Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of friendship that occurred in class VII SMP Negeri 2 Jambi City before and after being given treatment through traditional games, to see whether there were differences between the control group and the experimental group before and after being given treatment through traditional games in class VII SMP Negeri 2 City of Jambi. This type of research is quantitative with an experimental method using a quasi-experimental designnonequivalent control group design, using a data collection technique in the form of a questionnaire instrument. The determination of the questionnaire instrument uses validity and reliability tests. The data analysis test was carried out, namely the normality test and homogeneity test which was carried out with the help of the SPSS 24 program. The hypothesis test was carried out by the t-test with a sample of 20 people taken by the purposive sampling. The results of this study showed differences in student friendships with an average score of 19.2 for the experimental class, and 15.2 for the control class. This coincides with the value of the different test results (t), from the calculations obtained Tcountthat is as big as Ttablewith a result of 2,101. So when included in the hypothesis formula Tcount> Ttable, until HO rejected and Ha accepted. These results indicate that using traditional games can strengthen student friendships.

Abstract

This study entitled The Relationship between Parents' Economic Level and Students' Career Direction Selection. This study aims to determine: 1) The economic level of the parents of students at SMA Negeri 1 Sitiung. 2) Selection of the career direction of students at SMA Negeri 1 Sitiung. 3) The relationship between the economic level of parents and the career direction of students at SMA Negeri 1 Sitiung. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive with a correlational approach. The population of this study were students at SMA Negeri 1 Sitiung, totaling 147 students. The sampling technique was carried out using simple random sampling technique, namely as many as 108 students who became the research sample. The data analysis technique of this study used descriptive statistics, data analysis was carried out after the data was collected through a questionnaire. Furthermore, the prerequisite analysis test of this study used the normality test and data linearity test. The results of this study indicate: 1) The economic level of the parents of students at SMA Negeri 1 Sitiung is in the very high category. 2) Selection of the career direction of students at SMA Negeri 1 Sitiung is in the high category. 3) There is no relationship between the economic level of parents and the career direction of students at SMA Negeri 1 Sitiung with a very low coefficient.

Abstract

The role of the leader is very large in making decisions and taking responsibility for the results. The decision reflects the character of a leader. Decision making is very important for organizational activities is also a key leadership or core leadership. Leaders must be able to make the right decisions in various situations, by choosing the best among a number of alternative decisions they face and carefully considering them. Leaders act as individuals in the community who have authority in making decisions to achieve organizational goals. This article aims to explain the topic of making a leader's decision in determining the work program of the LDK AL-Izzah UINSU organization. This research was conducted using a qualitative-descriptive method. The results of the study show that the decisions that must be made by the leaders depend on the problems faced and alternative solutions to the problems through various approaches that can be taken by each leader as well as their abilities and skills to solve problems and make decisions, by using their conscience which is adjusted to the interests of the stakeholders. members who are in the organization concerned, in order to achieve the goals that have been determined/predetermined.In order to carry out the results of the decisions that have been determined by the leadership, the person concerned must be able to predict what the opinions, attitudes and actions of his subordinates will be like whether they are positive or negative. Try to keep subordinates' views on decisions taken by leaders always positive, so that the decisions they make run smoothly, effectively and efficiently. Organizational life will last a long time, if its members have strong motivation to unite individual goals in accordance with group and organizational goals. Organizational dynamics and organizational environment are factors that should be taken into account by every leader, so that the organization becomes effective.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji dan menguji pengaruh kompetensi, pelatihan, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mitrainti Sejahtera Eletrindo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 32 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dari jumlah populasi sebesar 35 orang yang berstatus karyawan tetap pada PT. Mitrainti Sejahtera Eletrindo. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan data antara lain melalui wawancara, kuesioner, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi, pelatihan, dan disiplin berpengaruh signifikan baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mitrainti Sejahtera Eletrindo. Variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh paling dominan terhadap variabel kinerja. Variabel kompetensi, pelatihan, dan disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh secara keseluruhan sebesar 46,5%, sedangkan 53,5% dipengaruhi variabel lain. Saran untuk PT. Mitrainti Sejahtera Eletrindo untuk mempertahankan dan lebih meningkatkan kompetensi, pelatihan dan disiplin kerja karena memiliki pengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Ketiga variabel ini hendaknya dilakukan peningkatan sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang optimal.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of leadership style on the performance of civil servants and leadership style: responsibility, inspiration, honesty and integrity, self-confidence, easy communication on employee performance. Respondents were 50 people. Analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the leader's responsibility do not affect employee performance, partially inspire influence, honesty and integrity influence, confidence influences, and easy to communicate on employee performance. Abstract

