Abstract

This service activity aims to improve the capability of local tour guides in buffer villages in the Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park (TNBTS) area. One of the locations chosen by the Service team is Wonokitri Village, which is located close to the tourist destination of Mount Bromo. Based on the results of field observations, there are several problems why Wonokitri Village is only able to survive as a 'transit village' which is indicated by the low occupancy of tourists staying at local guest houses. This is due to the low communication skills of local tour guides to attract both domestic and foreign tourists to stay longer in Wonokitri Village. In fact, based on the narrative of local residents, they are trying to develop other tourist objects that are expected to be able to support the local economy. Through this service activity, the Proposing Team arranged a series of mentoring and training activities for members of the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) in Wonokitri Village, Tosari District, Pasuruan Regency. The service activities consist of first, training in communication skills for tour guides and tourism actors (owners of guest houses, stalls, and souvenir sellers). Second, assistance in making social media as a promotional media, branding as well as local tourism marketing. Finally, thirdly, English language skills training in the context of tourism for tour guides and other tourism actors. The outputs of this activity are publications in the mass media, activity documentation, scientific articles presented at national seminars, and scientific articles published in accredited national journals.

Abstract

The tradition of giving gifts is something that is common and common to individuals from various circles of society. Snack bouquets can be used as an alternative gift that can be given to others, such as when there is a grade increase or graduation celebration. Snack bouquet is a series of snacks (snacks) that are arranged, arranged, arranged like a bouquet of flowers. This activity aims to increase the capacity and skills of students through training in making snack bouquets for students at the Daarul Uluum I Islamic Boarding School in Bogor City. One of the alternative steps to increase the creativity and innovation of students, in this community service activity, uses the ABCD (Asset Based Community Development) approach. Meanwhile, in the practice of making a snack bouquet, the Peer Assisted Learning model is used. As a result of this community service activity, participants were able to make a snack bouquet. In addition, the participants were very enthusiastic about participating in the training from start to finish.

Abstract

Pandemi Coronavirus disease atau yang biasa disebut COVID-19 menimbulkan dampak di berbagai sektor kehidupan masyarakat. Perlu upaya serius untuk meningkatkan ketahanan tubuh dengan memanfaatkan ramuan herbal yang banyak kita jumpai di kebun tanaman obat keluarga. Program edukasi kader penggerak PKK tentang ramuan herbal pencegahan COVID-19 ini dilaksanakan di Kota Batu propinsi Jawa Timur. Penyampaian program melalui ceramah, pelatihan dan FGD UMKM Griya Jamu Siti Ara Kota Batu pada Desember 2021. Edukasi interaktif dengan memberikan materi berupa ceramah tentang khasiat jamu/herbal dan pelatihan keterampilan meracik jamu/herbal.  Analisis uji korelasi Kendall’s tau-b menunjukkan adanya hubungan karakteristik sosioekonomi dan pendidikan dengan persepsi COVID-19. Uji korelasi Pearson menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan paparan COVID-19 dengan persepsi peserta engan COVID-19. Danlagi, uji Chi-Square menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan karakteristik sosioekonomi dan pendidikan peserta dengan perilaku konsumsi jamu atau herbal. Sejumlah 35 peserta terlibat aktif selama kegiatan. Domisili mereka meliputi seluruh wilayah Kota Batu, Malang Jawa Timur. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa program edukasi ramuan herbal pada penggerak kader PKK mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat dalam pemanfaatan jamu/herbal untuk mencegah COVID-19 kepada seluruh lapisan masyarakat.

