Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of regular exercise with the speed play method in increasing cardiorespiratory capacity and blood hematocrit levels in Pinisi basketball athletes. The research method used was the one-group pre-posttest design experiment. The instruments used in this study were the Multistage Test (MFT) for cardiorespiratory and hct meter to measure blood hematocrit levels. The results of this study found that the percentage of blood hematocrit after the intervention of the speed play training method for the Pinisi basketball athletes was 44.94% higher than the average hematocrit level before being given the speed play training method for the Pinisi basketball athletes, which was 41.64%. There was a change with an average value of 3.3% in per 100 mg of blood, meanwhile the average cardiorespiratory capacity after the implementation of the speed play training program in Pinisi basketball athletes was 43.49 ml/kg/minute, which means an increase from the average capacity cardiorespiratory training before being given speed play training in phinisi basketball athletes of 40.95 ml/kg/minute experienced an average change of 2.54 ml/kg/minute.

Abstract

As the less from disciples of participate study that begin from problem that background for this research. The purpose of the act class is research what if apply cooperative model from type of Teamn Games Tournament (TGT) that could increase teh Interactive stude from disciples. This research that used descriptive kuantitative method with collecting result from observatio, kuesioner and documentary. The result from research show that score average for whole of indicator that take from disciples beside siklus 1 is 74,7 with passive criteria that 3 people, and the active criteria most active is 14 people. The persentage that reach from first siclus is 72,5 ℅. For applying from the second siclus, that reach from the disciples with the active of criteria that 13 people, and the most active that 21 people. Average score that reach for all disciples that 82,7%. For the active percentage study as the indicator is 87,9℅. From. The observation result and kuetioner that done, the learning with TGT Model for increase the stude active for this research, that reach increasing with amount of the active of disciples and most active for Siclus 1 for Siclus from 31 people become 34 people.

Abstract

Motivasi siswa merupakan faktor kunci dalam menentukan derajat prestasi belajarnya. Salah satu unsur yang mempengaruhi peningkatan hasil belajar dan efektifitas pembelajaran adalah motivasi. Penelitian yang mengambil sampel sebanyak 11 orang ini dilakukan dalam tiga siklus dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian tindakan konseling. Hal ini terlihat dari peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa di setiap siklusnya (siklus I menunjukkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 39,66%, sedangkan temuan pengukuran menunjukkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 39,82%), strategi pembelajaran berbasis proyek jelas bermanfaat bagi semangat belajar siswa. . Kesimpulan ini merupakan hasil dari seluruh analisis dan perdebatan yang telah dilakukan. Gairah belajar siswa meningkat pada siklus II, dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 60,23%, sedangkan partisipasi siswa meningkat sebesar 54,41%, sesuai hasil evaluasi. Sedangkan rata-rata skor motivasi belajar siswa pada siklus III sebesar 85,38%, terjadi peningkatan partisipasi siswa dengan skor rata-rata sebesar 82,11%.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the learning methods used by teachers to increase interest in learning. This study uses a qualitative method. The findings of this research are the learning methods used by teachers to increase students' varied interest in learning. Variations in methods include lecture, discussion, question and answer, assignment, demonstration, example, advice, reward and punishment, and learning outside the classroom. It is hoped that this varied learning method can increase students' interest in learning.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of big book media on the beginning reading abilities of class II students at UPTD SD NEGERI 122358 Pematang Siantar. This research uses quantitative research, a pre-experimental design method using the one group Pretest-Posttest type. The sample in this study was all class II UPTD students at SD Negeri 122358 Pematangsiantar, totaling 24 students. The instruments used in this research were documentation and questionnaires. The technique used in this research is the Normality test and Hypothesis Test (t-test). The results of this research show tcount = 8.735 and ttable= 2.069. From these results it can be seen that tcount>ttable is (8.735>2.069). This means that Ha is accepted, so a decision can be drawn that there is a significant influence of Big Book media on the beginning reading ability of class II UPTD students at SD Negeri 122358 Pematangsiantar.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to provide an understanding of the current state of education, with a focus on quality education, equity and equality. Information was obtained from respondents using surveys and questionnaires. The research results show that although public access to education has increased, there has been a decline in academic achievement, this shows the importance of quality in the formulation of education policies. Even though there are still disparities in the quality of education based on socio-economic background, there has been an increase in equal distribution of opportunities to obtain education. To ensure educational equality, it is suggested that it is necessary to increase literacy and expand access to information. The government must also ensure that every child has fair access to the best education, and requires a more comprehensive and long-term education policy.

