Abstract

This study aimid to improve vocabulary learning outcomes by using word cards for garde II student at Wegoknatar Private Elementary School. This research was a calsroom action research (rsCAR) which was designed to assist teacher (researche) in finding and solving problems that occurred in the classroom. This CAR was carried out in two cycles involving 15 grade II students. The results indicated that after giving action for the two cycles, the vocabulary learning results increased. In the first meeting of the cycle I the score was 37,86% and in the second meeting the score was 60% meaning that not yet reached KKM. In the first meeting of cycle II there was an increase of 90% and at the second meeting, it increased to 100%. This implied that the use of word card media was able to improve vocabulary learning outcomes

Abstract

Every mu’min is required to have a good character where the character is reflected in the deeds in his daily life. The Prophet must be used as a guide in behavior, because God has given a great character inside the Prophet as an example for all humanity. Radio is an effective mass media that can be used as a medium for delivering Islamic da'wah messages to the public. One of the advantages of preaching through radio is that it does not require a large fee, where the message of preaching can also be conveyed quickly. Since the beginning until now, Radio Fajri 99.3 FM continues to be consistent in delivering da'wah. Many kinds of broadcast/rubric material are provided by this radio for loyal listeners. Based on the above context, the purpose of this study was to find out what moral messages contained in the Pemuda Hijrah Da'wah Broadcats Program of Fajri Radio 99.3 FM Bogor in 2019 and the relationship between moral messages in the Pemuda Hijrah Da'wah Broadcats Program of Fajri Radio 99.3 FM Bogor in 2019 with the characteristics of human spiritual intelligence The method used in this research was the content analysis method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using observation and documentation techniques, namely by collecting recordings of all episodes of the Pemuda Hijrah Da'wah Broadcast Program in 2019. The population of this study was 150 audio recordings (150 episodes). Then the researcher used a purposive sampling method in determining the sample where the sample size was about 10% of the population which was as many as 16 episodes. From the results of this study it can be concluded that the moral messages in the Pemuda Hijrah Da'wah Broadcast Program of Fajri Radio 99.3 FM Bogor in 2019 are patience, trust, devotion to parents (birrul walidain), piety, honesty, gratitude, sincerity, and qana’ah. The relationship between moral messages in Pemuda Hijrah Da'wah Broadcast Program of Fajri Radio 99.3 FM Bogor in 2019 with the characteristics of human intelligence is very close. Every feature of human spiritual intelligence is related to the teachings of Islamic morals. The first characteristic describes the character of trust, the second character describes the character of piety, the third character describes the character of self-introspection (muhasabah), the fourth character describes the character of patience, the fifth character describes the firm character of the establishment (tsabat), the sixth character describes the honest character, the seventh character describes the morality of qana'ah, and the eighth character describes sincerity.

Abstract

The Implementation of Cooperative Learning Model in Realizing Humanistic Learning on Aqidah Akhlak Lesson in Hidayatul Mubtadiin Islamic Junior High School Jati Agung, South Lampung Academic Year 2022/2023 is a study aimed to apply the Cooperative Learning model in Aqidah Akhlak learning and realize humanistic learning. Cooperative Learning is a cooperative learning model that prioritizes the activity and cooperation among students in achieving common goals. In this learning model, students are given the opportunity to discuss and exchange information with their peers, resulting in an interactive learning process. The results of this study show that the implementation of Cooperative Learning model can increase the engagement and participation of students in learning, as well as realize humanistic learning that can shape the character and morals of students.

Abstract

This research is motivated by learning activities, enthusiasm, and interest in learning owned by fifth-grade students at SD Islam Nurul Huda Jatipulo has decreased, especially in science subjects due to reduced student interest in learning, and less interesting ways of learning so that students are easily bored learning. The purpose of this class action research is to increase the learning activities of fifth-grade students with the use of science props Human respiratory system. The subjects of this class action research are fifth-grade students of SD Islam Nurul Huda Jatipulo Jakarta 2022/2023. The research subjects totaled 15 students consisting of 7 male students and 8 female students. The type of research used is classroom action research (PTK) which includes several cycles consisting of stages such as planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data analysis techniques used were descriptive qualitative and descriptive quantitative. The results of this study are that in cycle I the percentage of the number of students who met the good category was only 20%, then increased to 80% in cycle II. The average percentage of student learning activities in each aspect continued to increase in cycle I with an average percentage of 43% which then increased in cycle II with an average percentage of 87%.

Abstract

Research purposes intended to test and analyze the influence of competence, discipline work simultaneously and partial against the employee performance. The methodology descriptive quantitative. Testing statistics in research using analysis linear regression multiple. The number of respondents 32 civil servants in a public service Veteriner Farma Center. Samples taken of the population target to technique data collection wearing e-questionnaire. The result showed that competence in partial will not affect performance, discipline influential strong work on performance. Simultaneously competence and discipline work impact on the employee performance.

