Abstract

Management system in learning known as the LMS (Learning Management System) can create learning effectively and efficiently. The use of LMS allows lecturers to be able to manage learning well such as making learning materials, discussion activities, giving tests and evaluating learning both lecturers and students. One of the efforts in improving the quality of learning is by using MISKOM media "Milenial Suka Ekonomi". The method used in this research is development research adopted from the Borg and Gall model.The result of this research into the development of instructional media using "Millennial Suka Ekonomi (Miskom)" showed that the students’ motivation in conducting learning is very good so that understanding of the material can be well absorbed

Abstract

MSMEs must be able to grow and develop in the era of global competition. The growth and development of MSME are shown by increasing sales volume and profitability. One of strategy to increase sales volume is promoting through social media, one of them is Instagram. This study aims to measure the effectiveness of using Instagram as a medium for promoting MSME products using the EPIC model. The study was conducted on 100 active Instagram owners who follow SMEs that promote their products through Instagram. Based on the EPIC Model, the most effective dimension is communication and it is included in a very effective scale range with a mean score of 4.14.

Abstract

In Indonesia, 21st century education has 4 skills, namely creative thinking, critical thinking, collaboration, and communication skills. 21st Century skills are applied through the K-13 curriculum which requires students to be active in learning. It is expected that students will be able to have 21st century skills including communication and argumentation skills. Communication skills are important for students to help convey, listen and understand the meaning of knowledge, values, attitudes and attention. Argumentation skills are important for students to help them argue rationally, so that other people can accept these opinions. Instruments of communication and argumentation skills of students are made as a tool to measure student skills, and instrument of validation makes it easier to collect data with the results more complete, good, systematic and easy to process. The research instrument used was an instrument of communication skills and student argumentation. This study aims to determine the validation criteria of communication skills and argumentation instruments for biology students of XI MIPA high school students. The method used is descriptive method. Based on the data obtained from the research results showed that the level of validation based on the experts of communication skills and argumentation of biology students in class XI MIPA high school including the criteria of Good (B) with a value of 25, whereas according to practitioners the communication skills and argumentation instruments of class XI MIPA high school students including the criteria of Very Good (SB) with a value of 26.

Abstract

The aim of this quasi experimental study is to find out how the implementation of REPICPRO modelon social sciences subject of seventh grade students at Junior High School to scarcity and humanneeds materials. One group pre-test pos-ttest design was used in this research. The data analyzestechnique used Paired t-test. The result showed that there was a difference score between pre-testand post-test with t- score of 5,461 and significance of 0,0001. The average of pre- test score was66 and post- test score was 77,33. Thus, the result of the study showed that student learningoutcomes was increased, so that the implemetation of the REPICPRO method had a positive andsignificant effect on the learning outcomes of seventh grade students to scarcity and human needsmaterials.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the marketing mix is ​​used to increase the number of buyers in the Mbok Moro Geprek Chicken Business. Marketing activity is an attempt to offer consumers the products they are produced. Marketing is a very determining factor for the survival of a company, so it is very important for business owners to pay attention to the marketing mix that the company runs. The research method used mixed method. The subject of this research was Mbok Moro geprek chicken business and ata collection used interviews and observations. Data analysis techniques used marketing mix analysis. The variables of marketing mix were product, price, place and promotion. The result of this research showed that consumers’ decision to buy Mbok Moro Geprek Chicken had many reasons, they are: the place was strategic and the price of product was afforadable. The recommendation of this research is that the products of Mbok Moro geprek chickens must be more varied and innovative in packaging and online marketing and also improving brand.

