Abstract

Business in education can be classified as a service business. The main principle to run this type of business is to develop and maintain the trust of society as well as to give satisfaction value through various strategies. Based on the fact universities must be able to manage the available resources to fulfill the students’ expectations. The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of the service marketing mix and image of higher education on partial and simultaneous satisfaction. Service marketing mix in this research cover product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, and process. At the same time, the indicators of an image are reputation, tradition, and the identity of a university. Students’ satisfaction can be identified by their desire to reuse the product, the level of file a complaint, giving recommendations to other consumers, the pride of using the product, and obey the regulations. The population is the students of the University of Nusantara PGRI Kediri. The sample total of 81 students using the technique proportional stratified sampling. Used a questionnaire to collect the data and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The Results of the research proved that service marketing mix and image influence significantly in both partial and stimulant towards the satisfaction.

Abstract

Teaching materials are one of the factors that can affect the smoothness of the learning process and student learning outcomes. Design and Learning Strategies courses are compulsory subjects taught at the S1 level of the Health and Recreation Physical Education Study Program at IKIP Budi Utomo. Teaching materials for Design and Learning Strategies courses that are currently used are limited to printed teaching materials which contain material descriptions. The purpose of this study was to determine the needs of students in learning Design and Learning Strategy Subjects, especially in providing learning resources at IKIP Budi Utomo. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The research subjects were students of the 2018 IKIP Budi Utomo Recreation and Physical Education Study Program. The sample was randomly selected. They are collecting data through interviews with Subject Management Lecturers and student questionnaires. The results of the interviews show that the teaching materials used so far are still limited to printed teaching materials which contain descriptions of design materials and learning strategies in general, there are no specific examples of Physical Education learning designs and also important concepts of Physical Education learning. The results of the student need questionnaire analysis show that: 1) the teaching materials needed by students are in the form of electronic teaching materials (e-books), 2) the material in the teaching materials is material related to the specifications of the field of science, namely physical education learning.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of student achievement levels of a subject due to learning carried out in conventional schools and less creative. This can be seen from the low psychomotor scores of students, which ultimately have an impact on learning outcomes below. In addition, school facilities are not evenly distributed, so that it has an impact on the enthusiasm of students to take part in learning. Therefore, the aim of this research is to find out the process of developing tools and learning models for Open-Ended Learning through audiovisual media and graphic media on promotional media materials for product marketing. This study uses a model research approach with research subjects a team of experts consisting of three people who are experts in why in their respective. The research was carried out in two stages, namely, two times the expert validation test. The results of this development research indicate very good criteria.

Abstract

Classroom Action research is against the background of the lack of activeness of the students, especially class X TKRO 01 SMK Negeri 1 Trenggalek school year 2018/2019 in the scientific attitude and mastery learning classical low. Based on the acquisition of the data, the percentage of student activity 42,86 %. Because it then affects the learning outcomes of students who tend to be low around 54,29 % of the expected result or the limit of the minimum standard of completeness. It is based on obtaining the results of the study on previous material. This research method used the research model to adapt the combined Sanford and Kemmis using classroom action research. The study was conducted in two cycles: one cycle is performed as much as two times the action research. The subject of research is class X TKRO 01 as many as 35 students. Data collection techniques in this research using observation and test. Data in the form of learning outcomes in the form of assessment of the third aspect, among others, attitude, skills, knowledge with the use of instruments as appropriate. The results of the test in cycle I based on the data acquisition of the percentage of mastery learning classical reached 74,29 % with the average results of the acquisition value 71,81. The percentage of mastery the standards mastery minimum in the classical style. While for the assessment of the activity, the percentage of active students in scientific attitude to achieve 71,43 % with the number of students active in 25 of the 35 students. Assessment of skills to achieve the percentage of 71,43 % with the average value of the skills of 63,81. The results of the test in cycle II data based on the acquisition of the percentage of mastery learning classical reached 85,71 % with the average results of the acquisition value 76,00. While for the assessment of the activity, the percentage of active students in scientific attitude reached 85,71 % with the number of students active 30 of 35 students and assessment of skills to achieve the percentage of 82,86 % with the average value of the skills of 77,14. Based on the acquisition of a percentage of the value of the learning result from cycle I and cycle II increased by 11,42 % to the value of knowledge, while the liveliness of the students in the scientific attitude increased by 11,43 %, while the skills of students increased by 14,28 %, so learning the methods of brainstorming can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Based on the results of observations, there are problems with elementary school students, namely not maximum learning outcomes in the mathematical fraction count operations material. The purpose of this research and development is to develop the PEKA game media (Mathematical Fraction) that can be used as a learning media for fractions to improve learning outcomes. The PEKA game media was created to facilitate the delivery of material and student's understanding of fractions. In this research and development, the writer uses the model developed by Borg & Gall. The steps used in this research and development are (1) Research and development of initial information, (2) Planning, (3) Development of initial product drafts, (4) Initial trials, (5) Product revision. The results showed that the PEKA game media scored very well. The average score obtained from material experts is 84% ​​with very good assessment criteria, and the average score obtained from media experts is 92% with very good assessment criteria.

