Abstract

The design and implementation of the educational curriculum must be adapted to the socio-cultural conditions of an educational institution. Therefore, in implementing the curriculum, it is better to use appropriate socio-cultural management so that quality development goes well even though it is in educational institutions that have a strong religious system or known as pesantren. The purpose of this research is to know the planning, implementation and evaluation of curriculum based on socio-cultural management in the area of pesantren-based social institutions. This research is a qualitative with the type of case study. Sources of data used are primary and secondary. Data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews. Data analysis used qualitative data analysis according to Miles and Huberman. The result of this research is that curriculum planning carried out by MTs Nurul Iman Garum is carried out with a process towards a better direction in terms of learning and institutions. In addition, the implementation of the curriculum includes checking teacher readiness, the learning process is supervised by the head of the madrasa, there is an instillation of Islamic values in the learning process, implementing the ubudiyah program, the tahfidz program or additional tutoring. For the evaluation carried out by the MTs Nurul Iman Garum institution, namely; there are two evaluations to measure students' abilities, namely summative and formative evaluations.

Abstract

Integrated Curriculum is a curriculum composed to carry out a holistic education. Unfortunately, the implementation of an integrated curriculum still found some obstacles that hamper achieving the goal of the curriculum itself. Therefore, the school should manage the integrated curriculum as well. This study aims to describe the management of the integrated curriculum in SMP An-Naja Boarding School West Bandung through planning, implementing, and evaluating the curriculum. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data sources were selected purposively, and snowball sampling. The Data collection is conducted through interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction techniques, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Then to check the validity of the data, the authors use triangulation techniques. The result of the study in SMP An-Naja Boarding School West Bandung shows that the management of an integrated curriculum is done well enough. Therefore, the explanations are as follows: 1) planning of integrated curriculum is done by determining the curriculum objectives and arranging the organization of curriculum contents. 2) Implementing the integrated curriculum is done by implementing curriculum programs and supervision. 3) Evaluation of integrated curriculum is done by an educational system evaluation model that contains input, process, and products.

Abstract

Personnel management information system (SIMPEG) is a system used to store employee data, one of the institutions that has implemented a personnel management information system (SIMPEG) as a system for storing employee data and facilitating services is the Office of the Ministry of Religion of West Bandung Regency. This study aims to find out: 1) how is the personnel management information system (SIMPEG) at the office of the Ministry of Religion of West Bandung Regency, 2) how is the quality of personnel administration services at the office of the Ministry of Religion of West Bandung Regency, 3) how is the relationship between the personnel management information system (SIMPEG) with the quality of personnel administration services at the office of the Ministry of Religion of West Bandung Regency. This research is descriptive, using a quantitative approach, the type of correlation. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire questionnaire. Then the data analysis techniques in this research are instrument test (validity and reliability), partial indicator analysis test, prerequisite test (normality and linearity test), and correlation test. Based on the results of the questionnaire distribution, the variable category x (SIMPEG) includes high qualifications with an average score of 4,54. Based on the results of the questionnaire distribution, the variable y (quality of personnel administration services) includes high qualifications with an average value of 4,41. The relationship between the personnel management information system (SIMPEG) and the quality of personnel administration services based on correlation testing, the results obtained from the correlation coefficient of 0,674 This shows that the relationship between the personnel management information system variable and the quality of personnel administration services, the strength level is at 0,674, so it can be interpreted these results are in the category 0.60 – 0.79, it can be interpreted that between these variables have a strong relationship.

Abstract

Guru menjadi sasaran utama saat lembaga pendidikan Islam mengalami rendahnya hasil prestasi belajar para peserta didik, dengan perkiraan bahwa guru tidak kompeten, tidak kreatif, dan juga monoton. Sehingga banyaknya asumsi bahwa lembaga pendidikan Islam membutuhkan sumber daya manusia yang lebih professional untuk menghadapi tantangan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan kajian literature. Adapum tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguraikan dasar-dasar, tujuan, tahapan dan betapa pentingnya pengembangan dan pelatihan dalam lembaga pendidikan Islam untuk dilaksanakan. Pelatihan dapat menjadikan sumber daya manusia lembaga pendidikan Islam akan semakin kompeten dan professional sedangkan pengembangan bertujuan untuk memicu sumber daya manusia untuk menyalurkan inovasi dan kreatifitasnya. Dengan melalui tahapan perencanaan, desain pelatihan dan pengembangan serta evaluasi, serta pengembangan dan pelatihan memiliki peranan penting dalam membantu untuk menjadi lebih bijak, mampu menyelesaikan masalah, menumbuhkan semangat, mengurangi stress dan frustasi, meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, menjadi lebih mandiri serta pekerja keras serta menjadikan lebih percaya diri menghadapi tantangan zaman. Sehingga ketika lembaga pendidikan Islam melakukan pengembangan dan pelatihan dengan baik akan menghasilkan tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan yang baik pula.

