The purpose of writing this article is to inform readers so that they can better understand the subjects of Citizenship Education. Because this lesson is very useful to build ourselves into a good citizen about citizenship.Citizenship Education (Civics) is one of the existing subjects from elementary school to tertiary education. The mission of Citizenship Education itself is to educate the nation's life. The word for citizenship in Latin is called Civicus. Furthermore, the word Civicus is absorbed into English to become the word Civic which means citizen or citizenship. From the word Civic, the word Civic was born, namely citizenship science, and Civic Education, namely Civic Education. Civics or citizenship lessons have been known in Indonesia since the Dutch colonial era under the name Burgerkunde.

This study aims to describe the process of the formation of the Tunggulwulung School of Culture (SBT) in Malang and the form of Javanese cultural preservation carried out by the school of culture. This study uses a qualitative research approach. The process of extracting data was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation, and literature study. The results showed that the Tunggulwulung School of Culture (SBT) was established to preserve the culture and artistic heritage of the ancestors, particularly Javanese culture and arts. The activities carried out at the Tunggulwulung School of Culture (SBT) include ngangsu kaweruh or conducting studies on cultural history and heritage arts (especially Javanese culture), and others. Based on the AGIL concept by Parsons, the Tunggulwulung School of Culture (SBT) can survive and develop until today due to four aspects. The first is an adaptation, the Tunggulwulung School of Culture (SBT) adapts by freeing people to participate in activities according to their interests and wishes, and free of charge. The second is goal achievement. The school has various activities that are used as a basis for achieving the goal, namely preserving Javanese culture. Then the integration is carried out through the formation of an organizational structure, as well as holding various activities and promotions. The last one is latency, the Tunggulwulung School of Culture (SBT) maintains patterns or systems through innovation in learning models, activities, and promotions.

Kampung Ketupat merupakan permukiman kumuh yang berada dibantaran Sungai Mahakam. Dengan adanya permukiman kumuh di Kampung Ketupat maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat partisipasi masyarakat terhadap penanganan permukiman kumuh di Kampung Ketupat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah hasil kuisioner responden. Kondisi permukiman kumuh di Kampung Ketupat masih dalam kondisi kumuh karena penanganan oleh pemerintah belum sepenuhnya ditangani. Penanganan yang telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah baru perbaikan akses jalan dan pengecatan dibagian depan rumah sedangkan rumah yang berada ditubuh sungai belum ditangani. Tingkat partisipasi terhadap penanganan permukiman kumuh di Kampung Ketupat Kecamatan Samarinda Seberang berdasarkan hasil skor kuesioner dapat diliihat untuk tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan pemanfaatan hasil termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi sedangkan tahap evaluasi dan monitoring masuk kategori kategori tinggi. Dari empat tahapan tersebut jika dilihat reratanya masuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi. Partisipasi masyarakat terhadap penanganan permukiman kumuh masuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi yang mana masyarakat ikut berperan mulai tahap perencanaan sampai pemanfaatan

This study aims to identify and analyze the political communication strategy of the Prosperous Justice Party in increasing the number of votes in the Electoral District of West Java VIII in the 2019 West Java DPRD Member Election. To answer this problem, an analysis of the main research questions was carried out, namely: the PKS political communication strategy. in increasing the number of votes in the 2019 elections. The approach used in this research is qualitative. In this study the informants were selected by purposive sampling (sample aims), namely: PKS Electoral District VIII Council, Chairperson of West Java PKS DPW, Chair of the West Java DPW PKS Election Team, Community Leaders of Bekasi City and Depok City, Chairperson of West Java PDIP DPD Election Team and Head of PPP Bekasi City, journalist. The results showed that, the communication strategy carried out by each cadre and legislative candidate who was nominated was building an inclusive self-image and eliminating the image of an exclusive party, eliminating stereotypes in society, building cooperation with all elements of the nation, and having a place in the hearts of the people. , as well as the strength of PKS party cadres with mutual help and high solidarity, they can help each other to campaign and reduce campaign costs

This study aims to determine the students' ability to draw illustrations in applying the work of drawing illustrations in class VIII SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Medan based on proportions, perspectives and lighting. With the theme of the atmosphere of activities commemorating Indonesia's independence day. The population in this study were all students' works of class VIII SMP Muhamadiyah 7 Medan, namely all students' works and the sample was 21 students' works of class VIII-1 using the purposive sampling technique. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method to find out how the work of illustration images by class VIII students of SMP Muhammadiyah 7 Medan is viewed from the perspective of proportion, perspective and lighting. The findings of this study indicate that the overall ability of class VIII-1 students in drawing illustrations based on proportion, perspective and lighting has a good category with an average value (r) = 85.

