Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk memahami bagaimana dominasi oligarki sumber daya alam yang terjadi di sektor industri ekstraktif batu bara pada masa pemerintahan Jokowi. Melalui metode penelitian kualitatif, fokus penelitian ditujukan dengan menganalisis beberapa indikator berdasarkan toeri oligarki Winters, diantaranya masih terkonsentrasinya kekayaan oligarki di Indonesia, dan meningkatnya kekayaan individu yang bersumber dari penguasaan atas konsesi tambang batu bara. Besarnya kekayaan ini sekaligus telah memperkuat pengaruh oligarki sumber daya alam terhadap kebijakan dan sistem politik yang ada. Di periode pemerintahan Jokowi, keterkaitan bisnis yang kuat antara oligarki batu bara dan elit politik telah membuat Indonesia berada pada kondisi ketergantungan yang ekstrim terhadap industri batu bara, para ahli melabeli kondisi ini sebagai rezim ekstraktivisme. Salah satu dampak buruk rezim ekstraktivisme ini adalah meningkatnya potensi korupsi politik, yang berujung pada state capture atau pembajakan negara. Salah satu indikator terjadinya state capture adalah rendhnya indeks persepsi korupsi di Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the teachers’ literacy toward the learning outcome in teaching English Phase A of Elementary School. The researchers’ temporary observation found that in developing the students’ worksheet, there was misinterpretation about the focus of the elements or skills that must be taught to the students. It becomes the main reason to investigate the teachers’ literacy. To conduct the research, the researchers used qualitative approach and, the participants were selected purposively. To collect the data, the researchers interviewed the teachers by using Google form. There were four teachers who fulfilled the criteria as the respondents. There were four indicators of literacy that researchers used; literacy about the learning objectives, the contents/ materials, methods/strategy and evaluation procedures. After getting the data the researchers analyzed the data by doing six stages; organizing the data, reading the data, coding, describing, presenting and interpreting the data. Finally, the researchers found that, the teachers have well literacy toward the learning outcomes for teaching English Phase A of Elementary School because there are two indicators that gradually developed, they are teachers’ literacy about the learning objectives and the procedures in conducting evaluation/assessment and the instrument. In short, it is suggested to the stakeholders to review the policy about teaching English at Elementary School because it is the basic level and the teachers have to be able to make the students interested to learn English.

Abstract

The legal relationship that occurs between a doctor and a patient is called a Therapeutic Agreement/Transaction. Risks that can cause harm to patients can occur in even the smallest medical procedures. A doctor can be held liable if he has made a mistake or negligence and caused harm, although basically no doctor intentionally makes a mistake as happened in the Indonesian Supreme Court Decision Number 2811K/Pdt/2012. The type of research used by the author is normative juridical, namely legal research carried out by examining library materials or often also referred to as library legal research. The results of the research carried out were obtained by the judge's consideration in the Indonesian Supreme Court Decision Number 2811K/Pdt/2012 which was inaccurate, because according to the Supreme Court judge, the cassation respondent's actions were correct and did not violate any legal provisions. In fact, after a description of the facts in the series of events in this case, it was clearly found that the doctor and hospital had done things that violated the provisions of the Health Law, including violating the Medical Code of Ethics. The actions of the cassation respondent, especially doctor E and including doctor J as the recipient of the delegation, have been proven to be in breach of contract. This is because the actions of the two doctors violated the provisions of the Medical Practice Law, namely that the actions they took were not in accordance with standard procedures and violated the provisions of the law.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the analytical factors that influence the lack of reading ability of lower grade students in Indonesian language subjects. This research was carried out at SDN I Senaru, Batukoq Hamlet, Senaru Village, Bayan District, North Lombok Regency. The object of research is the factors that cause the lack of reading ability of lower grade students in Class II Elementary School where their age ranges from 7-8 years, namely the transition period after toddlerhood to childhood. The age in this research is what causes the low reading ability in class II. The research method used is qualitative research because the data obtained in the field is more in the form of information and information about the conditions of students as they are in the field using observation, interviews and documentation methods, then looking at the results of the analysis of factors that influence the lack of reading ability of low grade students so that It can be concluded that the lack of reading ability is caused by four factors, namely 1). Physiological Factors, 2). Intelligence Factor, 3). Environmental factors and 4), Psychological factors. Some of these factors cause learning outcomes and learning achievements to be not as effective as other friends who are already fluent in reading and this becomes an obstacle for teachers and others.

Abstract

The arrangement of parties who can file claims in the process of suspension debt payment obligations has been regulated in Article 270 of Law number 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations. The arrangement of parties who can file bills in the suspension of debt payment process still causes several problems in its implementation. This occurs in the suspension of debt payment process against debtors in syndicated loans which still creates uncertainty in its implementation because the suspension of debt payment Law does not specifically regulate it but only provides an explanation, so it is important to raise the issue regarding the party authorized to file claims against debtors in credit. Syndication. Meanwhile, the method used in this research is normative juridical research by examining library materials, namely the Civil Code and the suspension of debt payment Law. The suspension of debt payment Law has definitively determined the parties who can file claims, but to file claims in syndicated loans still creates dualism that arises due to the distinctive characteristics of syndicated loans, namely that there are agents who act as attorneys for syndicated participants to represent their interests. In principle, there is only one creditor in a syndicated credit agreement, namely a credit syndicate represented by an agent. Because the agent represents the interests of the syndicated participants, the agent has strong authority to take legal actions including submitting and registering claims to the Management in suspention of debt payment with the approval of the majority creditors.

