Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of the Madrasah Working Group (KKM) in accordance with the Decree of the Directorate General of Islamic Religious Education Number 5852 of 2020 concerning Technical Guidelines for the Implementation of the KKM. The research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive case study type approach. The research findings show that the role of KKM can be optimal by using several programs and activities as follows: (1) sharing strategies among madrasah principals on best practices, (2) implementing inter-institutional benchmarking as part of honing, compassion and fostering, (3) making programs periodic collective evaluation (cognitive and psychomotor) to get superior seeds through programs and activities as well as a show-a-force institutional promotion, and (4) fostering and enhancing the professionalism of madrasah principals through programmed KKM on an ongoing basis by referring to the results of the evaluation conducted by the madrasah supervisor. Through KKM, efforts can be made to improve the quality of Islamic education whenever it is carried out programmatically and continuously based on evaluation data.

Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 berdampak pada seluruh aspek kehidupan. Salah satu sektor yang terdampak adalah pendidikan. Kegiatan pendidikan yang mulanya dilaksanakan secara tetap muka, karena pandemi covid-19 seluruh kegiatan pendidikan dilaksanakan secara online. Perubahan ini memunculkan berbagai macam konflik dan stress dalam organisasi lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konflik dan stress apa saja yang terjadi di MA Al-Hidayah dan bagaiaman penyelesaianya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendektana kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat tiga macam konflik yang terjadi di MA Al-Hidayah pada masa pandemi Covid-19, ketiga konflik tersebut termasuk konflik destruktif, dua diantaranya termasuk substantif conflict dan satu termasuk emotional conflict. Strategi penyelesaian yang di gunakan diantaranya lose-lose strategy, mediation dan win-lose strategy. Terdapat tiga macam stress yang terjadi di MA Al-Hidayah yaitu stress yang dialami oleh kepala sekola, guru dan siswa. Adapun strategi yang digunakan dalam menangani stress adalah dengan 1) menghilangkan stressor, 2) mengendalikan konsekuensi dari stress, 3) mengubah persepsi terhadap stressor dan 4) memberikan dukungan sosial.

Abstract

This paper aims to reveal quality assurance in the development of human resources quality at the Center of Ma'had al-Jami'ah, Maulana Malik Ibrahim State University of Malang, with sub-focus covering: (1) the concept of quality standards (2) The process of implementing quality assurance conducted at the Center of Ma'had al-Jami'ah. This study used qualitative approach. Data collection is done by in-depth interviewing techniques participatory observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, checking the validity of the findings carried out by extension of participation, source triangulation techniques, theories, and methods; and perseverance of the observer. The results showed that: 1) Quality standards were divided into three parts, namely standard input in the Center of Ma'had al-Jami'ah management, standard process in the Center of Ma'had al-Jami'ah management, and standard output in the Center of Ma'had al-Jami'ah management, 2) The process of implementing human resource quality standards is created by the establishment of Ma'had Ali, development programs consisting of Murobbi/ah resource development, Musyrif/ah resource development and talent interest development programs at the Center of Ma'had al-Jami'ah.

