims are of themselves is the goal of this study conducted at the SPEK-HAM Surakarta Foundation. This study takes a phenomenological perspective while using a qualitative research methodology. The research subjects were two people with the following criteria: 1) Domestic violence victims aged 40-45 years, 2) Domestic violence victims who had been divorced for 5-10 years, 3) Domestic violence victims who had participated and received assistance at the Surakarta SPEK-HAM Foundation. Documentation, semi-structured interviews, and observation are the methods used to acquire research data. According to the study's findings, both participants exhibited high levels of self-acceptance. Both participants recovered with positive development and a healthy sense of self-acceptance, despite the fact that they underwent a very drawn-out procedure.

Abstract

Families that are not intact either diminish or increase and are unable to perform their roles optimally to meet their needs related to affection, emotional, and financial can have an impact and affect the psychological well-being of individuals. Psychological well-being can be interpreted as a condition in which a person feels comfortable with attitudes such as accepting oneself, purposeful, establishing positive relationships, independent, and developing This study aims to determine and describe the psychological well-being of students who experience broken homes. This research uses qualitative methods with a fenomenology study design. Participants were selected using purposive sampling techniques with characteristics of adolescence, the same grade level and coming from broken home. Participants amounted to three people, namely in the age range of 16 to 18 years. Collection of research data by means of in-depth interviews and participant observation. The results showed that the three participants had different aspects of psychological well-being. NSF's psychological well-being is positive, RTK is more positive while ZPD is less positive.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of group counseling services self-management techniques to reduce the intensity of smartphone use. This type of research is an experimental research with a one group pretest-posttest design. The research sampling technique used purposive sampling with 6 students. Based on the paired test results, the t test sample showed the results that t-count (6.564) ≥ t-table (2.015), this shows that group counseling services, self-management techniques have proven effective in reducing the intensity of smartphone use in students. Furthermore, for teacher recommendations, guidance and counseling, schools can implement and develop group counseling, self-management techniques as an alternative strategy to reduce the intensity of smartphone use.

Abstract

Remaja adalah masa peralihan dari masa anak-anak ke masa dewasa. Remaja sangat mudah untuk terpengaruh oleh lingkungan pertemanannya. Remaja yang kurang mendapatkan bimbingan dan dukungan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari menjadi berani dan mengambil tindakan menyimpang untuk menarik perhatian. Bergam jenis kenakalan yang mungkin dapat terjadi pada remaja, salah satunya adalah merokok. Untuk mereduksi perilaku siswa merokok terdapat salah satu Teknik layanan bimbingan dan konseling yang dapat diterapkan guru BK kepada siswa, salah satunya adalah dengan melalu konseling teknik self management. Dalam artikel ini, peneliti menggunakan teknik literatur, penulis karya ini secara menyeluruh memeriksa referensi dan teori yang relevan dengan situasi atau masalah yang sebanding dengan yang diteliti. self management merupakan salah satu dari strategi tersebut. self management dipilih sebagai teknik modifikasi perilaku. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan di SMP Negeri 1 Teriak oleh Rulia dkk. dan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Ani Devi dipaparkan bahwa pendekatan self management efektif dalam mereduksi perilaku merokok siswa SMP.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perilaku prososial peserta didik kelas VII F SMP Negeri 12 Yogyakarta dengan melalui bimbingan klasikal teknik sosiodrama. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Bimbingan dan Konseling (PTBK) dengan model spiral yang dikembangkan oleh Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VII F sebanyak 32 siswa, yang memiliki kecenderungan perilaku prososial rendah. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu skala perilaku prososial dan observasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa bimbingan klasikal dengan teknik sosiodrama dapat meningkatkan perilaku prososial peserta didik. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan peningkatan skor pada setiap siklus. Hasil skor rata-rata dari skala prilaku prososial saat pra siklus sebesar 136,5, kemudian meningkat menjadi 150,6 pada siklus I. Pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 165 dan telah mencapai kriteria keberhasilan pada kategori tinggi yaitu berada pada rentang skor antara 153 sampai 204. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pengetahuan dalam bidang Bimbingan dan Konseling mengenai upaya peningkatan perilaku prososial melalui bimbingan klasikal teknik sosiodrama.

