Abstract

The PjBL model has been proven effective in developing critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity skills. Critical thinking, collaboration, and creativity. However, its incorporation with ethnoscience, especially in Sasambo culture, has not been widely researched. This study aims to analyze the research trends of PjBL based on ethnoscience-based PjBL research trends globally and to examine the effectiveness of Sasambo ethnoscience-based PjBL in improving the understanding of scientific concepts and appreciation of local culture. of local culture. This research is a mixed research with descriptive quantitative and bibliometric design. This research uses 2 data collection methods: bibliometric analysis with the Publish or Perish (PoP) tool and data visualization through VOSviewer, to identify research trends on ethnoscience and PjBL. Trends in research on ethnoscience and PjBL, and a questionnaire for students' understanding of ethnoscience-based PjBL. About PjBL based on Sasambo ethnoscience. The subjects involved were 30 students. The instrument used is a questionnaire sheet. After the data is collected, it is then analyzed descriptively. The results showed that the trend of PjBL-based ethnoscience-based PjBL shows great potential in strengthening high-level thinking skills. Skills. Abstract

The main problem in this study is the lack of practical training and mentoring for teachers in improving their pedagogical competence, especially in science learning. This study aims to provide a bibliometric review of the research trends of the Navigating Inspiring Strategy Workshop Action Transformation Holistic Implementation (NISWATHI) coaching model to improve science teachers' competencies from 2015 to 2024. This study used qualitative methods with bibliometric analysis techniques on 1000 journal article documents taken from the Dimensions.ai database according to PRISMA guidelines. The analysis was supported by VOSviewer software to visualise keyword trends and research patterns. The results showed publication trends peaked in 2019, reflecting significant interest in this topic. The dominant publication types were chapters and edited books, suggesting that this topic is often covered in comprehensive academic references. In conclusion, this research improves science teachers' competencies, showing significant development from 2015 to 2024. The implication is that this research provides strategic guidance for teachers, policymakers, and educational institutions in creating a learning ecosystem relevant to global needs and contextualised with modern educational challenges.

Abstract

Education for students with intellectual disabilities presents its challenges, especially in meeting their needs for developing life skills. This research aims to create an environmentally friendly vocational skills learning model to increase the self-development of students with intellectual disabilities. This model was designed using the Research and Development (R&D) method involving teachers and students in SLB. This type of research is qualitative. The samples involved in this research were teachers and students at SLB. The data collection methods used were observation and field trials. Data were analyzed using Miles & Huberman's interactive analysis technique, which included data reduction, presentation, and concluding/verification. The research results show that this learning model can effectively increase student independence by making doormats from patchwork, which uses the concept of recycling. The learning process not only grows students' practical abilities, but also teaches the values of caring for the environment. In this research, the environmentally friendly vocational skills learning model developed is feasible and effective for improving the self-development of students with intellectual disabilities. This model was designed considering student characteristics, practice-based learning principles, and an inclusive and sustainable environmental approach. This research has implications for improving the quality of education in special schools by providing innovative environment-based learning alternatives.

Abstract

University graduates must have Entrepreneurial skills to adapt to an increasingly competitive job market. However, integrating entrepreneurship education in science learning is still a challenge. The Project-Based Entrepreneurial Science Thinking (PBEST) model, which combines the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model integrated with Sasambo local wisdom, offers an innovative approach to overcoming this problem. This research aims to evaluate the practicality and effectiveness of the PBEST model in improving students' entrepreneurial science thinking. With a pre-test and post-test experimental design, the practicality test data collection uses a questionnaire, while the effectiveness test uses an entrepreneurial science thinking test. Sampling used a random sampling technique. The practicality test was carried out on 20 students, while the effectiveness test involved 72 students from the University. The research results show that PBEST is very practical and effective in increasing indicators of entrepreneurial science thinking, such as observation, new ideas, innovation, creativity, and values. PBEST offers an innovative approach to science education, connecting entrepreneurship with science through the integration of local culture. The implications show that developing a PBEST (Problem-Based, Entrepreneurship, Science, and Technology) based learning model integrated with Sasambo local wisdom has significant potential in shaping students' science entrepreneurial thinking.

Abstract

Dance education teacher learning still does not use learning media optimally, learning is less varied and monotonous, and teachers do not master the learning materials. This study aims to create a GERIBEL book learning media assisted by the Book Creator application in dance education subjects. This Research and Development (R&D) study uses the ADDIE development model. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations, questionnaires, tests, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use quantitative descriptive techniques. The study subjects were material expert validators, media expert validators, grade IV teachers and grade IV elementary school students. Material experts have validated the media by obtaining a score of 90% of the "very feasible" criteria and then validated by media experts by obtaining a score of 84% of the criteria "very feasible. The pretest and posttest results were calculated using the normality test, t-test, and N-Gain test. The results of the T-test were 0.000, indicating a Sig (2-tailed) value of less than 0.05, which means that the results of students' pretest and post-test scores differed significantly. Then, for the results of the N-Gain test, a value of 0.4656 was obtained, which is included in the moderate criteria. This study concludes that the GERIBEL book media is very feasible and effective in improving the learning outcomes of dance education on the material of getting to know dance through fable stories in grade IV of elementary school.

