Abstract

Understanding community behavior related to the impact of tourism as well as the consequences of these impacts is an important matter to be studied in the effort to develop tourism in the future. The purpose of this study is to analyze the positive impact of tourism felt by residents in the Mandalika Special Economic Zone which can affect their life satisfaction and the willingness of the population to create co-creation values with tourists. The results showed that the positive effects of tourism activities and life satisfaction significantly affected the value of Co Creation, but the positive impact of tourism had a not significant effect on life satisfaction. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the development of theory, especially tourism marketing from the perspective of local residents. In addition, it can be used as a basis for consideration of policy makers in the development and marketing of tourism in the Mandalika Special Economic area.Keywords : Positive tourism impacts, life satisfaction, co-creation value, Mandalika SEZ

Abstract

This research is directed to prove the significance of the influence of organizational climate dimensions in the form of physical environment (X1), social environment (X2) and management system (X3) on the dimensions of employee performance in the form of employee work goals (Y1) and employee work behavior (PKP). There are six hypotheses that are proven through a partial least square (PLS) analysis process. The population of this study (observation data) was 82 BKD NTB employees. Data was collected through questionnaires and all questionnaires returned in accordance with data input needs. Through the outer model stage there are two indicators of the social environment that are issued, namely the relationship of superiors with subordinates (LS1) and colleague relations (LS2) as well as two indicators of employee work behavior, namely commitment (PKP3) and leadership (PKP6). Indicators that are classified as valid get a reinforcement of criteria through the parameter AVE values above 0.50 and include reliable indicators through Cronbach's alpha parameters and composite reliability above 0.70. PLS analysis through the inner model stage found that all dimensions of the organization's climate have a positive influence (positive sign of the path coefficient) on the dimensions of employee performance.Keywords : Organizational Climate Dimensions and Employee Performance Dimensions.

Abstract

This research is aimed at analyzing and determining the significance of the effect of Islamic leadership on the Islamic performance, analyzing and determining the significance of the effect of Islamic work ethic on the Islamic performance, analyzing and determining the significance of the effect of Islamic organizational culture on the Islamic performance, analyzing determining the significance of the leadership on the Islamic performance with Islamic organizational culture as moderating variable, and analyzing and determining the significance of the effect Islamic work ethic on the Islamic performance with Islamic organizational culture as moderating variable.The population of this research are all 261 employees working in Islamic Hospital of Siti Hajar Mataram. The sample were 72 respondent. The analysis were performance to examine the hypothesis with PLS-SEM analysis using smartPLS 3.0.The research showed that the Islamic leadership had positive but no significant effect on Islamic performance, the Islamic work ethic had positive and significant effect on Islamic performance, the Islamic organizational culture had positive and significant effect on the Islamic performance, the Islamic organizational culture did not strengthen the effect Islamic leadership on the Islamic performance, while the Islamic organizational culture strengthened the effect Islamic work ethic on the Islamic performance. Keywords :  Islamic leadership, Islamic work ethic, Islamic organizational culture, Islamic performance.

Abstract

This Research Method uses Linear Regression and Intervening Regression Analysis (IRA). This study aims to analyze the influence of managerial ownership on firm value with Capital Structure and Profitability as an intervening variable. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 10 real estate companies with a research period of 2014-2018.This type of research is associative causal. The data analysis technique in this study is the path analisys (path analysis) using SPSS software ver. 24 with a significant level of 0.05 percent.The results showed that managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on firm value, managerial ownership has a negative and not significant effect on capital structure and profitability. Capital structure has a negative and not significant effect on firm value while profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Capital structure intervenes but not significantly managerial ownership of firm value. Similarly, profitability intervenes but there is no significant effect of managerial ownership on firm value.Keywords:Managerial ownership, Profitability, Capital Structure, Firm Value

Abstract

This study examined the effect of spiritual intelligence and organizational commitment on job satisfaction and OCB on Non-PNS Leading Sector Assistant III East Lombok Regency employees. Specifically the purpose of this study was to determine the significance of the influence of spiritual intelligence, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on OCB, determine the significance of the influence of spiritual intelligence and organizational commitment on job satisfaction, and find out the mediating role of the variable job satisfaction. The population of this study were all Non-PNS employees who served in the Leading Sector Assistant III of East Lombok Regency as many as 98 respondents. This study uses structural equation model analysis (SEM analysis) with smartPLS applications. The results showed that spiritual intelligence and organizational commitment had a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction had a significant effect on OCB, while spiritual intelligence and organizational commitment did not significantly influence OCB. For the mediating effect of job satisfaction, there is a full mediation role in the significant influence of organizational commitment on OCB, whereas the influence of spiritual intelligence on OCB has not found a significant mediating effect of the variable job satisfaction.Keywords:Spiritual Intelligence, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, OCB.