Abstract

This Guidance and Counseling Action Research was conducted with the aim of overcoming students' porn addiction through individual counseling services with cognitive restructuring techniques. The method used in this research is the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method in Guidance and Counseling. The subject of this study was a student of SMP N 2 Sewon Class VII who was taken by purposive sampling. This research was conducted in 2 cycles of stages with the administration of tests in each cycle. Data collection techniques are interviews and pornography addiction scales. The method of data analysis used quantitative descriptive data analysis techniques with standard deviation and percentage. The results of this guidance and counseling action research based on the results of pre-test, post-test I and post-test II on the aspects of onlien pornography = 34 (high) to 23 (quite low) to 18 (low); talking porn = 23 (quite high) to 17 (quite low) to 13 (low), and influencing factors = 50 (high) to 37 (quite low) to 28 (low). The results of data analysis obtained from this study indicate a reduction in pornography addiction after individual counseling services using cognitive restructuring techniques. The results of this study can be used as a reference for handling pornography addiction in schools.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore and analyze the implementation of the women's program as a means of forming religiosity in the beneficiaries of girls with visual disabilities at the Bhakti Candrasa Netra Disability Social Service House in Surakarta, Central Java. Qualitative method with phenomenological approach. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with three female beneficiaries and two social workers. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Source triangulation was used to ensure the accuracy of the data. The results showed that the women's program was effective in increasing Islamic religious knowledge, developing a love for the Qur'an, and improving the quality of worship of the female beneficiaries. The learning methods used include lectures, Q&A, and discussions, with an emphasis on sensory-based learning, the use of Braille Quran, interactive media, experiential learning, Islamic-based character education, and psychosocial support. The program also has an impact on a deeper understanding of religious values and the application of religious practices in daily life. The women's program at RPS Bhakti Candrasa Surakarta is effective in shaping religiosity in female beneficiaries with visual disabilities, so that they can adjust to society with strong beliefs and behavior in accordance with Islamic teachings.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of folklore-based group guidance in developing students' self-identity. This research uses quantitative experimental research methods with a one group pretest posttest research design. The research sample consisted of 9 students taken using purposive sampling technique. The research instrument used a Likert scale model, which was then analyzed using the normality test and the Wilcoxon test. In general, the research findings explain that folklore-based group guidance is effective in developing junior high school students' self-identity. Specifically: 1) Students' self-identity before being given folklore-based group guidance based on data processing results obtained an average score of 55.4 so that based on the pre-test results it can be seen that students' level of self-identity tends to be moderate. 2). Students' self-identity after being given folklore-based group guidance based on the results of data processing obtained an average score of 77.1 so that based on the post-test results it can be seen that the level of students' self-identity tends to be high. It is hoped that the research results can contribute to subsequent research and provide an overview of the research series.

Abstract

This study aims to describe nomophobic behavior before and after being given group guidance services using the role playing method and test the effectiveness of group guidance using the role playing method to minimize students' nomophobic tendencies. ​This type of research is quantitative with experimental method. The research population is phase F students of SMA N 1 Gunung Talang totaling 20 people, the sample amounted to 10 people with purposive sampling technique. The instrument used is a questionnaire, while for data analysis with percentage techniques and t tests. The results of this study indicate that 1) The description of students' nomophobia behavior before being given group guidance services using the role playing method is in a fairly high category. 2) The description of students' nomophobic behavior after being given group guidance services using the role playing method is in the low category. 3) Group guidance using the role playing method to minimize the tendency of nomophobia of students is effective before and after being given the service. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perilaku nomophobia sebelum dan sesudah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan metode role playing dan menguji efektifitas bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan metode role playing untuk meminimalisir kecenderungan nomophobia peserta didik. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Populasi peneltian adalah peserta didik fase F SMA N 1 Gunung Talang yang berjumlah 20 orang, sampel berjumlah 10 orang dengan teknik purposive sampling. Instrument yang digunakan adalah angket, sedangkan untuk analisis data dengan teknik persentase dan uji t. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Gambaran perilaku nomophobia peserta didik sebelum diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan metode role playing berada pada kategori cukup tinggi. 2) Gambaran perilaku nomophobia peserta didik setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan metode role playing berada pada kategori rendah. 3) bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan metode role playing untuk meminimalisir kecenderungan nomophobia peserta didik efektif sebelumdan sesudah diberikan layanan.

Abstract

seseorang, dan remaja merupakan salah satu kelompok yang rentan mengalami masalah kecemasan. Selama ini, terapi musik telah digunakan sebagai salah satu media intervensi non-farmakologis yang efektif dalam mengurangi kecemasan. Namun, tidak semua jenis musik dapat memberikan efek relaksasi yang sama. Instrumen musik tradisional dapat menjadi alternatif yang menarik dalam penggunaan musik sebagai bentuk intervensi relaksasi. Analisis instrumen gending Banyuwangi sebagai bentuk musik tradisional Indonesia dapat memberikan informasi yang berguna dalam penggunaannya sebagai bentuk intervensi relaksasi untuk remaja yang mengalami kecemasan. Penelitian ini dapat menggunakan desain penelitian eksperimen dengan randomized controlled trial (RCT). Subjek penelitian adalah remaja dengan usia antara 13-18, yang terbagi 20 remaja sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan 20 remaja sebagai kelompok kontrol. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa musik Gending Banyuwangi sebagai media intervensi relaksasi berhasil menurunkan kecemasan pada remaja secara signifikan. Penelitian ini mendukung potensi terapi berbasis budaya, khususnya musik tradisional, untuk membantu mengatasi masalah kesehatan mental seperti kecemasan di kalangan remaja.
