Abstract

The development of fine motor skills in early childhood is essential, as it supports social adaptation and readiness for formal learning. This study explores efforts to improve children's fine motor skills through college activities at Raudhatul Athfal (RA) Al-Ikhlas in Siulak Kecil Village. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with primary data from direct observation of college activities and interviews with educators, and secondary data from relevant documents and archives. The findings reveal that the fine motor skills of children at RA Al-Ikhlas are relatively low, as evidenced by their difficulties in activities requiring eye-hand coordination and manual skills, such as cutting, buttoning, and holding pencils. Factors contributing to this deficiency include a lack of variety in learning media, limited teacher encouragement during activities, and infrequent play-based learning activities. The structured implementation of collage activities successfully enhanced children's fine motor skills by engaging in eye-hand coordination and manual skills, while also fostering their interest in interactive learning activities. Evaluation of these college activities provides educators with insights to improve teaching methods in the future, making the learning process more effective and optimal.

Abstract

SDN Balerejo carries out academic supervision in the independent curriculum to improve teacher performance. The aim of this research is to describe and analyze the planning, implementation, evaluation and follow-up of the principal's academic supervision in improving teacher performance in the independent curriculum at SDN Balerejo. The research method is qualitative. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and document study. Data analysis includes data collection, data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing/verification. Validity test uses triangulation techniques. The research results show that academic supervision planning is carried out cooperatively, creatively, comprehensively, flexibly and continuously. 2) implementation of academic supervision through a coaching paradigm. 3) evaluation of academic supervision is delivered in general and in accordance with supervision principles. 4) follow-up to academic supervision in the form of providing motivation, coaching and solutions. The research conclusion is that the principal's academic supervision including planning, implementation, evaluation and follow-up can improve teacher performance in the independent curriculum in the 21st century learning era at SDN Balerejo.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of optimizing digital resources and learning discipline on student achievement in blended learning. Using a quantitative method with a survey design, data were collected from 150 high school students randomly selected from a population of 500 students. The instrument, a questionnaire, was tested for validity (score > 0.70) and reliability (Cronbach’s Alpha > 0.80), ensuring a reliable measurement tool. Classical assumption tests were conducted, including normality, homogeneity, and multicollinearity tests, which indicated that the data met all prerequisites for multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis results show that optimizing digital resources significantly affects student achievement (Beta = 0.45, p < 0.001), as does learning discipline (Beta = 0.38, p < 0.001). The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.56) indicates that 56% of the variation in student achievement can be explained by these two variables. The limitations of this study include the sample size and specific context. Recommendations for future research are to expand the population scope and explore other factors, such as motivation and social support, for a more comprehensive understanding of the effectiveness of blended learning.

Abstract

As a leading implementation of education, a teacher is required to be able to design a method in the learning process that can make students become more interested, focused, enthusiastic in the learning process. On the subject of time material, there are still many students who have difficulty in mentioning the components of hours, minutes, seconds. The students' skills in reading the clockwork are still low. Here researchers conducted a classroom action study aimed at describing the improvement of clockwork reading skills in grade 1 students of SD Aisyiyah Unggul Gemolong. Researchers used a demonstration learning method that was carried out for two cycles. The subjects of this study were grade 1 students, totaling 33 students consisting of 17 male students and 16 female students. In each cycle there are several stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results showed that there was an increase in learning outcomes with demonstration learning methods on clockwork reading material. Before any corrective action. The average score of students is 66.3 with a presentation completeness of 55%. In cycle 1, the average score of students increased to 68 with the presentation of completeness to 67%. While in cycle 2, the average student score became 76.3 and the presentation completeness was 82%. This shows that the use of demonstration learning methods can improve student learning outcomes of grade 1 reading material for grade 1 SDN Ladong

