Abstract

This study aims to improve the understanding of the concept of counting 1-10 in class 1.A students of UPT SPF SD Inpres Mallengkeri II through the use of interesting pictures. This study uses a classroom action research (CAR) design consisting of two cycles, namely cycle 1 and cycle 2. The subjects of this Classroom Action research were 28 students of class 1.A UPT SPF SD Inpres Mallengkeri II. The data collection technique used in this study was the Test and Observation Technique, then the data obtained from the analysis was analyzed to determine whether through interesting picture media it could improve students' understanding of the concept of counting 1-10. Based on the results of the analysis and data management carried out by researchers in cycles 1 and 2, it can be found that the results of the study showed a significant increase in students' understanding after the application of this method. In cycle 1, only 75% of students achieved completeness, while in cycle 2, students' completeness increased to 89%. The use of interesting pictures helps students visualize the concept of counting, which contributes to improving their understanding.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan kebutuhan mendasar setiap insan yang tak dapat dikesampingkan. Dengan bekal ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, orang mampu mengelola alam yang dikaruniakan Tuhan kepada manusia. Orang kristen mewajibkan setiap orang, baik laki-laki maupun perempuan untuk menuntut ilmu. Undang-Undang RI Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 Tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional Pasal 6 Ayat (2) menegaskan bahwa setiap Warga Negara bertanggung jawab terhadap keberlangsungan penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Lembaga Pendidikan Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP) adalah Lembaga Pendidikan Luar sekolah salah satunya adalah LKP, Pendidikan Luar Sekolah ini program pemerintah dari Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan sampai pada pemerintah daerah dan melalui Dinas Pendidikan tingkat Kabupaten yang sudah diprogramkan oleh NKRI tujuannya supaya pemberantasan atau mengatasi buta Aksara. dalam bidang pendidikan untuk bisa dan punya kemampuan (Ability) membaca (reading), menulis (writing), mendengar (listening), dan berbicara (speaking). Dalam dunia pendidikan, semakin tinggi level pendidikan, maka semakin banyak Bahasa Inggris dibutuhkan. Bila pada pendidikan tingkat dasar dan menengah siswa tidak terlalu dituntut untuk dapat menguasai Bahasa Inggris, namun untuk level perguruan tinggi/universitas mahasiswa diwajibkan untuk dapat menggunakan Bahasa Inggris dalam beberapa mata kuliah. Begitu juga untuk bisa memiliki buku-buku referensi berbahasa Inggris. Untuk dapat memenuhi tuntutan tersebut pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris harus dimulai dan diperkenalkan sejak tingkat pendidikan dasar dan menengah supaya dasar ini mampu membantu pelajar/mahasiswa untuk dapat melanjutkan studinya ke perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

