Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the use of interactive Powerpoint Media has an effect on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 095198 Silomaria in learning 6 Sub-theme 2 Humans and the Environment or has no effect. There are 2 hypotheses in this study, namely, (1) there is an effect of the use of interactive PowerPoint learning media on the learning outcomes of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 095198 silomaria (H1) and there is no effect of using interactive PowerPoint media on learning outcomes for fifth grade students at SD Negeri 095198 Silomaria ( H0). This research method is an experimental method with the type of Pre-Experimental Design research that uses the One Group Pretest-posttest Design. The population of this study were all fifth grade students at SD Negeri 095198 Silomaria, which consisted of 21 students. Because the population is less than 50, the population is less than 50 students, so the population is used as the sample in this study. Data collection was carried out by giving tests and observation techniques. The research data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical analysis. Based on the results of data analysis it is known that the result of t count is 7.18 with a significance level of 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of using Interactive Powerpoint Media on Learning Outcomes of Class V Students of SD Negeri 095198 Silomaria Tanah Jawa subtheme 2 Humans and the Environment. This means that H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to achieve learning and educational goals and, as well as foster student interest in learning. This type of research is quantitative, with the correlation method. The population in this study is all fourth grade elementary school (SD) students consisting of 30 students, the number of research instruments used is a questionnaire to determine the effect of the Contextual Teaching Learning ( CTL ) Model on the Science Learning Interest of Grade IV Students UPTD SD Negeri 122353 PematangSiantar With a questionnaire of 25 questions. Based on the results of this study indicate that the influence of the Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) learning model on students' interest in learning science. The results of the research data analysis showed that the correlation was proven by the value of rcount = 0.883>0.361 and it could be concluded that there was an effect of the Contextual Teaching Learning (CTL) learning model on students' interest in science learning in class IV UPTD SD Negeri 122353 Pematang Siantar.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the discovery learning model on student learning outcomes in class XI IPS at SMA Negeri 2 Bandar. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The quantitative research method is a type of research whose specifications are systematic, planned and clearly structured from the start to the creation of the research design. This research will be carried out at SMA Negeri 2 Bandar starting from April 2022 – May 2023. The population in this study are all students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 2 Bandar for the academic year 2022/2023 which consists of 4 classes with a total of 128 students. person. In this study, there was one class as the experimental class and one as the control class. This data collection technique must be in accordance with the instrument used by the author in obtaining data, therefore the technique used by the author is observation and testing. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that the discovery learning model on APBN and APBD material with the T-Test Hypothesis obtained a sig (2-tailed) value of 0.003 <0.05, so there is a significant influence. The results of the analysis of the paired sample test show that t count > t table where t count is 4,360 and t table is 4,358.

Abstract

This research is about the leadership of the madrasah head in improving the quality of teaching staff at Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Kinanah Jambi. Issues related to leadership are interesting to study, because we want to see the policy of the madrasa head as a leader in advancing his school regarding the quality of teaching staff. This type of research is using a qualitative approach and this research is descriptive qualitative because it has the ability to reveal the problems in this research. The results of the study found that the leadership style used by madrasa heads was democratic and situational delegation. The planning carried out by the head of the madrasa in improving the quality of teaching staff at Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Kinanah Jambi is compiling a program and analyzing which program needs will be prioritized in its implementation. The head of the madrasa in the implementation of improving the quality of teaching staff at Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Kinanah Jambi, namely On The Job Training in the form of training and guidance while Off the job training is in the form of Subject Teacher Workshops and Consultations (MGMP). While the supervision carried out by the head of the madrasa conducts monitoring or monitoring directly and indirectly after that the head of the madrasa gives rewards or awards and sanctions to educators who commit violations. Abstract

This study discusses the management of school principals in improving teacher professionalism at SMP-IT An-Nahl Jambi. The research is motivated by a discrepancy between theory and what is happening in the field regarding teacher professionalism in schools. Benveniste argues that there are 6 basics called professional teachers, application of skills based on technical knowledge, advanced educational and training requirements, some formal controls on entry to the profession, existence of professional associations, codes of professional conduct, a sense of responsibility for serving the public. So this study discusses the management carried out by the principal in increasing teacher professionalism then the inhibiting and supporting factors as well as the efforts made by the principal in increasing teacher professionalism at school. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The results of the research found by researchers are the management applied by the principal through the stages of planning, organizing, mobilizing, supervising and providing evaluation. The supporting factors are the dedication of the head who is totally and sincere at work, supporting facilities and infrastructure, having hafiz Quran teachers, and getting support from the Education Office. While the inhibiting factors are inadequate facilities and infrastructure, lack of time for teachers to participate in training and workshops, seniority and recruitment that is not in accordance with the profession. The principal's efforts to improve teacher professionalism at SMPIT An-Nahl Jambi by instilling discipline, holding training and workshops, building partnerships and cooperation, then always conducting work evaluations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of prohibition in the school environment using the child-friendly school climate instrument based on the perceptions and experiences of students at Vocational High Schools in Ranah Pesisir District. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 170 people. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online using Google Forms to randomly selected students. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive analysis to see the environmental friendliness of the school and the level of environmental friendliness of the school. The results of the study showed that friendship among vocational schools in Ranah Pesisir District was in the high category. The friendliness of the school environment is described by four main dimensions, namely a safe environment for children, teacher support, individual social relations and a family atmosphere at school. However, there are still students who feel uncomfortable because of bullying and mistreatment and ridicule while at school.

