Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Binjai with the aim of analyzing the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance.  The population was 50 employees who worked at the PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Binjai company and the sampling technique was taken using saturated samples so that the total sample used was 55 respondents. The type of data used in this research is primary data and the data source used is distributing questionnaires to respondents on a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses Smart PLS. The results of this research partially show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, partially work discipline has an effect on employee performance. The results of this research simultaneously or as a whole show that work motivation and work discipline influence employee performance. The calculation results obtained an R Square value of 0.683, which means that 68.3% of variations or changes in employee performance are influenced by work motivation and work discipline, while the remaining 31.7% is explained by other variables. Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Discipline and Employee Performance Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Binjai dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasinya adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada perusahaan PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Binjai berjumlah 50 orang dan teknik pengambilan sampel diambil dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh sehingga total sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 55 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan sumber data yang digunakan adalah menyebarkan kuesioner kepada responden dengan skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, secara parsial disiolin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian ini secara simultan atau keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai R Square sebesar 0,683 yang berarti 68,3% variasi atau perubahan kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 31,7% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain. Kata kunci: Motivasi Kerja,  Disiplin Kerja dan  Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Abstract: Performance plays an important role in healthcare services, but challenges such as lack of work motivation due to high workloads, time pressure, minimal recognition, limited career development, and lack of supervisor support can reduce motivation and impact the performance of medical recorders.The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work motivation on the performance of Medical Recorders and Health Information (PMIK) at the DPD PORMIKI DKI Jakarta.The type of research used is quantitative research employing a cross-sectional design.From a total of 2,011 PMIK members, 95 respondents were selected using the quota sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using simple linear regression tests.The results of the analysis using simple linear regression show that there is an influence between the work motivation variable and the performance variable of Medical Recorders and Health Information (PMIK) at DPD PORMIKI DKI Jakarta, with a significance value (P-value) of 0.000 (<0.05), and the obtained regression equation is Y = 9.773 + 0.389X. Keywords: Work Motivation, Performance, Medical Record and Health Information                  Officers (PMIK) Abstrak: Kinerja memiliki peran penting dalam pelayanan kesehatan, namun tantangan seperti kurangnya motivasi kerja akibat beban kerja tinggi, tekanan waktu, minimnya pengakuan, terbatasnya pengembangan karier, serta kurangnya dukungan atasan dapat menurunkan motivasi dan berdampak pada kinerja perekam medis. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Perekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan (PMIK) di DPD PORMIKI DKI Jakarta. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain cross-sectional. Dari total  2.011 anggota PMIK didapatkan 95 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik kuota sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linear sederhana. Hasil analisis dengan regresi linear sederhana, dapat dilihat bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel motivasi kerja dengan variabel kinerja Perekam Medis dan  Informasi  Kesehatan (PMIK) di DPD PORMIKI DKI Jakarta dengan nilai signifikansi P-value 0,000 (<0.05), dengan persamaan regresi yang didapatkan yaitu Y= 9.773 + 0.389X. Kata kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja, Perekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan (PMIK)

Abstract

Abstract: The implementation of Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning in RA Bunayya IV is expected to improve social skills in students. Social emotional skills include aspects of cooperation, interaction and following rules and instructions, which are important foundations for early childhood development. The study involved a quantitative method based on experiments, involving two groups: an experimental group that was implemented with PjBL and a control group that used conventional methods. The research subjects consisted of 30 early childhood children who were divided into two groups. The observation stage was continued with a questionnaire and ended with an interview conducted in collecting the required data. Data analysis was carried out using statistical techniques to measure the differences before and after the implementation of the method. The results of the study showed that the implementation of PjBL significantly improved and could provide recommendations for the implementation of this method in the early childhood education curriculum. Keyword: RA Bunayya IV, Early Childhood Education, Social Emotional  Abstrak: Penerapan pembelajaran Project Based Learning (PjBL) di RA Bunayya IV diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan sosial pada peserta didik. Kemampuan sosial emosional meliputi aspek kerja sama, interaksi dan mengikuti aturan dan instruksi, yang merupakan fondasi penting bagi perkembangan anak usia dini. Penelitian melibatkan metode kuantitatif berdasarkan eksperimen, yang melibatkan dua kelompok: kelompok eksperimen yang diterapkan dengan PjBL dan kelompok kontrol yang menggunakan metode konvensional. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 30 anak usia dini yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok. Tahapan observasi dilanjutkan kuesioner, dan diakhiri wawancara dilakukan dalam pengumpulan data yang dibutuhkan. Analisis data dilakukan dengan teknik statistik untuk mengukur perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah penerapan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PjBL secara signifikan meningkatkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi untuk implementasi metode ini dalam kurikulum pendidikan anak usia dini. Kata kunci: RA Bunayya IV, Pendiikan Anak Usia Dini, Sosial Emosional