Abstract

Pediculosis capitis is an infestation of Pediculus humanus var. Capitis or commonly called head lice on the hair and scalp of humans. The disease has become endemic worldwide both in developed and developing countries, with most infestations occurring in school-age children. In Indonesia alone cases of pediculosis from 2016 to 2019 are still widely found with a percentage that is still high for example in the provinces of Aceh, Pekanbaru, Pelembang, Medan which is between 21.1% to 80.3%. In Baturono, Joyosuran Village, Pasar Kliwon District from the examination of lice in children found that of 24 children, all had pediculosis. This socialization aims to provide knowledge to the public about lice infestation, its impact and how to prevent it through direct socialization. Socialization was attended by 24 participants of Family Welfare Empowerment (PKK) mothers from 30 invitations sent with postest results of 100% of participants who participated experienced an increase compared to the pretest value. This shows that participants have a better understanding and knowledge of lice infestations and also how to prevent them

Abstract

Desa Branjang Kecamatan Ungaran Barat Kabupaten Semarang ditetapkan Kepala Desa sebagai rintisan desa wisata yang dikelola melalui kelembagaan pengembang desa wisata bersama Pokdarwis dan BUMDes. Akan tetapi, dalam pengelolaannya ditemui sejumlah kendala dalam mengidentifikasi produk wisata yang dapat dijadikan magnet wisata desa sehingga sampai saat ini belum dilakukan identifikasi produk baik berbasis alam, budaya, serta ekonomi kreatif di desa tersebut. Selain itu, pengelola desa wisata juga belum mampu membuat kemasan paket wisata bagi wisatawan agar dapat menikmati potensi wisata desa Branjang secara menyeluruh.  Pengabdian dilaksanakan dalam 6 tahapan kegiatan, dengan cara FGD, Sosialisasi, Workshop, Praktek Sadar Wisata dan Praktek Event. Hasil pengabdian memperlihatkan peningkatkan soft-skill berupa peningkatan kesadaran wisata masyarakat dari 30% menjadi 100%, peningkatan dukungan masyarakat dari 60% menjadi 100%, keberhasilan melakukan pemetaan untuk Produk Atraksi, Amenitas, dan Aksesibilits serta Peningkatan hard-skill  tercapai dari kesuksesan pelaksanaan pembuatan paket-paket wisata yang memadukan Atraksi, Amenitas, dan Aksesibilitas dalam rangka mendukung Penyelengaraan Event Budaya Lokal bagi Rintisan Desa Wisata Branjang di Era New Normal

Abstract

People started looking for information about Fintech Peer-To-Peer (P2P). Online loans have become attached a negative stigma; on the other hand, online credit platforms are very much needed by the community. Through the Financial Services Authority, the government uses this momentum to carry out digital financial literacy regarding online credit. In line with the government's goals, the purpose of Community Service activities from the Master of Law Study Program Universitas Semarang (USM) is to increase understanding, insight, and financial knowledge about Fintech P2P Lending to MSME Groups in Sendangmulyo Village, Semarang City. The material provided includes the development of Fintech P2P Lending in Indonesia. Second, explain the benefits and risks and how to choose an online loan platform registered and licensed at the OJK. Third, explain the consequences and legal protection for ordinary people so they do not worry when facing legal problems with illegal online credit companies. Fourth is the existence of an Investment Alert Task Force (SWI), which was formed to prevent and handle alleged unlawful acts by illegal online loan companies. This activity hopes that the community and MSME actors can choose a legal online credit platform and avoid the entanglement of illegal online credit. Masyarakat mulai mencari informasi mengenai Fintech Peer-To-Peer (P2P) Lending atau pinjaman online menjadi dikenal masyarakat setelah muncul berita maraknya jeratan pinjaman online ilegal. Pinjaman online menjadi lekat dengan stigma negatif, di sisi lain platform pinjaman online sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat. Selaras dengan tujuan pemerintah maka tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) adalah meningkatkan pemahaman, wawasan, pengetahuan keuangan digital mengenai Fintech P2P Lending kepada Kelompok UMKM di Kelurahan Sendangmulyo Kota Semarang. Materi yang diberikan meliputi perkembangan Fintech P2P Lending di Indonesia. Kedua, menjelaskan manfaat serta risiko serta bagaimana memilih platform pinjaman online yang terdaftar dan berijin di OJK. Ketiga, memberi penjelasan konsekuensi dan perlindungan hukum bagi masyarakat awam agar tidak khawatir saat menghadapi masalah hukum dengan perusahaan pinjaman online ilegal. Keempat, keberadaan Satuan Tugas Waspada Investasi (SWI) yang dibentuk pemerintah dalam rangka pencegahan dan penanganan dugaan tindakan melawan hukum oleh perusahaan pinjaman online ilegal. Harapan dari kegiatan ini adalah agar masyarakat dan pelaku UMKM dapat memilih platform pinjaman online yang legal serta terhindar dari jeratan pinjaman online ilegal.

