Abstract

This research is motivated by many students who get scores below the Minimum Completeness Criteria, this is based on the results of even semester scores of SMP Negeri 33 Kerinci students in grades VIII and IX, namely many students who get unfinished criteria. Some students cannot understand the material provided by the teacher. In learning and teaching activities there are students who skip classes during class hours, make noise that makes other students less concentrated and students who disturb friends and leave during teaching and learning activities. The purpose of this study is to describe learning guidance, describe learning achievement and describe the relationship between learning guidance and student learning achievement and its implications in BK at SMP Negeri 33 Kerinci. This research is quantitative research and this type of research is descriptive correlational research consisting of two variables, namely the variable of study guidance and learning achievement variables, where the population in this study were all students of SMP Negeri 33 Kerinci totalling 104 people. The sample in this study were VIII and IX grade students totalling 61 students. Data collection was taken from distributing questionnaires with a Likert Scale. The validity test in this study is using Product Moment Corelation and reliability test using Alpha Cronbach. Data analysis techniques in this study used normality test, linearity test and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the correlation coefficient is 0.419> 0.279 with a significance price = 0.002 (sig <0.01). From the analysis of the coefficient of determination, the results obtained are 17.56% so that emotional intelligence has an effect of 17.56% on improving learning achievement in students of SMK Negeri 2 Kerinci. It can be concluded that, there is a relationship of tutoring with student learning achievement and its implications in BK at SMP Negeri 33 Kerinci.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the potential correlation between the principal's democratic leadership style and teacher discipline. The researchers employed a quantitative research methodology characterized by a descriptive approach. The research population consisted of all teachers, and a sample of 100 teachers was randomly selected using sampling techniques. To gather data, the author employed various methodologies, including questionnaires, documentation analysis, and interviews. The data analysis was conducted utilizing quantitative methodologies and statistical instruments. The data indicates a favorable impact of the principal's democratic leadership on teacher discipline. Moreover, the partial test indicates that the t-count value is 3.5, surpassing the t-table value. Therefore, it can be inferred that the principal's democratic leadership has a substantial impact on teacher discipline. Furthermore, research findings demonstrate that school principals' inclination towards democratic leadership and teacher discipline falls within the moderate range. Hence, the democratic leadership style of the school principal has a substantial influence on the degree of teacher discipline.

Abstract

Mathematics Preneurship is one of the lectures that has great potential for application Project-based learning that is highly recommended in the MBKM, because through Mathematics Preneurship lecture, students can run a business While applying his mathematical knowledge through sharpening his business-related data analysis skills. This integrated Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model can provide opportunities for designing his own study by creating products/services that are integrated with Data analysis skills and student resilience in doing business. This research aims to develop integrated PjBL-based e-modules Data Analysis and Student Resilience in Mathematics Preneurship Lecture. It is expected that in its application, there will be an increase in thinking skills. This research is in the form of development research by applying the development model with ADDIE procedure. The data analysis technique used is Mixed Method. Implementation of learning with projects on Mathematics Preneurship lecture as a form of learning innovation. This learning innovation will be presented in the form of projects for the achievement of graduate learning outcomes, Student resilience, knowing the results of conceptual feasibility, lecturer assessment, and student response. Implementation of learning-based The project in the Mathpreneurship lecture gives hope that business, industry and service innovation can presented by students in order to create jobs. Abstract

Infrastructure is a base facility to support the implementation of learning. The objectives of the study were 1) describe the feasibility of the sewing practice laboratory at Smk Dharma Wanita Gresik, 2) describe student learning outcomes on basic sewing techniques at Smk Dharma Wanita Gresik, 3) describe the influence of infrastructure on student learning outcomes on basic sewing techniques at Smk Dharma Wanita Gresik. Using a quantitative approach, the research was carried out in class X fashion with a total of 12 students. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and performance tests. Data analysis techniques use simple regression analysis. The results of the study 1) school infrastructure facilities on the Linkert scale have an interval value of 50% in the category of not feasible 2) student learning outcomes on basic sewing techniques are shown with a percentage of 41.7% incomplete and 58.3% complete 3) t-count calculations of 5,186 > 2,179 t-tables with a significance level of 0.05. School infrastructure has a significant influence on the learning outcomes of basic sewing techniques in class X of SMK Dharma Wanita Gresik.

