Abstract

Demonstrate the power of Big Data Analytics using Google Analytics as a platform work flow. First open the YouTube channel, then start recording of the channel analytics is done here automatically by Google. This data is exported from YouTube Analytics to Google sheets and then is fed to Google Analytics. After analyzes the data, it is now integrated with Google Data Studio and Klipfolio. Google Data Studio makes use of AI (Artificial Intelligence) insights techniques that can generate artificial intelligence and prediction-based report graphs which can be analyzed by the end user. In the future, not only YouTube, but any Google products or Google service data can be fed to Google Analytics and integrated in Google Data Studio for artificial intelligence based on Big Data Analytics.

Abstract

This research uses a type of evaluation research with the CIPP model. The results of the context stage study show that the informants' understanding of the School Digitalization program Number 371 of the Ministry of Education and Culture in 2021 is not perfect. This can be seen from 17 informants, 1 person does not understand, 7 people understand and 4 people understand quite well. There were only 5 informants who stated they understood. Likewise, 6 people and 7 people did not understand the aim of the driving school program. In fact, how can a program be implemented well if the rationale and objectives of the program are not well understood. At the input stage, based on survey data analysis, the three components used as indicators in this research are school motivation, commitment to implementing school digitalization in the Good category. In evaluating input components of facilities and infrastructure, namely. chromebook, internet and other facilities (electricity), fulfilled 100%. As a result of tracing the process stages, it is known that information regarding the operational components of the mechanism, activity schedule and related parties is in the Good category. Based on the results of research conducted at the production stage, information was obtained that from 17 informants consisting of school principals, 8 teachers and 8 students for general evaluation, namely context, input, process and product, if calculated, the average score was 66. 02% in the Good category.

Abstract

Cohesion and coherence are aspects of writing that aim to improve the quality of writing. However, maintaining cohesion and coherence in a text is a challenge for some students, especially those who learn English as a foreign language (EFL). As a nonverbal communication medium, a text's coherence and cohesiveness are crucial in determining how well readers will understand the message contained in it. This study aims to find out the types of cohesive devices used by the students, and the percentage of cohesive and coherent recount texts of the students. The participants in this study were 20 students of class B in semester 5 of the English education study program. The type of research used is qualitative research. Based on the initial observation of English Department students, this study found that students were able to maintain cohesion and coherence components in their recount texts. The results showed that the students' recount texts reached a good level of application of cohesion and coherence components. This is shown by the students' average score is 94%, which shows that the students utilized cohesion devices to build the coherence of their texts.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and work behavior on the service quality of the Amaris Slipi Hotel. The research method used is the Quantitative Associative method. The population in this study is 100 generation z employees of the Amaris Slipi Hotel in 2023. The sampling technique uses a sampling technique with a sample of 100 people as respondents. Data collection methods are observation and questionnaires. The data analysis methods used were validity tests, reliability tests, simple and multiple linear regression tests, correlation coefficient tests (R), determination tests (R Square), and hypothesis tests (F test and t test). The research results show that Work Motivation partially has a significant effect on Service Quality with the regression equation Y=14.37+0.726X1 and an influence contribution of 37.4%. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of t_count > t_table or (6.018 > 1.985). Work Behavior partially has a significant effect on Service Quality with the regression equation Y=14.981 + 0.43 Work Motivation and Work Behavior simultaneously have a significant effect on Service Quality with the regression equation Y = 10.260 + 0.617X1 + 0.226X2 and an influence contribution of 41.1%, the hypothesis test obtained a value of F_count > F_tabel or (33.878 > 3.091)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the average difference in learning outcomes for Cartesian Coordinate material taught using the Numbered Headt Together (NHT) type cooperative learning model above the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) score 0f 75. The population in this study was all students in class VIII of SMP Negeri 3 Motoling Timur consists of 2 classes with a total 60 students with a sample selected from 1 class, namely class VIII, totaling 30 students. The learning tools user are RPP and LKPD. The data obtained were the results of the Posttest of experimental class students with average 0f 88,26 and a standard devitation of 7,87. The data normaliry test is fulfilled, namely Lcount = 0,115 < Ltable = 2,045 where the data is normally distributed. The result of data analysis with a real level of 0,05 abtained tcount = 9,22 > ttable = 2,045 so that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. It was concluded that the average student learning outcomes in Cartesian Coordinate material taught using NHT type learning exceeded the Minimum Learning Completeness determined by the school namely 75.

