Abstract

Abstract Research is based on the problem in Kindergarten A ages 4-5 years who lags behind knowing color. Introducing colors using color balls is the aim of this study. The classroom action research method chosen for the following research, observation and interviews are data collection techniques that researchers use. The subjects of this research are 26 children of Dharma Wanita Siding Village. Research shows an increase in the ability to recognize color in children, this can be seen from the percentage of pre-cycle results, cycle I, to cycle II. In pre-cycle children with 1 star have a percentage of 15%, children with 2 stars are 12% and 73% for children with 3 stars. In the first cycle, children with 1 star decreased to 8%, 2 stars are still equal to 12% and 3 stars increased by 80%. In the second cycle, children with 1 star experience decreased again by 0%, 2 star children as much as 15% and 3 star children as much as 85%. The conclusion of this study is the game of grouping colors with a good color ball media to improve the ability to recognize color in children aged 4 - 5 years in Dharma Wanita Kindergarten, Siding Village. Abstract

Based on the report of study and survey results, there were still problems that were found when drawing activities, including the process of children learning to draw freely given, so students had difficulty drawing according to the object. Many methods or techniques that can be practiced by the teacher motivate students to increase their creativity to make images into a form of image similar to the object.The method that is suitable for researchers to use is class action research or class action research entitled "Efforts to increase creativity in drawing through shape patterns". The implementation of this research in the DC-PG-TK Plus At Taqwa Brondong Lamongan institute, 2018/2019 education year, using the sample or subject of research is the Group B2 / Al Muqiit class.After conducting research consisting of 2 cycles and achieving an increase and increasing the results the percentage achieved was 55.55% to 92. 59%, therefore drawing activities that use the shape pattern method can improve the ability to draw in children, can foster children's motivation and enthusiasm , children's drawing creativity can increase.

Abstract

Preliminary observations show that learning at TK Dharma Wanita Siwalan Unity in Panceng sub-district, Gresik Regency is lacking in discipline in discipline. Various things that cause this, the lack of orderly regulations that apply at the institution, the lack of habituation of children so that the lack of discipline, and lack of support from parents. Out of 16 children, only 3 children are disciplined, some others still need guidance from the teacher. This study aims to: 1) describe the implementation of the provision of rewards in improving discipline in group B children in TK Dharma Wanita Unity Siwalan Panceng district Gresik district, 2) Explain the results of increased discipline of children through giving rewards to group B in Dharma Wanita Unity Siwalan Unity in Panceng district Gresik Regency. The Kemmis and Mc Taggart models used in this study were implemented through two action cycles. the initial discipline was developed in this study: 1) Arrival of children to school, 2) Ordering neatly and orderly into the classroom, 3) Uniformly neat according to school attributes. The results showed that by giving rewards to strive for discipline of children in the first cycle increased by 18.8% to 37.5%, and in the second cycle increased again by 37.5% to 81.3%. From the overall increase in numbers before the action until the beginning of the second cycle 62.5%.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study is to determine the application of problem solving learning models can improve student learning outcomes in solving mathematical problems of class VIII AL-MALIKI PLUS SMP Bojonegoro. The type of research used is Classroom Action Research. Data collection is carried out by tests, interviews, field notes, and observations. The study was conducted in class VIII A with a total of 20 students with material systems of two variable linear equations. Student learning outcomes increased from cycle I to cycle II which was 70% to 80%. Based on the results of the study it is known that the application of the problem solving learning model can improve the learning outcomes of class VIII AL-MALIKI PLUS SMP Bojonegoro. Abstract