Abstract

Learning problems in producing students who have 4c competence (creativity, communication, collaboration, critical thinking) are still very limited, especially in PAUD. The problem can be seen from the achievements of children's development were limited creativity when teaching learning process occurs, children have low communication skills and express opinions from the results of groups or collaborations. This is due to the role of the teacher is still dominant in teaching learning process and teacher limits the children's creativity by providing less varied of learning media because it only uses student worksheets that are available at school. STEAM-based learning (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Mathematic) with loose parts media was chosen because it is in line with 21st century education where critical thinking skills, creative, collaborative and communicative are honed by playing. Based on the results of observation showed that learning activities implemented by teacher in Group A Pertiwi 2 Bodor Kindergarten did not lead to 21st century learning yet so that learning activities were monotonous and the teacher was not be able to direct students to master the 4c ​​skills. From these problems, the teacher applied STEAM-based learning by using Loose Parts media. The research method used descriptive qualitative with 13 subjects of Group A aged 4-5 years old at TK Pertiwi 2 Bodor. Data collection was done by observation and documentation techniques, then it was analyzed qualitatively that is analyzing the child's developmental achievements objectively. The results showed that STEAM-based learning using loose parts media effectively was increased the ability of 4c children aged 4-5 years, so it is recommended that this learning can be implemented continuously to see the students’ achievement in other aspects.

Abstract

Mathematical connection ability is one of the abilities students must have in learning mathematics. The importance of mathematical connection ability is inseparable from the characteristics of mathematics which is a hierarchically structured science and interrelated between one concept with another concept. In addition to the relationship between concepts in mathematics, aspects of mathematical connections also contain connections between mathematical concepts and other fields of science and the relationship between mathematics and everyday life. Considering the importance of the ability of these mathematical connections, mathematical connection questions are also included in the National Mathematics Examination at various levels. This study examines the components of the Mathematics National Examination items that meet the mathematical connection criteria. The objectives of this study are: a) to find out the percentage of School Exam questions that meet the mathematical connection criteria, b) find out examples of School Exam questions that meet the mathematical connection criteria. The results of this study indicate that 80% of school exam questions meet the mathematical connection criteria.

Abstract

The growth of industrial world is an undeniable problem in the environment where industrial behavior often ignores impacts on the environment, such as water, soil, air pollution and social inequality in the environment. The purpose of this study is intended to determine the role of green accounting in reducing environmental pollution and to examine the extent to which the application of green accounting in Indonesia in supporting sustainability. This study uses an interpretive approach which focus on the subjective nature of social world and tries to understand it. Green accounting has difficulty measuring the value of costs and benefits of externalities arising from industrial processes. It is not easy to measure the loss to people around and the ecological environment caused by air pollution, liquid waste, ammonia tube leakage, nuclear tube leakage or other externalities. Unfortunately, in its application, often some companies do not report bad news they are facing, so reporting on environmental costs is not effective.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the relathionship between self-efficacy and job satisfaction teacher at Preschool. This research is quantitative using correlation technique. The population is the teachers at Preschool ‘Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal Gresik. Incidental sampling was used and 98 teachers have been selected as sample. The instrument was used by the reseachers were self-efficacy and job satisfaction scale. The correlation test result shows r = 0,127, p= 0,213 (p>0,05). Based on correlation test result, it can be consluded that Ha rejected and H0 accepted. There is no positive relationship between self-efficacy and job satisfaction teacher at Preschool.

Abstract

It is very important for multicultural counselor to have fairness character. At school, there is an issue of less professionalism counselors because of less fairness character. The results of preliminary study conducted at undergraduate’s students of Guidance and Counseling Department at University of Nusantara PGRI Kediri prove that the students as candidate of counselor still discriminate the personality of counselee, less neutral when counselee tells the problem, and give labeling on counselee. Therefore, it is important to do special interventions to improve their fairness character become competent multicultural counselors. To Intervent the candidate of counselors can use certain media such as BADRANAYA (Multi-Cultural Character Board-game Counselor). The aim of this research is to develop BADRANAYA which can be accepted theoritically and practically. The research method used is research and development (Borg & Gall 1983). At present, the research process is in the third procedure namely the Development of Initial Product Draft, one of them is preparation of instruments.The validity and reliability are very important to obtain valid data regarding the level of fairness character for candidate of multicultural counselors. This article is limited to the validity and reliability of the Fairness Character Measurement Scale. Based on the results of the validity which is tested to 32 undergraduate students at University of Nusantara PGRI Kediri obtained 12 valid items with a reliability index of 0.834. The 12 items also have a very high reliability index that is represented each indicator of fairness character. While the results of the validation of the instrument, the fairness character measurement scale can be used as a measurement of the fairness character of candidate multicultural counselors in the next research procedure.