Abstract

The quality of teaching and learning is a primary concern in the global higher education system, including in Indonesia This article highlights the efforts of Islamic religious higher education institutions in ensuring their quality meets established standards Quality assurance in education, as mandated by existing regulations, involves integrated efforts from various parties to enhance the nation's intelligence through education. However, improving the quality of higher education in Indonesia is still a challenge, especially in terms of accreditation results that show most universities are in criteria B and C. This article also discusses strategies and factors that encourage the improvement of higher education quality, focusing on strategies implemented by the Directorate of Islamic Higher Education. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of content and descriptive analysis support propositions and ideas in improving the quality of higher education in Indonesia. The strategies discussed include accreditation assistance and training in the preparation of internal quality assurance documents, as well as the importance of developing strategic plans and renop documents together. Effective implementation of the Renop relies on the clarity and accuracy of the Renstra, emphasizing the importance of both being developed on an ongoing basis. Through coordinated cooperation and internal efforts, it is hoped that universities can continue to improve their quality to support the development of quality education in Indonesia.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low level of student creativity in learning Pancasila Education in elementary schools. The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of Mind Mapping and Guide Note Taking methods supported by Canva on the creativity of fourth grade students. The research used a type of quasi-experimental research with a nonequivalent control group design. Data were collected using questionnaire technique with 47 students as respondents. The results showed that experimental group 1 had an average pretest score of 62.63 and a posttest score of 70.79; experimental group 2 had an average pretest score of 60.52 and a posttest score of 67.78. Hypothesis testing resulted in a Sig.2 value of 0.034 for both groups. The one-way test indicated that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted with a significance value of 0.034 divided by 2, resulting in a value of 0.017, which is smaller than 0.05. This indicates that Mind Mapping is better than Guide Note Taking with the help of Canva in improving the creativity of fourth grade students in Pancasila Education.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of the ability to understand mathematical concepts. This is because mathematical concepts are related to one another so that learning them must be continuous and continuous. But in reality there are still many students who cannot understand the learning concept as a whole. One of the efforts and solutions to overcome this is that there must be an update in the learning model, the Learning Model which is expected to improve students' understanding of mathematical concepts is the scramble type cooperative learning model. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of scramble type cooperative learning model on students' understanding of mathematical concepts. This type of research is a experimental research. The population in this study were all seventh grade students at one of the junior high schools in Kerinci. The sample consisted of two classes selected by probability sampling. The instrument used was a test of mathematical concept understanding ability. Data analysis using Independent t-test. Based on data analysis, it was found that there was an effect of scramble type cooperative learning model on students' mathematical concept understanding ability with the average value of the experimental class of 88.03 and the control class of 78.10.

Abstract

The management of education is an effort related to educational activities in which the process influences and motivates student creativity using tools, methods, media, facilities, and infrastructure needed to hold the educational activities. This research aims to describe the management of education and training in SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. The researcher used a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative approach. The researcher observed and interacted directly with the headmaster and teachers through interviews, observation, and documentation. In testing the validity, he used the triangulation technique. The data obtained were then analyzed by conducting data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The research results showed that the administration, management planning of education in SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta, and national standard of education became the guidance of management administration in the school. The training was given to educational staff following the needs observed by the headmaster and vice headmaster of the curriculum by inviting experts and giving challenges to the teachers going to participate in the training. The headmaster gave rewards to the teachers who had finished their research. The participation of the teachers in the training was great because it was related to the level of career that the educators would have so that they became participative in developing potential. The enhancement of the quality of the educational staff in SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta was with various trainings and programs covering MGMP, workshops, double expertise program, and other supervision program development. By participating in the training, the educational staff of SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta can develop their potential or skills starting from pedagogy competence, professional competence, and personality competence.
