Abstract

This study focuses on the implementation of slum area revitalization in Kelurahan Ciptomulyo, Malang, based on Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) principles. The research aims to evaluate the impact of infrastructure improvement, economic enhancement, and social interventions in creating a healthier, safer, and more sustainable environment. Using a qualitative approach with literature analysis, the study collects secondary data to identify the implementation and effects of the revitalization program. Findings highlight that while physical and social aspects have seen significant improvements, economic revitalization requires more attention to reduce dependency on social aid and ensure sustainable community development. The revitalization aligns with several SDGs, particularly those related to good health and well-being, quality education, clean water and sanitation, sustainable cities and communities, and partnerships for the goals. The study suggests that comprehensive strategies involving economic empowerment and stakeholder collaboration are crucial for achieving sustainable urban revitalization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh teknologi informasi dan pengendalian internal terhadap kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen pada AUTO2000 Kenjeran Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 30 responden, kemudian pertanyaan-pertanyaan dalam kuesioner dibagi menjadi tiga kategori Dimana terdapat 6 pertanyaan mengenai teknologi informasi, 4 pertanyaan mengenai pengendalian intern, dan 9 pertanyaan mengenai sistem akuntansi manajemen. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan karyawan AUTO2000 Kenjeran di Kecamatan Mulyorejo Surabaya sebagai objek penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif data yang diukur dengan satuan skor. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda setelah diuji dengan model asumsi klasik. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa teknologi informasi dan pengendalian intern berpengaruh terhadap kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi manajemen. Manajemen sebaiknya menerapkan pengendalian intern secara tepat mengingat bahwa tugas perusahaan semakin kompleks sehingga dapat membantu meningkatkan kinerja perusahaan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of internal control systems, individual morality, and human resource competence on fraud prevention at OPD Deli Serdang Regency. In addition, this study also aims to determine whether good governance is able to mediate the effect of the internal control system on fraud prevention in OPD Deli Serdang Regency. This type of research is a causal associative research. This study uses a quantitative approach. This research was conducted on all OPDs (Regional Apparatus Organizations) in the Deli Serdang Regency Government. The sample in this study amounted to 83 people. While the data analysis technique used is PLS (Partial Least Square) with the help of SmartPLS software which is run on computer media. The results found in this study indicate that the internal control system has a positive and significant effect on fraud prevention in OPD Deli Serdang Regency. Individual morality has a positive and significant effect on fraud prevention. HR competencies do not have a significant effect on fraud prevention. Good governance is able to mediate the influence of the internal control system on fraud prevention. Good governance is able to mediate the effect of individual morality on fraud prevention. Meanwhile, good governance is not able to mediate the effect of HR competence on fraud prevention in OPD Deli Serdang Regency.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang ada saat ini telah menghadirkan suatu kemudahan bagi masyarakat dalam mengakses sesuatu di internet, terlebih lagi telah hadir Media Over the Top yang memberikan kemudahan dalam memberikan layanan aplikasi maupun penyediaan konten. Kehadiran Media Over the Top tersebut juga digunakan oleh pencipta saat ini dalam mendistribusikan hasil ciptaannya di internet melalui Media Over the Top yang mana hal ini dikenal sebagai digitalisasi ciptaan. Namun hal ini juga menghadirkan kemudahan bagi beberapa pihak dalam melakukan pelanggaran hak cipta terhadap digitalisasi ciptaan tersebut. Maka, penelitian ini dimaksudkan guna memahami pelindungan hukum bagi pencipta terhadap digitalisasi ciptaan di Media Over the Top serta guna mengetahui tindakan hukum yang tepat bagi pencipta atas pelanggaran hak cipta di Media Over the Top. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode penelitian normatif melalui penelitian terhadap bahan pustaka serta dengan data sekunder melalui pendekatan yuridis normatif yang bersifat deskriptif analitis, sehingga pada penelitian ini akan ditinjau dan dianalisis regulasi yang berkaitan dengan pokok permasalahan. Terhadap hasil penelitian ini telah jelas menunjukkan bahwa sejatinya Undang- Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 28 Tahun 2014 belum mengatur secara komperhensif terhadap digitalisasi ciptaan di Media Over the Top yang berbasis sistem elektronik. Sehingga, pencipta perlu untuk melakukan tindakan hukum berupa gugatan ganti rugi di pengadilan niaga atau mengajukan laporan pidana serta membuat laporan penutupan konten dan/atau hak akses ke Direktorat Jenderal Kekayaan Intelektual jika terdapatnya pelanggaran hak cipta pada digitalisasi ciptaan melalui Media Over the Top.

Abstract

TikTok has now become an application that is widely used by all people and that it has become a trend. The application has a General Terms of Services which is the basis for using Tiktok. In the practice of uploading songs by users without realizing it, gives a juridical implication because users do not fully understand the provisions contained in the Terms of Services. Appropriately, before the user takes and modifies the work of the song which is then used for commercial use, the user already has a license or permission from the author. The problems studied are the legal consequences of uploading songs in this TikTok application which are commercialized without the permission of the Creator by the related users, as well as to see the legal efforts that can be taken by the Creator on songs that are commercialized without the permission of the Creator in this application. The research method used is juridical normative, namely an approach method that uses laws and legal principles as a means of solving the problems at hand. The results of the research conclude that currently, the violation of Copyright has changed from criminalization to remuneration, where the legal consequence of the Copyright infringement is non-compensation to the Creator due to commercial use of songs. Regarding the protection efforts, it can be done in several ways, namely recording, administrative legal remedies and supervision. In terms of fulfilling the rights of the Creator, legal remedies can be taken, namely preventive and repressive measures consisting of civil and criminal remedies. In addition, it can also be resolved by alternative dispute resolution and arbitration.