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the role of influencers in enhancing the brand image of Kopi Kenangan on digital platforms through a case study of Angga Yunanda as Chief Tampan Officer (CTO). A qualitative case study approach was employed, including in-depth interviews, social media observation, and document analysis. The findings reveal that Angga Yunanda’s credibility and positive image, alignment of values between influencer and brand, and active interaction through creative content and storytelling effectively increase brand awareness, engagement, and consumer loyalty. Tangible impacts include significant growth in followers and social media interactions, formation of a loyal customer community, and increased Kopi Kenangan sales during the campaign. This study confirms that an appropriate influencer marketing strategy is key to building a strong and relevant brand image in the digital era and provides practical recommendations for companies to optimize influencer collaborations to achieve marketing goals. Keywords: Influencer Marketing; Brand Image; Kopi Kenangan; Social Media;  Engagement Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran influencer dalam meningkatkan brand image Kopi Kenangan di platform digital melalui studi kasus Angga Yunanda sebagai Chief Tampan Officer (CTO). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kredibilitas dan citra positif Angga Yunanda, kesesuaian nilai antara influencer dan merek, serta interaksi aktif melalui konten kreatif dan storytelling efektif meningkatkan kesadaran merek, engagement, dan loyalitas konsumen. Dampak nyata terlihat dari pertumbuhan signifikan jumlah pengikut dan interaksi di media sosial, terbentuknya komunitas pelanggan loyal, serta peningkatan penjualan Kopi Kenangan selama kampanye. Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to examine how the Asahan Children's Safe House (RAAA) assists the local government and law enforcement in protecting children in Asahan Regency from sexual violence. In-depth interviews with RAAA administrators, social services officials, police officers from the Women and Children Protection Unit (UPA), psychosocial support officers, and direct observation of RAAA services were used to collect data using qualitative and descriptive approaches. The study findings indicate that RAAA is an important integrated service center and has successfully enhanced inter-agency collaboration while offering temporary protection, legal assistance, and psychological recovery for victims. Operational budget constraints, public stigma, lengthy legal procedures, and a lack of skilled human resources are some of the challenges faced by RAAA. Other challenges include an unintegrated data management system and a lack of supporting infrastructure. In conclusion, RAAA has had a substantial positive impact, but requires better coordination with the local government and community to overcome these challenges and ensure optimal and sustainable fulfillment of the rights of child victims of sexual violence. Keyword: Asahan Children's Safe House; Sexual Violence Against Children; Local Government; Law Enforcement Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji bagaimana Rumah Aman Anak Asahan (RAAA) membantu pemerintah daerah dan penegak hukum dalam melindungi anak-anak di Kabupaten Asahan dari kekerasan seksual. Wawancara mendalam dengan pengurus RAAA, dinas sosial, petugas kepolisian dari Unit Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak (UPA), petugas pendukung psikososial, dan observasi langsung terhadap layanan RAAA digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan deskriptif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa RAAA merupakan pusat layanan terpadu yang penting dan telah berhasil meningkatkan kolaborasi antarlembaga sekaligus menawarkan perlindungan sementara, bantuan hukum, dan pemulihan psikologis bagi korban. Anggaran operasional, stigma publik, prosedur hukum yang panjang, dan kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang ahli merupakan beberapa kesulitan yang dihadapi RAAA. Tantangan lainnya meliputi sistem manajemen data yang belum terintegrasi dan kurangnya infrastruktur pendukung. Kesimpulannya, RAAA telah memberikan dampak positif yang substansial, tetapi membutuhkan koordinasi yang lebih baik dengan pemerintah daerah dan masyarakat untuk mengatasi kesulitan-kesulitan ini dan memastikan pemenuhan hak-hak anak korban kekerasan seksual yang optimal dan berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: Rumah Aman Anak Asahan; Kekerasan Seksual Terhadap Anak; Pemerintah Daerah; Penegak Hukum

