Text analysis was mainly concerned with the ideational function and textual function. Besides, macro aspect has been regarded as the most text structure examined in previous studies. Regardless of those three aspects, this study focused on the interpersonal function analysis of political speech text, by taking an example of Joe Biden’s victory speech. The purposed theory namely Systemic Functional Linguistics theory (SFL) was then applied to analyze the text. The analysis was conducted by modifying the speech text into clauses which were subsequently analyzed in accordance with the goal of the analysis. Data analysis revealed that the speech established an intimate relationship and a close distance with the audience. As such, the speaker enables to gain support and exchange information through the use of linguistics resources namely declarative clause in the mood structure, modality, and pronoun "we". As a conclusion, different use of mood, modality, and personal pronouns might determine the different level of interpersonal function of a text. This study has a great impact on language teaching and learning in terms of maintaining social relationships and exchanging meanings between teachers and students by taking into account the link between linguistic resources and the nature of texts.

This study aims to develop the learning abilities of elementary school students during the Covid-19 pandemic by establishing cooperative relationships between teachers and parents. Respondents of this study were 11 teachers and 8 parents. Confidential information from respondents, all answers and the identity given are kept confidential. The research design are exploratory case studies, data collection instruments with semi-structured interview methods, and Focused group Discussion (FGD). The data analysis in this study consisted of studying, categorizing, tabulating, combining empirical evidence to build initial propositions. The process of data collection and data analysis are carried out simultaneously which then continued after data collection is complete using intensive analysis methods and interactive models. The results of the research on the impact of Covid-19 showed that online learning are not effective compared to face-to-face learning in the classroom, the obstacles in online learning including unstable networks, and lack of parents’ ability to help explaining the material provided by the teacher. Good cooperation and communication between parents and teachers are the solution to optimize study from home.

Teachers must have the competences for the implementation of quality education. Therefore, teachers' quality of learning in the classroom has become the teachers' duty and responsibility. This study aims to explore the information about the effect of clinical supervision and self-efficacy on teacher pedagogic competence. The research site is at State Vocational High Schools. This study used a survey method with path analysis techniques and a causal quantitative approach, and the sample was 72 teachers using a simple random sampling technique or simple random sampling. The teacher who became the object of the research was determined using the sample technique formula from Slovin. The data analysis technique was performed using descriptive and inferential statistics by first doing the prerequisite analysis test, namely population normality and regression analysis. The study's findings show that school principals' success in the clinical supervision process will determine teachers' pedagogical competence. Competent teachers can learn well and increase student learning motivation to achieve and produce students who excel in their fields. This clinical supervision can be performed if carried out in the right and proper way. The school principal as a supervisor in the implementation of clinical supervision must promote togetherness, where the problems faced by teachers are joint problems that must resolve together.

The purpose of this study was to determine the contribution of achievement motivation and stress to the academic achievement. This study uses a quantitative approach using survey methods and path analysis techniques. The research instrument was a closed questionnaire on google form based on the Likert scale. Hypothesis testing is obtained from the t test and F test. Hypothesis testing of this study uses Path Analysis with the help of the SPSS Version 20.0 application. The survey method involves collecting data to test hypotheses or answer people's questions about certain topics or problems. The number of research samples was 64 international class students. Sampling in this study using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique. This is because the population is not homogeneous. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of online zonation system on new student admissions during the Covid-19 pandemic. During a pandemic, the entire PPDB process is carried out through one route. As for the difficulty, prospective students can come to school by sticking to health protocols. The research location is one of the favourite high schools. Primary data sources were obtained from in-depth interviews directly with informants. Secondary data sources are taken from books, journals, and other official documents from informants. The selection of informants was selected by purposive non-probability sampling: data collection techniques used online observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data validity used source triangulation—this research analysis using descriptive method. The data collection technique was carried out through interviews with parents, school representatives, and related agencies and was also supported by literature studies related to school zoning policies. The results showed that the application of PPDB zoning was more effective online during the pandemic. Because it can minimize parents' arrival and optimize the functions of the existing PPDB system. The implementation of the school zoning policy caused turmoil in the community. Limited time for socialization, lack of understanding of the PPDB mechanism with the zoning system, and uneven educational standards are some of the obstacles in its implementation in the field.