Abstract

For vocational students, the world of work is a desire when stepping on and choosing to continue their studies. It can be said that the majority of vocational students have the same ideals and desires, namely graduating from SMK to get a job. Because it is appropriate for the purpose, education in SMK is designed to create skilled workers who are ready to work for the middle class. So do not be surprised if vocational students have a strong desire to get a job as much as possible after graduating from school. So to help the strong desire of SMK students, it is hoped that they will design a strategy to help market it to the world of business and the world of industry. Where this strategy is expected to be compiled comprehensively and continuously and adapted to the needs of the Business World and the Industrial World. Apart from strategizing, SMK must also build a Business and Industrial Networking in accordance with the Vocational Expertise Program. So, collaboration in developing marketing strategies and building networking with the Business World and the Industrial World is expected that SMK graduates can be absorbed as much as possible in the World of Work.

Abstract

Salah satu perkembangan kognitif yang harus diperhatikan usia TK adalah kemampuan berhitung yang mencakup konsep penjumlahan dan pengurangan. Faktanya, tidak semua anak usia TK dapat memahami dengan baik konsep matematika yang disajikan dalam simbol matematika. Selain itu, sebagian anak usia TK masih mengalami kesulitan dalam menjumlahkan angka-angka secara abstrak. ada pula siswa yang kurang mampu menuliskan banyaknya benda dalam simbol angka. Oleh karena itu, untuk mendukung perkembangan kognitif anak kelompok TK B secara optimal diperlukan stimulan yang tepat dalam proses pembelajaran. Sehingga disusun sebuah bahan ajar yang berdasarkan pada teori Iceberg untuk mengembangkan kemampuan koginitif anak dalam konsep berhitung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar untuk memperkenalkan konsep penjumlahan dan pengurangan bagi TK kelompok B dengan menggunakan pendekatan Iceberg. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan yang dilaksanakan dalam tahapan 4D yaitu, define, design, develop dan disseminate. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahan ajar yang disusun termasuk dalam kategori layak dan dapat digunakan untuk menjadi bahan ajar penunjang pembelajaran berhitung pada anak usia TK

Abstract

Abstract Pekan Siaga Bencana Pada Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus (ABK) is a program to address issues facing children with special needs at SLB Manunggal Slawi. The purpose of this study is to learn the development of special needs knowledge and skills of children through the online disaster alert program by training children with specific needs on disaster alert through zoom and youtube applications; Training children with specific needs to act quickly in self-defense through zoom's applications; Giving special needs to kids on disaster alert via zoom and youtube apps. The method used in this study is a qualitative study method. The data-gathering technique used is participation observations made through zoom teleconferences applications performed by researchers with children with special needs. The study is carried out in August 2020. Through the disaster preparedness week program, the knowledge and skills of ABK about disasters have increased. This program is a sound success and can be used as a model for others in carrying out disaster preparedness education for children with special needs online

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has hit the world, especially the State of Indonesia. The Covid-19 pandemic not only had an impact on increasing casualties but also had a broad and direct impact on the decline in the world economy. Data from the Central Statistics Agency reported that Indonesia's economic growth contracted by 5.32% in the second quarter of 2020. Then in the first quarter, it contracted by 6.13%, which was the worst record for the economy since 1999. Predictions that the global economy will enter a recession that very sharp until the end of the first quarter of 2020 has been informed by the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank. This study aims to analyze strategies that can be taken by Indonesia in facing the threat of an economic recession. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, where the data is obtained from an in-depth, analyzed literature study. The results of this study obtained strategies for the Indonesian government to face the threat of recession, including the government's fiscal and monetary capabilities, productivity improvements, competitiveness; investigation; and the world economy. In addition to the role of the government, the community also has a role to play, such as developing startup business innovations and supporting UMKM business players in an effort to encourage economic growth to keep going amid the economic crisis caused by the Covid-19 outbreak.

Abstract

Currently, educators have a big task in their role in the success of the nation's children. One of the fundamental problems currently occurring among students as the next generation is the tendency of moral degradation. This study aims to determine how far the understanding of educators is about social phenomena that occur in student identity, so it is necessary to implement a character-building program in students as an effort to develop student identity, as well as identify what efforts are made by educators in implementing character building in students of the Ganesha Husada College of Health, Kediri Regency. This research uses a qualitative case study method. In this framework, a paradigmatic analysis of social construction theory is used in analyzing the data materials of character building. Data collection was carried out through in-depth interviews. The results obtained, the social construction steps regarding character building in the campus environment of Stikes Ganesha Husada Kediri, among which the most prominent is the curriculum setting. As a capital from exemplary in each lecturer, internalization of character building which becomes a plus icon is quickly understood and practiced by students. Therefore, the implementative values of character building can eventually become a new culture for students of Stikes Ganesha Husada Kediri.