This evaluation research was conducted to analyze and find out how the Permata Program was carried out in LLDikti Region I during the period 2016 to 2018. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach combined with the CIPP Evaluation Model (Context, Input, Process, and Product). The data collection consists of semi-structured interview method, literature study, and documentation. The informants of this study consisted of three elements; managers of the LLDikti’s HES Program, Managers of the HES Program at universities, and alumni of the HES Program. Informants were determined purposively, with special criteria coming from universities that were consistently active in the HES Program during the three years of its implementation. The results showed that the program has benefits for its participants and requires some improvements in its implementation. Program inhibiting factors: funding administration, control of input aspects; the availability of information of study program curriculum information, and communication between institutions. The supporting factor for implementing the Permata Program is the political will. Benefits of the Permata Program: the occurrence of scientific cultural exchanges to enrich and strengthen the uniqueness of each university; the occurrence of regional cultural exchanges to strengthen patriotism; gain student’s insight and experience; and probability of increasing the quality of study program accreditation.

This article discusses the legal rules governing corporate liability in laws and regulations against falsification of zinc ash export data, and how the factors that cause zinc ash data falsification by corporations and how the criminal law policies against corporations falsify export data. The method used in this paper is a normative legal research method. Normative legal research is the study of legal materials, both primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. The factors causing the falsification of zinc ash data by corporations are as follows: The factors causing the falsification of customs documents, among others are: (a) Geographic, (b) Production market, (c) Society. Efforts to tackle the crime of falsifying export data by the Belawan Intermediate Customs and Excise Investigation and Customs Enforcement Team (KPPBC TMP) in Belawan have reflected both ways of countermeasures, namely the repressive penal route and the preventive non-penal route.

Human Resources (HR) development through education and training is not effective in shaping the character of the technology-based State Civil Apparatus. Technology-based human resource development, the Ministry of Law and Human Rights (Kemenkumham) built a Personnel Management Information System (SIMPEG). This study aims to determine how the effectiveness of SIMPEG at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of North Sumatra and how to realize e-government at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of North Sumatra, precisely at the Class II Immigration Office of TPI Belawan. The research approach used is a qualitative approach, which focuses on problems that exist at the time of the research or actual problems, and describes the facts about the problem being investigated along with their interpretation. Based on the research, it is found that SIMPEG of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in its implementation has not been effective in improving employee professionalism, has not been used in the context of assigning employees according to their competence, and has not been used in the context of making employee transfer decisions and making decisions for promotion. The use of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Simpeg is one form of e-government implementation at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, especially the Class II TPI Belawan Imgrasi Office, where all employment processes are carried out electronically through the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Human Rights Management Information System application.

The church is an organizational organization that takes the interests of various church elites and parties to become a competition arena for local political elites. Thus, the elite church became the target of political elites and academics who wanted to seize power. This condition is evident, in various political constellations, religious organizations are laden with political contracts. Involve church elites in political momentum, there is support and response. This research explains how church elites compete on the political front and the views of church members of the church involved in politics. The methodology used is descriptive qualitative by determining informants using a purposive technique, in which the informants are determined based on their capacity to answer questions that are the locus of this study. The informants in the study were 13 people. The research location is in North Halmahera Regency. The results of the research show that political momentum contains political views and interests, thus giving permission to the church split (GMIH). The church elite (pastor) with its theological mission transformed into a practical political mission, the community (congregation) was educated with the political education of race, ethnicity, and religion which was then considered as the truth that all levels of society must accept.

The purpose of this research is to study and analyze the legal arrangements of Industrial Relations Mediators in solving layoffs, the role of the Medan City Disnaker Mediator in providing legal protection for workers' rights due to layoffs and the obstacles faced by the Medan City Manpower Office in providing legal protection for their rights. workers due to layoffs. Research on the role of the Medan City Manpower Office Mediator in providing legal protection due to layoffs is a normative juridical research. Normative legal research aims to examine library legal materials. The results show that the existence of legal arrangements regarding industrial relations mediators which are regulated in the Minister of Manpower Regulation Number 17 of 2014 concerning the Appointment and Dismissal of Industrial Relations Mediators as well as Mediation Work Procedures and Regulation of the Minister for Empowerment of State Apparatus Number 06 of 2009. In the role and process of enforcement the law enforced by the Medan City Manpower and Transmigration Mediators for workers / laborers who have been laid off is influenced by aspects that affect law enforcement, consisting of: legal substance aspects (laws), law enforcement aspects, facilities and infrastructure aspects, community aspects, aspects culture. The obstacles faced by the Mediator of the Medan City Manpower Office for workers or laborers who were laid off can be seen from the aspects that affect law enforcement.