Work productivity is an essential factor in completing a job and achieving organizational goals. The ability of human resources, both soft skills and hard skills, is an essential factor that affects one's work productivity. In his study, work productivity was influenced by both external and internal factors which included education level, skills, discipline, attitude, work ethic, motivation, nutrition and health, income level, social security, work environment, work climate, technology, production facilities, management, and performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of the level of education and job training factors on the work productivity of employees at the Office of the Ministry of Religion, Pasuruan Regency. The urgency of the gap in the selection of education and training level variables is because education is a means of developing critical thinking and is very important in applying the use of logic when making decisions and interacting with others. Meanwhile, training is a means of learning to increase productivity and performance by equipping employees with the skills they need to complete important tasks. The method used in this study is quantitative with multiple linear regression tests. The research data or sample is 50 respondents. The research instrument used to obtain data is by using a questionnaire. The results of the study found that the level of education had no effect on work productivity. Meanwhile, job training has a significant effect on work productivity. In the simultaneous test, both education and training simultaneously have an influence on work productivity variables

Abstract

Learning management is a process of managing, which includes planning, organizing, controlling (directing), and evaluating activities related to the process of teaching students by including various factors in it, in order to achieve educational goals and seek to improve the quality of education. Quality education is education that is able to produce graduates with good morals. And to produce students who have good morals, good learning management is also needed. This study aims to determine the application of learning management to improve the quality of education. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The method used to collect data is through observation, interviews, and documentation. Observations are used to obtain data or descriptions of geographical locations, facilities and infrastructure, the condition of teachers and students. Interviews were used to obtain data about learning management. Documentation is used to obtain data on historical reviews and organizational structures. The process of data analysis in this study used an interactive model analysis which consisted of: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. From the results of the study it was shown that: 1. The learning management process went well, with the implementation of learning in accordance with proper planning and organization. has been determined. 2. The quality standards of education that are applied continue to increase.

Abstract

Education is an important thing in determining individual self-development, and for the life of a nation, the important role of education is one of the drivers of the progress of a nation. The educational policy at the Nurus Salam Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah also requires school members to comply with regulations. The research method that we use is descriptive qualitative research. Namely research that uses a qualitative approach in collecting data. Which is then used in the form of a description. This study seeks to describe the policies in improving the learning quality of students at the Nurus Salam Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Research informants included Madrasah Principals and Private Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Teachers. The techniques we use to collect the data are observation, interviews and document analysis.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to investigate how the workplace environment affects teachers' job satisfaction in junior high schools. Between October and November 2022, this study was undertaken. The study's independent variable was the workplace environment, while the dependent variable was teacher job satisfaction. With a quantitative approach, this research methodology employs the ex-post facto method. Random sampling is the method used for sampling. The research tool utilized was a questionnaire with five different options for answers and a Likert scale score. While the t test is employed as a hypothesis test for the regression technique. The alternative hypothesis (Ha) proposed is accepted based on the results of calculating the hypothesis with the t test between the work environment and teacher job satisfaction in junior high schools. The value of t-count > t-table (6.047 > 1.682) indicates that the work environment has a significant impact on teacher job satisfaction in junior high schools. The findings of calculating the coefficient of determination also demonstrate that, in junior high schools, the working environment contributes 46.5% to teacher job satisfaction. The work of teachers should be closely supervised by principals, who should also encourage them and reward their accomplishments, both material and non-material, to improve the level of job satisfaction among teachers.

Abstract

motivation, competence, and job satisfaction. Private schools were used for the research. There were 54 participants in the entire population that participated in the survey as respondents. The information was gathered through the use of a questionnaire, which involved providing the respondents with a series of statements. Multiple linear regression was the method of data analysis employed in this study, and it was carried out using the SPSS 17 program at a significance level of 5%. The simultaneous f test findings demonstrate that teacher performance is significantly influenced by professional ethics, motivation, competence, and job satisfaction. The t (partial) test results demonstrate that teacher performance is highly influenced by professional ethics, motivation, competence, and job satisfaction. So, it may be stated that teacher performance is greatly influenced both simultaneously and partially by professional ethics, motivation, competence, and job satisfaction.
