Abstract

Religious moderation is understanding and being balanced between religious experience (exclusive) and respect for the religious practices of other people with different beliefs (exclusive). Balance in religious practice will keep us from extreme, revolutionary, and even fanatical attitudes in religion. Religious moderation is the key to creating tolerance and harmony. This study discusses religious moderation in Islamic Religious Education at SMK Harum Sentosa Perbaungan with qualitative research methods, namely by describing and describing the results of research using interview and observation techniques. Harum Sentosa Vocational School as a whole is dominated by how the managerial management of a teacher is in the classroom. Inserting religious moderation in PAI subjects at Harum Sentosa Vocational School can be done such as inserting understanding with mutual tolerance and caring for others related to the material being taught. At Harum Sentosa Perbaungan Vocational School, there are various ethnicities, tribes, religions and cultures, especially at Harum Sentosa Vocational School. This heterogeneity does not rule out the possibility of the potential to create friction or conflict that causes social imbalance. This is the need for the concept of religious moderation in Islamic Education to create balance and prosperity in the harmony of national and religious life.

Abstract

Management of special services in a school is an important part of School Based Management (SBM). School is one means that can be used to improve the quality of the Indonesian nation. Schools do not only have responsibilities and duties to carry out the learning process in developing science and technology, but must maintain and improve the physical and spiritual health of students. Therefore schools need a special service management that can manage all the needs of their students so that these educational goals can be achieved. Students are a core element of educational activities. In the era of competition between educational institutions that is so tight as it is today, schools must fight seriously to get students. There are even heads of educational foundations who say that finding students is far more difficult than finding new teachers. Student management is not only in the form of recording student data, but includes broader aspects operationally that can help efforts to grow and develop students through the educational process at school.

Abstract

Elementary School (SD) as one of the formal and tiered educational institutions at the basic education level, is quite strategic in realizing the government's mandate in the field of education. The problem in the field of education faced is the continuation of education that is less meaningful for the personal development and disposition of students, which results in the loss of personality and awareness of the true meaning of life. Morality and morality-oriented subjects as well as religious education are less given in the form of experiential exercises to become the pattern of daily life. The low learning outcomes achieved by students are caused by various factors from within the student as learners and environmental factors. Environmental factors, especially the school environment, are the learning process. A quality learning process can influence, in the sense of improving student learning achievement. These two factors (student ability and learning quality) have a straight relationship with student learning outcomes. This means that the higher the student's ability and the quality of learning, the higher the learning outcomes achieved by students. To improve the quality of learning in order to achieve educational goals, teachers occupy a very important position.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was conducted to examine how efforts to improve education quality management at SMP PAB 10 Medan Estate. Efforts to improve to achieve quality education do not only fulfill the input and output aspects, but what is more important are the process aspects, what is meant is decision making, program management, institutional management processes, teaching and learning processes and monitoring and evaluation processes, provided that the process teaching and learning has the highest level of importance compared to other processes. One of the educational problems faced by the Indonesian nation today is the low quality of education at every level and educational unit, especially higher education. Various efforts have been made to improve the quality of national education, including through various trainings and improving the competence of lecturers, procuring books and media, improving educational facilities and infrastructure, and improving the quality of campus management. However, various indicators of the quality of education have not shown significant improvement. Some tertiary institutions, especially in big cities, have shown encouraging improvements in the quality of education, but most are still apprehensive. The quality of education are two terms that come from quality and education, meaning that they refer to the quality of products produced by educational institutions or schools. That is, it can be identified from the number of students who have achievements, both academic and other achievements, as well as graduates relevant to the goals.

