Abstract

Abstract: Articles 310–316 of the Criminal Code address the offense of defamation of reputation, with the goal of safeguarding individuals' honor and dignity. The standards for what is considered damage to one's reputation require reevaluation with regard to numerous aspects. The public's hazy understanding of defamation further highlights the importance of having precise legal guidance. Reviewing pertinent statutes and court records is an integral part of the normative law research methodology. The ruling by the Constitutional Court in Decision No. 78/PUU-XXI/2023 states that the defamation Criminal Code Article 310 Paragraph 1 is deemed "conditionally unconstitutional" due to its incompatibility with the principles outlined in the 1945 Constitution. That is why Law No. 1 of 2023 will amend Article 310 of the Criminal Code to Article 433 in order to close the gap, make discrimination less likely, and avoid ambiguity in its application. Legal action cannot be pursued without an official report from the party who feels wronged by the action, as stated in Article 310 of the Criminal Code (KUHP) and Decision No. 78/PUU-2023 of the Constitutional Court, as well as Article 433 of Regulation No. 1 Year 2023. So, when it comes to defamation charges, law enforcement needs to be extra careful and not make hasty decisions without taking everything into account.Keywords: Policy, Criminal Law, Defamation.

Abstract

Dalam perencanaan struktur pembanguan puskesmas dengan fasilitas ramah lingkungan yang terletak di kelurahan talang kelapa Palembang, bertujuan untuk menciptakan fasilitas kesehatan yang kokoh, aman, fungsional, dan selaras dengan kebutuhan masyarakat. Sebagai upaya untuk memastikan bahwa bangunan atau infrastruktur yang dirancang dapat menahan beban dan tekanan yang akan diterima selama masa pakainya, merancang tatanan ruang luar dan ruang dalam bangunan Pusat Kesehatan Masyarakat (Puskesmas) yang mampu menyelenggarakan upaya pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat dengan baik dengan pendekatan arsitektur ramah lingkungan, serta untuk mengestimasi dan mengelola biaya proyek secara efektif. Pemilihan material konstruksi yang efisien dan ramah lingkungan guna mendukung keberlanjutan proyek. Perencanaan yang matang dan terintegrasi sangat penting diperlukan untuk memastikan bahwa pembangunan puskesmas dapat memenuhi standar pelayanan kesehatan yang baik sekaligus menjaga kelestarian lingkungan. Adapun penelitian ini mencakup efesiensi energi, pengelolaan air, penggunaan material ramah lingkunan, serta menciptakan lingkungan sehat bagi pengguna. Dengan pendekatan perencanaan yang komprehensif, struktur Puskesmas diharapkan memenuhi standar keselamatan, kenyamanan, serta memberikan aksesibilitas yang baik bagi pasien dan tenaga medis. Data yang digunakan meliputi peta dari badan perencanaan pembangunan daerah (Bapeda) adapun variabel yang telah diperoleh melalui studi literatur, analisis kebutuhan masyarakat, dan kajian dokumen proyek. Penerapan material ramah lingkungan juga terbukti dapat meningkatkan efisiensi biaya konstruksi jangka panjang dan dapat memberikan dampak positif terhadap kesehatan masyarakat. Rencana ini dapat dijadikan acuan dalam membangun fasilitas kesehatan yang efisien dan berkelanjutan.Kata Kunci: Perencanaan struktur, puskesmas, fasilitas, ramah lingkungan

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze the legal accountability of Corporate guarantees in investment financing agreements, especially when the debtor defaults. The Corporate guarantee, as a form of company-backed security, plays an important role in providing protection to creditors against the risk of the debtor’s inability to fulfill obligations. The main issue in this study is how legal protection is provided for the Corporate guarantee and the creditor in bearing risks when the debtor defaults. This research employs a normative approach based on legislation related to Corporate guarantees. Secondary legal sources used in this study include laws and regulations, scholarly journals, books, and other legal products relevant to the issue, along with an analysis of policies and legal rules directly related to the researched matter. This approach aims to provide a strong legal basis for resolving related issues. The research findings indicate that the accountability of Corporate guarantees still requires stricter regulations in cases of debtor default, and legal protections for both creditors and Corporate guarantees should be strengthened by implementing clearer and more stringent rules regarding the execution of company-backed security in the event of debtor default.Keywords: Legal Accountability. Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze how accessibility to getting jobs for kickers on stability in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The problem is focused on the actors implementing the policy, namely the Regional Government, Private Companies and NGOs. To approach this problem the theoretical references of Van Meter and Horn are used. The data is collected through interview techniques and documentation which are then processed using Nvivo 12 plus software and analyzed qualitatively. This study concludes that employment opportunities for persons with disabilities have not been carried out optimally due to the absence of aftercare services, namely the follow-up of assistance to persons with disabilities after participating in training and rehabilitation programs by the Regional Government. Besides, there is no law enforcement in the implementation of pro diffable (inclusion) policies to private companies. And the lack of coordination between each implementing actor in efforts to empower persons with disabilities.Keywords: Implementation, Policy, Actor Implementation, Disability

