Abstract

The learning model that can be an innovation in learning to support the achievement of learning objectives is cooperative learning with the Think Pair Share type. The application of this model certainly needs to be supported by the use of media which will have a good impact on student learning outcomes. One of the media that can be used is Edpuzzle. This study aims to determine the effect of Think Pair Share (TPS) learning on student learning outcomes in class XI MIPA SMAS Kartika XIX-1 Bandung, especially in the matter of the respiratory system. The method used is Quasi Experimental with a non-equivalent group research design. The populations of the study were students of class XI MIPA at SMAS Kartika XIX-1 Bandung. Two classes were taken, XI MIPA 2 and XI MIPA 3 using purposive sampling technique. Analysis of research data obtained an average student learning outcomes in the experimental class with an average pretest score of 36.29, a posttest of 65.29 with an N-Gain value of 0.45 in the medium category. Hypothetical data using the Man Whitney test shows the value of Sig. 0.04 < 0.05 indicates that H1 is accepted. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the Think Pair Share (TPS) learning model assisted by Edpuzzle media has a positive effect on student learning outcomes in the respiratory system material and further enhances student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The style or method of a school principal in his capacity as a leader greatly influences the success of improving teacher performance. This study aims to determine the influence of the principal's leadership as a control system on school discipline. Supervision is one of the management functions. This activity is carried out to improve and assess the performance of teachers or other employees involved in the education process to ensure that these activities are carried out according to the plans that have been designed. The purpose of supervision is to measure and improve what has been planned can be achieved perfectly. This research uses field research methods, so that information data is collected from the results of field inspections. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach, namely direct observation (observation) of the school environment, interviews about the school environment and learning about the school principal, as well as documenting the intended object. Abstract

Termodinamika merupakan salah satu topik fisika yang bersifat abstrak dan mempelajari tentang keadaan makroskopis suatu materi yang dinyatakan melalui proses atau siklus dengan menggunakan konsep matematis. Kesulitan siswa dalam mempelajari topik ini di antaranya adalah sulit dalam membuat grafik hubungan, sulit mengidentifikasi soal, dan sulit menjelaskan makna suatu gambar untuk itu dilakukan penelitian menggunakan model discovery learning. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas model discovery learning dengan teknik probing-prompting pada kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada materi termodinamika. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPA 1 dan XI IPA 2 yang keduanya berjumlah 38 orang. Satu kelompok siswa belajar menggunakan model discovery learning dengan teknik probing-prompting dan kelompok lainnya dengan model konvensional. Data kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa diperoleh dari nilai pre-test dan post-test dari kedua kelompok dengan instrumen penelitian berupa 25 soal pilihan ganda yang dianalisis dengan SPSS 26. Hasil uji statistik menghasilkan rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 68.32, sehingga dapat dinyatakan bahwa model discovery learning dengan teknik probing-prompting cukup efektif digunakan secara signifikan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada materi termodinamika.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research that aimed to find out the description of Kurikulum Merdeka Implemetation at SD Negeri 2 Manurungge Watampone, especially in grades I and as the Class that was pointed to implementate the Kurikulum Merdeka at the school mentioned. There were 3 perssons to be subjects in this study, namely the headmaster, homeroom teacher for Grade I, and Class teacher for Grade IV at SD Negeri 2 Manurungge. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews, observation, and document studies. Data analysis techniques include : data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicated that: (1) the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka at SD Negeri 2 Manurungge has been going well. The learning applied by the teacher was in line with the expectations of the Kurikulum Merdeka, (2) the teacher has prepared a learning plan based on teaching modules, (3) the teacher has planned and implemented the student-centered learning and the differentiated learning. However, in the aspect of differentiation learning, the implementation has not been maximized, the teacher has not implemented task/project differentiation perfectly. Conclusion: in general, SD Negeri 2 Manurungge as a school implementator the Kurikulum Merdeka has implemented the Merdeka Curriculum well. However, the Class teachers implementing of the Kurikulum Merdeka are expected to continue and improve the quality of implementation of the curriculum, especially in a differentiated learning process.

Abstract

Hadroh art is an art that combines the beats of several percussion instruments with rhythm or solawatan, with songs sung by religious poetry. The research aims to find out how the musical form of Hadroh music is in the salvation event during the pandemic by the Sabulussalam Dalam group in the city of Palembang. The problem is focused on the form of presentation, such as the form of wasps in several instruments, as well as the rhythms and songs that are presented. If observed from the style and rhythm, Hadroh is influenced by the Persian and Arabic culture that came to Palembang. The Arabic influence is very strong because the Sabulussalam group is close to an area in Palembang City with an Arabic village name. It can be seen from the form of tabuhan and solawatan poetry which is used as poetry and rhythm, while the elements of the rhythmic pattern and rhythm of the game are very clear in Ulu's style which is close to the river which has a strong impression and tight ties. In order to approach this problem, theoretical references are used. The research method is to choose a qualitative descriptive method, because this method makes it very easy for researchers to describe in the form of performances, then collect data through the stages (1) Observation, (2) Interview, (3) ) Documentation. And the stage of validity of the research data uses the member check method, as well as the stages of analyzing the research data including (1) Data Reduction, (2) Data Presentation, (3) Conclusion. This study concludes that it is found that every song in Hadroh music has a structural part, namely there is one period, two and three motives, and two phrases, namely question phrases and answer phrases, and has one sentence, where each structure is always repeated in the next part. it's just that the text of the song is different.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to analyze the ethnoparenting of the Sakai tribe in the digital era by parents to instill local wisdom values ​​of the Sakai culture in Bekalar Village, Kandis District, Siak Regency. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were 5 parents. The sampling technique used in this study is snowball sampling. Data collection techniques used are through observation, interviews, documentation and triangulation. The results showed that parents applied 5 aspects of parenting based on the book of local wisdom values ​​of Sakai Riau culture, including 1) Human relations with God 2) Human relations with nature 3) Human relations with time 4) Relations with fellow human beings 5) Relationships man with work. Of these 5 aspects, parents have applied them well to their children and 1 other aspect has been implemented quite well. Parents instill the values ​​of the local wisdom of the Sakai culture in their children by advising, giving examples and positive habits. Keywords: Ethnoparenting, Sakai Tribe, Parents

