Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the improvement of thematic learning outcomes through the use of image media in the learning process of grade IV MIS Muhammadiyah Sibatua students. This study used a test method on learning outcomes in each cycle. The type of Classroom Action Research is carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consists of 4 meetings. The results of research that has been carried out using image media can improve the learning outcomes of grade IV MIS Muhammadiyah Sibatua students. With the use of image media, students are active throughout the learning process and improve learning outcomes. This improvement can be seen through the average student learning outcomes. Before applying image media, student learning outcomes averaged 6.95. And after applying image media, student learning outcomes reached an average of 9.46. Thus, the use of image media can improve student learning outcomes in class IV MIS Muhammadiyah Sibatua.

Abstract

The practice of strengthening the teaching profession (P2K) is one of the academic requirements within the University of Muhammadiyah Makassar, especially in the department of primary school teacher education, which is oriented towards application and at the same time training for the knowledge gained. In the practice of strengthening the teaching profession, students conduct a class action research. This study aims to find out that mathematics learning outcomes can be improved through the method of giving assignments in class II, such as Muhammadiyah Sibatua. Whether or not there is a difference in student learning outcomes between the assignment method and the absence of the use of the assignment method in a lesson, which one has the greatest influence on the learning outcomes of class II students, e.g. Muhammadiyah Sibatua. The form of action taken in solving problems that exist in Classroom Action Research (CAR) is by learning using the assignment method. So it is hoped that it can improve the learning outcomes of class II students, such as Muhammadiyah Makassar. The method used in this research is descriptive with a classroom action research approach (CAR). While the data collection techniques and tools in the form of observation or observation is a technique or method of collecting data by observing ongoing activities. There are several things that must be considered in carrying out observations, including; Pay attention to the focal point of the study, determine the criteria to be observed. In carrying out observations there are several main steps that must be taken, including; planning meetings, class observations, feedback discussions. The purpose of each method of giving assignments in learning is very influential in every learning process because it will determine which direction the learning will be successful or not in accordance with the learning objectives to be achieved.

Abstract

The teaching materials for Islamic Religious Education used at SMA IT Wahdah Islamiyah Pomalaa, especially for class X in the odd semester, are only more focused on developing aspects of intellectual intelligence, and this is very ironic when it is related to the contents of Law No. 20 of 2003 on the National Education System, which says that the purpose of national education is to foster the knowledge, skills, and morals of students. So in this context, it is not only the intellectuals that are developed but also the moral aspects of students, which are closely related to the values of emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence. The purpose of this research is to develop Islamic Religious Education teaching materials based on emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence by combining the theories of Daniel Goleman, Danar Zohar, and Ian Marshal, as well as the theory of Tazkiyah al-Nafs from Imam al-Ghazali, who has the values of validity, practicality, and effectiveness, to accommodate the needs of educational institutions and students. The research method used is development research with the ADDIE model, which consists of five stages, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The results obtained from this study indicate that the development of teaching materials based on emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence is something that is really needed as a complement to intellectual intelligence. And in the development of this teaching material, we obtained a validity value of 4.3 (very valid), a practicality value of 3.03 (practical), and an effectiveness value with the N-Gain test of 0.46 (moderate category).

Abstract

One strategy to improve the quality of education is the implementation of strategic management. Which reason fundamental is that the concept of strategic management offers to schools to provide better and more adequate education for students. Achieving compatibility between environments school and strategic, school structure and processes, have a positive effect on teacher performance. education crisis faced by the Indonesian nation revolves around crisis management, in which education management is mobilization of all educational resources to achieve the set educational goals. Research methods used is descriptive qualitative research conducted at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Ulum Peganden. It is called qualitative research, because the main data source for this research is in the form of the words and the actions of the people observed or interviewed. Based on the results of the research, it gives a conclusion that Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Miftahul Ulum Peganden has implemented strategic management of deep education improve teacher professionalism