The learning process is one of the efforts to improve students’ critical thinking skills in the field of education especially in the subject of history. Howover looking at the facts in the field the learning process in history subjects has not referrd to efforts to develop students’ critical thinking skills especially at SMKN 1 Kab. Tangerang. The purpose of thes study aims to determine whenether there is an influence of the use of the Problem Based Learning model assisted by virtual on students’ critical thinking skills in class XI at SMKN 1 Kab. Tangerang. To find answer to the stated research objectives, this study uses the Quasi Experimental activities. This study uses XI TKJ 3 as the experimental class and XI TKJ 2 as the control class. After analiyzing the research result, it was found that there was an influance of the use of the Prooblem Based Learning model helped by virtual museum on critical thinking skills in class XI Students’ at SMKN 1 Kab. Tangerang. This based on calcution of the t-test using microsoft excel. The t-count values of 6,568 is not equal to greather than the t-tabel values of 2,0402 throught a significance level of 5%, so the conclusion obtained is that there is ann influance of the Problem Based Learning model assisted by a virtual museum on critical thinking skills of class XI sudents at SMKN 1 Kab. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan strategi peningkatan nilai-nilai keislaman siswa di madrasah berbasis pondok pesantren, khususnya di MA Bustanul 'Ulum dan MA Ma’arif 8 Bangunrejo di Kabupaten Lampung Tengah Tahun 2024. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif studi multisitus, penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana perbedaan karakteristik geografis dan sosial-budaya mempengaruhi implementasi nilai-nilai keislaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MA Bustanul 'Ulum, yang berlokasi di lingkungan tradisional, mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai keislaman melalui pembiasaan dan pengajaran akhlak dalam kurikulum, ditunjang dengan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler seperti kajian kitab dan pelatihan kepemimpinan Islami. Sementara itu, MA Ma’arif 8 Bangunrejo yang berada di wilayah urban mengadopsi pendekatan lebih interaktif, dengan seminar dan diskusi tentang isu-isu keislaman kontemporer, serta pembelajaran yang berpusat pada siswa. Meskipun kedua madrasah menggunakan metode yang berbeda, keduanya berhasil mencapai tujuan yang sama dalam menginternalisasi nilai-nilai keislaman pada siswa. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti peran penting guru dan lingkungan pondok pesantren dalam proses ini, dengan MA Bustanul 'Ulum menekankan keteladanan langsung oleh guru, sementara MA Ma’arif 8 Bangunrejo lebih berfokus pada menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang mendukung refleksi dan diskusi. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga mengenai adaptasi pendidikan Islam dalam menghadapi tantangan modernitas tanpa mengorbankan nilai-nilai tradisional.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the difference in effectiveness between the Problem Based Learning (PBL) and Discovery Learning (DL) models on the mathematics practice test scores of 8th-grade students at SMP N 11 Medan during the 2024/2025 academic year. The research employs a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design. The subjects consist of two groups of students, with each group using one of the learning models. The data collected, in the form of mathematics practice test scores, were analyzed using one-way ANOVA to determine the differences in average learning outcomes between the two groups.The results show that, based on both manual calculations and SPSS software analysis, the calculated was 0.11, with the critical being at a 5% significance level. Since and the significance value was (), the null hypothesis was accepted, indicating no significant difference in the mathematics practice test scores of students taught using the PBL and DL models. The normality and homogeneity of variance tests also confirmed that the data met the assumptions of normality and homogeneity.Based on these findings, it can be concluded that both PBL and DL learning models have comparable effectiveness in improving students' learning outcomes on mathematics practice tests. The choice between these models can be made based on the needs and characteristics of the students, without concern for significant differences in learning outcomes. Other factors, such as student characteristics, the quality of instructional implementation, and the content being taught, may influence the study's results.

Abstract

This study focuses on the optimization of library management by exploring strategies and innovations necessary for achieving excellent service. With the rapid evolution of information technology and changing user needs, libraries must adapt to remain relevant and effective. A literature review method was employed to analyze recent scholarly articles, reports, and case studies related to library management. This approach facilitated the identification of best practices and theoretical frameworks pertinent to enhancing library services. The findings reveal several key strategies for optimizing library management, including user engagement, the integration of digital technologies, and ongoing staff training. Additionally, innovative practices such as community-based programs and the implementation of digital services were highlighted as vital to improving user satisfaction. The study underscores the importance of adopting a holistic approach to library management that incorporates strategic planning and innovative practices. These strategies not only enhance service quality but also promote a more responsive library environment. This literature review offers actionable recommendations for library managers, emphasizing the need for continuous adaptation and innovation to meet the evolving demands of users and ensure optimal library performance.

