Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Current Ratio, Return on Assets, and Total Assets Turnover on firm value with Firm Size as a moderating variable in the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2021-2023. The use of financial ratios such as Current Ratio, Return on Assets, and Total Assets Turnover is expected to provide insights into the financial health of companies related to increases in company value. This study employs an associative quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from annual reports of companies meeting specific criteria. The sample consists of 43 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. Data analysis was conducted using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) and classical assumption tests, including normality, multicollinearity, autocorrelation, heteroskedasticity, and linearity tests. The results indicate that Current Ratio and Return on Assets significantly influence company value, while Total Assets Turnover does not show a significant influence. Company size was found to moderate the influence of Return on Assets on firm value, but did not moderate the influence of Current Ratio and Total Assets Turnover. The resulting regression model explained 86.5% of the variation in firm value. This study provides important insights for investors and company management to consider financial ratios, particularly Return on Assets, in assessing investment potential and strategies for enhancing firm value.

Abstract

In today's educational landscape, the erosion of moral and spiritual values among children highlights an urgent need for an integrative approach to character education. Islamic character education offers a strong moral foundation rooted in divine teachings, while eco-pedagogical learning encourages awareness, responsibility, and care for the environment. This study aims to examine how eco-pedagogical principles can be integrated into Islamic character education to foster children's holistic moral development. Through a structured analysis of classical Islamic teachings and contemporary educational theories, the study identifies core values such as trustworthiness (amanah), responsibility (mas'uliyyah), and stewardship (khalifah) as central to both Islamic and ecological paradigms. The integration of eco-pedagogy into Islamic education encourages experiential learning methods—such as nature-based activities and reflection on environmental ethics—that align with Islamic worldviews. These strategies not only enrich moral understanding but also cultivate empathy toward living beings and the natural world. The study underscores the potential of eco-pedagogical learning as a transformative medium for instilling Islamic ethical values in children from an early age. It offers conceptual insights for educators and curriculum developers seeking to merge religious values with sustainability education in a culturally relevant framework.

Abstract

The achievements obtained, such as the Digital Government Award 2023 from the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (PANRB) in the category of Implementation of Electronic-Based Government System Services (SPBE) for Central and Regional Government Agencies (IPPD) in 2023, demonstrate that the East Java Provincial Government is an excellent example of an E-Government system implementation in Indonesia.Government to Business (G-to-B) ties are one of the features of the E-Government system, and they are demonstrated through the electronic purchase of products and services from the government (E-Procurement),t is anticipated that the digitalization of public procurement would improve implementation accountability and transparency. One method of acquiring government products and services is through Direct Procurement, which is one of the suppliers' options. As one of the Regional Work Units (SKPD) that was recently formed in 2020, the Bureau of Goods and Services Procurement of the Regional Secretariat of East Java Province is the focus of this research, which looks at how the goods and services procurement policy is being implemented through Direct Procurement. This research uses four focuses of policy implementation theory according to Richard Matland, namely: 1) The Accuracy of Policy; 2) The Accuracy of Implementation; 3) The Accuracy of Target, and 4) The Accuracy of Environment.

The number of respondents who filled out the questionnaire consists of 5 respondents from the community who participated in training at the UPTD Tebing Tinggi Vocational Training Center and 5 respondents from expert specialists. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the strategy quadrant obtained after being processed in the IFE and EFE matrices is in Quadrant I. This indicates that the strategy used is a progressive strategy. This strategy means that the company has strengths and opportunities. Next, in the QSPM analysis, the result shows that the main priority strategy that must be implemented is to enhance training programs to increase job opportunities for participants.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of Agile Leadership and Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at Alianyang Health Center. Using an associative quantitative approach, the study involves 38 respondents selected via total sampling. The data collection methods include instrument validation and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality, linearity, and multicollinearity tests), and hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient (R), coefficient of determination (R²), simultaneous tests, and partial tests. The multiple regression analysis yields the equation Y = 1.811 + 0.297 X1 + 0.307 X2. The correlation coefficient of 0.678 indicates a strong relationship between Agile Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The coefficient of determination reveals that 46% of the variation in Organizational Citizenship Behavior is influenced by Agile Leadership and Organizational Culture, while 54% is attributed to other factors not covered in the study. Simultaneous testing shows a significant impact (F = 14.998 F table = 3.27), confirming that both Agile Leadership and Organizational Culture significantly affect Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The partial test for Agile Leadership (p = 0.002 0.05) and Organizational Culture (p = 0.003 0.05) indicates significant effects on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract

KOLs are increasingly using social media to implement digital marketing strategies. This research was conducted in the social context of business-to-business (B2B) sector companies in Indonesia. The study focused on the massive digital marketing activities independently carried out by employees as internal parties of the company, on their personal marketing content on LinkedIn. Consequently, employees are regarded as KOL marketing actors who can cultivate aspects of trust and expertise. This, in turn, affects the credibility of the employees themselves as well as the credibility of the company in the eyes of customers. The results of this study will serve as a practical guide for B2B company leaders. It will help them evaluate key opinion leader strategies through marketing content presented by employees. This will maximize credibility and the success of digital marketing. It will align with the changing market and increasingly dynamic customer needs. The findings of this study, as well as the ensuing discussions, have provided a comprehensive understanding of the challenges associated with leveraging employees as KOLs in marketing endeavors. These challenges manifest in the context of content activities on the LinkedIn platform and pertain to integrity, relevance, accessibility, and market response. The challenge of integrity is related to the consistency of digital presence, time management, honesty in conveying information and data in every piece of content, and transparency in explaining interests in becoming a KOL while being an employee and the face of the company.  The challenge of relevance lies in meeting the needs and interests of a professional audience, obtaining company data, and synchronizing marketing trends and case studies with content creation techniques. The challenge of accessibility stems from the company's inadequate support and conflicts of interest, leading to actions without formal direction.

This study aims to examine the influence of employee engagement and career development on organizational commitment among civil servants at UPTD Puskesmas Sungai Ambawang. This research uses a quantitative approach with an associative design. Data were collected through distributing questionnaires to all civil servants at the Puskesmas. The analysis was conducted with validity, reliability, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression, as well as simultaneous and partial tests. The results showed that Employee Engagement (X1) and Career Development (X2) have a positive and significant influence on Organizational Commitment (Y) both simultaneously and partially. This research contributes by examining the influence of work engagement and career development on organizational commitment in the public health sector, which is still limited in the existing literature. The findings provide a basis for policy makers in designing better human resource management strategies.
