Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Perceived Ease of Use (PEU) and Perceived Usefulness (PU) on Intention to Use (ITU) of QRIS among students in Pontianak City with Trust as an intervening variable. The research method used a quantitative approach with an associative design and data collection through a questionnaire distributed to 100 QRIS users. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart-PLS. The results of the study indicate that Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness significantly influence Trust, and Trust significantly influences Intention to Use. Additionally, Perceived Usefulness has a significant positive direct effect on Intention to Use, while Perceived Ease of Use does not have a significant direct effect on Intention to Use. The Trust variable acts as a significant mediator in the relationship between Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness with Intention to Use. These findings indicate that perceived ease and perceived usefulness enhance students' trust in QRIS, which ultimately drives their intention to use QRIS sustainably.

Abstract

This research intends to assess the competing capabilities of Polytam PF-1000 with other products available in the market Indonesia and suggest alternative approaches to strengthen its market position. A mixed approach was conducted combining survey with 305 respondents and detailed interviews, then using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. Multiple regression results suggest that the Demand Conditions variable is the most determinant in competitiveness (β = 0.990, p < 0.05), then Related and Supporting Industries (β = 0.812), Firm Strategy, Structure, and Rivalry (β = 0.218), and lastly Factor Conditions (β = 0.159). It elaborates the necessity of understanding the market, collaboration in the business industry, formulating business strategy, and resource allocation in enhancing competitiveness of Polytam PF-1000. Further AHP (analytical hierarchy process) analysis using 55 stakeholders managed to rank two other group’s components and their weight: Factor Conditions was prioritized and received the most weight at 0.518, followed by Demand Conditions which was rated by 0.261. From the interviews, technological advancement, supply chain improvement, and expansion of market coverage formed the primary strategies. One of the angles of perspective that was surprising is that the consumers want a quicker response to their needs, while the internal stakeholders want investment in the needed resources and infrastructure. Along with regulatory changes and energy efficiency, these are new alternative strategies that were outside Porter’s Diamond.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the underlying causes of student tardiness and its impact on learning outcomes among Grade III and Grade V students at SDN 06/II Tanjung Agung. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, data were collected through observation, interviews with teachers and students, and documentation of attendance records. The findings indicate that tardiness is caused by both internal factors such as oversleeping, lack of time discipline, and poor sleep habits and external factors, including long commuting distances, transportation issues, and family responsibilities. These delays often result in students missing core subject explanations, reducing their understanding and academic performance. Teachers generally respond with verbal warnings and counseling, though responses vary depending on frequency and student behavior. The study concludes that addressing student tardiness requires a collaborative effort involving both school and family, with an emphasis on behavioral support, routine reinforcement, and context sensitive educational policies. These findings can inform school strategies and educational policymaking to foster student punctuality and improve learning engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation and motivation on turnover intention among teachers at Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Senior High School in Kubu Raya District. Data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to all 42 permanent teachers and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of validity and reliability tests showed that the research instruments met the requirements. Normality, linearity, and multicollinearity tests also indicated that the data were suitable for regression analysis. The regression results showed that compensation and motivation had a negative and significant influence on turnover intention, with coefficients of -0.131 and -0.263, respectively, and significance values of 0.036 and 0.027 (p 0.05). This means that the higher the compensation and motivation received by teachers, the lower their intention to leave the school. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.140 indicates that 14% of the variation in turnover intention can be explained by these two variables, while the remainder is influenced by other factors. The simultaneous test (F-test) reinforces the finding that compensation and motivation together have a significant effect on turnover intention (F = 12.567; p 0.05). This study concludes that increasing compensation and motivation should be a priority for school management to reduce teacher turnover rates and maintain the quality of human resources in the education sector. Therefore, efforts to improve well-being and provide effective motivation can strengthen teachers' commitment and reduce their intention to leave their jobs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the position of Land Deed Officers (PPAT) in legal actions related to money laundering. The research method used is a normative legal approach. The results of the analysis show that formally, PPAT deeds remain valid as long as they meet the requirements specified by law. However, if the deed is used to facilitate money laundering practices, it can be used as evidence in court, and the property transferred through the deed may be confiscated by the state. Thus, the status of PPAT deeds in the context of money laundering is recognised, but their application may be overridden by a court ruling. PPATs bear a significant responsibility in preventing such practices by applying the principles of due diligence and the "know your customer" principle. The integrity and professionalism of PPATs are crucial factors in maintaining public trust while strengthening the national legal system in the fight against money laundering.