Jurnal Ilmiah Dikdaya terbit 2 (dua) kali dalam setahun yaitu pada bulan April dan September. Jurnal ini mempublikasikan artikel hasil penelitian tentang pendidikan dan pengajaran, dan artikel yang masuk hendaknya bukan hasil plagiat dan belum dipublikasikan di tempat lain. Artikel akan di review oleh reviewer dan hasilnya akan dikomunikasikan kepada penulis. Abstract

This study was an Action Research conducted because the student’s achievement on Mathematics was still lower than The minimum Achievement Criteria (KKM). Therefore, the researcher conducted a research to improve the student’s learning achievement by using Google classroom platform. This study aimed at figuring out whether the use of Google classroom could improve the student’s learning achievement on economics at grade XI IPS 1 SMAN 3 Kerinci in this pandemic Covid-19 era. This study had two cycles. Each cycle consists of planing, action, obsevation, and reflection. The analysis result showed that there was significant improvement on the student’s achievement. The student’s average score in pre cycle was 47,5 (28%) Then, in cycle 1 the score was 69 (64%), in cycle 2 it improved significantly to 80 ( 84%). Based on the data it concluded that the implementation of Google classroom platform improved the student’s achievement on economics subject significantly. It was suggested to economics teachers to apply the Google classroom platform as the alternative strategies in teaching.

Abstract

This study uses the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of students' mathematical literacy skills before and after it is applied to students of SMPIT Insan Harapan. This research method is quantitative and the type of research is Quasi Experiment with the research design of One Group Pretest-Post-test Design. The analysis technique of this research is descriptive statistics and inferential analysis statistics. The results of this study indicate that by applying the PBL learning model there is an increase in the mathematical literacy ability of SMPIT Insan Harapan students. % in the medium category. Then the percentage increased after the PBL learning model was applied, namely 20% in the medium category and 90% in the high category. The results of inferential statistical analysis (Paired Sample T-test) obtained a significant value <0.05, which means, there is an increase in students' mathematical literacy skills after the application of the PBL learning model in class VII D SMPIT Insan Harapan.

Abstract

Frasa numeralia dalam bahasa Melayu Jambi, termasuk frasa yang sering dipakai oleh masyarakat Melayu di Provinsi Jambi karena fungsinya yang sangat penting. Kajian ilmiah tentang hal itu jarang dilakukan khususnya kajian tentang pola urutannya. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini terkait dengan pola urutan frasa tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kualitatif dengan kajian morfosintaksis. Data penelitian ini berupa bahasa lisan masyarakat Desa Tarikan Kecamatan Kumpeh Ulu Kabupaten Muaro Jambi Provinsi Jambi. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara terstruktur, dan rekam. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode distribusional dengan teknik substitusi, permutasi, dan ekspansi. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa deskripsi pola urutan unsur-unsur frasa numeralia bahasa Melayu Jambi di DesaTarikan Kecamatan Kumpeh Ulu Kabupaten Muaro Jambi Provinsi Jambi. Adapun bentuk pola urutan FNum: 1) pola urutan unsur-unsur FNum: Num+KPN antara lain; se+kok (satu, sebuah), tigo+stel (tiga pasang baju), dan duo+ponggek (duabiji). 2) pola urutan unsur-unsur FNum: Num+Adv antara lain; duo+nyok (duabukan) dan duo+be (duasaja). 3) pola urutan unsur-unsur FNum: Num+Gugus antara lain; lapan+belasribu (delapan belasribu), tigo+miliar (tigamiliar), dan semilan+juta (Sembilan juta). 4) pola urutan unsur-unsur FNum: Num+Num antara lain; duo atau+tigo (dua atau tiga), sekokuntuk+gegalo (satu untuk semua), dan limo dan+nam (lima dan enam). Selain hasil temuan tersebut, penulis juga menemukan 2 pola urutan unsur-unsur FNum yakni; 1) pola urutan unsur-unsur FNum: Num+Nantara lain; tigo+molo‘tiga toples’; dan 2) pola urutan unsur-unsur FNum: Num+V; yaitu galoe+wajib ‘semuawajib’.

Abstract

Social studies learning is an effort to apply social science to understand events and symptoms as well as social problems that occur in real life in people's lives so that they become human beings who are sensitive to the environment. Character education seeks to form, realize and instill personality attitudes of noble character and can have positive attitudes. with high humanity in order to build a strong nation. With social studies learning that examines social life, it is necessary to instill character education that needs to be implemented in learning activities.

Abstract

The demands of industrialization are increasingly important for the progress of a country. Therefore, a set of laws is needed which can become a separate forum for dealing with disputes within companies, in this case through bipartite negotiations. Bipartite negotiations are the first attempt taken to resolve industrial relations problems that occur. Therefore, it is interesting to carry out an in-depth analysis regarding the importance of conducting bipartite negotiations in resolving industrial relations disputes which will form the legal basis for the agreement. Bipartite negotiations as an initial effort to resolve industrial relations disputes require good faith in the negotiation process, the formation of collective agreements, and the implementation of collective agreements. Accuracy and prudence are also needed in the formulation of collective agreements so that the agreement clauses do not result in losses or problems in its implementation. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of Bipartite LKS plays an active role as a media for positive deliberations to be used as a place for communication and consultation regarding new policies from the company as well as a place for expressing the aspirations of the working parties to achieve policies that do not harm either party. In addition, LKS Bipartite is also a preventive tool to create a harmonious, focused work environment that is in line with the company's vision and mission.