Abstract

The educational curriculum at Islamic boarding schools has an important contribution as an effort to develop an education system based on local wisdom. The development of the Islamic boarding school curriculum is expected to be able to provide a distinctive color in the dynamics of national education. This qualitative research uses a narrative literature review approach that originates from various manuscripts that discuss education, especially Islamic boarding schools. Data collection techniques were carried out through document review and confirmed through random observations at several sample pesantren. Data analysis used inductive techniques, starting with grouping data according to the theme, giving meaning to each part, and then summarizing descriptively. The results of the study show that the development of the Islamic boarding school curriculum still maintains a distinctive style, even though it is realized that the classical education model is difficult not to be influenced by modern education. Humanistic education is carried out as an effort to help students find their potential, so that they can develop naturally. Reconstruction of the curriculum is needed to realize social learning objectives, so that students are ready to live in society. This curriculum emphasizes the principles of cooperation and mutual respect in the learning process, so that a conducive learning atmosphere is created.

Abstract

Universities as an important role in the formation and improvement of the quality of human resources as a pillar of development in the country. This needs to be considered in the face of globalization, in its implementation, the government seeks the welfare of students in the Merdeka Campus program which is supervised by the Ministry of Education and Culture which aims to provide real experience for students in preparation for the world of work. Related to this, this research aims to determine the implementation of the Merdeka Learning program at the independent campus in universities and the problems faced at Bhayangkara University. This study uses the type of approach used in this study is a qualitative approach, using the observation method. the research subject is a data source that provides information related to research problems, then the research subject you choose and enter the criteria we are looking for is the head of the department / study program at Bhayangkara University. Techniques of collecting data and determining the subject of this research we use interview techniques and literature studies. The results of this study indicate that the University of Bhayangkara has undergone curriculum adjustments and implementations carried out by the campus, so that there are many problems and obstacles faced by the study of the Law program at one of these private universities in implementing the Merdeka learning curriculum on an independent campus related to programs the program in it.

This study aims to complement research on themes in line with objects. It approaches that have never been found in the research to analyze the implementation of operational supervision budgeting in 2019 and 2020 based on the supervision result documents of the IAIN Ponorogo’s Internal supervision. The research approach uses qualitative implementation case studies with document analysis of supervision results conducted in pre-supervision and post-supervision. Primary and secondary data are collected from informants in the Internal Supervision Unit through interview data, observations, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed by Miles and Huberman's data analysis method and validity test by triangulation. The compliance of the implementation of activities in terms of the criteria for completeness of documents and budget management has yet to be maximized. Second, the effectiveness assessment with a goal and system approach by assessing aspects of inputs, processes, and outputs in internal supervision has been practical, while implementing activities could be more effective. Based on the analysis, the role of SPI as a supervisor has a role in the form of a) a supervisory role, b) a consultant role, and 3) a catalyst role.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship development in Pesantren (Islamic boarding schools) is an important thing to do so that they become independent. This study aims to reveal and elaborate on three things, namely: the concept of kiai leadership in developing entrepreneurship in pesantren; strategies for developing entrepreneurship in pesantren; and the benefits obtained by pesantren and the surrounding community with the development of entrepreneurship in pesantren. The data were obtained from two pesantrens that have been successful in developing entrepreneurship, namely pesantren Sidogiri and pesantren An Nur 2. Data collection is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. All data were analyzed using domain and componential analysis techniques. The results of the data analysis show that the kiai's concept for developing entrepreneurship in pesantren is collective-collegial, democratic-participatory, and consultative-authoritative. While the strategy carried out by the Kiai is to build and maintain trust, empowerment, synergy, innovation, flexible policies, and solid cooperation. The benefits of the results of entrepreneurship development in pesantren are felt and enjoyed by various parties, namely: first, the availability of basic necessities for students, alumni, teachers, pesantren and surrounding communities. Second, the opening of new job opportunities for the community, especially residents around the pesantren. Third, pesantren have economic independence, so that they are authoritative and independent in regulating and managing pesantren. The research has implications for the development of entrepreneurship based on religious values.
