This study's objective is to determine whether school culture is influenced by the social abilities of the principal. Does the principal's performance have any impact on the culture of the school. And does the success of school principals have any bearing on the culture of the schools. This study employs quantitative methodologies, with questionnaires and non-experimental designs serving as data gathering tools. The sample for the study consisted of 72 people who worked as teachers or staff. The study's findings demonstrate that principals' social abilities have a big impact on the culture of schools. School culture is positively impacted by the performance of the principals. Each school principal has a varying level of influence over school culture, but all of them positively affect it with their performance and social abilities

This research aims to determine the effect of financial literacy, lifestyle and financial education in the family on the personal financial management of Economics Education students at UNS class of 2018 and 2019 both partially and simultaneously. This research is a quantitative study with a population of 2018 and 2019 UNS Economics Education students with a total sample of 110 respondents. Collecting data using a questionnaire and analyzing data using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) there is a positive and significant influence between financial literacy on personal financial management of UNS Economics students 2018 and 2019 (2) there is a positive and significant influence between lifestyle on personal financial management of UNS Economics students 2018 and 2019 (3) there is a positive and significant influence between financial education in the family on the personal financial management of UNS Economics students class of 2018 and 2019 (4) there is a positive and significant effect between financial literacy, lifestyle and financial education in the family on the personal financial management of Education students UNS Economics Class of 2018 and 2019.

This study aims to describe the application of the stick-taking learning method to style material to improve student learning outcomes in class IV SD Pahlawan. The formulation of the problem in this study is how is the process of applying the Talking Stick learning method to style material to improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at Pahlawan Elementary School for the 2021/2022 academic year and how are student learning outcomes by applying the Talking Stick method to science subjects in style material for fourth grade students at SD Pahlawan . This research was conducted in class IV SD Pahlawan. This research was conducted from March to April 2021 which consisted of two cycles. The object of this study were 25 grade IV students, with 12 boys and 13 girls. The techniques used in this research are quantitative data analysis techniques and qualitative data analysis techniques. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that in cycle I it is still classified as incomplete with an average of 63.80. Furthermore, out of 25 students, only 11 students were declared complete, achieving a percentage of 44% individually. Meanwhile, the learning outcomes of students in cycle II were quite good because they had achieved an average of 72.00 and out of 25 students there were 21 students who passed with an average of 84% who achieved completeness in this way. Thus, it can be concluded that applying the Talking Stick method to style material can improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SD Pahlawan.

This study discusses the learning activities and student learning outcomes of science. the problem that often appears in the science learning process is the low learning outcomes of students who have not reached the school's KKM. This study aims to determine the increase in activity and learning outcomes of third grade students at SD Negeri 027 Rambah in environmental material by applying the demonstration method. This research is a classroom action research carried out in two cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages, namely planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Reflection is used as a basis for planning improvements in the next cycle. Research data were obtained from observation sheets and learning outcomes tests cycle I and cycle II. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. The results of this study indicate that the application of the demonstration method can increase student activity and learning outcomes. The increase in student activity from the sufficient category in the first cycle to the good category in the second cycle. The learning outcomes of students who completed the KKM achievement in cycle I were only 13 students (65%), in cycle II it increased to 18 students (75%). Based on the findings of the researchers, it can be concluded that the application of the demonstration method can increase the activity and learning outcomes of science class III students at SD Negeri 027 Rambah.

The purpose of this study was to explain the steps for implementing the PAIKEM learning model with the Demonstration method to improve student learning outcomes in class IV C SD Negeri 024 Tambusai. This study uses a qualitative and quantitative approach to the form of research in the form of classroom action research. This research was conducted in two cycles and each cycle consisted of two meetings. This research took place at SD Negeri 024 Tambusai with research subjects being students of class IV C. Data collection in this study used observation, documentation and test techniques. Data were analyzed using quantitative data analysis based on the SD Negeri 024 Tambusai curriculum with 67 individual Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) and classical completeness that Sudiyono had suggested was 75%. The increase in student learning outcomes on the material properties of sound in class IV C SD Negeri 024 Tambusai in each cycle can be seen from the results of the first cycle test, the average value is 66.7 with a 60% classical completeness percentage, to 81.8 with a completeness percentage classical 92% in cycle II. So, the application of the PAIKEM learning model to material properties of sound can improve student learning outcomes in class IV C

