Abstract

Abstract This research aims to identify the factors that influence the economy in Luwu Raya. In this study, government expenditure and labor are considered as independent variables, while economic growth is considered as the dependent variable. The basic theories used in this research include Keynesian theory (Harrod-Domar) and John Stuart Mill's theory, which explain how government policies and labor relations affect economic growth. Data on government expenditure by expenditure type disclosed by BPS Luwu Raya and GDP data based on constant prices in 2010 with annual data from 2012 to 2021 for the business sector are the information used in this research. Labor data for Luwu Raya is annual information covering the years 2012 to 2021. The SPSS version 20 application is used for multiple regression-based analysis. The results of the research show that government expenditure has a significant and positive impact on the economic growth of Luwu Raya, while labor does not have a significant influence on economic growth. In this study, the independent variables contribute to a decrease in the dependent variable, with a value of 0.996 or 99.6%, and 4% of the independent variables are influenced by other variables during the study. Therefore, it can be concluded that government expenditure is an important factor that influences economic growth in Luwu Raya.

Abstract

This research discusses literacy culture with the aim of this study is to find out the state of literacy education in the Sanggar Bimbingan Kepong, Malaysia, as well as habituation in Growing Indonesian Language Literacy Culture. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were 10 children aged 4-6 years, in Kepong Village, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews, and questionnaire data. The assessment instrument used is the observation sheet to foster an Indonesian language literacy culture. The condition of immigrant citizens who do not have official documents has made immigrant children not able to register for formal schools in Malaysia. To overcome this, the leadership of Muhammadiyah Malaysia opened the Sekolah Sanggar Bimbingan Kepong with the aim that immigrant children who do not have documents can study in the Sekolah Sanggar Bimbingan Kepong. Because of that, the researcher was sparked to examine the state of literacy in the Sanggar Bimbingan Kepong, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Abstract

Language has a very important contribution in the life of every individual. In almost every activity in an individual's life, it cannot be separated from aspects of language and speaking, including children with language disclosure through speaking, children can express their thoughts, feelings and expressions. The purpose of this study is to improve children's storytelling skills using picture media. This study used the classroom action research (CAR) method which consisted of four steps including: planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The data analysis used is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The success criterion in this study was increasing children's storytelling ability at the age of 5-6 years with an average mastery score of 75%. Based on the results of the action it can be concluded that children aged 5-6 years have experienced an increase in complete achievement. This is evidenced by the changes that occurred from the first cycle of 31.5%, the second cycle of 52.6% and the last cycle III reached 78.9% which indicates that the child's storytelling ability has increased from not appearing at first to appearing. This shows that picture media can improve children's storytelling skills.

Abstract

The research was conducted using a survey method with a questionnaire as the instrument. The subjects of the study were 286 students in the upper classes of SDN Gugus 1 Bungku Barat Morowali. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis, the F-test, and the t-test. The results of the regression analysis showed a calculated F-value of 2609.473 with a significance level (p) of 0.000. The p-value of 0.000 < 0.05, and the coefficient of determination (R-square) was 0.949, indicating that the learning environment and learning motivation of students jointly contributed to 94.9% of the students' learning outcomes in Social Studies (IPS). The remaining 5.1% was attributed to other variables outside of this regression equation. Simultaneously, there is a significant contribution of the learning environment and learning motivation to the students' IPS learning outcomes in elementary school. Partially, there is a significant contribution of the learning environment to the students' IPS learning outcomes in elementary school. Partially, there is a significant contribution of learning motivation to the students' IPS learning outcomes in elementary school. It is expected that schools and parents should collaborate intensively to support the availability of a conducive learning environment for students, both at school and at home. The role of teachers as motivators should be optimized in encouraging students' learning motivation

Abstract

The life of the Indonesian people is very closely related to the character values of mutual cooperation and creativity. Instilling the values ​​of character education in children is of course very important, in this case the teacher as an educator who incidentally is in the school environment. In addition to having teaching duties, teachers also have an obligation to instill character education values ​​in children. Basically children learn through play, learning activities through play which are carried out to instill the values ​​of mutual cooperation and creative character education can use a game, namely My Dolanan Box. By playing My Dolananan Box, it can arouse children's interest and interest in learning.The purpose of this study was to produce a dolananku box game so that it can be used by Kindergarten teachers in learning activities that can instill the values ​​of mutual cooperation and creative character education in children. This research method uses the Borg & Gall development model. The results of this study are the product of the dolananku box game as a learning innovation to strengthen the value of the character of mutual cooperation and creativity. From the results of qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis the results of the research show that: 1) My Dolanan box is suitable for use as a game to instill the values ​​of mutual cooperation and creative character education in children, 2) My Dolananan box can be used by the teacher as an efficient and interesting game to instill the values ​​of mutual cooperation and creative character education in children. For future researchers, it is expected to perfect the products produced both from media criteria, material content, playing activities. The results of this study in general can be concluded that the Dolananku box can be used by kindergarten teachers as a game to instill the values ​​of mutual cooperation and creative character education in children.