Abstract

Pendidikan dasar di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan signifikan dalam memasuki era society 5.0, dimana teknologi digital dan kecerdasan buatan tidak hanya mempengaruhi ekonomi dan industri tetapi juga berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk pendidikan. Penulisan artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kondisi pendidikan dasar di Indonesia, mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi, serta mengeksplorasi potensi inovasi berbasis teknologi yang dapat diterapkan di sekolah-sekolah dasar. Penulisan artikel ini menggunakan metode systematic review yang didasarkan pada beberapa referensi berupa buku dan artikel serta publikasi ilmiah secara online. Sebagai kesimpulan dari artikel ini yaitu meskipun teknologi informasi dan komunikasi semakin diintegrasikan ke dalam pembelajaran, masih ada kendala besar, seperti ketimpangan akses terhadap teknologi, rendahnya kompetensi digital dikalangan pendidik, serta terbatasnya kurikulum yang mendukung pemikiran kritis dan kreativ yang dapat mendukung pengembangan keterampilan abad 21. Hasil kajian ini menyarankan perlunya kebijakan yang lebih komprehensif dari pemerintah untuk meningkatkan infrastruktur digital, investasi dalam infrastruktur digital, kolaborasi antara sektor publik dan swasta untuk mempercepat transformasi pendidikan dasar, memperkuat kompetensi guru, dan mengembangkan kurikulum berbasis keterampilan abad 21 yang sejalan dengan prinsip era society 5.0. Dengan upaya tersebut, diharapkan pendidikan dasar di Indonesia dapat lebih adaptif, inklusif dan relevan dalam menghadapi tantangan era digital

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Income Tax (PPh) Article 24 at PT Telkom Indonesia Tbk, one of the largest multinational companies in Indonesia. PPh Article 24 is implemented to prevent double taxation of income earned from abroad, so that companies can credit taxes paid abroad against taxes owed in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data obtained from PT Telkom Indonesia's annual report and related scientific articles. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of PPh Article 24 has a significant impact on the company's financial performance, especially on the decline in net profit due to international tax burdens. To mitigate this impact, PT Telkom utilizes the Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement (P3B) and collaborates with international tax consultants to ensure that all tax obligations can be met efficiently and in accordance with international tax provisions. This study provides important insights into effective tax strategies for multinational companies operating in multiple jurisdictions and the importance of a deep understanding of international tax policies.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the Ability to Write Popular Biography Reviews through the Problem Based Learning Model, especially for Students of the D-III Civil Engineering Study Program Class 2C Even Semester of the 2023-2024 Academic Year of the Pontianak State Polytechnic. This type of research uses the action research method with four components, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. This classroom action research lasted for 3 stages, consisting of pre-cycle, cycle I, and cycle II. The method in this study is qualitative research. The subjects in this study were 29 Students of the D-III Civil Engineering Study Program Class 2C. The data collection technique in this study was in the form of tests and questionnaires, while the supporting technique was using documentation. The process and results of the study, namely the ability to write biographical reviews through the Problem Based Learning Model, can be seen in the pre-cycle stage, students only got a low score of 63.00. Then in the first cycle stage there was an increase of 74.00. Then in the final stage or cycle two there was a significant and satisfactory increase of 81.00. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the Problem Based Learning model in writing biographical reviews has succeeded in improving students' ability to write biographical reviews.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the linguistic structure of a language, focusing on two main aspects: syntax and semantics. Syntax deals with the rules and patterns of sentence construction in a language, while semantics examines the meaning contained within the elements of the language. In this study, a descriptive method is used to thoroughly describe the relationship between sentence structure and its meaning. Data is collected through literature reviews and text analysis related to syntactic and semantic phenomena. The research results show a close relationship between syntactic structure and semantic interpretation in the process of language communication. A good understanding of these two aspects can enhance language skills and provide a more comprehensive linguistic analysis.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is to show the importance of language in everyday life. As social creatures, humans cannot live alone and definitely need the help of other people. Language facilitates easier communication between individuals. In the context of everyday life, Indonesian has a very significant role as a unifier of meaning. The differences in language and culture that exist in Indonesian society can be united through Indonesian. The method used in this research is the library method, which involves studying various sources such as journals, articles and books that are relevant to the research topic regarding the role and function of language in human life in the industrial era 4.0 and the 21st century.

Abstract

Now, people can connect with each other and with others around the world through the virtual world, in addition to using devices. Despite the current economic downturn, SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) are predicted to boost the economy. The implementation of digital technology-based marketing strategies, or digital marketing, offers potential for SMEs to grow into a significant economic force. To maximize profits, SME actors work with distribution and promotion channels based on digital platforms. Currently, almost all SMEs—including fast food companies and restaurants—use digital marketing-based promotional and distribution channels. Through the idea of empowering the people's economy, this research focuses on exploring the function of digital marketing as a marketing strategy for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). This approach is a necessary adaptation for SMEs to thrive in the era of Industry 4.0 and ultimately become superior SMEs
