Abstract

Many students in class X at Al-Wasliyah 12 Perbaungan continue to struggle with the concept of solving linear inequalities with one variable that contains an mutlake value, according to data collected at the school. In order to help students avoid making the same mistakes, it is helpful to understand how they err when attempting to solve linear inequalities with one mutlake value in one variable. The teacher needs to understand whether or not the students' errors stem from a lack of understanding of the material being taught, as well as the types of questions on which the majority of errors occur. So the author's goal is to analyze common issues when teaching students to solve one-variable linear inequalities with mutlake values so that students can more easily solve such problems in the future. This study employed a qualitative, descriptive research strategy. Tests and interviews were used as data collection techniques. The reliability and accuracy of the measuring device used were first establishedit organizes.

Abstract

Implementing extracurricular activities into the classroom has been shown to improve students' abilities in a number of areas and have a positive impact on their academic performance. School autonomy refers to the process of delegating decision-making power to schools and encouraging student input into policy. The principal's job as an educator is to improve the quality of education by directing training and coaching efforts both to students and education personnel. The principal's supervisory responsibilities include, the development of academic supervision programs designed to raise the professional standards of educators, and actually supervising teachers in the classroom in an effective manner. Al-Azhar Flagship High School in Medan became the venue for this research. The student is the object of this study, while the principal and the teacher involved are the subjects. Primary data sources and secondary data sources are used by researchers. The findings suggest that the principal at Al-Azhar High School played a role in improving the quality of education there. Students are actively involved in classroom learning and extracurricular activities show excellent quality. Teachers take an active role in designing and creating engaging lessons for their students. The leadership of the principal at Al-Azhar High School Medan can be seen from the progress of the school in achieving the school's vision of becoming an intellectual Muslim and Muslim intellectual, as well as improving the quality of education it organizes.

Abstract

Learning strategies are methods that will be chosen and used by a teacher to convey learning material that aims to make it easier for students to receive and understand learning material. The effectiveness of student activity in the learning process is still low due to the lack of innovative strategies applied by the teacher in the learning process. These problems have an impact on achievement. The purpose of this research is to identify the teacher's strategy in learning the learning activities of students. The strategy carried out by the teacher in the learning process used by the teacher's activities is in the very good category with an average percentage of 90%. Not only is the teacher very good but student activity is in the very good category with an average percentage of 85%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the process of developing employee human resources at the College of Informatics and Computer Management Adhi Guna Palu, Central Sulawesi. By taking the approach 1. Education 2. Training and 3. Development. The research method used is Descriptive Qualitative, namely by describing conditions according to what happened, Observation Data collection techniques, Interviews and Literature Studies. The results of the study based on 3 (three) aspects of the first study show that education has been carried out well, employees who wish to continue their education are given the opportunity to continue their education. Both trainings are provided with the aim that employees can update related to developments in accordance with their field of work. Third, employee development aims to enable employees to be promoted to occupy certain positions within the Adhi Guna STMIK scope.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the management and business development of MSMEs in Bogor Regency, to analyze the internal and external environment, and to plan business development in the fast food business. Data collection method used in this research is interview. The data analysis method used is descriptive qualitative analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, the authors found that the management and development of business, especially fast food in the internal environment around the place of business has been going well in terms of human resources, financial aspects, and production and operational aspects. Meanwhile, the analysis of the external environment shows that the fast food business has a weak competitive position because it does not have product differentiation. The strategy used by the company is a market development strategy which is obtained from the results of the SWOT analysis and the grand strategy matrix.

