Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out: 1) Student learning outcomes after applied Problem Based Learning learning models on network hardware material. 2) Student learning outcomes after the Project-Based Learning learning model is applied to internet network hardware material. 3) Student learning outcomes after being applied to Problem Based Learning learning models are better than student learning outcomes after the Project-Based Learning learning model is applied to internet network hardware material. The method used in this study was an experimental method, with a two-group design posttest only, with a population of 60 students consisting of two classes, and the number of samples for the experiment was 30 students and 30 students controlled. The data collection technique used is the essay test. The conclusions are: 1) The average student learning outcomes after the implementation of the Problem Based Learning learning model on internet network hardware material is 79.17. 2) The average student learning outcomes after being applied to the Project-Based Learning learning model on the internet network hardware material is 75.00. 3) Problem-based learning is better than project-based learning in internet network hardware material on student learning outcomes seen from the significance value of 0.038 smaller (<) than 0.05.

Abstract

Character education can succeed optimally, character education is prepared at an early stage, infrastructure, and appropriate learning methods. Character education is not only the responsibility of the teacher but also the responsibility of all elements of society. The selection of appropriate learning media will influence the results achieved. One of the right media that is used to grow the character values ​​of children's character is puppets character with the help of the method of storytelling and is completed with a manual book. The method in this research is development research to advocate learning from Kemp combined with the Borg and Gall models. The manual book (handbook) of hand puppets with the tadzkirah model is validated by 3 validation experts namely experts in science, learning experts and instructional media experts. The trial run is limited to 2 (two) field tests. The results of this study are hand puppet manuals that are suitable for use as a means of growing the positive character values ​​of young children. The results of field trials prove the increase in knowledge and understanding of story content that will foster positive character values ​​of early childhood

Abstract

Social media is a link to expand relationships and get a lot of information in the distance, space and time of receiving and sending messages quickly. The presence of various kinds of communication and electronic devices available in the community whose function is no longer out of necessity but as part of a lifestyle and prioritizing existence, the easier it is to get various data access information without being filtered or controlled. Because users of this technological development in Indonesia are even partly dominated by young children and adolescents, even elementary school age children. As we know, children and adolescents do not have enough emotional maturity and moral knowledge, so they are easily influenced by the outside environment. Awareness programs are needed to wisely use social media. Campaign activities that focus on the attention of the public or the wider community towards ignorance, addiction, are not wise in utilizing technology that leaves the humanism side. Campaign activities that can be carried out can use unlimited media that is expected to be effective from the message to be conveyed can be delivered on target.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a significant influence between family variables on the behavior of elementary school students in the discipline of learning Junjung Village, Sumbergempol District, Tulungagung. This research is a quantitative approach using the associative type of research. Methods of data collection in the form of a questionnaire, observation, documentation, and interview. The population were all students of grade V and VI in the Junjung Village of 201 students. The samples were 34 students of grade V and VI that one or both parents work as migrant workers abroad a number. The sampling technique using purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is a simple linear regression and effective contribution previously done of normality test, linearity, and classical assumption. Based on the results of a simple linear regression analysis output, data showed Sig 0,000. So, the ratio is 0,000 < 0,05, which means it can be concluded that there is influence between family variables to the discipline learned primary school students in the Junjung Village, Sumbergempol District, Tulungagung. Behavior learning discipline students with parents who work as migrant workers abroad were low due to the functioning of the family are also low.

Abstract

Blended learning is one of the learning models applied in universities as an improvement in the quality of learning. Blended learning is a blend of two learning models, namely face-to-face learning and online learning/e-learning. Blended learning is used to stimulate and foster learning motivation for students, it is necessary to innovate and create more interesting media. Learning media that can be used in blended learning, namely flipbook software and autoplay, through the two software instructors can create learning media through a combination of learning material in pdf, video (mp4), image (jpeg), ppt (pdf) and so on. Learning media that have been made uploaded in the classroom (google classroom) at the beginning of the lecture. Through google classroom, students can download all learning media. With learning media that have been downloaded, students can learn more innovatively. In the media, the material presented is related to literacy learning. Blended learning-based learning models can improve literacy learning outcomes in Unipa Surabaya PBSI students in Literature Appreciation courses. The increase was due to the tendency of students to be more active, innovative, creative, and enthusiastic in independent learning, and in working on assignments given as evaluations in lectures with the learning media that had been provided.