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to develop an automatic system for identifying the ripeness level of mangoes using the K-Means Clustering and Median Filter methods. The background of this research is based on the agricultural industry's need for an objective ripeness assessment, as manual methods are often subjective and inefficient. The K-Means Clustering method is used to categorize mango ripeness based on skin color characteristics, while the Median Filter is applied to enhance image quality by reducing noise before clustering. This study utilizes a dataset of 120 mango images, consisting of 47 images for training and 73 images for testing. The results indicate that the combination of these two methods achieves a classification accuracy of 98%. These findings contribute to the development of digital image processing technology for applications in the agricultural and food industries. Keyword: Ripeness identification, K-Means Clustering, Median Filter, Image Processing, Mango. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem identifikasi tingkat kematangan buah mangga secara otomatis menggunakan metode K-Means Clustering dan Median Filter. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada kebutuhan industri pertanian dalam menentukan tingkat kematangan mangga secara objektif, mengingat metode manual sering kali subjektif dan kurang efisien. Metode K-Means Clustering digunakan untuk mengelompokkan tingkat kematangan mangga berdasarkan karakteristik warna kulit, sedangkan Median Filter diterapkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas citra dengan mengurangi noise sebelum dilakukan proses klasterisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan dataset sebanyak 120 citra mangga, yang terdiri dari 47 citra untuk pelatihan dan 73 citra untuk pengujian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi kedua metode ini mampu mengklasifikasikan tingkat kematangan mangga dengan akurasi sebesar 98%. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan teknologi pemrosesan citra digital untuk aplikasi dalam industri pertanian dan pangan. Kata kunci: Identifikasi kematangan, K-Means Clustering, Median Filter, Pengolahan Citra, Mangga.

Abstract

Abstract: Leave is one of the entitlements provided by companies to employees. Matters related to leave and permissions are also regulated under Law No. 13 of 2003 concerning employment. Currently, the leave application process for employees at the Ministry of Religious Affairs in Tebing Tinggi is still conducted manually. Checking remaining leave balances, submitting leave requests, and approving leave are done in a hierarchical manner and still rely on paper-based leave archives. This leave management process has several weaknesses. Employees are unable to check their remaining leave balance, and another drawback is that the leave application process is inefficient and ineffective. The purpose of this study is to address the shortcomings of the current system while simplifying and accelerating the employee leave application process. In designing this leave application, the author uses modeling tools such as flow maps. The system approach method follows an object-oriented methodology, including Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Deployment Diagrams, along with database system design and user interface design. Keyword: Application; Employee Leave; Ministry of Religious Affairs; Web Abstrak: Cuti merupakan salah satu kewajiban perusahaan yang diberikan kepada karyawan. Hal mengenai perizinan dan cuti tersebut juga telah diatur dalam Undang-Undang No. 13 tahun 2003 tentang ketenagakerjaan. Proses aplikasi pengajuan cuti karyawan Kementerian Agama Tebing Tinggi saat ini masih dilakukan secara manual, pengecekan sisa cuti, pengajuan cuti dan persetujuan cuti dilakukan secara berjenjang dan masih mengandalkan arsip cuti berupa kertas. Proses pengelolaan cuti tersebut memiliki beberapa kelemahan. Pegawai tidak bisa mengetahui sisa hak cuti pribadi dan kelemahan yang lain adalah proses pengajuan cuti kurang efektif dan efisien. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk memperbaiki kekurangan yang ada pada sistem yang berjalan saat ini serta mempermudah dan mempercepat proses pengajuan cuti karyawan. Pada perancangan aplikasi cuti ini penulis menggunakan alat pemodelan berupa flow map, metode pendekatan sistem menggunakan metode berorientasi objek yaitu Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Class Diagram dan Deployment Diagram, rancangan sistem basis data dan rancangan antarmuka pengguna. Kata kunci: Aplikasi; Cuti Pegawai; Kementerian Agama; Web

Abstract

Abstract: Language style is a way of speaking/writing that depends on the situation of the person (or people) you are speaking or writing to. Language style refers to the selection of linguistic forms to convey social or artistic effects. In communication, people usually use formal or informal language, depending on the situation they are communicating with others. Language style also tells the listener to accept what is being said, whether it is serious, ironic, funny, or otherwise (Saputri et al., 2022). According to (Joos Theory Author et al., 2023) in (Joos in Chaer and Agustina (1995: 92)) divides variety of language into five styles, they are; frozen style, formal style, consultative style, casual style, and intimate style. This study investigates how the role of language style in TikTok live streaming in selling products on the platform with qualitative methods. Qualitative is used to describe and analyse the phenomena that usually occur in daily activities and does not deal with numbers as a data (Saputri et al., 2022). In collecting data, videos were taken from three tiktok accounts, namely the Elformula Official, Nalalacollection, and FJ.bottle accounts with a duration of 10 minutes each. language style plays a critical role in the success of live-streaming sales on TikTok by fostering effective communication and engaging interaction between sellers and consumers. The casual and intimate language styles dominate this environment, creating a friendly and relatable atmosphere that appeals to TikTok's diverse audience. Sellers use dynamic, easy-to-understand, and personalized language to build trust and establish a connection with their viewers, enhancing customer engagement and loyalty. Keywords: Language style; Semantics; Social Media; Tiktok.

