Abstract

The aim attached to the study is to analyze the impact of innovation, innovation strategies and research and development on the transportation performance of Surabaya airport. The aim also includes the moderating impact of supply chain management among the links of innovation, innovation strategies, research and development and transportation performance. The data has been collected from the innovation department of Surabaya airport by using questionnaires and Smart-PLS has been employed for data analysis. The results exposed that positive nexus among the innovation, innovation strategies and research and development on the transportation performance of Surabaya airport. The results also revealed that supply chain management positively moderated among the links of innovation, innovation strategies and research and development and transportation performance of Surabaya airport. These findings are helpful for the management along with policymaking authorities that they should increase their emphasis on the innovation and research that enhance the performance of the transportation sector.

Abstract

The fishery sector is one of the main contributors to the economic growth of the region. It plays a significant role in sustainable livelihoods and poverty reduction in several households and communities. The purpose of this study is to investigate the supply chain strategy for developing fishery industry in Aceh province and examine the mediating role of competitive advantage in the relationship between service quality and fishery industry performance, Indonesia. This cross-sectional study through a questionnaire self-administered conducted on three fishery harbours in Aceh. A total of 150 fishermen had participated in this study, the data collected by using purposive sampling. The data analysed by utilizing the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) via Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS). The results of this study found that external factor and service quality have direct effect significant on competitive advantage. Further, the external factor, natural resource and energy and internal factor have direct effect significant on fishermen capabilities. In addition, we also found that the competitive Advantage and Internal Factor have a significant direct effect on fishery industry performance. In contrast, this study found that natural resource and energy and service quality do not significant effect directly on fishery industry performance. Also, after conducting the mediating test, we found that competitive advantage has mediated the relationship between service quality and fishery industry performance. Using the Multi-Group Analysis (MGA), this study found that the role of Panglima Laot (as leader of fishery community) does not important for fishery industry performance.Keywords Supply chain strategy, fishery industry performance, service quality, competitive advantage, natural resource and energy, fishermen capabilities, Panglima Laot.

Abstract

Abstract. The purposes of this study was to determine the implementation of marketing intelligence to the supply chain management and mix product  that  had  impact  on  purchasing  decisions on Citra Karisma, Yogyakarta. This was a descriptive quantitative research. The population of this research was the prospective consumers of Citra Karisma during 2020 with the sample were 116 respondents. The Non-probability sampling technique, namely incidental sampling technique was used. The data collection method in this study was a questionnaire and the data analysis method was descriptive analysis and path analysis. Each area of supply chain management requires different MI support. Management firms need to focus on relationships with suppliers and the movement and storage of goods to maximize profitable outcomes while minimizing risks and costs. The result of path analysis indicated that the marketing intelligence variable affected the supply chain and mix products which had influence on the purchasing decision while marketing intelligence had influence on the purchasing decision through supply chain with the effect of 43.10%.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This objective this study was to evaluate how SCM practices dimension (SC partnerships, company relationships with customers, information sharing in supply chains, information technology, employee training and company internal operations) are related to the performance of business organizations in the tourism service industry. The target respondents in this study were tourism service provider (hotel, restaurant and transportation company). There were four hypotheses that have been tested on this research. Hypothesis (H1), the standard path coefficient between the strategic SC partnership and organizational performance was .56 and is significant at the level of .001. Thus, H1 was supported. Hypothesis (H2), the standard path coefficient between customer relations and organizational performance was .15 and was significant at the .001 level. Therefore, H2 was supported. Hypothesis (H3) examines the effect of information sharing and organizational performance. The standardized path coefficient between information sharing and organizational performance was .52 and was significant at the .001 level. Thus, H3 is supported. Hypothesis (H4), the standard path coefficient between information technology and organizational performance is .62 and was significant at the level of .001. Therefore, H4 was also supported. Hypothesis (H5) examines the effect of internal operations and organizational performance. The standardized path coefficient between internal operations and organizational performance was .42 and was significant at the .001 level. Thus, H5 is supported. Abstract

The emphasis of supply chain management (SCM) is majorly on the relationship between enterprise alliance and core enterprise. One of the main decision-making problems in SCM is choosing strategic partners, which also is the key to a prosperous SCM. In the present study, SCM is investigated using the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) simulation approach o examine the uncertainty involved in AHP and reduce its risk to some extent. Finally, this approach is employed to solve the problem of supplier selection in SCM.