Abstract

The village government has tasks including improving the welfare of the community, maintaining peace and order in the community, implementing the principles of village governance that are clean and free from collusion and nepotism (KKN), and organizing good government administration. This is also the task carried out by the Bodor Village Office apparatus in Nganjuk Regency in providing services to the community. In order to determine the quality of public services at the Bodor Village Office in Nganjuk Regency, it is necessary to conduct public service evaluation research. This research method uses a qualitative approach that describes the quality of providing services to the public through interviews with informants, observation and documentation. The results showed that public services at the Bodor Village Office, Nganjuk Regency are quite good, but the services provided need to be improved, especially in terms of supporting facilities and infrastructure, supported by qualified human resources, responsive public service officers of the Bodor Village Office have readiness in providing services, besides that the Bodor Village community feels trust in public service officers because of the guarantee of timeliness of services as delivered, for the form of empathy from public service officers can be seen from the way they pay attention to people who want to get public services.

Abstract

There are many factors due to the increasing number of graduate students experiencing anxiety during their studies. One of the factors can be related to time management since many graduate students are students that have jobs, families, and other responsibilities. Having so much on their plate might be a cause of anxiety when it is done with poor time management on their end. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out whether there is a relation between time management and anxiety, and whether gender plays important role in time management among the students of Master of Education Graduate Students of XYZ University.  This research paper is a quantitative study which uses inferential statistics. The sample of this study was selected using purposive sampling technique. A total of 40 participants were recruited for this study. The data of time management were collected using a 5-point Likert scale ranging from Seldom True (1) to Very Often True (5), meanwhile for anxiety the Likert scale ranging from Not Present (1) to Very Severe (5).  The questionnaire was presented using Google Form in Bahasa then distributed through WhatsApp group. The data reliability was measured using Cronbach's Alpha with the result of 0.70. According to the survey 5 (12.5%) students had high time management, 29 (72.5%) students had moderate, and 6 (15%) students had low time management.  This study concludes that there is no correlation between time management with anxiety and the average of female students’ time management is as same as male students’ time management. In addition, regarding time management skill, it can be synthetized that most of the Master of Education Graduate Students of XYZ University are having moderate time management. Nevertheless, it is recommended that a thorough further research regarding this study should aim to investigate additional variables and factors that may contribute to the understanding of the relationship between time management and anxiety among Master of Education graduate students, so that it can have a better comprehensive evaluation in the future.

Abstract

This research was carried out with the aim of identifying the potential for developing the smart village concept in Sungai crocodile village, Pemulutan sub-district, Ogan Ilir district. Then the results of the analysis and findings in the field from this research show that the potential of Sungai crocodile village is optimal enough to develop from the status of progress and independence of "Developing" to "Advanced". This is based on analysis according to indicators according to Rachmawati in developing a more appropriate Smart village concept, namely 1. Smart government (smart governance), 2. Smart society (smart community), 3. Smart economy (smart economy) , and 4. Smart environment. The results of the research and discussion have shown that the conclusion obtained is that the Sungai crocodile village has quite optimal potential to develop from the status of progress and independence of "Developing" to "Advanced". There are several findings obtained during research, including the smart village concept which has been proposed to the government for a long time, in fact it does not match what exists on the ground, the reality is that this concept should be promoted to realize sustainable village development, in fact this concept is not the basis for current government programs. This public ignorance of this concept is enough proof of how far this concept has been developed.

Abstract

Studi Weber berkenaan dengan Etika Protestan dan Spirit Kapitalisme di awal abad 19 M membuktikan adanya pertautan akan teologi yang diyakini (calvisme) dengan tindakan / aktifitas individual dan sosial dan bahkan doktrin calvisnme sebagai faham teologi protestan telah melahirkan semangat bagi pemeluknya, untuk bekerja keras sebagai panggilan ibadah kepada Tuhan, hidup hemat dan terus menabung serta melakukan investasi serentak sehingga kelak  menginspirasi terciptanya masyarakat kapitalis serta pertumbuhan ekonomi yang ditopang oleh madzhab ekonomi  kapitalis, yang kemudian menjadikan Eropa (Barat)  mampu membangun industri, pabrikasi dan manufaktur sehingga sampai saat ini masih memimpin peradabann global,  yang tentunya tumbuh semangat dalam mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan, sains dan teknologi. Teologi al-Maun—dalam Teologi Islam— yang digagas dan dikembangkan oleh K.H. Ahmad Dahlan, pendiri Muhammadiyah, dipandang oleh warga Muhammadiyah dan dinilai oleh sebagian peneliti, seperti Deliar Noer dan Achmad Jainuri, berhasil membawa warga gerakan modern ini gigih dan bersemangat untuk bebaskan mustad’afin dari ketertindasannya.  Wujud konkret dari gerakan mereka adalah pendirian beberapa panti asuhan, rumah sakit, dan lembaga pendidikan.

Abstract

The criminal act of fencing in Dutch is called Heling, which is a serial crime, which means that the crime is a follow-up crime related to the predicate crime. Basically, the crime of collection does not stand alone, but is a crime that begins with a predicate crime, so whether or not a person is suspected of committing a crime of collection, it must first be clear what the predicate crime is, this is a condition for determining in advance. whether the goods he obtained were from crime or not. seen from the point of being responsible, only someone who is capable of being responsible can be held accountable for his actions. what he gets is the proceeds of crime, which often happens in society. Law enforcement that is created is directed at efforts to strengthen the law by realizing justice and certainty by harmonizing legal needs in society itself.
