Learning Management System in general is a software specifically designed to distribute, create, and manage learning content. This condition inspired researchers to conduct research with the aim of implementing the Learning Management System-Based Online PAI Learning Model (Case Study of Kabuh High School in Mangunan Village, Kabuh District, Jombang Regency). The objectives to be achieved in this study are to: 1) Know the implementation of the Learning management system-based online PAI learning model at Kabuh High School in Mangunan Village, Kabuh sub-district, Jombang Regency. 2) find out the results in implementing the implementation of online learning models based on learning management systems. This research is qualitative in nature, data obtained from field observations, interviews, and documentation from school archive data and analyzed using descriptive methods. The results of the research findings show that using applications and educational platforms which of course can be used to support teaching and learning activities, for example: Google classroom, and Watshapp which are made in order to be able to implement learning models.

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep strategi perumusan dalam kegiatan, memilih perumusan strategi terbaik untuk meningkatkan kualitas lembaga pendidikan dan mengkontekstualisasikannya tingkatan, jenis dan jenis strategi dalam lembaga pendidikan. Melalui tinjauan literatur, disimpulkan bahwa formulasi strategi atau perencanaan strategis di lembaga pendidikan dapat dilakukan di tiga tingkatan: strategi perusahaan, strategi bisnis dan fungsional strategi. Perumusan strategi adalah bagian yang menjaga konsistensi antara visi, misi, tujuan dan sasaran yang berpedoman pada strategi rencana lembaga/sekolah, penggunaan pendekatan perencanaan strategis dalam penyusunan rencana sekolah, kebijakan dan keputusan menjadi lebih jelas kedepannya adalah kemampuan kepala lembaga/sekolah dan elemen Elemen lainnya dan termasuk beberapa pihak yang berkepentingan dalam proses penyusunan perencanaan strategis pendidikan program di sekolah akan memberikan arah yang jelas mengenai masa depan berkaitan dengan kualitas.

Bantuan sosial merupakan salah satu strategi pemerintah yang memiliki tujuan pengentasan kemiskinan di Indonesia. Penelitian yang dilakukan di kabupaten Jombang tepatnya di desa pucangsimo dalam kaitannya mengenai pendistribusian bantuan pangan non tunai atau BPNT dan bansos yang dikemas dalam bentuk jaminan sosial yaitu PKH atau program keluarga harapan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis regresi berganda yang menggunakan aplikasi software SPSS versi 26 serta uji hipotesisnya berupa uji t parsial dan uji f simultan. Untuk variabel bebasnya adalah BPNT (X1) dan PKH (X2). Sedangkan variabel terikatnya adalah penanggulangan kemiskinan (Y). dari pengujian tersebut menunjukkan bahwa BPNT memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap penanggulangan kemiskinan dan PKH memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap penanggulangan kemiskinan. Kemudian secara simultan BPNT dan PKH secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap penanggulangan kemiskinan. Diketahui bahwa nilai koefisien 0,533 yang artinya pengaruh penanggulangan kemiskinan sebesar 53,3% dijelaskan oleh BPNT dan PKH, sedangkan pengaruh terhadap penanggulangan kemiskinan lainnya sebesar 46,7% dijelaskan faktor lain.

Di tengah pandemi Covid-19 yang mengganggu kehidupan masyarakat, berbagai media massa berperan aktif dalam menyebarkan informasi mengenai Covid-19. Hal tersebut, menyebabkan banyak informasi bohong yang tersebar dan membuat resah masyakat. Menyoroti kasus informasi palsu, peneliti tertarik untuk mengkaji informasi yang beredar di tengah masyarakat, dengan penelitian kualitatif, yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan analisis wacana kritis iklan layanan masyarakat Direktorat Promkes dan PM Kemenkes RI mengenai Vaksinasi Covid-19 dengan teori Teun A. Van Dijk. Serta merekomendasikan hasil penelitian sebagai bahan ajar interaktif berbasis aplikasi android dalam materi teks iklan di tingkat SMP. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah teknik simak-catat, dengan metode deskriptif. Analisis wacana kritis model Teun. A Van Dijk berupa pengklasifikasian struktur makro, superstruktur dan struktur mikro yang terdiri atas 18 elemen, ke dalam iklan layanan masyarakat Direktorat Promkes dan PM Kemenkes RI. Iklan layanan masyarakat yang diambil sebagai subjek penelitian terdiri atas lima video mengenai vaksinasi Covid-19. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut diketahui bahwa sebagian besar iklan layanan masyarakat memuat seluruh elemen yang terdapat pada struktur makro, superstruktur dan struktur mikro. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut iklan layanan masyarakat Direktorat Promkes dan PM Kemenkes RI layak dihubungkan sebagai bahan ajar tambahan yang memudahkan guru dan peserta didik dalam melakukan kegiatan belajar mengajar.

