Abstract

The Effectiveness of Regional Development Strategic Plan Preparation for Development Planning in Konawe Regency and To find out what factors influence the effectiveness of developing a strategic development plan study at the Regional Development Planning Agency Office of Konawe Regency The data collection methods and techniques used in this study were library research and field studies while the data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative data analysis. The Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) of Konawe Regency is a government agency that has the task of assisting the Regent in administering governance in the field of planning and controlling regional development, by carrying out the function of formulating technical policies. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of preparing development plans. budget preparation. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the role of Bappeda Konawe Regency in preparing development planning is in accordance with the duties and functions as stipulated in the regulations. However, there are still a number of obstacles that have an impact on the less than optimal role of Bappeda itself in the process of determining the preparation of the development budget. First, the lack of preparedness of planning documents by the agencies during the process of discussing development programs and activities. Second, political factors in the regions that make programs and activities less effective and efficient. Third, the lack of supervision and control over the implementation of programs and activities that have an impact on not achieving the goals that have been set. To minimize these obstacles, the Konawe Regency Bappeda is trying to implement an electronic-based planning and budgeting system, taking preventive steps such as carrying out an action plan, which is a derivative of the master plan, in order to maximize and optimize the Special Autonomy Fund, to a strong commitment to review the departments agencies that do not complete planning documents and problematic projects. This is done so that programs and activities can be implemented in accordance with the rules and achieve the goals that have been set.

Abstract

This research is a Classroom Action Research using digital learning media. Study this aim for know how enhancement effectiveness learning with utilisedigital learning media on eye PKN lessons. Focus indicator success is antus i 'm learning students, the effectiveness of the use of learning media, learning that can give results useful study _ and focused on participant educate and improveresults study learners.Study this use approach descriptive qualitative with design study action (action research)for explain about the effectiveness of learning with digital learning media and descriptive quantitative for describe results study students.Instrument study used are (1) sheet observation activity students, (2) sheets test.Technique data collection used namely (1) observation, (2) documentation, and (3) Post t test. The action was carried out in 2 cycles , each cycle of 2 meetings . Every meeting consists of 4 stages that is planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Research Subjects Class XI IPS 1 The place research at SMA N 3 Kerinci, Results study show that utilizationdigital learning media can Upgrade effectiveness learning and student learning outcomes, where the average student learning mastery increasessignificantly, thing the could proved on achievement results study student through test cycle Iand cycle II. Success results study student on cycle I reached an average of 70 or with a percentage70 % while level success achieved on cycle II experienced enhancement an average of 85 or85 %. So it can be concluded that the use ofdigital learning media can Upgrade effectiveness learning and learning outcomes of students in class XI IPS 1 at SMA 3 Kerinci .

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the gender insights of women's empowerment from an economic perspective in the novel Jendela-Jendela by Fira Basuki. This research uses structural studies, while the approach in this study is a qualitative approach and a descriptive method. The data in this study are words, sentences or expressions that lead to gender insights for women's empowerment from an economic perspective. The source of data in this study is the novel Jendela-Jendela by Fira Basuki. The results showed that there was a gender insight into women's empowerment that led to an economic perspective, namely the conflicts experienced by a female character named June. June is able to show that she is a female character who is able to actualize herself in a balanced way. With her empowerment, she was also able to balance the family's economic problems faced with the financial capabilities of her husband, Jigme. June's intelligence puts the economy in their home life under control and avoids gender-biased conflicts