Abstract

Application of Learning Model Gagnon and Colay in eye lesson Biologyon student class XI MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 6 Kerinci , where is the Gagnon and Collay Modelthisis a structured learning model based on theory constructivist who emphasizes on liveliness students , independence as well as development study team by intensive . Study this is study action class (Classroom Action Research), which consists of from four component in every cycle that is planning (planning), action (action), observation (observation), and reflection (refleck), done for know is with Application of Learning Model Gagnon and Collay results study student class XI MIPA2 Public High Schools 6 Kerinci could increase. Subject in study this is student class XI MIPA2 Public High Schools 6 yang totaling 20 people. In collecting the data, this research use test on every cycle and sheet observation. As for technique data analysis that is with technique descriptive data analysis qualitative and descriptive quantitative. Descriptive qualitative used in analyze result data observation or observation, while descriptive quantitative used for give description or take conclusion based on results test learning done on every cycle.Results analysis test results study student on every cycle show that level ability student class XI MIPA2 Public High Schools 6 Kerinci experience increas, thing this seen after Application of Learning Model Gagnon and Collay, lookon cycle I average value student as big as 60 and on cycle II an average of 84. This thing show that results study biology increase after Application of Learning Model Gagnon and Collay.

Abstract

This study aims to reconstruct the local history of the “Perang Panta” as an alternative to the reading subject matter. The approach used is a historical and sociological approach to achieve this goal. The research method is a heuristic method. The research data are from reading texts that explain local history in the form of the “Perang Panta” that took place in Nagari Sariak, Agam Regency, West Sumatra Province. The data source is a research report in the form of a scientific paper with the title "The Problem of the Sariak People's Struggle Against the Dutch". Published in 1982.Publisher SMA Negeri 1 Bukittinggi. Informants in this study played a role in providing the primary source in the form of research reports (scientific papers) which were entered into the office of Wali Nagari Sariak, there were two research informants. First, Ninik Mamak, who knew the history of the “Perang Panta” and archived it, namely Mr Junaidi Dt. Bandaro Gadang, 65 years old. Employment of Former Wali NagariSariak for the 2018 – 2020 period, Retired Principal, Chair of the Sariak Bamus Nagari for the 2014-2020 period, Secretary for the Nagari Customary Density 2020 – 2025, Chair of the 2018-2023 Religious Education Council, Agam Regency level, West Sumatra Province. Second, Wali Nagari Sariak whose name is Ismet Dianto is 41 years old. With the results of the research, the book "History of the Perang Panta" is appropriate to be used as alternative reading material.

Abstract

Work productivity of government apparatuses at the north wawonii district office, konawe islands regency. the purpose of this study was to find out and describe the work productivity of government officials at the north wawonii district office, konawe islands regency. this research uses qualitative methods and does not use populations, because qualitative research departs from certain cases that exist in certain social situations. so the informants in the study were 1 key informant and 6 sub-district government officials. the results showed that the work productivity of government officials at the north wawonii sub-district office, konawe islands regency, could be achieved in terms of (a) capability, (b) increasing the results achieved, (c) work enthusiasm, (d) self-development, employees can be productive because they often following training or technical guidance (e) quality. the factors that influence the work productivity of government officials at the north wawonii sub-district office, konawe islands regency, consist of factors (1) motivation, with the motivation of employees being able to work more productively, (2) discipline, namely employees who work by obeying the rules and rules can be more productive in carrying out their main tasks and functions (3) work ethics, employees at work have the character, attitude and ethics of always working hard so they can be productive, (4) skills, namely employees in work are supported by work skills obtained through training and technical guidance so that they are more productive at work, (5) education, namely employees who have formal education affect the ability of employees to work. because low education with higher education is different in work productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an open and creative way of thinking, as a representation that emphasizes divergent rather than convergent thinking patterns, has a high sensitivity to problems in associative, elaborative thinking in turn to be able to improve the teacher's ability to make new combinations in a learning process. which was held at SD Negeri 133 Jambi City. This research design uses descriptive qualitative. Meanwhile, the technique in this study uses a purposive technique, namely the determination of informants is not based on guidelines or based on population representation, but based on the depth of information needed related to the research problem. The results showed that: 1) Teachers were still focused on the related curriculum due to the time and hours of study, as well as maintaining learning outcomes, 2) Empowering students' character tended to maintain academic achievement and school policies.

Abstract

This study seeks to increase intrinsic reading motivation by using situational interest to encourage the development of long-term individual reading motivation. Stimulating tasks are used to increase situational interest. Simultaneously, the researcher provides books on the topic of stimulating tasks to satisfy the curiosity arising from these tasks. Students who have high task stimulation show an increase in reading comprehension after controlling for initial comprehension. Students' reading motivation predicts the level of reading comprehension after controlling for initial comprehension. Task stimulation in reading increases situational interest, which increases long-term intrinsic motivation and reading comprehension.