Abstract

The main purpose of the study is to find out the kinds of lexical and syntactical errors in writing the student’s paper of English Abstract. The data collecting technique used the field research method from 25 student’s papers of English abstract of Accounting Department Politeknik Negeri Medan. The method used in the research is a qualitative approach. The findings of the research revealed that there were so many errors found in the student’s papers of English abstract. There were two kinds of lexical errors relate to Semantic Error in Lexis found in the student’s papers of English abstract which are Confusion of Sense Relations and Collocational Errors. The number of errors in Confusion of Sense was 20 errors with percentage 62.50 % while the collocational errors were also found as many as 12 errors that constituted 37,50% of the total errors collected in the data analysis process. The errors in the syntactical level are also found in the student’s paper of English abstract based on surface structure taxonomy. There were five kinds of errors found in the analysis process. The most frequent errors made by students are misformation 62 (40,79%) of error followed by omission error reach 54 (35,53%) of errors. The addition errors reach 22 (14,47%) of error. then, misordering errors are found 13 (8,55%) of errors. finally, the blend is only found 1 (0,66%) of errors in student’s papers of English abstract in Accounting Department Politeknik Negeri Medan.

Abstract

This research is to examine the use of Mood and Speech Function in Donald Trump's speech in response coronavirus pandemic. The rise of the coronavirus pandemic that occurred in almost all parts of the world in December 2019 - 2020 which has not yet ended, made America the largest country affected by the coronavirus pandemic after Italy. This thing has made Donald Trump speaking out in an effort to stop the spread of the coronavirus in America. The analysis of this research based on Eggins (2004:14) which includes Realization of Speech Function in mood system. This paper concerns on the analysis of Mood and Speech Function in Donald Trump’s speech in response coronavirus pandemic. This uses descriptive research method, in which the data are described systematically to get an accurate and factual result. The data used in this study are the clauses containing of grammatical mood and speech function used by Donald Trump’s speech. The finding describes that as a president want to give his response to the spread of this global pandemic. Where the response is in the form of information and opinions carried out in preventing the spread of the coronavirus pandemic to the citizens of America. It also to analyze how the mood and speech function realized in Donald Trump’s speech.

Abstract

The Karo ethnic group is one of the ethnic groups in North Sumatra that resides in the Karo Land. In Tanah Karo, there is a forest that serves as a source of life, namely Hutan Sembahen. Hutan Sembahen is a forest located in Desa Lau Solu, Kecamatan Mardinding, and it contains springs. Hutan Sembahen is protected through the local wisdom of the Karo ethnic group. This local wisdom can preserve the springs so that the water ecosystem remains unpolluted. This research aims to (1) analyze the integration of Karo ethnic local wisdom in Desa Lau, Kecamatan Mardinding as a strategy to maintain the water ecosystem in the Hutan Sembahen area and (2) examine the utilization of springs in the Hutan Sembahen area in accordance with SDG 6. This type of research uses qualitative methods that adopt an ethnographic approach. The research location is Lau Solu Village, Mardinding District, Karo Regency. Research data were collected through participatory observation, ethnographic interviews, and literature studies. The research data analysis uses Spradley's ethnographic analysis techniques, namely ethnographic interview analysis, domain analysis, and taxonomy analysis.

Abstract

Agricultural institutions have a strategic role in supporting sustainable agricultural development and improving farmer welfare. This research aims to analyze strategies for strengthening agricultural institutions to make them more responsive and adaptive to the needs of local communities, identify challenges in accessing technological innovation and market-oriented training, and provide practical recommendations for increasing the productivity and competitiveness of farmers in Cibanteng Village. With a qualitative approach, data was obtained through in-depth interviews, participant observation and document analysis. The research results show that agricultural institutions in Cibanteng Village face various challenges, including low access to training and technology and weak coordination between farmers and external parties. To overcome this, a strategy is needed that includes market needs-based training, strengthening cooperation networks, and agricultural technology innovation. Abstract

This study explores the role of Insta Famous Syarif Hidayatullah in promoting digital products through his Instagram account @padukacapcut. The research aims to understand how influencers can independently build, market, and monetize educational content using social media. Applying Pierre Lévy’s new media theory, this study views Instagram not only as a channel of communication but also as a participatory space that fosters social interaction and knowledge exchange. Using a descriptive qualitative method, data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation. The findings indicate that Syarif utilizes a combination of organic strategies—such as educational Reels and Stories—and paid strategies through Instagram Ads. These are designed with soft-selling and hard-selling approaches tailored to different audience segments. He also emphasizes responsive communication by actively engaging with followers through comments and direct messages, which helps establish trust and drive conversion. The implication of this research highlights the transformation of influencers from mere promoters to self-driven entrepreneurs who can leverage digital platforms to create business ecosystems based on personal branding and user interaction. This study contributes to the discourse on influencer marketing and digital entrepreneurship in the context of new media environments.