Abstract

Seorang guru sangat penting untuk pembelajaran, termasuk guru BK. Guru BK sangat penting untuk proses pembelajaran di berbagai jenjang pendidikan. Guru BK di sekolah bertanggung jawab untuk membantu dan membimbing dalam pertumbuhan kepribadian dan kemampuan siswa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Peran Guru BK Meningkatkan Kemampuan Problem Solving Siswa. Penulis Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kualitatif Deskiptif dengan lokasi penelitian MTsS Yati Kamang Mudik. Adapun sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer didapatkan dengan menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara sedangkan data sekunder didapatkan melalui perantara berupa catata, laporan perilaku dan dokumentasi yang terkait dengan tema penelitian informan kunci 1 informan utama 1 informan pendukung 5 orang siswa, maka jumlah informan keseluruhan adalah 7 orang. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa peran guru bk dalam meningkatkan kemampuan problem solving siswa Di MTsS Yati Kamang Mudik. Adapun peran guru bk dalam meningkatkan kemampua problem solving siswa di MTsS Yati Kamang Mudik yaitu: 1. Peningkatan dalam pemecahan masalah siswa. 2 Kemandirian siswa.3 Komunikasi Kerja sama siswa 4. Ketahanan emosional siswa.

Abstract

The aims of this research are (1) To analyze the positive and significant direct influence of school culture on the work commitment of elementary school teachers in Babul Makmur District, (2) To analyze achievement motivation moderating the influence of school culture on the work commitment of elementary school teachers in Babul Makmur District. , (3) To analyze achievement motivation moderating the influence of school culture on the work commitment of elementary school teachers in Babul Makmur sub-district. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative method, a population and sample of 53 inclusive school teachers using a probability sampling method, data collection techniques using a Likert scale questionnaire. The school culture variable has a tcount value of 4,612, where this value is greater than the ttable value. The ttable value is obtained by ttable = t (a/2; n - k -1) = t (0.05/2;51) = 2.008 with unstandardized beta coefficients of 0.385 and a significance level of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.05, so the first hypothesis is accepted. The moderating variable School Culture*Job Satisfaction has a t-value of -0.911. The value obtained is smaller than ttable. The ttable value = t(a/2; n - k -1) = t (0.025;51) = 2.008 with an unstandardized beta coefficient value of -0.021 and a significance level of 0.367 which is greater than 0.05, so the second hypothesis is rejected. This shows that job satisfaction does not moderate the influence of school culture on teacher work commitment. The moderating variable School Culture*Work Motivation has a t-value of 0.992. The value obtained is smaller than ttable. The ttable value = t(a/2; n - k -1) = t (0.025;51) = 2.008 with an unstandardized beta coefficient value of 0.022 and a significance level of 0.236 which is greater than 0.05, so the third hypothesis is also rejected. This shows that work motivation does not moderate the influence of school culture on teacher work commitment.

Abstract

In assessing a person, one can observe the character of each individual. The three major sins of education are negative issues in education that include bullying, sexual violence, and intolerance. This research uses a qualitative method through literature study. (literature review). This literature review includes a search for relevant research articles, books, research reports, and other pertinent sources. The process begins with the processing of both primary and secondary sources, which are then interpreted to draw conclusions. Based on the research findings, it was obtained that in the formation of students' character, educators play a very important role. Some of the roles of educators are: Educators serve as role models; Educators serve as motivators; Educators serve as facilitators; Educators serve as evaluators; and Educators serve as inspirators. One of the efforts to shape the character of students is to take preventive measures against the three major sins of education, such as school habituation programs, like the routine of the red and white flag ceremony, literacy activities before starting lessons, regular healthy exercise routines, and routine religious activities.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the feasibility, practicality and effectiveness of developing independent curriculum-based modules in high school biology learning. This type of research is research and development (R&D) using the ADDIE model. Data collection in the research used a questionnaire with a Likert scale which was used to assess the suitability of the module to experts and students' responses to the practicality of the module, as well as assessing the effectiveness of the module using learning outcome tests. The subjects in this research were material, language and media validators, 6 students in class X MIPA 1 for small group trials and 21 students in class X MIPA 2 for field trials. The results of data analysis show that the independent curriculum-based module in high school biology learning is feasible, practical and effective for use, as is known from the validation results by material, language, media experts and the results of student response questionnaires and student learning outcomes. Accumulated validation by material (content) validity of 98.3% and 91.6%, language validity of 95% and media (design) validity of 93.30% with very valid criteria. The average student response results from small group trials reached 90.83% and field tests reached 90.51% with very practical information, while the average learning outcomes of field trial students reached 85.31% with very effective information.