Abstract

The loss of investors' assets as customers of securities companies in the capital market has caused many people to still lack confidence in conducting fund transactions with securities companies. Even though the capital market is an effective way to improve the country's economy. The existence of several risks such as protecting investors' assets (fraud) can cause investors to suffer losses, lose valuable assets and disrupt the Indonesian capital market transaction climate. So that the protection of investor assets in Capital Market instruments is an important reason in assessing investment risk in Indonesia. This study aims to study the legal protection that provides corporate securities to customers and to analyze the weaknesses that occur due to the loss of corporate clients' securities assets so as to produce solutions. The method used is normative juridical method with descriptive analytical research specifications. The results of this research analysis are legal protection for capital market investors by SIPF, an institution managed by PT Indonesia Securities Investor Protection Program Organizer (P3IE) based on Decree of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority Number Kep-43/D.04/2013. The Investor Protection Fund that has been collected has not been able to provide optimal protection both in terms of financing and the legal framework.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the strategy devised by the principal of SDN 19 Santur in compiling a UKS activity program, so that it can be useful for other schools in the city of Sawahlunto as well as in any regional schools in order to develop and implement this strategy in improving the UKS program in their respective schools. respectively, this study used a qualitative descriptive approach. The data sources were obtained from interviews with informants. The data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. SDN 19 Santur has a total of 196 students consisting of 84 male students and 112 female students.. There are 4 strategies drawn up by school principals in the UKS activity program including, firstly making policies according to school conditions, secondly establishing collaboration with school residents, school committees, and health centers, thirdly compiling the UKS program which will be implemented including the little doctor program, health education, health services, and healthy school environment development programs, and the fourth is to evaluate the activity programs that have been implemented.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the positioning of fast food restaurants in Indonesia. the number of samples collected was 60 respondents. The research instrument used in collecting data in this study was using a questionnaire filled out by respondents and a Likert scale. while for technical data analysis used is discriminant. The results of the study show that the positioning maps of fasfood brands A, B, C, and D are known to have different positions. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Attributes that are considered important by consumers. (2) Brand A is good in terms of Drive Thru (3) Brand B is good in terms of taste. (4) Brand C is good in terms of taste. (5) Brand D is good in both attributes that are considered important, namely Taste and Drive Thru, so it must maintain and improve the service quality and speed of Drive Thru and improve the taste so that it can be superior in the minds of consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to see and find out what obstacles and strategies are made and implemented by the foundation, ustad and ustazah to increase the memorization of the Qur'an for all students at RTQ Pondok Qori, useful for RTQ or other tafiz houses to implement strategies that Prepared and carried out by RTQ Pondok Qori in order to facilitate the process of memorizing the Qur'an for students who carry it out. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which will describe the strategies used by RTQ Pondok Qori in the learning process of memorizing the Qur'an by the students. students for the ongoing memorization process at the tafiz house, the weather affects the concentration of students in the process of memorizing the Qur'an in the classroom, and the lack of support from parents to repeat memorization at home. There are 5 strategies carried out by RTQ Pondok Qori in increasing the memorization of students including, multiple repetition strategy, Using the wahda method, Using one type of manuscript, Understanding verse by verse memorized, and Paying attention to similar verses

Abstract

The teacher is an educator who has knowledge in educating that can create generations to be more able to think logically and insightfully. However, the responsibility of being a teacher is very heavy, because you have to be more competent in your professional field. Writing scientific articles is one of the skills that must be possessed by a teacher. Where, writing cannot be separated from a teacher. The purpose of this study was to see how the process of increasing writing creativity was carried out by the teachers of MIS Al-Marwa. This research was conducted during workshop activities using the Classroom Action Research method which was carried out in two cycles (cycle I and cycle II). The data was taken by observing the activities of the Al-Marwa MIS teachers in workshop activities or workshop learning models with the aim of evaluating the teacher's creative abilities in writing articles. The analysis was carried out during the activities of the scientific article writing training workshop conducted by the MIS Al-Marwa teacher. From the results of the analysis carried out, there has been an increase in teacher writing creativity and this proves that the workshop learning model can improve teachers' ability to write scientific articles, where this model is rarely used by researchers.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study using the ex post facto method, with a total population of 89 students of class X MAN 4 AGAM and a sample of 49 students taken by a proposive sampling. Data on students' perceptions of teachers' teaching skills were obtained from distributing questionnaires to students while data on student learning outcomes was obtained from documentation. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis with an error rate of 5%. Based on the data analysis that has been carried out, the results obtained are the magnitude of the correlation coefficient of 0.653 which is in the strong relationship category. Meanwhile, the contribution made by the variable of student perceptions about the teacher's teaching skills to the variable of student learning outcomes is 43% while the rest is influenced by other factors. From calculations using the regression formula, the regression equation Y = -109.81 + 2.793245x is obtained. Based on the results of the hypothesis test, Tcount>Ttable was obtained, namely 7.88> 1.678 with a significance level of 5%. Based on the results of the consultation of these values, the formulated hypothesis can be accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence between students' perceptions of the teacher's teaching skills on the mathematics learning outcomes of class X MAN 4 AGAM.