Abstract

This research is entitled Juridical Review of Certificates of Sale and Purchase of Certified Land Made by Village Heads (Study of Case Decisions No: 2/Pdt.G/2018/PN.Unh). The objectives to be achieved in this study include to find out the factors causing the certificate of sale and purchase of certified land made by the village head in Konawe Regency and in addition to knowing the legal strength of the certified land sale and purchase certificate made by the village head in land disputes in the District Court Unaaha Konawe Regency. The results in this study are the factor in the occurrence of certificates of sale and purchase of certified land made by the village head, which is partly because some community members think that buying and selling land through PPAT requires quite a large fee, the mechanism is convoluted and the time period is too long, compared to the process of buying and selling land in front of the village head is considered easier to manage, costs less and the process is faster. Second, based on the Unaaha District Court Decision in civil case No.2/Pdt.G/2018/PN.UNH, before the panel of judges passed a decision regarding the land dispute between Hasbulah and Hombo and friends, first considered the plaintiff's claim, proving both the documents as well as the witnesses presented by the plaintiff, the fact was found that the land belonging to the plaintiff Hasbullah which was obtained from the sale and purchase of certified land for which the sale and purchase certificate was drawn up by the village head, is legally owned by the plaintiff Hasbullah. Thus the certificate of sale and purchase of certified land made by the village head has the legal force of proof in land disputes at the Unaaha District Court.

Abstract

This study aims to compare the face-to-face learning process with online learning on the effectiveness of student learning in class XI Accounting at SMK PGRI 2 Jambi City. The design of this study uses the Quasi Experiment method. The population in this study was 78 students from all XI Accounting Classes at SMK PGRI 2 Jambi City. The sample used in this study consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class (XI AK2) with 26 students and the control class (XI AK1) with 26 students. Data collection techniques used in this study include interviews, observation and multiple choice tests. The research instrument tests used include the validity of the questions and the reliability of the questions, the level of difficulty test, and the test of discriminating power. Furthermore, inferential statistical tests were carried out, namely normality tests and homogeneity tests. The hypothesis test used is the ANCOVA test to answer the research hypothesis. Based on the results of this study, it can be obtained that there is a significant difference between the effectiveness of student learning through the face-to-face learning process and online learning on the learning effectiveness of students in class XI Accounting at SMK PGRI 2 Jambi City. This is evidenced by the calculation of the ancova test listed in the Tests of Between-Subjects Effects table, the significance level in the line "Learning effectiveness" is 0.000 <0.05. Thus, it can be explained that student learning can be said to be effective if mastery learning can be achieved properly through a supportive learning process so that interactions between teachers and students as well as fellow students can spur high enthusiasm for students, so that teachers can create an educative learning atmosphere and conducive.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe about students’ teaching skill in micro teaching class of English Education Program. Micro teaching as the course to prpere them to be a professional teacher.The teaching skill needs by the senventh semester student before conduct Practice Teaching in some schools around the Merangin regency This reasearch was descriptive quantitave research. It was conducted in English Educational Program of Teacher Training and Education Faculthy Merangin University.  The population was the seventh semester students consists of two class, it  consisted  of 28 students . It used purposive sampling. The researcher use observation sheet and field notes as the instruments of collecting data. In doing this research, the researcher analyzed the data by connecting between the indicator of teaching skills (opening and closing the lesson, explaining the lesson, questioning skill, guiding group and individual, giving motivation, giving variation, using media and appropriate strategy, managing the class) that covered on observation sheet and students performance or practice teaching in micro teaching class. Those teaching skills observed by the another students (audience) while the students practice them. The lecturer also observed the students in implementing those teaching skill. In filling the observation uses Likert’s Scale. Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that from seventh indicator, students have highest skill in explaining skill and the lowest skill in opening and closing the lesson. From 30 sub indicators, they have lowest skill in giving variation of reinforcement and the highest skill in simple and clear explanation.  In order to further students improve teaching skill especially can master or practice well about those seventh components. It ia a basic for teacher candidate before to be the real teacher.

Abstract

The essence of independent learning is the freedom of teachers and students in the learning process. This freedom has not been experienced by teachers and students so far because teachers are more involved in the administration of education and learning. Teachers also do not understand the concept and its role in the policy of independent learning. The purpose of this study is to explain the concept and meaning of independent learning, the role of teachers in independent learning. The method used is the library method. Content analysis was used to analyze research data. The results of this study are (1) independent learning includes 4 policies, namely national standard school exams carried out by the school, minimum skills assessment and character surveys, simplification of lesson plans, zoning system for new student admissions; (2) the meaning of independent learning includes freedom of thought, freedom to innovate, independent and creative learning, freedom for happiness; (3) the teacher's role varies widely, including independent learning facilitators, innovative and creative teachers, teachers with characteristics as teachers, and teachers as motivators. Based on this explanation, this study concludes that understanding the meaning of independent learning and the role of teachers in independent learning helps teachers and students be more independent in thinking, more innovative and creative, and happy in learning activities.