Abstract

Abstract— In the production logistics context, the success of supply chains corresponds to their ability to meet the logistic performance expectations of customers. This ability depends on the contributions of all supply chain members to the logistical performance of the entire chain. Implementation of ERP system is one way that can be done to improve the performance of company. Implementation of ERP System using open source with ASAP method. Open source selected is Odoo. Use case modeling is used to design and describe user permissions. Created gap analysis and flow map of purchase orders process, incoming product and outbound input to compare business process before and after using Odoo. Implementation is initiated by restore master data activity. Furthermore, setting the Odoo on the Warehouse and Purchase module. After the implementation of Odoo in PT SJM, the existing documents can be accessed in real-time and increased efficiency of activity in the Warehouse, the amount of activity by 31%, the number of documents reduced by 50%, the efficiency traveled by 91% which is 48% faster, and all data is integrated into one database. This indicates that Odoo provides benefits for improving company performance.

Abstract

The current study purpose is to examine the mediating impact of gender in the relationship of leadership and supply chain management of textile industry in Indonesia. For this purpose, the data was collected from the 350 middle managers by using a simple random sampling technique which yield a 50 percent response rate. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) of the study has shown that leadership has a positive and significant relationship with the supply chain management and gender. In addition, the gender also has a positive and significant relationship with the supply chain management. On the other hand, the indirect effect of the study also shown that gender is significantly and positively mediates in the relationship of leadership and supply chain management. Therefore, this mediating effect is considered to be a big contribution of the study which could become a new area of research in future. The research limitations and future directions of the study also stated at the end of the study.

Abstract

Abstract— The article discusses the methodological aspects of an enterprise competitiveness improvement based on the strategic development of supply chain management. In modern conditions, a high level of quality provision in enterprise activities is becoming an important factor forming a competitive advantage in the context of enterprise struggle increase both during the economic recovery and during the period of financial decline in various economic and political situations. The aim of the work is to justify the methodological aspects of the company competitive advantage strategy evaluation through the supply chain management. The study proposed an algorithm for a competitive advantage strategy selection using the example of a modern pulp and paper mill, developed the methodology for assessing the impact of strategic competitive abilities on company sustainable development, and identified strategic competitive advantages. Our model confirmed the relationship between supply chain management measures (strategic partnership with supplier, customer relationship management, informing level, informing quality and procrastination) and a competitive advantage’s component.

Abstract

Abstract- In Indonesia, creative economies are deemed as the alternative answers to difficulties facing stiff competition mainly brought by the technological revolution. This paper aims to contribute to the debate on the role of knowledge management (KM) in supply chain management. In this research literature focusing on the application of a KM in the supply chain system for creative industry in Indonesia presented. Results showed that KM is a commercial process that is allied to the production of new information and guaranteeing the espousal of the created knowledge in the company whenever it is needed. KM processes facilitate heightened organizational productivity, innovation, customer satisfaction, and enhanced productivity/process improvement in the supply chain context. The above business sustainability variables rely heavily on the capacity of creative workers to share knowledge, traditions, and experiences. Nonetheless, individuals in the creative world are inclined to hoard or hid knowledge for fear of knowledge risk and loss of livelihood. As a result, professional service firms (PSFs) should embrace. Recommendation of adopting nondisclosure or trade secrets’ contracts, patents, and trademarks to prevent creative staff from practicing knowledge hiding and knowledge hoarding, and consequently, promote knowledge sharing.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of supply chain audit quality on the quality of audit results through corruption detection. The object of this study is the auditor of the State Financial Examination Agency of the Republic of Indonesia, with the subject of the study being the state financial auditor. The respondents of this study were 99 state financial auditors. The results of the study revealed that audit quality, which has a positive effect on the supply chain audit quality results and corruption detection can mediate the effect of supply chain audit quality on audit quality results. This research has succeeded in defining clearly the difference between audit quality and the quality of audit results that so far, many academics and practitioners have confused about it.