Abstract

Pandemi covid 19 ini, kita membutuhkan pemulihan ekonomi yang signifikan. Untuk meningkatkan produktivitas industri. Kreativitas ini dapat dinyatakan dalam pengembangan pengabdian masyarakat oleh mahasiswa KKN Unisnu Jepara angkatan XI tahun 2021 dalam bentuk Tridarma perguruan tinggi. Kreatifitas dengan adanya pelatihan sangat dibutuhkan oleh masyarakat, metode pelaksanakan yang digunakan dalam mempercepat pemulihan ekonomi dan sosial dalam medukung kelancaran pelaksanaan peningkatan ketrampilan pengelolaan usaha dalam bentuk pelatihan dan juga pemasaran baik melalui media sosial ataupun manual. Untuk mempercepat ekonomi covid 19 anggota pengabdian ini bekerjasama dengan salah satu mitra yang ada di Batukali Kalinyamatan Jepara yaitu usaha UMKM konveksi celana untuk memberi pelatiahan pemanfaatan marketplace dan limbah konveksi celana. Sasaran mitra ini memiliki permasalahan yang mana 1) adanya limbah yang tidak dimanfaatkan. 2) penurunan pemesanan sehigga kehilangan omzet hingga 50% dari biasanya 3) minimnya pengetahuan tentang strategi pemasaran dan teknologi dalam memasarkan produk. Dari problem tersebut ada beberapa tahapan dalam melaksanakan pengabdian yaitu, 1) pemanfaatan limbah konveksi. 2) pelatihan dan pendampingan membuat akun marketplace shopee.  Hasil yang dicapai dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu kreativitas mitra dalam mengolah limbah jadi barang siap guna yaitu dompet kain, pouch makeup, tempat pensil, tas kecil, dan konektor masker. Untuk meningkatkan daya jual produk mitra dan pemasaran olahan limbah kain yaitu dengan melakukan pendampingan pemasaran online melalui shopee. Antusiasme terlihat 85% dari mitra sangat positif dalam merespon dan mengikuti pendampingan

Abstract

One of the reasons for the lack of student learning motivation is the unavailability of learning media that can focus students' attention and help students understand science concepts. The purpose of this PKM activity is to provide assistance to science teachers in overcoming difficulties in the absence of learning media as a tool in the science learning process in junior high schools. The specific target of this PKM is to design, create and use virtual learning media for physics/science materials. The output of this activity is a physics/IPA learning media package for junior high schools. The method used in this activity is mentoring and training. Activities in this PKM are mentoring and training in designing, creating and using virtual learning media for junior high school physics/science materials. This activity was carried out for 32 hours of lessons and monitoring the use of learning media by MGMP physics/IPA teachers in Semarang Regency for 3 months. Activities that have been carried out to overcome partner problems are designing virtual learning media using several Power Point Presentation Developer software, Video Tracker, Latex and PheT. The series of activities consists of four main stages, namely media design, media creation, media use and testing of virtual learning media for junior high school physics/science materials. Abstract