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the practice of ordering and selling illegal vehicle license plates in Beringin Village, Deli Serdang Regency, using the Sadd Adz-Dzariah approach in Islamic law. Such activities harm state finances by reducing potential tax revenues and contributing to increased criminal acts. Although these transactions meet the legal requirements of a sale in Islamic jurisprudence, they involve a high degree of harm (mafsadah). According to the Sadd Adz-Dzariah principle, actions that are originally permissible can become prohibited if they are likely to cause damage. Therefore, despite providing economic benefits for sellers, the sale of illegal license plates is deemed impermissible due to the greater harm it causes compared to its benefits. Keywords: Sadd Adz-Dzariah, Illegal License Plates, Islamic Law, Muamalah                 Jurisprudence, State Finances, Buying And Selling, Harmful Impacts Abstrak: Penelitian ini membahas praktik pemesanan dan penjualan plat nomor kendaraan ilegal yang terjadi di Desa Beringin, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, dengan menggunakan pendekatan Sadd Adz-Dzariah dalam hukum Islam. Aktivitas ini dipandang merugikan keuangan negara karena menghilangkan potensi penerimaan pajak kendaraan serta berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan tindak kriminalitas. Meskipun dari segi jual beli, transaksi ini memenuhi rukun dan syarat sah menurut fiqih, praktiknya mengandung unsur kemafsadatan yang tinggi. Dalam prinsip Sadd Adz-Dzariah, tindakan yang semula mubah bisa menjadi haram bila berpotensi menimbulkan kerusakan. Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of interpersonal communication on work effectiveness through teamwork at PT Airfast Indonesia. This research adopts a positivism paradigm because it focuses on objective measurements and testing clearly defined hypotheses through a quantitative approach. In this research, the population is all employees of PT Airfast Indonesia who are placed at the head office and in the company's operational areas, totaling 347 employees. The sample in this study using the Slovin formula was 186 respondents who were employees at the head office and in the operational areas of PT Airfast Indonesia. The results of the hypothesis test show that the effect of interpersonal communication on teamwork has a coefficient value of 0.860, so it can be seen that interpersonal communication has an effect on teamwork among PT Airfast Indonesia employees. The effect of teamwork on work effectiveness has a coefficient value of 0.622, it is stated that teamwork has a positive and significant effect on work effectiveness. The existence of a positive and significant influence on interpersonal communication relationships on work effectiveness through teamwork is based on the results of indirect hypothesis testing which shows a coefficient value of 0.535, so that teamwork partially mediates interpersonal communication relationships on work effectiveness because the direct and indirect influence is significant. Based on the results of research conducted regarding the influence of interpersonal communication on teamwork and its impact on work effectiveness at PT Airfast Indonesia, it was concluded that: (1) Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant influence on teamwork; (2) Teamwork has a positive and significant influence on work effectiveness; (3) Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant influence on work effectiveness through teamwork. Keyword: Work Effectiveness, Teamwork, Interpersonal Communication. Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap efektivitas kerja melalui kerjasama tim pada PT Airfast Indonesia. Penelitian ini mengadopsi paradigma positivisme karena berfokus pada pengukuran objektif dan pengujian hipotesis yang terdefinisi secara jelas melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh karyawan PT Airfast Indonesia yang ditempatkan di kantor pusat dan di wilayah operasional perusahaan yang berjumlah 347 karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus Slovin adalah 186 responden yang merupakan karyawan di kantor pusat dan di wilayah operasional PT Airfast Indonesia. Hasil dari uji hipotesis menunjukkan pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kerjasama tim memiliki nilai koefisien sebesar 0,860, sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh terhadap kerjasama tim pada karyawan PT Airfast Indonesia. Pengaruh kerjasama tim terhadap efektivitas kerja memiliki nilai koefisien sebesar 0,622, dinyatakan bahwa kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja. Adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap hubungan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap efektivitas kerja melalui kerjasama tim didasari dari hasil pengujian hipotesis tidak langsung yang menunjukkan nilai koefisien sebesar 0,535, sehingga kerjasama tim secara parsial memediasi hubungan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap efektivitas kerja karena pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsungnya signifikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan mengenai pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap kerjasama tim serta dampaknya terhadap efektivitas kerja di PT Airfast Indonesia, didapat kesimpulan bahwa: (1)Komunikasi interpersonal memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kerjasama tim; (2)Kerjasama tim memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja; (3)Komunikasi interpersonal memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja melalui kerjasama tim. Kata kunci: Efektifitas Kerja, Kerjasama Tim, Komunikasi Interpersonal.