Abstract

In order to prepare learning that can enhance children's naturalist intelligence, learning methodologies are being examined and described in this study. Descriptive data are employed in the research method, which is a qualitative one. Seven classroom teachers and one school principals or deputy principals served as the study's subjects. Data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and verification or conclusions were all processes in the Miles Huberman analysis of the data. This study found the diversity of strategies applied in preschool, namely by using or applying three stages of strategy in the learning process, namely: first, the planning strategy, which includes the following things: learning objectives, planning indicators to achieve naturalist intelligence, learning program planning, approach planning, methods and techniques, and learning tactics. Second, the implementation strategy stage includes strategies to manage content and learning material, send content and learning material through the media, and manage learning activities. Third, the assessment strategy stage, which includes the assessment of child development and the teacher's teaching ability in the development of the child's naturalist intelligence

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the flipped classroom-type blended learning model with Kahoot media on the learning outcomes of class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Sukoharjo. The research method used is a quasi-experimental quantitative design. Data collection techniques to measure learning outcomes are taken using a pre-test and post-test. Data analysis techniques used the normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing using the t-test data analysis technique. The results of this study showed an increase in the average learning outcomes of the experimental class by 18.33% with the class completeness criteria increasing by 51.5% after receiving learning using the blended learning flipped classroom model with Kahoot media. The results of the independent sample t-test yielded 2.976 > 1.995 with a probability value of 0.004 <0.05 so the research hypothesis was accepted. It is known that there is a positive influence of the blended learning flipped classroom learning model using Kahoot media on learning outcomes in the economics subject

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the physical environment and queuing time on customer satisfaction at Bank Papua Serui Branch. The population used is all customers who use the services of Bank Papua Serui Branch, while the sample used is as many as 100 people using the convenience sampling method, namely samples taken from members of the population who are easily available to provide information. The data collected was sourced from primary data, namely Bank Papua Serui Branch customers through distributed questionnaires and secondary data, namely agencies related to this research. The data analysis method used is important-performance analysis (IPA), and statistical analysis using the SPSS 21 For Windows program. Based on the results of the analysis it was found that: 1) the degree of conformity between the interests/expectations of the consumer towards the physical environment and the actual performance/implementation is 79.21% indicating that the customer is satisfied, 2) the degree of compatibility between the expectations/interests of the customer regarding the queue time and the actual performance/ .implementation shows that the customer is quite satisfied, 3) The results of the analysis using regression analysis and multiple correlations show that there is a positive and significant influence between the physical environment and queuing time on customer satisfaction, 4) the results of testing using the T-Test and F-Test statistics also shows that there is a positive and significant influence between the physical environment and queuing time on customer satisfaction, both tests are carried out partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

Implementation of STEM Learning in Ecosystem Material on Students' Critical Thinking Ability. STEM is a modern approach that integrates STEM aspects to develop students' skills in solving problems that arise in 21st century life. This study aims to obtain an overview of students' critical thinking skills. The sample of this study was students of class Vb UPT SD Negeri 064037 Medan for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. The type of research used in this research is the Pre-Experimental Design with the One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Data on students' thinking skills were collected using a critical thinking ability test instrument. The results showed that the average value of N-Gain in the Vb class was 0.81 which was in the high category.

Abstract

In the process of filing the contract agreement letter at PT Perkebunan Nusantara VI, it still uses the manual method, by writing it in Microsoft Excel. This method makes archive management not optimal. Errors often occur when inputting data and reporting data. This problem causes the organization of records to be less good which can result in loss of records. Loss of archives can have an impact if there are legal problems because archives are one form of legal evidence. Therefore, it is necessary to design an archival information system that is useful to assist PTPN VI in storing and searching data. The design is done using UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling. The purpose of this study is to design an information system that can be used to facilitate company activities, especially in the secretariat for archiving contract data for vendors. The result of this research is the design of an archival information system at PT Perkebunan Nusantara VI.

Abstract

Letters are media in communicating and as evidence of an event. The obstacle that occurs when using letters in physical form is good management so that letters are not easily lost or damaged. The management of incoming and outgoing letters at the Population Control and Family Planning Office still uses the conventional method, which means storing letters and data in the form of sheets of paper arranged in stacks. It can cause loss or damage to the paper and the search for letters takes a long time. To overcome these problems, we need an information system that can manage incoming and outgoing mail. The purpose of creating an information system for managing incoming and outgoing mail at the Population Control and Family Planning Office is to be able to manage mail data so that it is organized and can help make it easier for staff to work.