Abstract

Principals must have the capability to improve teacher performance. This study aims to explain and describe the Capability of the Principal in helping teachers to improve their quality and discipline at the Integrated Islamic Junior High School Nurul Khalifah Bima. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study consisted of observation (observation), interviews (interviews), and documentation (documentation). The results showed, to improve teacher discipline in attendance, school principals also set good examples for teachers by attending school on time, optimizing disciplinary rules in attendance. In addition, the principal also tries to work collaboratively with the teachers by appointing teachers who he considers capable of supervising. The principal also coordinates with the picket officers who consist of 2 officers every day, namely from teachers who do not have teaching hours on that day and one person from administration. The picket officer will circulate the teacher attendance list in the class that has been made in order to see the level of teacher attendance in each class.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the situational leadership style of the principal at SMP Negeri 5 Batusangkar. The type of research used in this study is a phenomenological type with a qualitative approach. Data collection in this study used the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Then to analyze the data, the researcher uses the Miles Huberman model technique, which consists of data reduction, data presentation, verification, and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the study, the situational leadership style of the principal at SMP Negeri 5 Batusangkar is carried out by 1) applying the telling model of situational leadership by giving tasks to work partners using one-way communication; 2) applying the situational leadership selling model using two-way communication so that communication can be established better to provide the right direction to work partners. 3) applying the participating model situational leadership in which the orientation of the principal's leadership is not only a task carried out by subordinates but also maintaining good relationships and making decisions together so that they can be accounted for together as well; 4) apply the situational leadership model of delegating to partners who are able and can carry out the assigned tasks.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengungkap tata kelola manajemen dalam pelaksanaan pengawasan di sekoklah dasar pada Unit Pengelola Teknis Dinas (UPTD) Pendidikan Kecamatan Pagerageung Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Fokus masalah yang dibahas yaitu: Bagaimana kinerja pengawas pada masa pandemi covid dampaknya terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran. Metode penulisan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, data dikumpulkan melalui studi dokumen dan wawancara. Sumber data terbagi menjadi dua yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini meliputi reduksi data, paparan data dan verivikasi serta triangulasi. Hasil Penelitian  menunjukan bahwa pada masa pandemi covid-19 tugas kepengawasan menggunakan dua metode yaitu metode direct dan indirect. Untuk menjaga dan mengembangakan mutu, kepala sekolah dan guru megitu bimtek online, pelatihan online, workshop online. Pengawasan online mampu memberikan layanan kepada kepala sekolah, guru kapanpun dan dimanapun serta dapat mengembangakan skil kepala seloalah dalam memanaj dan guru dalam mengajar. Dukungan dari pemerintah melalui kemendikbud serta Pengawas kepala sekolah dan guru bersama-sama melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik degan kejasama yang baik pula.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tentang pelaksanaan supervisi akademik dalam meningkatkan profesional guru di MA Darul ‘Ulum di Taman Sari Pati, yang meliputi progam, pelaksanaan, evaluasi, factor pendukung dan penghambat yang dihadapi kepala Madrasah Aliyah Daarul ‘Ulum Taman Sari Pati. Melalui kegiatan supervisi, madrasah dapat membantu guru yang mengalami kesulitan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dan untuk meningkatkan profesionalismenya. Penelitian ini mengunakan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, subyek penelitian kepala Madrasah, wakil kepala Madrasah dan guru. Hasil peneitian ini antara lain; supervisi kepala madrasah dalam mengembangkan kompetensi profesional guru berjalan sebagaimana yang direncanakan. Peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru hasilnya meliputi; penguasan materi, menguasai kompetensi dasar, mengembangkan materi, mengembangkan profesionalitas secara berkelanjutan dengan melakukan tindakan reflektif, memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the optimization of the application of the Madani Bintan Islamic boarding school in the implementation of educational accountability at Madrasah Aliyah Madani Bintan. The method used in this research is descriptive. The approach taken is a qualitative approach. The data collection tool used in this study consisted of three parts, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the research, it is known that: (1) Through the application, parents can monitor activities, the achievements are inputted by the operator every month to be reported to caregivers and parents. Parents can access the application. Then in the application, the profile of each student is entered and can be accessed by the parents of each student. In this application, parents can monitor their child's achievement. Even to the point of prayer, the offense was committed. (2) the results of interviews with several guardians of students can be concluded that the application of this Islamic boarding school is very useful and helps parents of students to make monthly payments for Islamic boarding schools. In addition, this application can help parents to monitor their children's activities while at the boarding school.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of office layout on teacher performance at Madrasah Pembangunan UIN Jakarta. This type of research is quantitative with a linear regression analysis approach. This study uses probability sampling where the population is MP UIN Jakarta teachers. Of the total 165 sample teachers used in this study were 63 teachers from all levels with specifications, 34 MI teachers, 19 MTs teachers, and 10 MA teachers. The research instrument was a questionnaire, document study, and interviews. The questionnaire was used as the main data collection which was distributed to the research subjects, while document study and interviews were used as complementary techniques to obtain data. The research result states that there is a significant influence between the influence of office layout on teacher performance at MP UIN Jakarta. This can be seen from the data processing results of the calculation of SPSS ver 23, through statistical testing of the T-test. The results of the T-test value are 6.140 and T-table is 1.999 with a significance of 0.000. Using the test criteria T-count T-table and if the significance α (0.05), then H0 is rejected, then in the calculation of the coefficient of determination it is known that the effect of office layout on teacher performance at MP UIN Jakarta is 38.2% while the remaining 61.8% is influenced by other factors not examined. However, it can be suggested for a madrasah to pay more attention to the arrangement and area of office space for the freedom of teachers to move. As well as paying attention to what needs are needed by teachers to improve the quality and performance of their teaching.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the application of the marketing mix strategy in an effort to attract the interest of new students at Islamic Junior High School (SMPI) Al-Mujahidin Tempos. This research is included in the qualitative research group, where the data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation techniques. Data analysis consists of data presentation, data reduction, and then drawing conclusions. The results showed that SMPI Al-Mujahidin Tempos succeeded in increasing the interests and number of new students. The marketing mix strategies used include products (products), price (price), place (location), promotion (promotion), people (human resources), physical evidence (physical evidence), and process (process). The products offered are schools based on Islamic habits, including tahfizul qur'an, tahlilan, barzanji reading and, environmental preserving. Free school entrance fees are even given school uniforms. The main promotion activities through recitation conducted by the leaders of Islamic boarding schools, school principals and teachers, and the spread of brochures through social media and announcement banners in schools. Development of adequate learning supporting infrastructure facilities. While the learning process is carried out with the 13 -based Islamic culture curriculum.