Abstract

The aims of this research is to know the students’ and lecturer’s problems in Writing skill. This research is a qualitative research. This research used questionnaires and interview as instrument. The sample of this research is students in first semester in one of University in Lampung. The questionnaires and interview were recorded and transcribed. The researcher analyzed the result of questionnaires and interview and explain the result in descriptive way. Based on the data, there were three factors that making students’ problems in writing skill namely; lack of knowledge (27%), lack of vocabularies (32%) and lack of grammar (41%). In the other hand there were three factors in lecturer’s perception such as less of facilities (29%), less of respond of students (33%), and less of teaching style (38%). These factors were caused the result of writing skill in the end of subject.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the difficulty of tourists getting tour packages that can be accessed online at tourist attractions in Kerinci Regency. These criticisms and suggestions show how enthusiastic tourism service users are in searching for information about a tourist attraction after visiting several tourist attractions in Kerinci Regency, which may be caused by the perpetrator's lack of effort in providing information manually. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of marketing strategies and tour packages on purchasing decisions. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive and quantitative. The sample in this study was 100 people who had visited one of the tourist attractions in Kerinci Regency. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results of statistical testing show that the digital marketing strategy variable has a positive effect on purchasing decisions (hypothesis 1 is accepted), the travel package variable has a positive effect on purchasing decisions (hypothesis 2 is accepted), the digital marketing strategy variable and tour packages together have a positive effect on decisions purchase (hypothesis 3 is accepted)

Abstract

Landregistration according to government regulation Number 24 of 1l997 is one of the important aspects of the important regulations in and ownership and use regulations in Indonesia. This regulation incudes various rules and procedures that must be followed by land owners or interested parties in managing land. This and registration aims to crealte legal certainty and transparency in and ownership, as well as encourage investment and sustainalble development. Land registraltion alccording to government regulation Number 24 of 1997 is a very important step in managing land in Indonesia, which has significant implications for the body that confirms land ownership rights, protects the rights of the parties invoved, and encourlges sustainalble development in this country. Abstract

With the increasing number of cyber-attacks and data breaches, individuals and organizations must be proactive in protecting their sensitive personal data and information. Personal data security is a critical concern as individuals and organizations face increasing threats from cyber-attacks. One effective way to evaluate and improve personal data security is through the use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This paper presents a study that utilizes AHP to analyze the level of cyber awareness among individuals and the effect it has on the security of their personal data. A survey was conducted to gather data from a sample group of individuals, and the results were analyzed using AHP. The results of the study showed that there is a positive correlation between an individual's level of cyber awareness and the security of their personal data. The study also identified areas where individuals can improve their cyber awareness and, in turn, increase the security of their personal data. This research contributes to the field of personal data security by providing a practical and effective method for evaluating and improving an individual's cyber awareness.

Abstract

This study aimed to look into the teaching and learning strategies used by three participant classes, especially lecturers’ level of interaction with students which was observed through classroom observations. This also aimed to discover whether classroom interaction are effective in facilitating students learning. During the course of this study, the researcher observed three lessons of three different English for Specific Purpose classes, recorded them on video and transcribed, and analysed them using Walsh’s Self Evaluation Teacher Talk (SETT) framework. The researcher found out that classroom interaction fell into three categories: pre, side, and insertion sequences. Unfortunately, these sequences of interaction went not smooth in some sections. In addition, the interactional features in the classroom played an important role in ensuring that the interaction ran smoothly. Moreover, the data revealed 12 interactional features were found, they were scaffolding, direct repair, content feedback, extended wait time, referential question, display question, seeking clarification, confirmation check, extended learner’s turn, teacher echo, extended teacher’s turn, and form-focused feedback. As the result, the dynamic interaction in classroom could shape overall discourse which attempted to maintain the effective language use. Moreover teacher talk significances in fostering an optimal learning environment for students in ESP classes.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the work environment and academic supervision of madrasah heads simultaneously have on teacher performance. This research uses a quantitative experimental method in the form of ex-post facto. The population and sample used a total sampling technique, namely all teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya with all respondents totaling 96 teachers. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire and to complete the questionnaire data, researchers also carry out observations, documentation and interviews. The data analysis technique in this research uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show: The work environment and academic supervision of madrasah principals have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, this is evidenced by the linear equation Y = 18.078 + 0.488+ 1.267 and F count 137.422, with P-value or Sig 0.000 <0.05, thus is accepted and is rejected. With the coefficient of determination, the value of Adjusted R Square is 74.2%, which means that there is an influence of X1, X2 → Y of 74.2%. So it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous influence of the work environment and academic supervision of madrasah heads on teacher performance.