Abstract

Mathematics anxiety is a feeling of pressure and nervousness that interferes with manipulating numbers and solving mathematical problems, both in everyday life and in the learning process. This study aims to describe the level of student anxiety in learning mathematics based on problem based learning at SMP Negeri 3 Jambi City. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII SMP Negeri 3 Jambi City, consisting of 4 classes. Each class is taken by 10 student representatives based on the 5 highest knowledge and 5 lowest knowledge. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to all students who have been selected as many as 40 students. Researchers distributed questionnaires to get results/data on anxiety levels of SMP Negeri 3 Jambi City students. The researcher also conducted interviews with 8 student representatives to strengthen the research data. The results of this study indicate that the highest aspect of the student anxiety variable is the "fear" aspect which has an average of 1.54 (medium). Overall, the results of the anxiety level of students in SMP Negeri 3 Jambi City class VIII belong to the category of mild anxiety level with an average value percentage of 1.25 indicating that the level of anxiety of students in learning mathematics is mild anxiety. Anxiety is one of the reasons why proper interpersonal relationships are so important in understanding mathematics. This is because anxiety itself can increase, is subjective, and can make it difficult for students to understand. Students are still carried away by their unpleasant past experiences related to mathematics. Usually students who are more anxious will try harder, but their understanding will deteriorate further, making them even more anxious. Therefore, students will learn partially, this will form students' interpersonal experiences. Students who feel less anxious in learning mathematics because the student knows that he is able to solve problems in learning mathematics, then he will be able to use his anxiety in solving the problem.

Abstract

Even though the age limit has been set, there are still deviations by carrying out underage marriages. This is clearly contrary to the principles and conditions of marriage outlined by Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning Marriage. Against this deviation, Law Number 16 of 2019 concerning Marriage provides a way out in the form of a dispensation from the court.In this study, the method used is normative empirical. This empirical normative legal research method is basically a combination of normative legal approaches with the addition of various empirical elements. Research results Amended in Law Number 16 of 2019 on Amendments to Law Number 1 of 1974 in Article 7 Paragraph (1) reads: "Marriage is only permitted if a man and woman have reached the age of 19 (nineteen) years." The age limit for women's marriage is based on the readiness for women to marry in terms of education, psychology, and health readiness. These changes have been thought out in a systematic and structured manner followed by philosophical, sociological, and juridical foundations. Marriage does not always bring happiness, especially if the marriage is held at an early age. For those who do not feel happy will always fight and even divorce.

Abstract

This research purposed to analyzed the material completenss in the English textbook entitled “When English Rings a Bell” by Ministry of Education and Culture. The material completeness that were expected to found were a short interpersonal text, a short transactional text and a short functional text. This researchused qualitative research design and descriptive qualitative approach to analyzed the English textbook. Specifically, this researchused checklist in gathering the data. The data were gathered by reading the English textbok throughly to identify and classify the material completeness that can be found. This researchanalyzed the data by the results of the research. The result showed that “When English Rings a Bell” textbook that published by the ministry of education and culture was provides and presents the material completeness, there were: 1) A short interpersonal text, providing introducing self and others namely introducing self, greeting, leave taking, thangking and aologizing. 2) A short transactional text, such as: telling about daily activity, asking and giving direction, asking and giving information (related to the qualities of people, animals and things, in order to identify, to criticize or to praise them and related to actions/functions of people, animals and things in order to identify, to criticize or to praise them). And 3) A short functional text, this English textbook provides a short functional text, namely a descriptive text. The result of this research showed that “When English Rings a Bell” textbook fulfill and provide the material completeness aspect.