Abstract

The main topic of discussion in this study is how the ustadz's efforts in improving the religious discipline of students at the Darul Hikmah Tulungagung Modern Islamic Boarding School and how the ustadz's efforts in increasing the discipline of students in Arabic and English there. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, including data collection through observation, documentation, and interviews, as well as data reduction, presentation, and verification. This study also checked the validity of the data through triangulation of sources, techniques and time, extension of research and persistence of researchers. The findings of this study indicate that the ustadz's efforts in improving the religious discipline of students in various programs, such as the five daily prayers in congregation, reading the Qur'an, sunnah prayers, remembrance after the five daily prayers, shiyam Ramadhan, 'arafah and tathawwu' and various kinds methods namely authoritarian, permissive, and responsible, and ustadz efforts to improve the discipline of students in Arabic and English with the forms of discipline muhadharah, muhadatsah, division of vocabulary, mandatory communication using two languages and listening and there are also various ways, namely authoritarian, permissive and responsible freedom.

Abstract

The research conducted has the aim of facilitating companies in obtaining information about the symptoms of Financial Distress to predict the financial health of a company. The research results can be used as a reference source of information for companies when in a condition of Financial Distress, companies need to anticipate and improve their financial performance. The secondary data used was obtained from www.idx.co.id and www.idnfinancials.com along with related company websites. The purposive sampling method is a sample selection technique using a descriptive quantitative approach in order to obtain 15 food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The analytical method is Altman Modification. The results of this study explain that in the Modified Altman method there are 11 companies in a healthy condition, 1 company in a gray area and 3 companies in the possibility of bankruptcy.

Abstract

Employees at UD Rahma Jaya Temanggung were examined to see if there is a relationship between compensation, work discipline, and motivation. For this investigation, we turn to SPSS 25 and its ability to quantitatively analyze data. Researchers from UD Rahma Jaya Temanggung collected information using a media questionnaire that can be accessed via the Google Forms website. Overall, 195 participants were included in the analysis. Samples were taken using the slovin formula as many as 66 people at UD Rahma Jaya Temanggung workers, and the sampling method was simple random sampling. To support the hypothesis, data analysis was performed using statistical methods which included survey validity and reliability tests, multiple linear regression, and significance tests such as t-test and f-test. The results of the experiments in this study reveal that compensation, work discipline, and motivation have a large impact on productivity. In addition, at UD Rahma Jaya Temanggung work discipline and motivation both have a partial and quite large effect on employee performance, while compensation has a partial negative effect and is not significant.

Abstract

Advances in modern technology have brought many changes to various lines of human life, one of which is education. The purpose of this research and development is to produce validated website-assisted learning media in order to improve learning outcomes and Student self-regulated learning. The development of learning media assisted by Website Genially is based on the limited learning media in the concentration of Office Management expertise, especially in meeting management material. This Research and Development uses the development model of Borg and Gall. The test subjects consisted of media and material experts, as well as class XI MPLB students at SMK Negeri 1 Boyolangu which were divided into small and large groups. The resulting research data is in the form of qualitative data and quantitative data. This study uses percentage descriptive analysis techniques, normality tests, and independent sample t-tests. The results of this research and development are in the form of Genially Website-assisted learning media by presenting gamification features and learning videos which have been declared very valid and feasible by expert validators and small group testing for use in learning activities and are able to improve learning outcomes and student self-regulated learning in the meeting management material.

Abstract

Abstract Merdeka Belajar is a policy that aims to provide schools flexibility in planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs, with reference the principles of Merdeka Belajar policy set by the central government. The concept of Merdeka Belajar demands a change in the teacher's paradigm. This article discusses the results of Merdeka Belajar identification owned by teachers as material for reflection in Kurikulum Merdeka implementation. Concepts identification include: 1). moving level as a diagnosis of change drivers, 2). strategy and scope of learning, 3). Merdeka Belajar, 4). and leader style. This research method is survey research with 1,939 teachers as respondents at Kota/Kabupaten Kediri. Data collection was carried out by implementing an internet-based survey. The survey results show that the majority of teachers (45.1%) are at the mobile level 2, namely having an agenda to move, but requiring consistency. Teacher's understanding of strategy and learning 72.4%. The lowest implementation of Merdeka Belajar is learning reflection (81.2%). The "guard" leadership style (56.5%) is the majority leadership style. Information about the concept of Merdeka Belajar teachers at Kota/Kabupaten Kediri will be used as material for reflection as a growth mindset in the implementation of Kurikulum Merdeka.
