Abstract

Thesymbols of Islam in Aceh are very well preserved as seen in the daily life of the Acehnese people. The maintenance of religious symbols is said to be good and within certain limits believed to be a form of religious practice. This research is expected to achieve the goal of revealing the characteristics and cultural elements in Tafsir Pase, as well as analyzing the contextualization of the interpretation of Tafsir Pase with phenomena that are happening in society. This research was conducted using a qualitative research model, which is research that is general and does not have a certain pattern. The characteristics of Tafsir Pase include the struggle between Islam and local culture in Aceh which is carried out through the translation of the Qur'an into regional languages. Contextualization of the interpretation of Tafsir Pase is seen in various socio-cultural phenomena in Aceh, for example in the meurukon tradition and the peulheuh kaoy tradition. In addition, contextualization is also seen in inter-religious interactions in Aceh.

Abstract

This background is based on the emergence of a phenomenon in middle adulthood, where individuals adjust themselves independently to life and social expectations. Usually, men and women experience their happiest years in middle adulthood, a period which is also known as a period of crisis (generativity) and generally this phase is the period when men and women reach the peak of their happiness. Finding out whether men and women experience different levels of happiness in middle adulthood is the main aim of this research. With a sample size of 2,300 people, this research used comparative quantitative methodology. Because the study topic or data source is very broad, cluster sampling is used, namely the sample determination method. Therefore, certain population areas are used as the basis for sampling. The sample taken was 100 respondents, namely, 50 middle-aged men and 50 middle-aged women who were the samples for this study. Therefore, the level of happiness in middle adulthood does not differ significantly between men and women.

Abstract

Performance can be known and measured if an individual or group of employees or employees have criteria or benchmark success standards set by the organization. Performance can also be said to be the product of doing something related to a job, position or role in an organization with a maximum sense of responsibility, dedication and loyalty. The performance referred to in this research is all the power and efforts made by employees in providing administrative services to the community. This expected performance is reflected in three aspects, namely, (a) the cognitive aspect, namely the employee's understanding of the administrative service system to the community,(b) the effective aspect, namely the performance of employees in service, is the efforts made by employees to accept and create harmonious interpersonal relationships with the community, (c) the performance aspect is everything that employees do in using their physical bodies in acting so that they can provide good service. best for society

Abstract

The Audiolingual method was first introduced in 1964 by Nelson Broos. This method revolutionized language teaching by changing it from just a scientific language learning method, the result of a combination of principles and views of structural linguistics, behavioral psychology, and contrastive analysis. This research is library research. Library research is an argumentative disclosure of data sources in the form of studies. The results of this research reveal that the Audiolingual method is based on the assumption that language is, first of all, speech. Therefore, learning Arabic must begin with listening to the sounds of the language in the form of words or sentences and then pronouncing them before learning reading and writing skills. This method revolutionized language teaching by changing it from just a scientific language learning method, the result of a combination of principles and views of structural linguistics, behavioral psychology, and contrastive analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in the distribution of profits between conventional accounting and Islamic accounting at the banks listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). This study uses a qualitative descriptive analysis method in which company data used are financial statements and an explanation of the desired data in this study is the 2019 financial statements.The result showed that BCA that using convensional accounting distributed their profits to stakeholders who participate in its acquistion. Meanwhile, profit distribution of BRISyariah that using Syariah Accounting also distributes their profits to stakeholders. The difference in profit distribution between conventional accounting and syariah accounting lies in how profits are shared with customers. In conventional accounting, banks distribute profits through interest, and banks using syariah accounting distribute profits through a profit-sharing system. Additionally, one key difference is in zakat distribution; only banks using Islamic accounting allocate a portion of their profits for zakat.

Abstract

Students' problems in understanding mathematical concepts to solve word problems of the hots type became the background of this study. The purpose of this research is to determine the ability to understand mathematical concepts of students with a cognitive style in solving hot type word problems. The population used in this study were students of SMP Negeri 2 Karangawen. While for the withdrawal of samples using purposive sampling technique the sample was taken from 26 student namely 2. This study used qualitative research methods which in its implementation used observation, tests, and interviews. Data analysis is carried out interactively and takes place continuously and through 3 stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results revealed that subjects who have a reflective cognitive style have a better concept understanding ability in problem solving HOTS model questions, compared to students with impulsive cognitive style. Therefore, it is important for students to practice HOTS model problems in order to improve good concept understanding.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of education in Indonesia has experienced significant progress, especially in the field of Islamic education. The government has taken steps to develop the sector, including regulations and the National Curriculum to set national education standards in Indonesia. The National Curriculum focuses on developing skills and character that can create young people based on the PAIKEM (Active, Innovative, Creative, Effective, and Fun) approach. This research focuses on SD Negeri Dukuh 02 Mojolaban, a formal school located in Geblug, Mojolaban District, Sukoharjo Regency, Central Java Province. The methodology of this study included qualitative research, which aimed to collect data on the quality and performance of Islamic education in schools. This method includes the collection of documentation data and physical data, as well as the collection of qualitative data through interviews with school officials, academics, and teachers. Observational data collection includes observation of the school environment, student participation, student activities, learning process, and what factors need to be considered when collecting data. The implementation of the PAIKEM strategy at SD Negeri Dukuh 02 Mojolaban aims to achieve student achievement. The PAIKEM strategy focuses on creating a conducive learning environment that encourages students to excel in learning.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the extent of students' character changes towards the learning of Akidah Akhlak (Faith and Morality). The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive research method with a case study approach (Field) using observation and interview methods. Data sources consist of primary (main) and secondary (supporting) data, with the research conducted at a school located in SMA Muhammadiyah 23 East Jakarta. The data collection technique to determine the research subjects is triangulation, which involves data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. This technique is chosen to ensure data validity by comparing interview results with the research object. The research findings indicate that the planning of Akidah Akhlak teacher's learning in character formation efforts in students involves designing lesson plans involving media and also demonstrating good manners so that students can also apply them directly. The implementation of Akidah Akhlak learning with the aim of forming student character has been carried out by referring to the rules and regulations applied in every activity or learning process in each educational institution. Evaluation of Akidah Akhlak teacher's learning includes assignments and practices given by teachers, daily tests, mid-term tests, and final tests for students. The delivery of Akidah Akhlak learning in shaping student character applied by subject teachers at SMA Muhammadiyah 23 has yielded very satisfactory results, allowing students to gradually form their characters well and practice them in the school environment.

Abstract

The points of this exploration are to decide the means for executing madrasa-based administration, to decide endeavors to work on the nature of schooling through carrying out madrasa-based administration at MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo Jati Agung South Lampung. This exploration is a subjective engaging examination with a regulating religious and educational methodology. The information hotspots for this examination comprised of the top of the madrasah, head of organization, educators, and representatives or staff at MTs Hidayatul Mubtadiin Sidoharjo Jati Agung South Lampung as sources. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of human resource management (HRM) on the effectiveness of learning in vocational schools. This research uses quantitative methods with a meta-analysis approach. The data source came from an analysis of 10 national and international journals. The data collection process is through searching the google database, ProQuest and ScienceDirect. Data analysis techniques in quantitative analysis research by calculating the value of effect size with the help of the JSAP application. The results of this study concluded that human resource management has a significant influence on the effectiveness of learning in vocational schools with an effect size value of 0.814; P< 0.001. The findings have a positive impact on vocational school teachers to provide professional and competent teacher candidates in work. Vocational schools need to implement good HR practices to improve the quality of education and produce job-ready graduates.