This research originates from the fact that many grade IV elementary school students have difficulty understanding natural resources material. This is because the teacher does not provide learning natural resources in accordance with the students' concrete situations. One solution to overcome this problem is to use the Example Non-Example model. Example Non-Example is a learning model that is oriented to everyday experiences. Thus, the purpose of this study was to describe the increase in class IV student learning outcomes in natural resource material using the Example Non-Example model. This study uses a qualitative and quantitative approach to the form of research, namely classroom action research. This research was conducted in two cycles and each cycle held 2 meetings. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 013 Rambah with the research subject being class IV SD. Collecting data in this study using documentation, observation, tests, and questionnaires. Data were analyzed using qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The increase in student learning outcomes in learning natural resources with the Example Non-Example model in each cycle can be seen from the average score of 73.3 with an 80% completeness percentage in cycle I and an average score of 80.5 with a 92% completeness percentage in cycle II. So, learning with the Example Non-Example model in natural resource science subjects can improve the learning outcomes of fourth grade students at SD Negeri 013 Rambah.

This study aims to improve science learning outcomes in sensory material with a scientific approach in class IV SD Pahlawan. The formulation of the problem in this study is how are the results of learning science on sensory material after using a scientific approach in class IV SD Pahlawan. This research was conducted in class IV SD Pahlawan. This research was carried out in two cycles, and the time of the research was carried out from November to December 2021. The objects of this research were 25 grade IV students, with 12 male students and 13 female students. Data collection techniques used in this study are test, observation, and documentation techniques. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that student learning outcomes on sensory instruments in class IV SD Pahlawan in cycle I are still quite adequate with an average of 72.40. Furthermore, out of 25 students, only 16 students or 64% achieved completeness individually. Student learning outcomes in cycle II were quite good with an average of 80.80, and 25 students, 23 students or 92% achieved completeness individually. Thus it can be concluded that the scientific approach can improve science learning outcomes in sensory material in class IV SD Pahlawan.

The purpose of this research is to produce a table tennis refereeing pocket book that specifically discusses table tennis game rules, the functions and duties of the umpire and violations committed by players and coaches in table tennis games based on flipbooks as a guide and guide for the umpire in leading a match. The method used in this study is the ADDIE development model. The sample at the implementation stage consisted of 10 referees who did not have a license and 30 people consisting of referees, players and coaches, including 3 national referees and several national players and coaches. The data collection techniques are interviews, validation and questionnaires. Quantitative descriptive analysis techniques are used to process data in the form of numbers (scores) obtained through questionnaires. The results of the research at the implementation stage were carried out on a small-scale trial of 3.39 and a large-scale trial of 3.51 with a very feasible category. Flipbook-based table tennis refereeing pocket books are included in the very appropriate category, this is based on the assessment of 3 material experts with an average value of 3.73 and 1 media expert with a value of 3.41. Therefore the table tennis refereeing pocket book is very appropriate to use, practical and interesting as a guide for referees in increasing knowledge of table tennis game rules.

This study aims to determine the performance of Satpol PP in controlling street vendors (PKL) on Jalan Jendral Ahmad Yani Badak Market, Pandeglang Regency. This research will be conducted using a case study approach, with a descriptive method. This approach will be used to study intensively the background of the Satpol PP performance in controlling street vendors (PKL) on Jalan Jendral Ahmad Yani Badak Market, Pandeglang Regency. The results of the research on the performance of Satpol PP in controlling street vendors (PKL) on Jalan Jendral Ahmad Yani Badak Market in Pandeglang Regency to discipline and make the street vendors (PKL) comfortable in Pandeglang Regency are considered not optimal. Thus, the performance of the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) of Pandeglang Regency in controlling street vendors (PKL) must be further improved.

This study aims to describe the forms of expressive illocutionary speech acts found in tweets from Twitter accounts. This study contains expressive illocutionary utterances which are analyzed by researchers based on the data that has been collected. The data is sourced from a Twitter account which is seen based on the tweets of Twitter users. The method in this study is a qualitative descriptive research in the form of written sentences. Data collection techniques in this study used observing, recording, and documentation. Listening and note-taking techniques are carried out by researchers by sorting and selecting data to be analyzed. While documentation was included by the researchers in the form of screenshots of tweets from Twitter account users. Data analysis techniques are performed by reducing data, presenting data, interpreting data, and drawing conclusions. The analysis that is carried out always involves a literature study process in order to strengthen evidence related to data that has been collected theoretically, so as to produce valid and reliable conclusions. In the results of this study, 24 data were found which were classified into expressive illocutionary speech acts. The 24 data describe the expression of the speaker's psychological attitude towards the situation implied in the illocutionary which consists of; 1) say thank you; 2) congratulate; 3) forgive; 4) censure; 5) praise; and 6) express condolences. This research can be useful in the learning process by adding insight and knowledge for educators and students regarding the study of pragmatics in speech acts and the relationship between speakers and interlocutors in expressive illocutionary speech.
