Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the differences in the results of students' critical thinking skills using the POE learning model and the make a match learning model; (2) determine the differences in the results of students' critical thinking skills with high learning motivation and low learning motivation; (3) determine the interaction of the influence of the use of learning models and learning motivation on students' critical thinking skills. This study is a quantitative quasi-experimental study with a population of class X students of SMA Batik 1 Surakarta. The sampling technique used cluster random sampling and obtained two samples X4 (41 students) as the experimental class and X7 (42 students) as the control class. The data collection technique used the results of the pre-test, post-test, and motivation questionnaire. The data analysis technique used Anova Two Ways. The results of the study showed (1) there were differences in the results of critical thinking skills between the application of the POE learning model assisted by interactive learning media and the make a match model; (2) There was no difference in the results of critical thinking skills between the learning motivation of high and low category students; (3) there was no influence between the learning model and learning motivation on students' critical thinking skills.

Abstract

Pencak silat is a game (skill) in defending oneself with the skill of parrying, attacking and defending oneself, either with or without weapons. Student interest in learning at SMP 2 Sruweng Kebumen regarding pencak silat learning material is lacking. This is because the Pencak Silat Martial Arts subject, in its application, always uses the lecture method every time in the learning process, this causes less development of learning abilities and individual development so that learning abilities decrease. The learning model tested in this research is the Direct Instruction learning model using Peching Pad. This research aims to find out how much influence the Direct Instruction learning model using Peching Pad has on the learning outcomes of pencak silat crescent kicks in class IX students of SMP Negeri 2 Sruweng, Kebumen Regency in 2024. This research is an experimental research with a one group pretest-posttest design. The population of this study was male students in class IX of SMP Negeri 2 Sruweng, Kebumen Regency. The sampling used was purposive sampling. Class IX A boys and is the class created the experimental class consisted of 28 students. The instrument used in this research is a test used to measure the ability of pencak silat front kick technique skills. Data analysis uses the t test. The research results are as follows, the t-test results obtained a value of tcount > ttable (13.104 > 2.05) at a significance level of 5%. So it can be concluded that there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest. If we look at the mean difference figure of 16.97, this shows that the Direct Instruction learning model using Peching Pad provides a change in the results of pencak silat sickle kicks, namely 16.97 more than before the learning was given with an increase of 26.69%. The Direct Instruction learning model using Peching Pad has an influence on learning outcomes for pencak silat sickle kicks. The conclusion from the research results is that there is a significant influence of the Direct Instruction learning model using Peching Pad on learning outcomes for sickle kicks with a percentage of 26.69%. For this reason, the Direct Instruction learning model using Peching Pad is influential and needs to be implemented so that the results of learning the Pencak Silat sickle kick are maximized. The abstract should be clear, concise, and descriptive. This abstract should provide a brief introduction to the problem, objective of paper, followed by a statement regarding the methods and a brief summary of results. The abstract should end with a comment on the significance of the results or a brief conclusion. Abstracts are written in 10pt Times New Roman, preferably not more than 200 words

Abstract

The low student learning outcomes in Mathematics subjects, especially in addition material, prompted research using a classroom action approach from July to August. This research involved all 30 class 5 B students at SDN 47 Palembang. The method used is classroom action research, with data obtained from student test results at the pre-cycle, cycle I and cycle II stages. The research results show an increase in Mathematics learning outcomes, especially addition material, through the application of concrete media such as the Chasm Board and the Number House. In the pre-cycle stage, the student completion rate was only 30%, then increased to 45% in cycle I, and reached 95% in cycle II. Based on the results of this research, it is recommended to use concrete media in learning Mathematics, especially in addition material.

Abstract

The lack of student interest in learning volleyball as well as students' different learning abilities and students' lack of activity in physical education learning carried out in the classroom and on the field means that it is necessary to apply a more effective and innovative direct instruction learning model. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an effectiveness of the Direct Instruction Learning Model Using Mini Volleyball Modifications on the Learning Outcomes of Lower Service in Volleyball Games in Class IV, V and VI Students at Ranterejo Public Elementary School, Kebumen Regency. The type of research in this research is experimental research with a quantitative descriptive approach. The design used in this research is Pre-Experimental Design (nondesigns). Before the data obtained from the field is analyzed further, it is first tested with a normality test. The results of the t-test show that the calculated t is 13,104 > 2.05 (t-table) and the probability significance value is 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that there is a significant influence from the Direct Instruction learning model using Peching Box on learning outcomes for pencak silat front kicks. in Class Students In Class IV, V and VI Students at SD Negeri Ranterejo, Kebumen Regency. In this study, the pre-test was carried out at the beginning and the post-test at the end. The treatment is given after the pre-test is carried out. Prior to the Direct Instruction Learning Model Using Mini Volleyball Modifications on the Learning Outcomes of Lower Service in Volleyball Games in Class IV, V and VI Students at Ranterejo Public Elementary School, Kebumen Regency, the average (pretest) was 63.57 and at the posttest it increased to 80 .54. It turns out that the average (pretest) after being given the Direct Instruction Learning Model Using Modified Mini Volleyball was 16.97 with an increase percentage of 26.69%. Based on the research results that have been obtained by data analysis and hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that "There is effectiveness of the Direct Instruction Learning Model Using Modified Mini Volleyball on Learning Outcomes of Lower Service in Volleyball Games in Class IV, V and VI Students at Ranterejo State Elementary School Kebumen Regency is 26.68%”. This means that the Direct Instruction Learning Model Using Mini Volleyball Modifications is effective on the Learning Outcomes of Lower Service in Volleyball Games for Class IV, V and VI Students at Ranterejo Public Elementary School, Kebumen Regency.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is how to improve mathematics learning outcomes through Differentiated Learning Using Diagnostic Tests for fourth grade students of SDN.No. 21 Bulukunyi, Takalar Regency. This study aims to improve mathematics learning outcomes by implementing Differentiated Learning Using Diagnostic Tests for Fourth Grade Students of SDN.No. 21 Bulukunyi, Takalar Regency. This type of research is classroom action research (Classroom Action Research) which consists of two cycles where each cycle is carried out twice. The research procedure includes planning, implementing actions, observation and reflection. The subjects in this study were fourth grade students of SDN.No.21 Bulukunyi, Takalar Regency in the even semester of 2024/2025, with a total of 24 students, 14 male and 10 female. Data collection was carried out using learning outcome tests and observations. The data collected were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative analysis. The results showed that the average value of students' mathematics learning outcomes in cycle I was 72.49 from the ideal score that could be achieved, namely 100, in the low category. Cycle II obtained an average value of mathematics learning outcomes of 80.62 from the ideal score that could be achieved of 100, which is in the high category. Although there are still many things that need to be fixed, during the learning process from cycle I to cycle II there was a significant change in students' positive attitudes. Student responses were also stated as positive because student learning activities in cycle I had a percentage of implementation of 83.92% (very good) and student learning activities in cycle II had a percentage of implementation of 92.85% (very good). The application of differentiated learning using diagnostic tests can increase student activity in learning, and can help students to stay focused and alert in various learning situations that are occurring so that there is an increase in the completeness of learning outcomes.