Abstract

In Indonesia there are (50-90%) cases of nausea and vomiting experienced by pregnant women. The main factor causing maternal death in Indonesia is not nausea and vomiting (emesis gravidarum), but the incidence of nausea and vomiting is quite large, namely (60-80%) in primigravidarum and (40-60%) in multigravida. One hundred in 1000 experience more severe symptoms. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving peppermint aromatherapy to complaints of nausea and vomiting in first trimester pregnant women in the Pondok Tinggi Health Center Working Area in 2022. This research method uses a pre-experimental design using a one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study was the total number of first trimester pregnant women in the Pondok Tinggi Public Health Center Work Area. Which gets 15 samples. Data were collected using a questionnaire by means of a questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out univariately in the form of frequency distribution and bivariate using T test. The results of the study found that the average score before being given peppermint aromatherapy was (3.20) and before being given peppermint aromatherapy (2.13). Based on the results of statistical tests, there was an effect before being given aromatherapy and before being given peppermint aromatherapy (p-value 0.000). Peppermint aromatherapy has an effect on nausea and vomiting in first trimester pregnant women, it is hoped that first trimester pregnant women can apply peppermint aromatherapy as an alternative to non-pharmacological therapy to overcome nausea and vomiting in first trimester pregnant women.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of class X students. GPA 3 for the 2022 academic year in PKN learning. This is because researchers still apply conventional methods in learning. The aim of the research is to describe and explain the process of increasing student learning activities and outcomes through the implementation of learning using the Active Learning method of learning contract types. The action hypothesis in this study is that the implementation of the Active Learning method of the learning contract type can increase the activities and learning outcomes of class X.GPA 3 Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Pesisir Selatan in the 2022 academic year in PKN subjects. The subjects in this study were students of class X. GPA 3 Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 2 Pesisir Selatan for the 2022 academic year, totaling 35 people with different social and economic backgrounds. With these differences the teacher must be able to find the right method in learning. This research consists of two cycles. Cycle I consisted of four meetings. The first, second and third meetings focused on students' ability to understand the subject matter in groups, then ended with giving tests at the fourth meeting. In the implementation of cycle I, there were still many students who did not understand the material well. Therefore it is continued with the implementation of cycle II. The results showed that there had been changes in student learning outcomes. Completeness in the first cycle was 27 people with an average of 79.7, and in the second cycle there were 34 people with an average of 89.8. Student learning activities also show a significant increase in each indicator.

Abstract

The challenges of education in this millennial era, especially in Indonesia, do not only refer to the classic problems of equalization and fulfillment of access, infrastructure and education financing, but also talk about the quality of graduates who must have qualified intellect in their fields while having high morality. Seeing these conditions, the availability of human resources with character is a very important need. Abstract

The Role of the Movement Teacher In Realizing Profile Of Pancasila In School. In the current era, there are four major challenges in the world of education, including problems related to the noble values and morals of the nation; the need for maturity to become a citizen; support the realization of social justice and the creation of 21st century competence. To face these challenges, the government established a Teacher Motivator program to launch the Pancasila Student Profile. The goal of this research was to uncovered the role of the teacher in the development of students’ profiles at Pancasila in order to realized resilience in character education in the twenty-first century so that Indonesians could compete globally. What were the rights and responsibilities of a teacher-mover in carrying out the process of education to strengthened the profile of students in Pancasila. What importance should the master drive had in realizing the resilience of character education in the twenty-first century. This was a normative study; the research phase of the study of literature and the deductive analysis. The conceptual approach and the legislative approach were two types of research approaches used by researchers. Researchers conducted research on what the role of the teacher was in the effort to strengthened the profile of Pancasila students on the students as an effort to resilience character education in the twenty-first century. Researchers were also employing the literature method and interview with teacher. . The results of this study were the Master Drive had an important role in shaping the resilience of the character of their students. Such a role, which was to became the leader of learning that encourages the well- being ecosystem education in schools, moving the learning community (to the practitioner community) for co-teachers in the school and in its territory, becoming a teacher practice (coach) for his other teacher related to the development of learning in schools, Open space discussions and positive space of collaboration between teachers and stakeholders in and outside of school to improved the quality of learning, and encourage the improvement of students ‘ leadership in school.
