Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of work ability, work experience, and work environment on employee performance at the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) Representative Office of Central Java Province. The population of this study was all employees working at the National Population and Family Planning Agency (BKKBN) of Central Java Province, with a sample of 100 respondents. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. The data source was primary data collected through questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that work ability had a significant positive effect on employee performance, work experience had a significant positive effect on employee performance, and the work environment had a significant positive effect on employee performance. The results of the determination coefficient showed that work ability, work experience, and work environment contributed 63.6 percent to the variance of employee performance variables, so further research is needed on other aspects of employee performance.   Keywords: Work Ability, Work Experience, Work Environment, Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership, Compensation, and Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention, mediated by Job Satisfaction among employees at PT XYZ. The research method used was a quantitative survey approach using a questionnaire distributed to the entire population of 167 employees. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the aid of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results showed that Transformational Leadership and Compensation had a positive effect on Job Satisfaction and a negative effect on Turnover Intention. Furthermore, Job Satisfaction also had a negative effect on Turnover Intention. The conclusion of this study is that the research model used is able to explain the relationship between the independent variables and Turnover Intention and demonstrates that Transformational Leadership and Compensation play a significant role in increasing Job Satisfaction and reducing employee intentions to leave the company.   Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Turnover Intention

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of employee competence, work experience, and job placement on employee performance at the Pemalang Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP). The research method used was a descriptive quantitative approach, with data collection using a Likert-type questionnaire and data processing using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that employee competence had a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance, while work experience and job placement had a positive and significant effect. The conclusion of this study is that work experience and job placement are significant contributing factors to improving employee performance, while employee competence has not shown a statistically significant effect.   Keywords: Competence, Work Experience, Job Placement, Employee Performance, DPMPTSP

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence on the performance of Civil Servants (PNS), with work discipline as an intervening variable, at the Tambrauw Regency Education, Youth, and Sports Office. The research method used was a quantitative approach with correlational methods. The study population consisted of 38 employees, consisting of 28 structural civil servants and 10 functional civil servants, with a census sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SmartPLS 3.2.2 software using a Partial Least Squares (PLS)-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach. The results showed that competence has a positive and significant effect on work discipline and employee performance. Work discipline was also shown to have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, work discipline acts as a mediating variable, strengthening the relationship between competence and performance. The conclusion of this study states that increasing employee competence accompanied by the implementation of good work discipline can significantly improve employee performance.   Keywords: Competence, Work Discipline, Employee Performance, Civil Servants, SEM-PLS

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and education level on the innovative behavior of employees at PT MP, with organizational culture as a mediating variable. The research method used a quantitative approach with a survey design on the entire employee population of 107 employees. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) through evaluation of the measurement model and structural model to assess the direct and indirect relationships between variables. The results show that transformational leadership and education level do not have a significant direct effect on employee innovative behavior. However, both have a significant influence on organizational culture. Organizational culture was shown to act as a full mediator in the relationship between transformational leadership and innovative behavior, while mediation in the relationship between education level and innovative behavior was insignificant. The conclusion of this study is that organizational culture plays a significant role in encouraging employee innovative behavior, while work experience and intrinsic motivation are aspects that need to be strengthened to increase innovation within PT MP.   Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Education Level, Organizational Culture