Abstract

This research appears from the condition of students of the Cosmetology Education Study Program who have several difficulties in understanding geriatric facial makeup learning through available learning media. The researcher then developed a product in the form of a learning video of Geriatric Facial Makeup with the Illusion of FaceLift with the aim of producing feasible and practical learning media to be used as a learning resource and additional reference so as to strengthen students' knowledge in learning geriatric facial makeup in the Facial Makeup Course. Media in the form of learning videos can also be accessed independently without space and time limitations. The research is prepared using the Research and Development method and developed using the 4-D development model approach which consists of 4 (four) stages, namely Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate. The development stage has gone through a validation test stage carried out by material experts through three stages and a feasibility score of 96.6% was obtained. Furthermore, the validation test conducted by media experts went through two stages with a feasibility score of 98.2%. A practicality test was also carried out with a score of 89.3% at the individual trial stage and 92.9% at the practicality test stage with a limited trial. Based on the acquisition of these scores, the product of this research, namely the Geriatric Facial Makeup learning video with the illusion of FaceLift, was declared "Very Feasible" and "Very Practical" and can be used as a learning medium for geriatric facial makeup.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the main causes of conflict occurring at PT Garuda Indonesia, the impact of these conflicts on the company's performance, and to provide strategic recommendations to prevent similar conflicts in the future. This research employs a qualitative method with a literature review approach, where data is collected through literature studies from various academic sources, articles, and company reports related to the conflicts that have occurred at PT Garuda Indonesia. The findings indicate that the conflicts at PT Garuda Indonesia are caused by weak internal oversight, conflicts of interest, and a lack of management transparency. The impact of these conflicts is reflected in decreased employee morale, a damaged corporate reputation, and dissatisfaction among management and shareholders. This research implies the importance of implementing good corporate governance and the need for stricter oversight systems to manage and prevent conflicts within the organization. The company is expected to improve relationships with all stakeholders through transparency and effective communication.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze the role of good governance in preventing corruption in PT Antam, focusing on the application of the principles of transparency, accountability, and integrity in shaping an anti-corruption organizational culture. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, this research identifies important elements of good governance, such as leadership with integrity, stakeholder participation, and an effective monitoring system. The results show that failures in the implementation of good governance principles contribute to the emergence of a corruptive culture, especially in PT Antam's Precious Metals Management and Refining. Weak transparency, accountability, and internal supervision allow abuse of authority to occur thoroughly. This study recommends improving the implementation of good governance and strengthening the supervisory system to prevent corruption in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Motivation and Social Welfare on Employee Performance at UMKM Fashion Ari Bagus Ikat in Denpasar. This study uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents who are employees of UMKM Fashion Ari Bagus Ikatan in Denpasar. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that Work Motivation T-count = 1.530 with a significance value of 0.013 had a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Social Welfare T-count = 9.488 with a significance value of 0.000 has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Simultaneously, Work Motivation and Social Welfare F-count = 86,820 with a significance value of 0.000 have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with a determination value (R²) of 78% where Employee Performance is influenced by Work Motivation and Social Welfare variables, while the remaining 22% is influenced by other variables not analyzed in this study. The results of the study stated: 1) Work Motivation has a significant positive effect on performance; 2 )Social Welfare a significant positive effect on employee performance; The implication of this research is a moderate effect Work Motivation, Social Welfare on employee performance of UMKM Ari Bagus Ikat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian research and development (R&D) yang menghasilkan instrumen tes Pendidikan Agama Katolik untuk kelas VIII mengenai materi Sakramen, yang berfokus pada Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) di Kabupaten Landak. Proses pengembangan mengikuti langkah-langkah yang dimodifikasi dari Borg and Gall, yaitu identifikasi potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, pengumpulan informasi, desain produk, validasi desain, revisi desain, uji coba, dan revisi produk. Validasi dilakukan oleh ahli bahasa dan ahli materi, di mana ahli bahasa memberikan nilai 91% (sangat baik) dan ahli media memberikan nilai 94% (sangat baik). Setelah tahap validasi, produk diuji coba di SMP Negeri 3 Banyuke Hulu. Hasil ujicoba kemudian dianalisis dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, indeks kesukaran, dan daya beda. Dari 30 soal yang diuji, ditemukan 12 soal yang valid, sedangkan sisanya perlu direvisi.