Tujuan pengabdian ini sebagai upaya untuk memberikan pengetahuan keterampilan Pembuatan Pembuatan Kerajinan yang Fungsional Dan Bernilai Estetik Dengan Memanfaatkan Limbah Kayu Di Desa Bugel. Pengetahuan keterampilan sebagai upaya peningkatan kompetensi masyarakat desa dalam memamfaatkan limbah kayu serta pengetahuan penanganan covid 19 dimasa pandemi. Kelompok sasaran kegiatan adalah masyarakat di Di Desa Bugel Kecamatan Kedung. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan adalah metode workshop, dimana peserta kegiatan program pelatihan akan dituntun step by step oleh pemateri.  Target luaran yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah 1) Meningkatkan potensi masyarakat dalam kerajinan yang fungsional dan bernilai estetik dengan memanfaatkan limbah kayu menjadi produk yang berdayaguna. 2) Menumbuhkan pengetahuan keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan limbah kayu. 3) Membekali masyarakat dengan pengetahuan keterampilan serta pengetahuan penanganan Covid-19 secara mandiri. Sehingga terjadi peningkatan potensi pengetahuan keterampilan khususnya dalam memanfaatkan limbah kayu serta pengetahuan tentang penanganan Covid-19 dimasa pandemi bagi masyarakat di Desa Bugel Kecamatan Kedung.

Abstract

The Community Partnership Program at the Khale Tahu Sehat UKM in Margoagung Village, Kapanewon Seyegan, Sleman Regency aims to realize the role of IST AKPRIND Yogyakarta with the output of a superior research strategy plan on renewable energy and environmental engineering in a more real way in partner SMEs. One of the home industry clusters that has received a lot of attention from an environmental perspective is the small tofu industry located in the Margoagung Village. The rapid development of the small tofu industry will have a positive impact on progress that brings an increase in the economic income of rural communities. However, the waste generated from the tofu production process will have a negative impact on the village environment, becoming smelly and dirty. Based on these negative impacts, tofu waste water from small industries in rural areas has the potential to pollute the environment if it is disposed of directly without any treatment. Soil pollution can occur when wastewater seeps into the ground and can result in resident wells close to the seepage of the wastewater that cannot be used anymore. Therefore, it is necessary to develop technology for wastewater treatment that can produce biogas as renewable energy that can be developed so that it is beneficial for the community rural population (eco-efficiency technology). The use of this waste management method is not only "handling" but also has use/benefit as renewable energy and the liquid waste that comes out of the digester is used for agricultural irrigation and the sludge is used organic fertilizer, therefore saving on water, materials and energy is needed. This technology can reduce pollutant solids in the range of 75-90%. The method used in the implementation of the Tofu UKM development program is by socialization, the application of technology with the anaerobic method, eco-efficiency technology, easy to practice with relatively cheap and easy-to-obtain equipment so that small and medium industry players no longer assume that small and medium industry wastewater treatment is a very expensive load. In addition, alternative methods of waste treatment with economic value are sought that can produce biogas as renewable energy for fuel for grinding machines, and soy-boiling boilers. Meanwhile, the methods used are socialization, training, equipment manufacturing, application of technology based on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and marketing IT, as well as assistance to solve the liquid waste problem of small tofu industries in an effort to realize a Green Economy. UKM Tahu Sehat Khale expands the market network with the IT e-commerce method, which can increase by 40%. The results obtained are appropriate technological equipment to increase production by 40%, including 1 (one) vertical soybean grinding machine, 1 (one) horizontal soybean grinding machine, 1 (one) unit boiling boiler, 10 m3 volume anaerobic digester 1 (one) unit. one) unit, 1 (one) ERP-based IT e-commerce device, 2 (two) e-commerce accounts, turnover and assets increased by 40% in addition to publications through the mass media of National newspapers, 1 (one) video, 1 (one) ) articles in ISSN journals, 1 (one) article in national proceedings and 1 (one) article in international conferences, 3 (three) Copyrights, 10 MBKM students build villages that are recognized for 10 credits in one year of program implementation.