Abstract

while the East Java Regional Police, which is referred to as the East Java Regional Police, is the executor of duties and the authority of the Indonesian National Police in the area of East Java Province which is under the National Police Chief. By prioritizing the Vision and Mission of the East Java Regional Police, to optimize better public services (towards the excellent stage) internal business processes and external outcomes are needed in order to improve performance and strategic achievements in a sustainable manner in action. To measure and improve the performance of the public sector, it is necessary to choose a comprehensive performance measurement technique, namely the Balanced Scorecard, so that it can be used by public sector organizations, the Balanced Scorecard needs to be modified. This study aims to understand and examine the application of the balanced scorecard as a performance measurement tool. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The steps taken in this research are collecting, classifying, presenting, and processing data. After that, make a systematic, accurate, and factual description of the facts of the object under study. This research uses the East Java Regional Police Performance Report for 2021, with innovative developments in the application of a performance measurement system that can be implemented by work units. The results of the study show a summary of perspectives into three namely the stakeholder or customer perspective, internal business processes and learning and growth perspective. It can be concluded that the implementation of the balanced scorecard as a whole is good as indicated by the determination of the perspective and achievement of the Key Performance Indicators (IKU), which have been aligned with the organizational strategy and its implementation encourage the achievement of performance targets so that it encourages improvement and better performance improvement in the future.

Abstract

Basically the HOTS assessment must begin with HOTS learning as well. The results obtained based on the basic observations still found that (1) some teachers still need updating about knowledge, especially the 2013 curriculum, (2) approximately 45% of students are still passive when taught and class activity is often dominated by smart children, (3 ) in the learning process the questions made by the teacher were mostly still at the C1-C3 level, and (4) the students' ability to think critically and analytically was very lacking. Abstract

The implementation of Islamic spiritual values-based organizational theory in educational practices is an interesting concept to be used as a guideline in managing educational institutions. This concept combines modern organizational theory principles with Islamic spiritual values to create a quality, conducive, and dignified learning environment. This article discusses the basic concepts of organizational theory, the principles of Islamic spiritual values-based organizational theory, as well as education practices based on Islamic spiritual values. In addition, this article also explains the benefits of implementing Islamic spiritual values-based organizational theory in educational practices, such as producing students with strong character, improving the moral quality of students, increasing students' social awareness, enhancing teaching effectiveness, increasing teacher job satisfaction, and improving the reputation of educational institutions. By applying the concept of Islamic spiritual values-based organizational theory in educational practices, educational institutions can improve the quality of education, create a conducive learning environment, and produce a generation with strong character and high moral qualities.

Abstract

The criminal justice system is the process of enforcing material criminal law. In enforcing the criminal material law in a criminal justice system, it must be through the role of law enforcers. Law enforcement is an important part because without law enforcement, the law that has been agreed upon by the community will not be implemented. One part of the law in question is criminal procedural law. The law enforcers contained in the criminal procedural law are the Police, Advocates, Prosecutors (Public Prosecutors) and Judges. In this study, the role of law enforcers in criminal procedural law will be examined, which in this study consist of the Police, Advocates, Prosecutors (Public Prosecutors) and Judges. This research uses normative juridical research by linking the subject matter to the main topic in this study, namely the role of law enforcement factors in the practice of criminal procedural law. The results of this study will explain the role of relevant law enforcers in criminal procedural law and the role of law enforcers.

Abstract

Initial observations at Sds It Cendekia Medan revealed that the school had made progress in implementing character education. Each school displays character building values on the classroom walls, encourages students to practice good hygiene before entering class, provides conservation areas, and teaches students to take off their shoes before entering class. The aims of this research are as follows: 1) describe the teacher's knowledge about character education; 2) describe the incorporation of 18 character values into the PKn instruction; and 3) describe the factors that facilitate and hinder the implementation of character education. This research proposal is a qualitative descriptive research. The five phases of descriptive quantitative research are as follows: pre-study planning and design; data collection; reduction and presentation of data; data analysis and interpretation; as well as data verification and validation. Information Gathering Strategies Through Observations, Interviews, and Documentation. The research findings show that taking all things into consideration, the integration of the 18 characters into the Civics curriculum in the second year class of SDS It Cendekia Medan was successful. The results of research on the incorporation of character education into Civics education are included in the successful category; most teachers have a general understanding of character education. Teachers are tasked with shaping the personality of their students by incorporating character values into the classroom experience in all subjects; in return, students are expected to pay attention to their instructors as they present course material and apply the good habits they learn from their teachers into their daily lives at home and at school.