Abstract

Educators are one of the most supportive factors in student learning activities. The existence of professional educators can ensure that the quality of learning in schools increases, with the professional title of the educator will always be able to improve teaching and learning activities will also add to the learning that has good quality. Human resources (HR) training can solve the problems of various students, teachers, lecturers, education staff and other employees in the field of education. Teacher quality development is an effort by educational institutions to improve teacher professionalism, through the development of various teacher skills and qualifications and one direction between policymakers to educators and education staff to increase the resource capacity of educators. Efforts to optimize teacher performance are currently an important factor in improving the quality of education relative to other factors. This is implemented by the government by teacher.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the leadership role of the Madrasah Principal in improving teacher discipline at MAN 3 Tangerang. The focus of this research is why the principal's leadership role in improving teacher discipline at MAN 3 Tangerang is not optimal. In this study used descriptive qualitative whose purpose is to study the state of nature or the natural environment at the research location. The study found that the implementation of leadership by the head of MAN 3 Tangerang was marked by several efforts, including; (a) protection of school interests and goals, (b) group cooperation to achieve school goals, (c) awareness of rights and responsibilities, (d) suggestions, opinions and criticism, (e) freedom for subordinates to work and develop, and f) prudent approach. The leadership of the madrasa head in improving teacher discipline not maximal, because the teachers no quickly understand of school head's vision of work discipline. The indicator can be in the form of the presence of several teachers who lack discipline in following the madrasa rules that have been mutually agreed upon.

Abstract

In managing education in order for educational goals to be achieved, it must involve the community and stakeholders in managing education. Parents of students who are members of the community and users of educational services have a large portion to participate in improving the quality of education carried out by schools, so that there will be complementary partnerships and become an important part in improving the quality of education in education units. Therefore, the establishment of a school committee should be able to serve as a partner in the implementation of the school program program. This study aims to determine the form of partnership between the school management of SMPIT Raudhatul Jannah Cilegon and its school committee. In this study, the author used a descriptive qualitative method with data collection techniques by means of interviews, observations and documentation. The results showed that there is a partnership between the school and the school committee in the academic and non-academic fields, always coordinating in making plans for school activities in improving the quality of education as well as social society. The Committee is a partner of the school functioning to give consideration, support and supervision to school activities, and become a mediator between the school and all guardians of students, so that with functions and partnerships that are well established with the committee of SMPIT Raudhtul Jannah Cilegon can carry out various activity programs that aim to improve the quality of education so that the vision and mission of the school and the satisfaction of parents of students are achieved together

Abstract

Employability skills are an important issue that must be considered more deeply in the world of work. It is related to TQM and employee performance in an organization. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of TQM and employee performance on employability skills at UPTD BLK Disnaker Semarang City. The target of this research is graduates of training participants at UPTD BLK Disnaker Semarang City. This study used a quantitative research method with an ex post facto research approach by distributing questionnaires. The data that has been obtained is then analyzed with multiple linear regression analysis. This study resulted in the finding that TQM and employee performance have a positive influence on employability skills. The implementation of the training process is accompanied by the application of TQM and good employee performance from the UPTD BLK Disnaker City of Semarang, so the employability skills of graduates of the training program will also increase. The importance of the contribution of all parties involved in the training process is able to encourage increased employability skills of the trainees. The benefits of research for the development of knowledge are adding references to empirical evidence regarding studies and discussions regarding the influence of TQM and employee performance on employability skills.

Abstract

This study has the objectives, namely: to identify and describe the planning, implementation, evaluation, supporting factors, inhibiting factors and efforts that can be made in overcoming learning obstacles in SMP Negeri 1 Trenggalek. This research is a qualitative research, in which the data collection techniques used are questionnaires, observations, interviews and documentation. The data sources from this study were 35 students and 2 teachers who were respondents in this study. Based on the results of the research, it was found that planning for the use of online learning was carried out by the teacher by pouring it into the lesson plan. Implementation of the use of online learning at SMP Negeri 1 Trenggalek could be carried out properly in management by the teacher, positive student responses and activities. Evaluation of the use of online learning explained that learning that is carried out runs effectively with an increase in the average value of report cards which has increased from semester to semester. Factors supporting courageous learning are the presence of young teachers who are technologically literate and familiar with network technology and the support of parents with provision of the required facilities, the inhibiting factor for the use of courageous learning is the unstable internet network and the facilities owned by students are insufficient and the efforts that can be made by the teacher are to optimize the use of multiple ime dia like video, audio, CD-ROM based and utilize applications that require a minimal internet network.
