Abstract

The research aims to determine the suitability of Akidah Akhlak teaching materials for class VII semester II chapter on the etiquette of reading the Koran and praying based on the perspective of Bloom's Taxonomy in the cognitive, affective, psychomotor and psychology of student development. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis of teaching materials. As a result of this study, the researcher stated that the material in the class VII Akidah Akhlak teaching materials, chapter on the manners of reading the Qur'an and praying, was adequate, relevant and fulfilled the cognitive, affective, psychomotor and psychological domains of students' development according to the relevance of Bloom's Taxonomy and was appropriate for the participants. students as learning references. However, researchers found deficiencies in the completeness of teaching materials in the cognitive domain, with the use of lay vocabulary which made it difficult for students to understand in their teens, as well as the low quality of illustrations and a lack of group discussion activities in the psychomotor domain, which of course would affect the quality of the psychological domain. Therefore, the researcher provides several recommendations for improving this teaching material which will be discussed in this article.

Abstract

Tolerance-based education is important to implement in Islamic boarding schools to build an attitude of tolerance for students. Moral degradation, fighting between students, insulting each other, insulting each other, spreading slander and intolerance are indicators of the failure of an educational institution. Tolerance education is a solution for building human character who can respect and respect differences. Radicalism and Intolerance are psychological diseases that are very dangerous for humans, because this disease resides in the human heart and human mindset, so to cure this disease is contained in the perspective of Islamic education which studies it in conferences, especially in Islamic boarding school institutions. In this research, the method used is a qualitative method with a research study approach at the Al-Karimiyah Islamic Boarding School, Depok. The results of this research state that Islamic education which is full of tolerance values ​​contributes to overcoming the problem of intolerance. Islamic education has a very urgent role in describing the motives for religious violence carried out by a group of people who carry out violence in the name of religion. Islamic education also functions to explain how someone becomes radical, Islamic education even provides a solution for radical people to no longer be involved in radicalism and intolerance through Islamic boarding school-based tolerance education.

Abstract

This article examines the role of the model leader represented by Khalifah Umar bin Abdul Aziz in the context of school principal leadership. The caliph who was famous for his spiritual leadership which was consistent with the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad, Umar bin Abdul Aziz showed significant success in running the government even though his leadership period was not very long. This research compares the leadership values ​​contained in the Book Al Khalifatu Ar Rasyid Wal Mushlihu Al Kabir with the professionalism standards of school principals regulated in Minister of Education and Culture Regulation No. 40 of 2021. Qualitative methods were used in this research with a focus on library research. Primary data was obtained from a book written by DR. Ali Muhammad Ash-Shallabi about Umar bin Abdul Aziz, while secondary data comes from other literature relevant to the title of this research. The analysis technique used is content analysis, where the researcher compares and connects ongoing studies with this article. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide deeper insight into the potential for applying classical leadership values ​​in the context of modern education, as well as contributing to the development of more effective and efficient school principal leadership practices.

Abstract

This research examines the Islamic education curriculum from the perspective of Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal. Against the background of the dualistic nature of education in Indonesia, this research aims to explore and explain the concepts of Islamic education that have been put forward by Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal. This research uses a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach to the works of Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal as well as a study of related literature, such as "Musnad Ahmad bin Hanbal", "Kitab as-Sunnah", and others. The research results show that the educational curriculum taught by Imam Ahmad emphasizes the integration of religious knowledge and world science, as well as the importance of morals and ethics in education. It is hoped that these findings can make a positive contribution to the development and refinement of a more holistic and integrated Islamic education system in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent to which conscientiousness is a predictor of student social loafing through the mediator variable interpersonal relationships. The sample of this study amounted to 414 students. Sampling using convenience sampling. This research uses quantitative methods, the research data is analyzed by path analysis with the help of MPLUS software. The results showed that the model fit the data, had a negative coefficient direction (-). The significance of the direct effect of conscientiousness on student social loafing is indicated by the t-value (-12.711) and the indirect effect of (-6.644). This means that the higher or the greater the number of group members with conscientiousness personality mediated by interpersonal relationships, the smaller the social loafing in doing group assignments. Thus the mediator variable functions well. Therefore, further research is recommended to examine the dimensions of the Big Five Personality using the same variables in order to add insight and be able to find differences between personality dimensions. In addition, it is expected to control the type of task and the unclear division of responsibilities.