Abstract

Learning can be said to be effective if there is continuity between all its components, including the selection of methods, media, and appropriate learning strategies. In addition, the preparation of learning tools must also be considered in order to facilitate the learning process in the classroom, especially if the learning devices that have been prepared have gone through the process of identifying problems in the classroom and paying attention to student characteristics. The purpose of this research is to increase motivation, activeness, problem-solving skills, collaboration, and student learning outcomes through the application of expository learning models with a scientific approach based on lesson study. The method used in this research is based on a lesson study which consists of three-stage, namely: plan, do and see. From the result of research that has been done, it can be seen that the application of expository learning models with a scientific approach based on lesson study can have a positive impact on increasing motivation, activeness, problem-solving skills, collaboration, and being able to improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The purpose of making this tutorial video learning media is to attract students' interest in attending the Computer Application for Learning course, making it easier for lecturers and students in the teaching and learning process, and helping students to remember the material that has been discussed by playing video. The research method used in this study adopted the Research and Development (R&D) method. The steps used in Research and Development research are: (1) identifying problems, (2) data collection, (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) design revision, (6) product trials , (7) product revision. Broadly speaking, the stages of making videos are grouped again into 3 main stages, namely: (1) Pre-Production Stage, this stage includes; (a) analyzing the potential and problems, (b) collecting data to solve the problem, (c) making the design of making video tutorials, (d) preparing video tutorial material, (e) preparing the description of video tutorial material, (f) preparing lines large video tutorial content, (g) validate the material, (g) make revisions. (2) Production Phase, this stage includes; (a) coordinating the results of compiling an outline of the contents of the tutorial video with the production team, (b) preparation of equipment both hardware and software, (c) Video capture. (3) Postproduction Stage, this stage includes; (a) previewing and selecting videos to be used, (b) doing the editing process (combining videos, changing or adding something to the video), (c) doing media validation, and language, (d) making revisions. The final results of this study are video media that have been validated by experts in the material, language and media that are ready to be used in learning Computer Application for Learning courses at IKIP Budi Utomo Malang.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the inculcation of social care character values ​​in students at the private elementary school Iqra Tuah Sakato Muara Bulian. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The study conducted observations, interviews and documentation with research subjects, namely teachers and students. In this study, researchers will focus on how the mechanism of the inculcation of the value of social care characters in learning, what factors influence the social care character of students, and what are the impacts. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the implementation of social care character education was carried out by the teacher giving an example in the form of a direct example, the teacher also gave a spontaneous planting rebuking students who were ignorant with their friends

Abstract

Kepala madrasah merupakan pejabat profesional yang ada dalam organisasi madrasah, yang bertugas mengatur semua sumber daya sekolah dan bekerjasama dengan guru-guru, staf dan pegawai lainnya dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan serta memiliki peranan dalam perkembangan organisasi. Dengan posisi tersebut kepala madrasah mempunyai peran strategis dalam lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Menjelaskan strategi kepala Madrasah terhadap perilaku organisasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja madrasah. (2) Menjelaskan upaya kepala MAN 1 Kota Kediri dalam meningkatkan perilaku organisasi sebagai budaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan rancangan studi kasus. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah MAN 1 Kota Kediri. Pengumpulan data penelitian ini dilakukan melalui observasi non partisipan. Analisis data dilakukan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data dan penyajian data. Reduksi data dimaksudkan sebagai proses memilih hal-hal yang pokok, memfokuskan pada hal-hal yang penting. reduksi data bukan hanya sekedar membuang data yang tidak diperlukan. Berdasarkan proses pengumpulan dan analisis data, penelitian ini menghasilkan dua temuan. Pertama perilaku organisasi merupakan perilaku individu yang ada dalam suatu organisasi pendidikan yang melibatkan banyak komponen anatarlain guru, staf dan karyawan, diketahui bahwa dalam organisasi memiliki perilaku individu yang berbeda-beda baik dari tingkat emosional dan intelektual. Kepala madrasah berperan penting dalam mengatasi perilaku yang berbeda tersebut. kepala madrasah di MAN 1 Kota Kediri mengambil cara dengan memberikan tugas sesuai dengan latar belakang pendidikan, skill, dan kemampuan yang dimiliki. Adanya perbedaan dalam organisasi dapat terorganisir dan tidak menimbulkan konflik dalam organisasi. Kedua terorganisirnya perbedaan dalam organisasi maka guru dapat bekerja dengan aman nyaman dan terkendali. dengan begitu pekerjaan guru dan karyawan dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien, dan organisasi dapat meningkat sesuai dengan tujuan yang diharapkan

Abstract

Manajemen strategi global sebagai reputasi sebuah perusahaan membutuhkan pengelolaan dengan beradaptasi perkembangan global dan strategi yang terjadi. Memahami dan mengelola reputasi adalah menggambarkan nilai dari sebuah pemahaman bahwa reputasi merupakan nilai bersama-sama. Peraturan sangat penting dari nilai untuk menciptakan dan melindungi dalam organisasi. Model kerangka kerja nilai adalah sebuah landasan atau dasar di mana sebuah organisasi dan reputasi didirikan atau dibangun. Perusahaan multinasional memiliki reputasi yang lebih kuat dari pada perusahaan domestik atau perusahaan asing. Nilai dari reputasi dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan untuk memenuhi harapan dari pemangku kepentingan yang mempunyai hubungan dengan nilai yang dianggap penting. Reputasi harus didasarkan pada karakter, sejarah, dan hubungan dari pemangku kepentingan. Integritas suatu organisasi berfungsi untuk menstabilkan reputasi masyarakat dan dapat memberikan motivasi kepada pemangku kepentingan yang memperhatikan reputasi sebuah organisasi. Para pemangku kepentingan menciptakan reputasi yang pengembangannya dari kelompok sosial. Itu ditunjukkan oleh perhatian pada organisasi, sementara organisasi juga memberikan perhatian pada pemangku kepentingan.