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of delivery speed and purchase experience on online repeat purchasing intentions among students who use Shopee e-commerce in Pontianak city, with trust as the intervening variable. The growth of E-Commerce in Indonesia which continues to grow indicates changes in people's behavior in meeting their needs. From the results of this study, the Adjusted R-Square value on the Trust variable (Y1) is 0.677, which means that the Trust variable (Y1) is simultaneously influenced by the Speed of Delivery (X1) and Purchasing Experience (X2) variables by 67.7%, and the remaining 32.3% is influenced by other variables outside this research model and the Adjusted R-Square Value on the Repurchase Intention (Y2) variable is 0.729, which means that the Repurchase Intention (Y2) variable is simultaneously influenced by the Delivery Speed (X1), Purchase Experience (X2) and Trust (Y1) by 72.9%, and the remaining 27.1% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. The results showed that delivery speed has a positive and significant effect on trust (T-Statistic = 3,507, P-Value = 0.000), and purchase experience also has a positive and significant effect on trust (T-Statistic = 9,940, P-Value = 0.000). In addition, trust has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention (T-Statistic = 2.081, P-Value = 0.038), and speed of delivery also has a direct effect on repurchase intention (T-Statistic = 2.431, P-Value = 0.015). However, the purchase experience has no direct effect on the intention to repurchase (T-Statistic = 1.112, P-Value = 0.267). Finally, delivery speed has no indirect effect on repurchase intention through trust (T-Statistic = 1.746, P-Value = 0.081), while purchase experience has a significant indirect effect on repurchase intention through trust (T-Statistic = 2.018, P-Value = 0.044). Recommendations for future research include expanding the sample to include more e-commerce users in various regions and platforms, as well as testing other factors that can influence repurchase intentions, such as product quality, customer service, and price factors.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of live streaming and twin date promotion on the purchase decision of Skintific products on TikTok Shop among college students in Pontianak City. With the rapid development of e-commerce and the online shopping trend, TikTok Shop has become an attractive platform for many consumers, especially among the younger generation. The phenomenon of live streaming as an interactive promotional tool and twin date promotions offering attractive discounts have become unique attractions for consumers in making purchasing decisions. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with an associative approach. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who met the research criteria. Instrument testing was conducted using validity and reliability tests using SPSS, with results indicating that all instruments used in this study were valid and reliable. The classical assumption tests included normality, linearity, and multicollinearity tests, which showed that the data met the requirements for multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the f-test (simultaneous) showed that live streaming and twin date promotions had a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. The partial test showed that both independent variables, namely live streaming and twin date promotions, had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.200 indicates that 20% of the variation in purchase decisions can be explained by these two variables, while the remaining 80% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. These findings provide insights for TikTok Shop and brands like Skintific to optimize live streaming features and design more appealing promotions to enhance purchase decisions among consumers.

Abstract

The growth of the coffee beverage industry in Surabaya has shown a significant increase, prompting local businesses such as MM Coffee to better understand the factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions, especially in light of declining product sales between 2020 and 2023. This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and price perception on consumers' purchasing decisions at MM Coffee. A quantitative approach was employed, using Partial Least Squares (PLS) based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), with data analysis conducted using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The study sample consisted of 91 respondents who are MM Coffee consumers in Surabaya, selected through purposive sampling. Data was collected via an online questionnaire. The results of the analysis show that product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Similarly, price perception also has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. These findings imply that MM Coffee must focus on improving product quality, including aspects such as taste and consistency, while maintaining a fair price perception that aligns with the value offered. Collectively, the two variables explain more than half of the variation in purchasing decisions. This emphasizes the importance of maintaining product quality and building a price perception that reflects the value perceived by consumers