Abstract

Intellectual capital is a knowledge-based resource that plays an important role in creating a sustainable competitive advantage of a company. Intellectual capital is an important resource in the era of information and knowledge for company growth. Intellectual capital as an important resource owned by the company needs to be disclosed by the company to investors and potential investors. Disclosure of intellectual capital in Indonesia is still voluntary, it has been implicitly regulated in PSAK No. 19. This research will examine the determinants of intellectual capital disclosures and their consequences on company value. The determining factor that is suspected to affect the disclosure of intellectual capital in Indonesia is the number of board of commissioners, the proportion of independent board of commissioners, company size, and leverage. The consequence of intellectual capital disclosure is the value of the company. The study population was all companies included in the LQ45 on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014 to 2016. The number of research samples was 135 observations. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study found the number of board of commissioners, the proportion of independent board of commissioners, company size, and leverage had a positive effect on the disclosure of intellectual capital. Abstract

One Day Service is processing land clearance in one day in Mataram Agrarian Office Counter. Low capability of employee in terms of using technology devices, work performance, and discipline affect One Day Service Program. This research aim to analyze the influence of organizational structure, leadership and public servants competence to the effectivity of One Day Service. The research conducted in Mataram Agrarian Office with 50 Samples. This data used primer data and seconder data. The Data collection method of the research is done using observation , interview , the spread of the survey/Engineering and a data collection is done with the survey , documentation , and questionnaires. The result of the hypothesis shows that organizational structure and public servants have a positive and significant impact on the service effectivity. However, leadership has a positive impacts but not that significant.In conclusion, the result of this research illustrate that the influence of organizational structure, leadership, and public servants competence in Mataram Agrarian Offices for One Day Service contributes to the effectivity service, accounting for 48 %. However, miscellaneous factors contribute for 51 %.Keywords: Organizational structure, leadership, and public servants competence, the effectivity of One Day Service, Mataram Agrarian Office.

Abstract

This research is aimed at determining the partial effect and the simultaneous effect of leadership behaviour and organisational circamstances on the performance and at determining the most dominant variable to affect the performance of teacher in Pondok Pesantren Qamarul Huda Bagu Priggarata Central Lombok.This research is associative-causal research where the data were collected from 122 through cencus method and the data were analysed using Multiple Linear Regression.The research showed that leadership and organisation circumstances either partially and simultaneously have positive and significant on the performance. The leadership has the most dominat variable to affect the teacher performace in Pondok Pesantren Qamarul Huda Bagu Priggarata Central Lombok. This research is expected to be as the contribution to the leader in Pondok Pesantren Qamarul Huda Bagu Priggarata Central Lombok in making decision to improve the teacher performance. Keywords: teacher performance, leadership behavior, organisation circumstances

Abstract

Electronic Cash (Server-Based) is one way to realize a cashless society in Indonesia. However, previous studies have shown that there are antecedents that influence consumers' perceptions of the use of electronic cash which then also influences consumer usage decisions. This study aims to look at the antecedents that affect the perception and usage decisions of Indonesian consumers regarding the use of electronic cash (server-based).The study was conducted by survey method and analyzed using the PLS approach. The results showed that ease of use, trust, security, self-efficacy, and social influences are antecedents that influence consumer perceptions and electronic cash (server-based) usage decisions.Keywords : Electronic Cash, Server Based, Ease of Use, Trust, Security, Self-Efficacy, Social Influences, Usefulness, Consumer’s Perception, Usage Decision.

Abstract

Pharmacutical service for outpatient that held by pharmacist have not fulfilled the indicator standard of quality service related to quening, waiting time for receiving medicine, the availability of medicine and officers attitude. The research question according to the research problem is how is the pharmacist’ work attitude in doing pharmaceutical service in Region Public Hospital of Mataram City. This study is  a qualitative research by phenomenological approach to  understand the meaning of pharmacist’s work attitude in doing pharmaceutical service in the Region Public Hospital of Mataram City. There were two qualified and competent key informants provided explanation of work attitude meaning of pharmacist’s in terms of outpatient. The study results showed that the pharmacist’s work attitude on outpatient was reflected by four themes, namely : organization commitment, work satisfaction, team work involvement and the perceived organization support. Key words  : Phenomenology, the meaning of work attitude, pharmacist