Abstract

This research is about the improvement of short story writing skills with the Discovery Learning learning model on class XI students of SMAN 1 Pangkajene, the purpose of this study aims to describe the process of writing short stories of class XI students of SMAN 1 Pangkajene with the Discovery Learning learning model and aims to analyze the results of the improvement of writing short stories with the Discovery Learning learning model on class XI students of SMAN 1 Pangkajene, researchers use action research methods based (Classroom Action Research), data collection techniques used observation sheets, interviews, text and documentation. In this study it can be concluded that the improvement of the Discovery Learning model on the ability to write short stories of students has increased. It can be seen from the results of cycle II learning observations that students become more enthusiastic, active in learning, and able to develop ideas into a short story. In cycle II student learning outcomes reached the KKM as many as 29 people or 93.55%.

Abstract

The millennial generation is a modern generation living at the turn of the millennium. Simultaneously, in this era digital technology is starting to penetrate all aspects of life. The millennial generation or what is also called generation Y was born around 1980 to 2000. This research aims to determine the influence of marketing strategies and the use of social media on customer satisfaction and buying interest as intervening variables in the millennial generation in Marindal II. This research uses quantitative methods, the sample of this research is 100 respondents, the results of this research are based on the t or partial test which states that there is no significant influence between marketing strategies on customer satisfaction. There is a significant influence between the use of social media on customer satisfaction. There is no significant influence. Between Purchase Interest and Customer Satisfaction, there is a significant influence between the Marketing Strategy variable on Purchase Interest. There is a significant influence between the Marketing Strategy variable on Customer Satisfaction which is mediated by Purchase Interest. There is no significant influence between the use of Social Media and mediated Customer Satisfaction. By Purchase Interest.

Abstract

Implementation of waste management policies is a very important stage in the overall policy structure because through this procedure the overall policy process can be monitored for the level of success or lack of achievement of objectives. Policy implementation can be interpreted as the implementation of activities/activities referring to the guidelines that have been prepared so that the activities/activities that have been implemented can have an impact/consequences on society and can contribute to overcoming the problems that are the target of the program. Waste management must be carried out comprehensively so that it can provide economic benefits and environmental cleanliness. With the increasingly complicated waste problem, of course the government is required to overcome this waste problem. Currently, the government has created many programs to overcome waste problems in various corners. One of them is a waste management program. The concept of Zero Waste-Based waste management means treating waste to a zero or no leftover condition. By implementing the Zero Waste concept, the environment will truly be protected from the accumulation of waste, both organic and inorganic waste, so that more severe environmental damage can be avoided.

Abstract

Strategic decision making is always related to the development of an organization's vision, mission, goals and program policies. The use of this SWOT analysis is expected to be able to see how much influence it has on improving the quality of education in schools. The research method in this research is literature review research. The data obtained is collected, analyzed and concluded to obtain conclusions regarding the literature study. SWOT analysis is strengthened by internal environmental analysis (ALI) and external environmental analysis (ALE). Strength factors in educational institutions are special competencies or other advantages that result in added value or comparative advantage of the educational institution. This can be seen if an educational institution must have skills that can be distributed to students, the best graduates/reliable results, as well as other advantages that make it superior to competitors and can satisfy stakeholders and customers (students, parents, society and nation).

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze (1) the effect of students' perceptions of teachers' TPACK mastery on Economics learning satisfaction at SMAN 2 Sukoharjo, (2) the effect of the effectiveness of online learning on Economics study satisfaction at SMAN 2 Sukoharjo, (3) the effect of student perceptions of teacher TPACK mastery and the effectiveness of online learning on Economics study satisfaction at SMAN 2 Sukoharjo. This research is a quantitative study with a population of 144 students in class XI IPS 1, XI IPS 2, XI IPS 3, XI IPS 4. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling. Collecting data using a questionnaire or questionnaire and analysis of the data used is descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis testing (multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a positive and significant influence among students' perceptions of teacher TPACK mastery on Economics learning satisfaction at SMAN 2 Sukoharjo. (2) there is a positive and significant influence between the effectiveness of online learning on the satisfaction of studying Economics at SMAN 2 Sukoharjo. (3) there is a positive and significant influence between students' perceptions of teacher TPACK mastery and the effectiveness of online learning on Economics learning satisfaction at SMAN 2 Sukoharjo..