Abstract Mathematics Learning have to build an active communication process between teachers and students. But in fact student outcomes have not shown satisfactory results. Therefore, it is necessary to find a better learning models that can improve student achievement. The purpose of this resaerch is to improve the activity and learning of Mathematics through the implement of cooperative learning model type Problem based learning. The research method used is classroom action research using sprial reflection system of Kemmis and MC Taggart model that is done from action I, action II, and action III. This research was conducted from March 8, 2019 - March 29, 2019. The subjects of this research is the students of natural science class VIII-C SMP N 1 Babat academic year 2018/2019 as many as 35 student. The results of this research shows that the use of cooperative learning model of problem based learning type on the learning process of mathematics activity and the students score have increased from action I, action II, and action III. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the application of the cooperative learning model of the type of problem based learning has increased the activities and learning outcomes of Mathematics. Based on these conclusions, researchers recommend to implement the cooperative learning model of the type of problem based learning in other classes, so that improvement of learning can happen comprehensive.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of increasing assertive behavior of SMP Al-Muqoddasah Ponorogo students through Public Speaking activities to help reduce bullying. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods to solve a problem or determine an action, for this reason it needs a number of information data collected in the form of words, pictures and not numbers. The technique used in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Validity uses triangulation techniques with sources.The results showed that the Public Speaking activities at SMP Al-Muqoddasah Nglumpang Mlarak Ponorogo were able to help improve assertive behavior of some students so as to reduce the occurrence of bullying in the school environment, even though students were still found to be victims of bullying. This is due to the failure of students in self-concept, and low self-esteem due to low asretivity.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of the case method by using audio-visual media to the learning outcomes. The population in this study is a grade XI SCIENCE student. Sampling is done randomly using the random sampling cluster technique. Based on the average estimated test results were obtained the average results of the experiment Group learning and the control group. The results of the submission are learned to get the percentage of classical learning submission for the experimental group of 98% and the control group at 76%. The results of observation of the affective and psychomotor domains were obtained the average value of students in the experimental group ≥ 65.

Abstract

In this paper, we will describe the thoughts of humanism and Islamic education. Then the biographies and the concept of humanistic thoughts of the two figures, namely Abdurrahman Wahid and Paulo Freire. Similarities and differences between Abdurrahman Wahid and Paulo Freire's theories of humanism. The method used in this paper is to use literature study. The source of the data needed is about the reference book from KH. Abdrahman Wahid and Paulo Freire. The final part is the application of the concept of humanism from Abdurrahman Wahid and Paulo Freire in Islamic education. Based on this, the results of data analysis from the study of this paper show that the application of the Freire humanism concept raises three main points, namely about Awareness, Problem solving education and the Concept of Reading Alphabetization. It was different from Wahid who applied the concept of humanism by linking knowledge, fiqh and morals with humanity through his humanism education concept which produced education that was tolerant and instilled a sense of humanity in students.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the increase in activities and student mathematics learning outcomes after the application of the Talking Stick Learning Model and Cross Puzzle Media were applied to the material on the Two Variable Linear Equation System. The results of this classroom action research analysis showed that student activity during the application of the Talking Stick learning model with crossword puzzle media had increased. This can be seen from the average student activity classically in the first cycle of 69.23%, the second cycle of 88.46% and the third cycle of 100%. Meanwhile, students' mathematics learning outcomes after the application of the Talking Stick learning model with crossword puzzle media had increased. This can be seen based on the test scores of students' mathematics learning outcomes in the application of the Talking Stick learning model with crossword puzzles media that have reached learning completeness. The average value of pre-cycle student learning outcomes with an average of 59.09 student learning outcomes with 25% classical learning completeness, cycle I with an average student learning outcomes of 60.84 with 38.46% classical learning completeness, cycle II with The average student learning outcomes of 92.30 with 100% classical learning completeness and cycle III with an average student learning outcomes of 98.60 with 100% classical learning completeness.

Abstract

Education is a process that people go through with certain methods to gain knowledge, understanding, and how to behave according to their needs. One of the efforts to improve the quality of education is to increase quality human resources (HR). Improving the quality of human resources focuses on critical thinking skills. This is an important agenda and a vital issue in modern education in the era of globalization. Schools as educational institutions that provide knowledge or experience to students in accordance with the demands of the 21st century are required to be able to foster critical thinking through various activities. Through literature review it is known that critical thinking is an organized process made possible by students in evaluating evidence, assumptions, logic, and the language that underlies other people's statements. To foster critical thinking in students, the role of the teacher and the role of the school is needed. In fostering critical thinking in students through the role of the teacher, it can be done through learning activities and giving HOTS questions. Meanwhile, the role of the school can be carried out through extracurricular activities, the school literacy movement, and the student council. From these conclusions, it is suggested for teachers to develop other learning strategies and assessments that help students in higher order thinking, and for schools to develop other activities that form critical thinking patterns in students in solving problems independently and being able to filter the information that enters them.