Abstract

Abstract: The demand for healthy and natural food products continues to increase in line with consumer awareness of healthier and more environmentally friendly diets. One of the innovations in the food industry is the use of soy milk as an alternative to cow's milk and the addition of natural ingredients such as grasshopper leaf extract. This study aims to examine the effect of grasshopper leaf extract substitution on the organoleptic quality of soy milk-based ice cream. We carried out substitution by varying the concentration of grasshopper leaf extract to 0%, 25%, 50%, and 75%. The parameters analyzed included color, aroma, texture, sweetness, and typical taste of grasshopper leaves through an organoleptic test involving 50 panelists. The results showed that the substitution of grasshopper leaf extract had a significant influence on the quality of the color, aroma, texture, and distinctive taste of grasshopper leaves, with a concentration of 75% producing the best quality. On color parameters, the concentration of 75% extract increased the intensity of the green color (average value 5.60). Meanwhile, texture and aroma also showed a significant increase with values of 5.25 and 5.21, respectively. Although not significant, the sweetness slightly increases at higher concentrations. The content of compounds in grasshopper leaves, such as chlorophyll, flavonoids, and tannins, contributes greatly to the organoleptic characteristics of ice cream. These results show that grasshopper leaf extract has the potential as a natural ingredient to improve the quality and functional value of soy milk-based ice cream products, as well as support the trend of healthy and environmentally friendly food innovation.Keywords: Cincau Leaves, Soy Milk Ice Cream, Organoleptics, Food Innovation, Functional Products.

Abstract

Abstract: Throughout 2023, West Lombok Regency recorded 12,514 live births. Of these births, there were 16 mothers who died during the delivery process. The number of maternal deaths showed a significant increase compared to the previous year. The purpose of this study was to determine the risk factors for preeclampsia in pregnant women. The research design used in this study was cross sectional. The research was conducted in West Lombok Regency. The research was conducted in September 2023. The study population was all pregnant women who gave birth and were treated at Puskesmas and hospitals in West Lombok Regency. The sample amounted to 144 people. The sampling technique used Simple Random Sampling. The research instrument used a research questionnaire. Data analysis was performed univariate and bivariate. The results showed there was an association between maternal age (p value: 0.014) and gravida status (p value: 0.001) with the incidence of preeclampsia. It is recommended for pregnant women and families to consult and routinely conduct antenatal care examinations at health facilities to determine the development of maternal and fetal health and to detect complications in pregnancy.Keywords: Gravida, Preeclampsia, Age.

Abstract

Islamic studies include the study of Islam as a religion and all aspects related to the lives of Muslims. Islam attracts the attention of both Muslims and non-Muslims to be researched from various points of view, thus making it an object of scientific study. Islamic sciences include branches that are directly related to Islamic teachings, such as Ulumul Quran, Ulumul Hadith, Kalam Science, Fiqh Science, and Sufism. Apart from that, there are natural sciences that were born from the Koran's encouragement to investigate the universe, such as biology, physics and astronomy, as well as social sciences and humanities that study humans and their relationships with each other, such as anthropology, sociology and psychology. This variety of study objects has given rise to diverse methods and approaches in the study of Islam. In conclusion, Islam has become a broad object of study because the Koran and Hadith are not only sources of teaching, but also the basic foundation of science.Some of these Islamic sciences are directly related to the implementation of the teachings of Islam as a religion contained in the Koran and the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad. such as the Sciences of the Koran (Ulumul Quran), Ulumul Hadith, Kalam Science, Fiqh Science, Sufism; there are also those related to the universe as indicated by the Koran to pay attention to and investigate the universe created by Allah, which then gave birth to natural sciences, such as biology, physics, chemistry, astronomy, geography, and others. Abstract

Abstract: This paper aims to analyze the uncertainty over the legal force of homologation decisions on the confiscation of company assets suspected of being the proceeds of money laundering crimes, focusing on the main issues related to legal uncertainty in the context of the implementation of homologation decisions (amicable agreements in bankruptcy proceedings) and how it affects the confiscation of assets suspected of being involved in money laundering crimes. This journal explores the conflict between bankruptcy law and criminal law, particularly in situations where the assets of the company involved in the homologation are suspected to be proceeds of crime. This research uses the normative method, namely legislation. The results show that the homologation decision needs to take precedence before the process of confiscating company assets suspected of originating from money laundering crimes. This is because the process of criminal confiscation events that occur against company assets suspected of being the proceeds of money laundering has clashed with the principle of Ultimum Remedium.Keywords: Bankruptcy Law, TPPU, Homologation.

Abstract

Prevention of DM complications is very important, and patient motivation to maintain health plays a key role in disease management. Lack of knowledge about DM and its complications, as well as poor family support, can hinder effective prevention and management efforts. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and family support on motivation to prevent complications of diabetes mellitus at Toboali Regional Hospital, South Bangka Regency in 2024. This study used a cross-sectional study design. This study was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 103 DM patients at Toboali Regional Hospital, South Bangka Regency on October 23 - November 18, 2024. The collected data were then analyzed univariately and bivariately using the chi-square test. The results of this study prove that there is a relationship between knowledge factors (p-value = 0.000) and family support (p-value = 0.000) on motivation to prevent complications of diabetes mellitus at Toboali Regional Hospital, South Bangka Regency in 2024. For hospitals, it is expected to form counseling services for patients and families in order to build better communication and increase emotional and practical support. This assistance can be carried out by nurses or health workers who are trained in providing motivation and diabetes management strategiesKeywords : Diabetes Mellitus, Family Support, Motivation, Knowledge.

Abstract

Pavement is one of the most important things to support smooth transportation to create a sense of comfort and safety for road users. Seeing the very high increase in population mobility, it is necessary to improve the quality of road transportation infrastructure development that is environmentally friendly, cheap and durable. For this reason, it is necessary to innovate pavement methods that are able to produce quality that meets the standards, but by using the minimum material possible. One of the environmentally friendly pavements is using the recycling method. recycling method is a method used to repair damaged pavement. This recycling method has several advantages, including restoring the strength of damaged pavement and overcoming dependence on new materials. in this research, PG 76 asphalt type material was used with used cooking oil as a rejuvenator and the percentage used in this study was 1%; 1.5%; 2%; 2.5%; and 3% of the weight of old asphalt.