Abstract

This research was motivated by students' lack of knowledge in understanding and mastering reading the Al-Qur'an. One way to answer this problem is that students must take part in maisura method tahsin learning or training which has applied the maisura method in learning the Al-Qur'an. The aim of this research is to analyze the implementation of Al-Qur'an learning and the factors that support and inhibit the maisura method at IIQ Jakarta. The method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative method by obtaining data naturally. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion verification. Interviews were conducted with the inventor of the maisura method, lecturers teaching tahsin of the maisura method and students. This study can be concluded that the implementation of learning the Qur'an by maisura method has met the good category. Female students are able to read the Qur'an with tartil and can produce outstanding students in the field of the Qur'an.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and describe as well as an effort to improve students' critical reasoning through contemporary issues. Contemporary issues are problems that have been discussed previously but still attract interest to be studied again and have relevance to Islamic Religious Education (PAI). One of the PAI groups is Fiqh subjects which are indirectly closely related to the study of interpretation, so they must involve critical reasoning in order to obtain a comprehensive understanding. Contemporary issues include gender and leadership issues. In the research used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. In this research, the author tried to collect various book and journal sources related to critical reasoning. This research uses library research or what is often called library research. The results of the research show several things, including first, the variety of meanings presented by the interpreters is basically aimed at helping to simplify and understand the content of the Al-Qur'an. Second, the new issues that emerge are basically opportunities for thinkers (interpreters) to find goodness in their lives. Third, the emergence of new issues cannot be separated from the will of Allah SWT to give birth to new generations who are capable of relying on his thoughts. In other words, contemporary issues serve as a forum for training and strengthening critical reasoning, and of course become part of the treasures of Islamic Religious Education.

Abstract

Education is an effort to improve knowledge obtained from formal and non-formal educational institutions in order to attract qualified personnel The aim of education determines the success of the process of forming a quality human being without ignoring the role of other factors in education. Islamic religious education is the most important pillar in forming the character, morals and religious understanding of Muslims. However, in the era of information and communication technology that continues to develop, Islamic religious education faces new challenges. These changes include changes in the way students search for and interact with religious information and the way teachers provide religious instruction. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature review. The aim of this research is the role of Islamic religious education teachers in improving the character of the millennial generation to understand in depth how Islamic religious education teachers can play a role in shaping the character of the millennial generation in accordance with religious values and the demands of the times. The results and discussion in this journal, namely in the education system law number 20 of 2003, defines education as a basic and planned process to create an atmosphere of learning and learning so that students can actively develop the spiritual strength of self-control and character potential. The teacher's role in increasing student learning motivation is through a process delivers teaching that creates and implements enjoyable and healthy learning conditions and provides evaluation.

Abstract

This study analyzed the organizational commitment and professionalism of leaders, teachers in Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia by observing the leadership style, organizational culture, and intelligence of the manager. This research is quantitative research, with the unit of analysis being the leader and teachers of Islamic boarding schools in Indonesia. Researchers measure organizational culture variables that include eight dimensions: trustworthy, creative thinking, competent, cooperative, development, pride, sanctions and rewards, and communicative. The leadership style has a significant positive effect on organizational commitment, organizational culture has a significant positive effect on the organizational commitment, spiritual intelligence has a significant positive effect on the organizational commitment, the professional managers on Islamic leadership, Islamic organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on the professionality of managers, the professional managers on spiritual intelligence, and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on the professionality of managers.

Abstract

The ability to know oneself can lead individuals to their goals. On the other hand, self-disregulation will cause emotional and behavioral shocks. To avoid these two forms of interference, the two terms behavioral self-regulation and emotional self-regulation are known. Meanwhile, in correlation to the study of stress coping strategies, these two terms are called "emotion-focused coping and problem-focused coping". This paper aims to discuss forms of learning self-regulation as a form of stress coping based on integrative studies from Western and Islamic perspectives. This research uses a qualitative literature approach which is based on a number of reviews of sources such as books, journals and other research results related to the focus of the researcher's study. This study reveals that the connection between spirituality and self-regulation is connected due to the goal accomplishment factor, when someone with strong faith has a clear and planned effort to achieve their goal compared to groups who have less faith.