During adolescence, adolescents must be able to meet their physiological needs, one of which is the need for rest and sleep. With the Covid-19 pandemic, learning activities in both schools and institutions have replaced online learning methods using cellphones (HP). Not only for studying but teenagers also use it for social interaction and there are many interesting applications available on HP so that it can make teenagers become more intensely addicted to HP which can affect their sleep quality like insomnia. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between cellphone addiction and the incidence of insomnia in class X adolescents at SMK Taruna Terpadu 1 Bogor during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method is a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional research design with a total population of 123 and a sample of 93 students. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, uses primary data (questionnaire) with the analysis using the Spearman rank test. The results of the study showed that the value of r value = 0.000

Arabic in the world of education occupies a very backward position in education circles in Indonesia. This research is intended to find out aspects of students' problems in speaking English at Torsina Sanggau Christian Vocational School. This is a descriptive research by means of a survey. The instrument used in this research was a questionnaire containing 27 closed questions. The population in this research were 190 students of Torsina Sanggau Christian Vocational School and the sample in this research were students of English class X Accounting, X TKJ, XI Accounting, XI TKJ, XII Accounting and XII TKJ at the Christian Torsina Sanggau Vocational School in odd semesters. teaching 2022/2023. The number of samples is 90 students. The information that has been collected is analyzed using a Likert ratio to identify problems faced by students in dialogue using English in class. The results of data analysis prove that there are 2 aspects of students' problems in dialogue using English. The first is the language factor, namely: pronunciation, grammar and vocabulary. The second factor is psychological factors, namely: lack of confidence, shyness, anxiety and motivation. One of the problems students have in having dialogue using English is the worry of being laughed at when making mistakes in articulation, the complexity of making a sentence and the use of tenses, the difficulty of using appropriate vocabulary and the worry of being embarrassed in public. It can be concluded that language aspects and psychological aspects contribute to students' problems in having dialogue using English in English at Torsina Sanggau Christian Vocational School.

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh ketertarikan penulis terhadap fenomena yang muncul mengenai kesantunan berbahasa mahasiswa terhadap dosen. Di era milenial ini, penggunaan media sosial semakin menjadi kebutuhan bagi makhluk sosial. Makhluk sosial menggunakan media sosial WhatsApp sebagai alat komunikasi semi formal. Mahasiswa dan dosen memiliki hubungan komunikasi yang baik, baik di dalam maupun di luar kampus. Komunikasi tersebut selalu dalam batas kesopanan, meskipun diucapkan dalam situasi semi formal. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pola kesantunan yang digunakan mahasiswa dalam berkomunikasi dengan dosen melalui media sosial WhatsApp. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pola kesantunan yang ditemukan dalam komunikasi antara mahasiswa dan dosen di media sosial WhatsApp. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah aplikasi chatting WhatsApp. Data penelitian berupa tuturan mahasiswa yang digunakan untuk berkomunikasi dengan dosen melalui WhatsApp. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan analisis isi teks. Pola kesantunan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Leech. Hasil analisis peneliti terhadap chat whatsapp antara mahasiswa dan dosen terdapat 3 maksim yaitu maksim kebijaksanaan, maksim kedermawanan/penerimaan dan maksim permufakatan.

The purpose of this study was to find out the mistakes made by students in solving math word problems on equations and quadratic functions and their causal factors based on the Fong Schematic Model. The research was conducted at St. Catholic Middle School. Rosa de Lima Tondano for the 2021/2022 academic year. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research method. Data collection was carried out using tests and interviews. The research subjects were class IX students of St. Catholic Middle School. Rosa de Lima Tondano. The results of the research are based on the first level of the Fong Schematic Model, namely the E1 scheme has no completion, E2 uses irrelevant procedures, E3 the schematic is incomplete without errors, E4 the schematic is incomplete with errors, E5 the schema is complete with errors. The results of the research are based on the second level of the Fong Schematic Model, namely mathematical operations, mathematical themes and psychological factors. Factors causing the mistakes made by students are: 1) lack of understanding of how to solve problems, 2) lack of thoroughness in solving questions, 3) lack of understanding of how to factor quadratic equations, 4) rush in solving questions, 5) forgetting how to solve problems, 6) lack of skills in applying material to problems and 7) decreased student ability during the co-19 pandemic.

Human capital investment is not only believed to be an effort to increase individual knowledge and skills, but also an effort to increase the prosperity of a nation. The government needs to pay serious attention to this problem. This study aims to propose a number of alternative policy steps that can be taken by the Indonesian government to make educational institutions the main sector for optimizing human capital investment. The research method used in this research is a literature study using secondary data as a data source. Based on the studies that have been carried out, there are at least four alternative policy steps that can be taken by the Indonesian government, namely (1) Making long-term investment planning by preparing a human capital investment road map, (2) Making the human capital investment sector one of the main investment priorities (3) Optimizing the absorption of the education budget for expanding access and improving the education system, and (4) Increasing access to foreign technology and ensuring the availability of supporting services for technology development.