Abstract

The limitations of deaf students in hearing significantly impact the minimal reception of information from their environment. This encourages deaf students to utilize their visual senses more by reading. This study aims to create a mobile learning product based on a multisensory approach to learning to read descriptive texts to improve the descriptive text reading skills of deaf students. This study uses a research and development method by adopting the Four-D model as a procedure for developing the product. The subjects in this study were deaf students, 2 media experts, 2 material and language experts, and an Indonesian subject teacher. This study's data were from observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used a qualitative descriptive approach and a quantitative descriptive approach. This study has produced mobile learning based on a multisensory approach to learning to read descriptive texts that is feasible and practical for deaf students. In addition, this mobile learning is equipped with visual, tactile, and interactivity elements that support the multisensory principle that can be implemented in learning to read descriptive texts. This study concludes that mobile learning is very effective in helping deaf students understand the material and overcome the limitations of learning resources. This research implies that mobile learning can help overcome the limitations of learning resources for deaf students and is very effective in supporting the improvement of reading skills.

Abstract

Increasing student’s knowledge and awareness of the existence of Green Open Space can be done through educational concepts. Educational videos are designed to make the process of students receiving information more enjoyable. This study aims to create a GOS (Green Open Space) video to increase students' knowledge and awareness of Green Open Spaces. The research method used is the Hannafin and Peck Research and Development (R&D) model. Data collection methods include questionnaires and tests. The data analysis used is quantitative analysis. The research subjects include material experts, media experts, linguists, grade X students, and Biology teachers. Experts' results of the validation and feasibility of the media obtained an average score of 92% with a very feasible category. The effectiveness test results for using the N-Gain value media (g more than 0.3) are in the medium-high category. This study concludes that the GOS (Green Open Space) video can be used as an educational medium for high school students to increase knowledge and awareness of Green Open Spaces. This study implies that the GOS (Green Open Space) video has been developed so that teachers can use it as a medium in learning material on handling environmental change.

Abstract

Masalah saat ini yaitu terbatasnya model pembelajaran yang mampu mengintegrasikan pengembangan karakter secara kontekstual dan mendalam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penerapan metode akting Laku Dramatik dalam model Project-Based Learning (PJBL) berbasis pendekatan Among untuk mengaktualisasikan prinsip-prinsip Panca Dharma Ki Hadjar Dewantara dalam penciptaan teater dan pengembangan karakter siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan studi deskriptif kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas siswa sanggar. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung terhadap proses latihan dan pementasan, FGD, serta dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian berupa panduan observasi, panduan FGD, dan lembar dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis tematik yang diperkuat dengan triangulasi sumber, member checking, dan audit trail. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi metode Laku Dramatik dalam PJBL mampu membentuk karakter siswa secara menyeluruh melalui penguatan nilai-nilai hukum alam, kemerdekaan, kebudayaan, nasionalisme, dan kemanusiaan. Disimpulkan pendekatan pembelajaran berbasis proyek yang terintegrasi dengan metode dramatik dan prinsip pendidikan Ki Hadjar Dewantara efektif dalam membentuk karakter. Implikasinya, pendekatan ini dapat diadaptasi oleh institusi pendidikan dan komunitas seni sebagai alternatif model pembelajaran karakter berbasis budaya yang progresif dan aplikatif.

Abstract

Factors influencing lecturers' job satisfaction in higher education, focusing on teaching practices and improving students' numeracy skills, have declined. The urgency of this research is critical, considering the challenges lecturers face in the 21st-century education era. This study aims to explore the relationship between self-efficacy, collaboration, stress, and lecturer job satisfaction. The method used in this study is a quantitative survey type with a population of active lecturers and students in Bengkulu, Indonesia, consisting of 980 respondents, including 160 lecturers and 820 students. Data was collected through a questionnaire designed to measure various variables related to teaching practices. Data analysis techniques include structural equation modeling analysis to identify relationships between variables. The study results indicate that self-efficacy and collaboration have a positive relationship with lecturer job satisfaction, while stress negatively impacts job satisfaction. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the need to create a collaborative work environment to support lecturer well-being, which will improve the quality of teaching and student learning experiences. Implications of this research include collaboration and support for lecturers to improve job satisfaction in higher education. The research implies that increasing lecturer job satisfaction contributes significantly to the quality of academic services and teaching effectiveness, especially in strengthening students' numeracy skills.

Abstract

The Kampus Mengajar Program aims to improve the quality of basic education by involving students as teacher assistants in schools. In addition to impacting schools, this program contributes to developing students' soft and hard skills. This study aims to explore the long-term impact of the Kampus Mengajar Program on the development of students' soft and hard skills. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by reviewing 10 articles from accredited journals, such as the Al-Ishlah Education Journal, the Indonesian Action Research Journal (JRTI), the Journal of Education Research, and the Wahana Pendidikan Scientific Journal. This study focuses on analysing the program's long-term impact on students' work readiness after graduation. The results of the study indicate that this program improves communication, leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. In addition, students acquire technical skills such as lesson planning, technology utilization, and effective teaching strategies. This program helps students bridge the gap between theory and practice, increasing graduates' competitiveness in the workplace. This study provides insights into the effectiveness of experiential learning and its implications for higher education policy in Indonesia to prepare graduates who are more competitive, adaptive, and ready to face workplace challenges.