Abstract

This study aims to improve teacher performance through aspects of strategic formulation in improving teacher performance in RA Al Ishlahiyyah Wonorejo Pasuruan, strategic implementation in improving teacher performance in RA Al Ishlahiyyah Wonorejo Pasuruan, strategic evaluation in improving teacher performance in RA Al Ishlahiyyah and obstacles in improving teacher performance that can affect the quality of education in the future. This research uses a qualitative approach. Techniques in data collection are using interviews, observations, documentation studies. The subjects in this study were principals and teachers. The results of this study show that 1) strategic formulation in improving teacher performance is to understand the environment of educational institutions both internally and externally and motivate teachers. 2) Strategic implementation in improving teacher performance by involving teachers in training, discussing and sharing knowledge gained when attending training with fellow teachers and holding periodic meetings held by the principal. 3) Strategic evaluation in improving teacher performance is by monitoring and evaluating the administration of the principal will assess or supervise each teacher 4) obstacles to strategic implementation in improving teacher performance some obstacles teachers lack discipline in carrying out the rules that apply in schools, lack of facilities and infrastructure in RA Al Ishlahiyyah Wonorejo Pasuruan. Strategic management can be one of the best alternatives that can be implemented in improving teacher performance in educational institutions.   Keywords: Strategic Management, Teacher Performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, motivation, and empowerment on employee job satisfaction at the Semarang City Land Office. The research method used a quantitative approach with purposive sampling technique, where primary data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 75 employees from a total population of 110 people. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 26.0 to test the partial and simultaneous effects between variables. The results showed that transformational leadership, motivation, and empowerment partially had a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction with significance values ​​of 0.014, 0.009, and 0.005 (<0.05), respectively. Simultaneously, these three variables also had a significant effect on job satisfaction with an F-value of 25.908 and a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05), and an Adjusted R-square value of 0.502, meaning that 50.2% of the variation in job satisfaction was explained by these three independent variables. The conclusion of this study is that the better the transformational leadership, the higher the work motivation, and the more optimal the employee empowerment, the higher the job satisfaction level of employees at the Semarang City Land Office.   Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Motivation, Empowerment, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Organizational Culture, Training, and Career Development on Employee Performance at PT. Kurabo Manunggal Textile (KUMATEX). This study uses a quantitative approach, with a research sample of 107 respondents. The results of this study show that, partially, the Organizational Culture variable (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a tcount of 2.972 > ttable 1.983, Training (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a tcount of 2.847 > ttable 1.983, Career Development (X3) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a tcount of 12.678 > ttable 1.983. The results of the study show that, simultaneously, Organizational Culture (X1), Training (X2), and Career Development (X3) have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with an Fcount of 84.506 > Ftable 2.69. With the multiple regression equation value Y = 21.254 + 0.054 + 0.047 + 0.177 and a coefficient of determination of 71.1%, the remainder is influenced by other factors not studied.   Keywords: Organizational Culture, Training, Career Development, Employee  Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of OCB and work motivation, both partially and simultaneously, on the performance of KONI West Java employees. The research method used was a quantitative approach with a survey technique. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to KONI West Java employees as respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression to determine the magnitude of the influence of each variable. The results showed that OCB had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation was also shown to have a positive and significant effect on performance. Simultaneously, OCB and work motivation made a significant contribution in explaining employee performance variables. The conclusion of this study is that increasing OCB and strengthening work motivation are crucial in efforts to improve employee performance within the KONI West Java environment. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work quality, work supervision, and the work environment on employee productivity at PT Premink Abadi Indonesia. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, where the study population is all 145 employees of PT Premink Abadi Indonesia, using a saturated sampling technique. Data were obtained through a questionnaire with a Likert scale and analyzed using validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, t-tests, and F-tests with the help of SPSS version 22. The results show that partially, work quality has a significant effect on employee productivity with a calculated t value of 7.106 > t table 1.983 and a sig. 0.000 < 0.05, while work supervision has a positive but insignificant effect with a calculated t value of 1.890 < t table 1.983 and a sig. 0.062 > 0.05. The work environment significantly influences employee productivity, with a calculated t-value of 2.678 > t-table value of 1.983 and a significance level of 0.009 < 0.05. Simultaneously, these three variables have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, with a calculated F-value of 100.118 > F-table value of 2.69 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. The conclusion of this study indicates that improving work quality, effective work supervision, and a conducive work environment can collectively increase employee productivity at PT Premink Abadi Indonesia.   Keywords: Work Quality, Work Supervision, Work Environment, Productivity, Employees