Abstract

The context of this research is the biggest challenge for schools or madrasas in carrying out mandates related to the development of culture in Islamic educational institutions which is a benchmark for the success of implementing education in cultural development at Smart Pure High School, one of which is to shape the character or personality of students through inheritance of values. culture value. Culture in schools will experience development and progress, if the culture in an organization and institution is organized and can run well. This cultural development is carried out to meet the complexity of society's demands and respond to the changing times. In developing culture, we must apply the stages of the concept of cultural development which are very relevant to be applied in Islamic educational institutions because they can be used as a focus of reference, especially in achieving the desired goals. As for one of the efforts made by the Pure Intelligent High School in developing the culture towards superior madrasas is to create a full day system at Pure Intelligent High School because the goal is so that Pure Intelligent High School students do not do bad things because of their time lapse, a full day system was created, because In a full day system, all students are only involved in school activities and have no time to do bad things outside of school. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research based on field research (field research). The results of the study show that the culture developed by Smart Pure High School includes: 1. Full day every Monday to Thursday, Saturday filled with mandatory Scouting activities, 2. There are extracurricular activities for Tahfidz Qur'an, Drumband, Karate, Scouts, 3. Every morning there is Koran reading activities before learning.

Abstract

Teacher skills are needed to enliven the learning atmosphere in the classroom and success in conducting learning. If the teacher is less skilled and creative in arousing student motivation when starting learning, then the child will feel bored and bored when the teaching and learning process is carried out. Therefore, teachers are required to always be able to arouse AUD enthusiasm when starting learning. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Where this research uses library research (library research). So before starting the lesson the teacher must provide enthusiasm and motivation such as praying, ice breaking, wishing to give rewards when learning is over, and so on.

Abstract

The results showed that the Al-Qur'an education teacher's strategy in overcoming difficulties in reading the Qur'an at Madrasah Aliyah Pondok Pesantren Nahdlatul Ulum Soreang Maros, as follows; 1) Identifying the difficulties of reading the Qur'an experienced by students, 2) Registering students who are proficient and not proficient yet in reading the Qur'an, and 3) Implementing learning methods. The learning process engages opening the lesson, presenting the material with the guidelines of the Qur'an and the guideline book of Tajweed “matan tuhfatul athfal wal ghilman”, and closing the lesson by evaluating students, providing additional assignments, and giving motivation. The supporting factors for teachers in overcoming the learning difficulties of Al-Quran faced by the students of Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Pondok Pesantren Nahdatul Ulum Soreang Maros, namely; 1) Availability of facilities and infrastructure, and 2) Policy support from the Madrasah. There are several inhibiting factors of the Al-Qur'an teacher in overcoming the student’s difficulties in reading the Al-Qur'an at Madrasah Aliyah Boarding School of Nahdlatul Ulum Soreang Maros involved several related components, as follows; 1) Lack of basic abilities possessed by the students, 2) Lack of motivation to learn owned by the students, and 3) Lack of learning time in the class.

Abstract

In Butonese, untying is rambasaka kabokemu. The dance work's choreography is inspired by criticism of the phenomenon of violence against women. The rise of the issue of violence against women makes dancers reveal the other side of women who are trying to break free from shackles. Rambasaka Kabokemu is danced by male and female dancers who depict an abusive relationship with visual media forms. The creation method used in this work is "Creating Thourgh Dance" by Alma M. Hawkins, explained that there are three stages: the exploration stage, the improvisation stage and the formation stage. These three stages are closely related to one another with their implementation. Rambasaka Kabokemu is the third work done with a dramatic concept. This dance work can provide benefits for stylists and other people. For dancers, it is useful to raise new awareness about the fate and condition of women who have experienced acts of violence and want to voice their opinions.
